6 proven steps to making your dreams come true

Then I didn’t think where the actions described below would lead me. These steps were intuitive, dictated by the soul.

Now I believe that they led to a natural result. If it helped me, it will help you too.

1. Remember what happened to you 9 years ago

Here's what Emmanuel Daguerre says about this in his forecast:

“Remember what was happening in your life in 2007, and you will notice similar themes appearing in it now.

This is no coincidence. This clearly indicates to you which energies, patterns and external situations need to be carefully considered now.

Remember 2008. Perhaps you found a new job then or started a new project? Have you moved somewhere or started a new relationship?

Can you remember your mindset at that time?

2008 was the year of the “One,” and set the tone for the 9-year period that we are now completing.

If you're not feeling great right now, consider this just a good opportunity to "learn certain lessons" that you decided to take a long time ago, but at a higher level. You are now being given a chance to let go and move on so that the need for such lessons no longer arises.

If you feel that everything is going great, it means that for the last 9 years you have consciously and intentionally pursued a positive course, which is now miraculously reflected in your life.”

These words made me think about what happened to me during a similar period 9 years ago. The result is that you are reading this article.

I compared facts and events. And everything came together like a puzzle into one picture.

With the beginning of the year and the new cycle, my cherished dream, the fulfillment of which I almost did not believe, unexpectedly came true. My life has changed radically.

Remember what you had. How you lived, what you thought and what happened later. Perhaps you will see your path or the answer you have been looking for for a long time.

2. Drop the victim mentality.

In other words, understand, it’s time to stop waiting for someone to solve your problems, make you happy, that one day you will wake up and find yourself in the new reality that you are dreaming about.

This will not happen until you take life into your own hands and take action.

Start doing for yourself what you expect from others.

With the beginning of a new cycle, the universe has the opportunity to give you your cherished dream in advance. Even if your current vibrations do not yet reach it.

As a result, you may face challenges.

I didn’t have this knowledge then, and I fully felt this difference in vibrations.

Therefore, I suggest as often as possible tune in to your future self which already has what it wants.

Take a closer look at what qualities and skills you still lack. And devote the remaining time until the New Year to find them.

The more you vibrationally align yourself with your dream, the faster it will come true and the fewer lessons you will have to go through.

As you noticed, there is nothing in these tips that you have not previously read on our website.

My desire was to remind you that you make your own choice how to behave and how to feel.

No matter where you are, what you have or don't have, your happiness depends on internal state.

Welcome to the world of wish fulfillment!

Why this book was written and how it will help you

This book will help you find your way to making any dream come true. If you already have a dream, but you don't know how to make it come true, if you just need a little help or tools, this book is for you.

The approach suggested here works. It is based on proven principles that have long been used for project management and are part of the arsenal of professionals responsible for implementing plans and solving problems. Using the most useful tools, tips and best practices as a basis, we have developed a concise and practical guide and formulated a little theory, but a lot of value lies in the examples.

Our book is a tool. You can return to it whenever you want, often as you work on your dream. Dreaming is, of course, wonderful, but we would like to help you finally move from fantasy to action.

The proposed approach is applied in real life. The book contains many case studies and stories about how you can turn your dreams into reality using this approach. The four heroes of the book are ordinary people who, having mustered the courage, talked about how they used our recommendations and shared their conclusions and observations. These four stories are the most valuable part of the book.

It's very easy to understand and follow our advice. And the book itself was not very long, although it included all the important principles that should be followed, all the important questions that need to be answered, and the key steps that need to be taken.

How to read this book

Here is a practical guide for anyone who has a dream and wants to turn it into reality. With the help of this book you will go the entire way of making your dreams come true. Based on our own experience, we have formulated nine basic steps that will help each of you in this important matter.

Each of the nine steps has its own chapter. We advise you to read each chapter first, and then apply our advice and work on making your dreams come true. Note that the key word here is “work.” We are not saying that there are any magical ways to make your dream come true just by believing in it. This requires work, and we are convinced that everyone can cope with such a task, they just need to make the right efforts. From this book you will learn how to do this. All actions are quite realistic and doable, and are also presented in the form of friendly advice.

Of course, you can read the entire book in one sitting, without interruptions to apply tips - it’s not long. But we recommend that you do not read it like a novel, but use it as a tool. And in this case, you need to choose a reading pace that matches the speed of your work on making your dreams come true. If you prefer to do everything carefully and want to get the most out of the book, then we advise you to do the following:

1. First, quickly read the entire book to understand the sequence of steps to be taken.

2. Go back to the beginning and start working on your dream: read the chapters one at a time and move on to the next only when you have completed everything recommended in the previous one. Each chapter has a section called “How Do I Know if I'm Doing the Right Thing?” to help you determine if you should move on.

3. Use the recommendations from our book every time you take on a new dream. At the end of each chapter there is a section called “Ask Yourself Questions” to answer to see how well you understand the advice in that chapter. These same questions can be answered when revisiting the book.

The chapters are deliberately arranged in this order: first we deal with what you actually dream about, then we move sequentially to a discussion of what to do after the dream has come true.

Each chapter consists of two main parts. The first contains our advice, that is, what we recommend doing at each stage of the path to your dream. In the second - history. Here we give examples from the lives of four real people who sought to make their dreams come true with the help of our proposed hikes. We worked with each of them in writing this book. These people are our heroes. We will introduce them in the next chapter. But what kind of dreams will be discussed in our examples:

One of the characters wanted to get an academic degree, for which he needed to do serious research, involve a lot of people, find funding and overcome many other difficulties.

Another heroine dreamed of becoming a professional singer because she loves to sing.

And another dream eventually united two women, each of whom dreamed of owning her own business.

These are real dreams of real people. People like you and me. They dreamed and realized their dreams.

We conducted at least one interview with all the heroes at every stage of the path to their dreams, which are really worth reading. These interviews not only show how to apply our approaches in real life - each of the heroes was able to complement and develop our methods and tools, and offered their own ideas and advice on how to make their dreams come true.

Your first step is to meet our heroes. Then proceed to reading the first chapter. For now, nothing is required of you other than the desire to read the book. Your path to your dream begins from the first pages.

A little about us

We are both quite successful people who managed to fulfill our dreams. Each of us made many mistakes, but learned from them. We have a lot to be proud of, although we are quite demanding of ourselves. Many successful people inspired us when we were working on the book. We are not trying to pose as gurus or great visionaries, but we believe we know how to achieve results. Although there is no magic or special complexity in the proposed techniques, they work great, so we share them with you on the pages of this book.

The book is based on our personal experience, which we gained while moving towards achieving personal goals and managing complex projects in international companies. We both dreamed of publishing our books - and we both succeeded. Between us we have other interesting experiences: conquering steep peaks, traveling to exotic places, creating a successful consulting company, even setting a world record - and that’s not all. Our most successful business projects cost millions of dollars. Some of them, quite risky, influenced the lives of many people. We were lucky: we successfully managed projects and achieved the results that were expected of us. But in life there were not only loud victories. We were able to realize small dreams that mattered only to ourselves. And this was also very important.

Your assistants in working on your most important dreams,

Meet the heroes of our book

Alex– an ambitious final year medical student. He loves to dream of great things, and he shared with us a really ambitious dream: he wants to get an advanced degree, and to do this he will need to implement a complex research project, involve many people in it, get public or private funding, and overcome a lot of other difficulties that will puzzle even an experienced project manager. The main difficulty is that Alex is not a project manager at all and has never studied this business. He's just a medical student. Will he cope with all the difficulties? As you read chapter by chapter, you will learn about this. His path was full of surprises, ups and downs. Alex learned lessons that will benefit anyone who intends to make a big dream come true.

Olive He has been working in newspapers and online publications almost all his life. She loves to be the first to tell the world the main news of the day. She likes this business, because every new day is different from the previous one. But something worries Olive: due to the intense work rhythm, she is completely unable to find time for personal goals not related to her career. These dreams will not make her rich or provide any social status, but if they were realized, Olive would feel happier and more fulfilled as a person. She shared with us her impressions of her first experience of realizing her very important dream - to become a singer.

Anna has already achieved success in several professional fields. She studied languages, then trained as an animator. Having worked in animation for several years, she participated as a producer in the creation of several television series and advertising campaigns, specializing in working with images of nature and animals. Then Anna decided to study again to become a specialist in a field that attracted her very much - herbal healing. After receiving her diploma, she opened a private practice in the UK, and this business is still quite successful: she treats patients with a variety of problems. Anna has a lot of hobbies: traveling, mountaineering, wood and stone carving, design. She writes and publishes in various publications. And she is also a happy mother. About a year ago, Anna started her design business in partnership with Amelia, and it is the history of its development that our heroine talks about in this book.

Amelia- artist and teacher. She once studied to be a textile designer, and today she creates works of art in different genres and forms, inspired by all kinds of life stories. She traveled a lot and studied various traditions in the field of art. Amelia has inspired many of her students to pursue successful creative careers. Her work has long been a favorite of friends and family. She thought a lot about how to expand the scope of her activities and try herself in something new - and these thoughts became the starting point for creating a design business together with Anna about a year ago. Amelia enjoys skiing and running. All her friends say that she is a great cook. Anna and Amelia are daughters-in-law.

1. Dream

All dreams can come true if we have the courage to make them come true.

Walt Disney

Target

What do people like Steve Jobs, Mahatma Gandhi and Walt Disney have in common? Each of them is an icon of their generation, a passionate and tireless dreamer. Everyone turned their aspirations into reality. And when the dream became a reality, they did not stop, but constantly moved forward, improved and developed their dream, reached new heights, and then found new heights to strive for.

The main thing that made all of them successful was their dreams. In this chapter, we will teach you to dream big and help you focus on your main dream. After all, you too can fulfill your deepest desire, as Steve Jobs, Mahatma Gandhi and Walt Disney did. It's starting to get more interesting, isn't it?

Dreams are different

If you talk about dreams with different people, say, with a psychology professor, a fortune teller, or just someone you know, you will hear completely different answers. But everyone will agree that everyone dreams of something different, however, if you apply different criteria, you can identify some common types of desires. For example, after a difficult day, we reflect and even fantasize about what we managed to do, think about events and take stock.

Sometimes dreams repeat themselves, reminding us of the same plot over and over again, or even take the form of a narrative, as if some invisible narrator is trying to tell us something important. Sometimes in our dreams we travel back in time and think about what could have gone differently or whether we should have done something differently. We also dream about what we would like to have. Some of us in our dreams see different colors, entire imaginary worlds and characters that we have never met in reality. We dream of radical changes and breakthrough discoveries that will change the world around us. And sometimes in dreams there appear images of disasters that make life unbearable.

Reflecting on all this, we ask ourselves: what to do with all this? Dreams are a collection of seemingly crazy ideas about what could happen to us. They fill our lives with inspiration and tell us what to strive for. But which ones are truly important? Which ones should you pay attention to?

Important dreams

First of all, let's say that those reflections that can change life for the better are always addressed to the future, to what can happen, and not to what has already happened. If your thoughts are related to changing past events, do not waste time and energy on them. Such fantasies will not help you achieve success. It is the future that matters, not the past. We are all inspired and empowered by thinking about what will happen, not what has already happened. As Thomas Jefferson said 1
Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826) – a prominent figure in the American Revolutionary War, one of the authors of the Declaration of Independence, third President of the United States (1801–1809), an outstanding politician, diplomat and philosopher of the Enlightenment. Note ed.

: “I value dreams of the future more than stories of the past.”

Rare dreams are truly important. And if you can’t immediately find an important aspiration among them, then take the time and think about this:

What dreams are associated with what you want to do?

What dreams are associated with what you would like to become professionally?

What dreams are associated with the kind of person you want to be?

What dreams are related to changes in the world that you are looking forward to?

What dreams recur especially often? Perhaps these are obsessions or plots that you have been thinking about for a long time?

What dreams, if come true, would make you truly happy?

Write down your dreams. Having compiled such a list, you will probably notice:

That you dream much more often than you expected - and that’s wonderful;

Some dreams have something in common - for example, dreaming about how you could become a completely different person, you plan to radically change your occupation and do something that can help you realize this dream. And you may have already thought about all this;

Some dreams seem grandiose in the sense that they involve radical changes that must be incredibly difficult to achieve;

Some dreams can be difficult to articulate in detail. Something vague is spinning in my head, but so far it sounds vague and I can’t think of all the details.

When you read the resulting list, your intuition will tell you which of your ideas are important. If there are dreams on the list that do not evoke strong emotions in you, you can safely cross them off. And if there are ones that are even scary, or seem too big to ever happen, or are truly inspiring, this is exactly what you need. We leave them on the list! Surely there will be dreams there, awakening the imagination, forcing one to fantasize and add new details. Be sure to leave these on the list, no matter how unrealistic they may seem to you.

Now that your dreams and ideas have been compiled into a list, you need to choose one thing and work on it. Our book will help you realize ambitious dreams that will seem even bolder than what you have achieved so far. But if you are uncomfortable starting with something very big, then you don’t need to - it’s important to just start somewhere. If you're afraid to take on a really big dream, start by choosing one that seems achievable, isn't too difficult, and isn't intimidating in its scope. After you read this book and work on your dream and make it a reality, your self-confidence will definitely strengthen and you will want to take on more daring and complex tasks.

Choose one dream

Every person is unique. Some people think only about one desire, returning to it again and again. Others jump from one dream to another with incredible ease. Still others dream of two or three things.

You could argue that quite a few people work on multiple goals at once, and that's true. Fine, if you decide to go this route, continue with it. But in order to thoroughly understand the techniques given in this book and achieve more than you have managed so far, it is still better to choose one dream and practice and test all our tips and techniques on it. And when everything works out with one dream, you can experiment and apply our techniques to several at once.

If you tend to flutter from one desire to another and do not consider any of them the main thing, we advise you, while reading the book, to choose one thing from the whole variety of your ideas and dreams and apply all our recommendations to this. Below we will discuss that as things progress, it is entirely possible to develop a dream and add more and more new details to it. But you shouldn’t switch from one dream to another or radically change direction while working with a book, unless the very logic of working with our methods requires it or the situation forces you to do so.

Constantly jumping from one thing to another, you risk achieving nothing. So try to focus on one thing and work on it in a disciplined manner while you read the book. If you thoughtfully choose your dream and conscientiously apply all the recommendations we offer, you will definitely achieve success. You will also develop the habit of focusing on one dream and making it come true.

People who have achieved success may not be very disciplined, and they do not always follow a simple, direct path to their dreams. But they are definitely very persistent and do not give up what they start halfway. So you try to charge yourself with the same perseverance and persistently go towards your goal.

Now dream

So, you are almost ready to start working on your dream. But first we need to dream a little more. Choose a dream and start thinking about it as often as possible. Try to imagine, feel the aroma and taste of the reality that you want to bring to life. Do this until you feel the future result in every detail. This kind of work is especially helpful if the dream is big and ambitious; Often such aspirations are not very definite and clear at first.

The transition from general words like “I want to be rich” to a specific idea - for example, “I want to open my own company with a profit of at least 300 thousand dollars a year and engage in the production and supply of custom-made office furniture and equipment for organizations that want to create an unusual atmosphere in the office "- significantly increases the chances of success. It is very important to clearly understand how your life will change when your dream becomes a reality - in other words, to understand what result you are trying to achieve.

They are all different, and most people are tormented by the same question: why don’t dreams come true? There is one interesting and really effective theory of “8 sacred rooms”. You cannot be 100% sure that this theory works, but a reasonable person will definitely see in it the correct pattern and many useful tips. It all starts from the moment a person comes up with his desire, and ends when it comes true. All the time that passes from idea to execution can be divided into 8 stages or 8 rooms. The theory clearly states that any dream will come true if you follow all 8 rules, but if your dream does not come true, then you simply gave up or are stuck on one of the steps. Let's look at what sacred rooms we pass through on the way to our goal and how to make our dream come true.

How to make the dream a reality?

Room 1. The first stage, which is the foundation of the entire chain of formation of our desires and goals, is the stages of intention. It’s worth explaining right away that dreams cannot come true on their own, but only intentions come true, so clearly formulate your dream and be sure to formalize it correctly: I want to become rich, I want to get married, I want to be famous, I want to buy a big house - these are abstract dreams and therefore they won't come true. For your dream to come true, you need to build it according to this plan:

  • I met a loved one who loves me, our family is happy and harmonious;
  • I earn a lot of money, with the help of my favorite activity, everything goes as it should;
  • I am happy to slim down to size “S” without harm to my health.

How you formulate your dream is how it will come true. If there are inaccuracies in your formulation, they will certainly materialize and you will only have to shrug your shoulders. For example, one woman once said that she just wanted to ride around the city and collect money from everyone, and she became a controller on the bus, so think carefully about what you want and formulate your requests as clearly as possible.

Room 2. The second room is responsible for. So many of us fail to achieve our goals only because we get stuck in the fear stage. Surely you are familiar with this, you really want something, but inside you there is a fear that if you achieve your goal, something might happen, for example: if you get rich, you will have problems associated with the fear of losing money, losing loved ones because of the envy of relatives who will constantly start asking you for something. Guided by this opinion, you can understand that every dream definitely contains some risk, and your task is to work through them. Calculate in advance what you can do with them and get ready to overcome them. These are vivid examples.

  • You want to get married, but at the same time you have fears that relate to sex or family life in general.
  • You want to be a mother, but you have certain fears associated with pregnancy, childbirth or motherhood.
  • You want to get rich, but you have attitudes like “money is evil”, “where there is a lot of money there are big problems”, “big money cannot be earned honestly”, “rich people are shot” and so on - these fears will block the realization of your goal.

If you are stuck and your dream is not coming true, then think, maybe you have fears that are associated with this dream?

Room 3. This stage may look ridiculous. What could be the connection between making your dreams come true and forgiving your offenders? In fact, the connection is absolutely direct, if you are offended by someone, if the grievances are deep inside you and have been there for years, most likely the free energy that is necessary to realize your goals and desires will not be enough. To free up the energy that will be used to materialize your dreams, you need to forgive as many offenses as possible, preferably all. You need to start with your parents, ex-husband (wife), friends, lovers, acquaintances, work colleagues and absolutely everyone with whom you are offended. Just think about what you want to spend your precious energy on, maintaining a grudge that is harmful to you or fulfilling the goal you dream of. Make the right choice - forgive everyone, and you will immediately notice how your dream begins to come true.

Room 4. This stage can be called “healing”. For your dream to come true, you must be an absolutely healthy person. This is not about the diagnosis in your medical record; the health that is in your head is much more important - healthy, clean, bright thoughts.

In our lives there is a type of thought that poisons not only ourselves, but also the entire world around us. Perhaps you often think about the bad, concentrate on pressing problems, worry about what is happening in hot spots of the world, constantly delve into controversial and painful topics: politics, exchange rates, wars, diseases, tragedies, murders, etc.

With your dark thoughts you constantly attract negativity into life, because of this you can seriously suffer or simply remain a nobody. In this case, a certain protection system is triggered, and you are simply deprived of vital energy. When the energy leaves a person’s body, he immediately begins to get sick. This happens so that you do not attract big troubles into your life and ruin it for other people.

Try to always think about the good and: you don’t need to think about war - think about peace, and if you are worried about a crisis, then it is better to see in it new opportunities and new chances to improve your standard of living, new loopholes to get rich. Use any information you receive to your advantage, even if it is clearly negative. If your thoughts are correct, bright, clean and healthy, then your body will be saturated with energy, which will help you realize all your dreams.

Room 5. Here we will talk about the responsibility that lies on our shoulders. Each of us has encountered such a situation that, at some stage of the realization of a desire, it often begins to seem that absolutely nothing depends on us, and our desire is controlled by strangers and it depends on them whether our dream will come true or not - this is a very insidious and important stage.

Yes, our mind and consciousness are designed in such a way that something constantly seems to us, and we look for cause-and-effect relationships in the external world. There can be many examples: “Something doesn’t work out for me, it’s his fault,” “Something in my life isn’t going well, it’s my parents’ fault,” “My personal life doesn’t make me happy, it’s my husband, wife or child’s fault,” - for some reason we... then we are used to shifting responsibility for our personal life to someone else, and as soon as we do this, consider us giving the helm to another person and no longer controlling the situation. Therefore, at this stage it is very important to take responsibility.

Even if your desires include other people, for example, you want your own business, and you need customers, investors, good relations with authorities. First of all, you will think that your goal depends on a million other people, what to do and how to control them all? You always control your goals with the help of your thoughts, so build cause-and-effect relationships not between yourself and other people, but between yourself and your thoughts. If your dream has stalled, then don’t ask the question “who is to blame for the fact that my goal is not coming true?”, It’s better to figure out what thoughts are blocking the realization of this goal, what thoughts right now are preventing you from moving forward and realizing your dream.

It is worth learning to take full responsibility and say “I am the only actor, screenwriter and director of the play called MY LIFE, it depends only on me how the plot will develop and what the ending of this story will be.” If you take responsibility, recognize your right to be the master of your life and learn to filter your thoughts, you will pass this stage easily, and your goal will definitely come true.

Room 6. The sixth stage can easily be called the action room. The fact is that in achieving any goal there always comes a time when you need to start acting. It is very important at this moment to really move from thinking, planning and fantasies to some specific steps. Many people stop at this stage because it’s easy to plan, dream and fantasize - everyone can do it, but call, search on the Internet, collect information, draw up a business plan, develop a scheme, meet the right people and take some real steps Not everyone can achieve their dream. However, this step must be overcome.

Think, maybe you have been sitting for years, but there are no results. So stop visualizing - it’s time to act, only through actions can you get as close as possible to your dream.

Room 7. It’s time to add a touch of positivity not only to the article, but also to life, so we will call this stage “Humor”. We take our dreams very passionately and very seriously and try to elevate them and set them at the highest level. Remember that there will definitely come a time when you have to throw this seriousness off your shoulders. Take your life's dream off its pedestal and just laugh at it. You should not constantly tremble over it - obsession will not lead you to success. Throw out the entire flow of emotions that have accumulated during the time you have been working towards your goal, laugh at yourself and at your failures. You shouldn’t make a tragedy out of this, just treat it all with humor. After you free yourself from excess burden, you will immediately feel a new surge of strength and confidence that the goal is actually not so unattainable.

Room 8. The final stage is called “Abundance”. After you have done the great work mentioned above, there remains one very simple and very difficult thing - to allow yourself to have. The point is to value yourself the same way you value your dreams.

Abundance is such a thing that is available to each of us, because the world exudes abundance, it will definitely give you beauty, health, money, talent, opportunities, success, fame, fans and everything you want. It all depends only on you and your willingness to take this abundance and fill yourself with it. At this stage, we overcome the shock of the fact that the house, apartment, car, job or girl you have dreamed of for so long is truly worthy of you. Here you need to understand that you are worthy of this and she is worth it, tell yourself: “I am worthy of this.” It is at the last stage that you simply need to settle abundance in yourself and your consciousness and enjoy it. Immediately after this, your dream will completely come true.

Conclusion

These are the stages that separate us from our cherished dreams. You can complete them either in 8 days or in 8 years, the time depends on the characteristics of each person and the magnitude of the desire itself. Try not to spend too long at each stage, but you shouldn’t miss anything. Now you know how to make your dream come true.

    Rated the book

Reviews need to start with the good, so I’ll do that. The only good thing about the book is that it is short.

However, it’s not worth spending even relatively little time on it. Because the entire text is reasoning in the spirit of Captain Obvious. On the one hand, the authors perceive readers as fully thinking people who themselves are able to organize the realization of their dreams, find the right questions and answers, and resolve problems. On the other hand, such people do not need to read this book. And it will certainly not help defeatists or unorganized comrades.

I kept waiting unsuccessfully for at least some interesting advice or useful technique. I didn't wait. The authors briefly mention mind maps, with which you can “map” your dreams. But in the end they still refer to Buzan, who invented them, and do not really explain anything themselves.

Banality, self-repetition and absolutely uninspiring stories from life - again, extremely vague and without “meat” that you could cling to and extract something useful for yourself, or at least not suffer from boring reading. We didn’t find out what exactly a medical student does in his research, or what songs the girl who wants to work as a singer in institutions sings, or what kind of postcards the founders of another handmade business sell. If the authors were so concerned about privacy, why include these stories at all?

I am one of those people who very quickly gets excited about something and just as quickly gives up what I started without getting what I want right away :) That’s why the book “From words to action! 9 steps to making your dreams come true” became a true inspiration for me and gave me a clear idea how now I can start moving towards what I really want.

Simple nine steps will help you too if until today something stopped you or your dream seemed something ephemeral and unattainable. What are these steps?
✔ Dream (oh, this is where I’m a pro! What about you?)
✔ Think (is it so unrealistic to achieve what you want? If you think about everything, then it’s not at all)
✔ Draw (a map of the path to making your dreams come true is simply a must have, an incredibly effective thing, I’m sure of it)
✔ Get started (the reasons for postponing the first step are very different, but let’s be honest: the most important obstacle on the path to your dream is ourselves)
✔ Move forward (being active is not always easy, and, of course, the easiest way is to say “It didn’t work out” - but remember the end goal, be flexible and ready to learn from mistakes, and your dream will inevitably take on real features)
✔ Don't give up (and even when you meet the inevitable point of despair, rest assured that it is only a sign that you are moving in the right direction)
✔ Look ahead (and prioritize by ignoring unimportant distractions)
✔ Evaluate the result (and be able to realize in time that the dream is here, the goal has been achieved, which means it’s time to look back at the path traveled and draw conclusions)
✔ Dream some more (and when you are ready, follow a new dream with inspiration, transforming it into reality - you already know how).

Friends, let your dreams come true, and I’ll go think about the map of my achievement of a long-desired dream - because only a thoughtful journey will bring not only the joy of the journey, but also the final goal in reality, and not in fantasy :)

    Rated the book

Clear, structured and with a small amount of sentimentality - really an instruction book on the verge of “picking up a pen and writing your goals on paper, and now meditating on them.” Although a little chewy, it is quite sensible if you use it as a tool, and not as light reading. True, it can be used as another book “how to achieve your goal”
I can’t say that it inspires me with its atmosphere (and there isn’t much of it here - examples don’t count, these are just examples), but my love for spreading across time, space and goals tightened up and still decided to have a more “secular relationship” with my wants and dreams. For me, instructions are a game, but I like to play honestly, according to the rules and to the end, so I don’t want to let go of some tips - I even jotted down a small outline for myself.

But - kids! This has already happened. Many times, even very much, and it seems that somewhere there are even better methods. And this is exactly what learning (from scratch) is very boring and will not be necessary for those who are already doing well. But those who don’t/didn’t do it, have lost the skill, or make mistakes over and over again and are stubbornly disappointed—that’s a different story. However, since we forget simple truths, ourselves and our goals, and also lose the tools of search and movement, then it’s worth refreshing from time to time. It’s just like if everything modern in the forest, like a navigator, etc., died in you, but you have access to everything for a hike or survival, and you are taught how to use all this goodness so that you are alive.

    Dream, think and do!

In the meantime, I went to do my grandiose things;)

Quotes from the book “Essentialism”

Illustration from the book

There are so many opportunities and things to do in the world that we don’t have enough time or resources for everything. And although many of them seem interesting to us, only a few are truly necessary.

Learn to prioritize in your life. Or someone else will do it for you.

Saying “no” at the right time can change the course of history.

There are three deeply ingrained assumptions that we must overcome: “I should,” “all of this is important,” and “I can do both.” We need to replace this false logic with three truths: “I choose,” “only a few things matter,” and “I can do anything, but not everything.”

Whatever decision you have to make, just ask yourself: “What is essential?” Drop everything else.

Quotes from the book “What to Dream About”
