This year, on New Year's Eve, we moved into our own house near Chekhov. They built a house in the construction company "Alliance Group". Since there was no money for everything at once, we built the house for two years. Construction began in April 2016. The foundation was built for us literally in 10 days (the foundation is a monolithic slab 250mm). I was present three times at the site during the construction of the foundation: the first time I showed at the place where the house should be, the second time I came to accept the work on knitting the reinforcement, and the third time I was present when the foundation was poured. I want to tell you that the work was carried out so smoothly that it was nice to see how people work. Then we took a break from work for about a month, so that the concrete gained strength (on the advice of the company). The roof was done in three weeks, there were many rainy days. Then they started to make the facade, and again another team (finishers), they then did the finishing. I have a facade using the “wet facade” technology, first insulation, then plaster with a mesh and decorative plaster. Together with Mikhail Vladimirovich, we went to several wholesale companies and chose the color of the facade and decorative stone. There are a lot of varieties and shades, and Michael's help was helpful. The facade was made for about three weeks - they made the facade itself, the blind area, the stone plinth and put the windows. The windows got quite cheap, the company supplied the windows at a dealer price (checked and compared in other companies). On this money ended, it was the beginning of August. The following year, in August, we started interior decoration, also with the Alliance Group company. On the advice of Mikhail, warm floors were made everywhere, but with two circuits: one circuit for bedrooms, and the other for common areas. Radiator heating and all other communications are also done. I ordered a septic tank and a well from other companies. The decoration was done quite modestly: tiles and laminate on the floor, walls - wallpaper, bathroom and boiler room all under the tile. Then we checked all the heating and water supply systems for about a week: the operating modes of the boiler, increased the pressure to 10 atmospheres (the workers had a special pump). And everything was EXCELLENT. Only later I asked for an outlet and light to the attic, the guys removed the tiles in the boiler room without any problems, laid the cables and did everything back. WITHOUT PAYMENT. Work was carried out for about 4 months. To summarize: Building a house in the Alliance Group company brought only joy and confidence in the quality of the built house. There were no additional payments and divorces for additional work (as I had in another company where I ordered a septic tank).
