  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • cheese - 0.25 kg;
  • minced meat - 0.25 kg;
  • mushrooms - 0.25 kg.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the peeled potatoes with cheese on a coarse grater. Onion and mushrooms cut into cubes.
  2. Season minced meat with spices.
  3. Take a cling film, put food on it in layers: potatoes, half the cheese, part of the onion, then minced meat and the remaining onion with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • salt - to taste;
  • pepper, dried dill, nutmeg - to taste;
  • cream - 1 tbsp.;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • hard cheese - 0.15 kg;
  • champignons - 0.5 kg;
  • onion - 1 pc.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the peeled potatoes into thin slices.
  2. Rinse mushrooms, dry, cut not too finely.
  3. Chop the onion into half rings, and chop the cheese on a grater.
  4. Lubricate the pots with oil, put potatoes on the bottom of each, then onions, and the last layer of champignons.
