The daughter of TV presenter Yevgeny Kochergin died in an elevator in the Scarlet Sails residential complex. Irina Volodina: personal life Irina Volodina is the daughter of Evgeny Kochergin

Evgeny Kochergin was rescued from the elevator of the house where his daughter died. The TV presenter has not yet fully recovered from the tragedy. The announcer's heiress, Irina, died in January 2016 when the elevator car fell into the shaft. In the near future, the Investigative Committee will announce the results of the final examination of this case.

The famous announcer turns 71 on Monday. Next week, the Investigative Committee is to announce the results of the final examination in the case of an elevator fall in a residential complex. Scarlet Sails”, As a result of which, in January of this year, the daughter of Evgeny Alexandrovich, Irina, died. The main suspect, electrician Aleksey Belousov, is in custody, and the lift cabins in the house also work intermittently. “Recently, my wife and I came to visit our granddaughters and son-in-law and got stuck in the elevator,” Evgeny Kochergin told StarHit. - I had to call the dispatcher to free us from captivity. Imagine the feeling! The wife drank a sedative for several days. They still haven't fixed anything. That ill-fated elevator, in which the floor failed, is boarded up. The neighboring two function poorly."

Recall that the day after the tragedy on January 15, 2016, the Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow arrested Aleksey Belousov, an electrician of the Scarlet Sails residential complex. Allegedly, it was the 28-year-old employee of the Lift Garant company who performed maintenance work on the cabin shortly before it collapsed into the mine. “They say this Aleksey signed a permit for operation,” shared Evgeny Kochergin. “I believe that he should be held responsible for the death of my daughter.” Belousov, who is in SIZO No. 3, denies his guilt. According to lawyer Viktor Badyan, Aleksey changed light bulbs and oil in the cabin, but he did not even see any documents in his eyes. “Three criminal cases - in relation to improper operation, the Lift Garant company and Alexei Belousov - were combined into one and only my client was arrested,” Viktor Badyan told StarHit. – Although on the day of the tragedy he slept after his shift, another mechanic was working. All the rest - directors, experts who issued technical passports for elevators - pass as witnesses. We are charged with providing low-quality services, but they cannot explain which ones. Complaint about this was accepted, will be checked. Lesha is an ordinary guy, he was engaged in taekwondo, he was going to get married ... Now what kind of wedding is there? If found guilty, Belousov faces up to 6 years in prison under Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, which negligently caused serious bodily harm or death to a person.” Irina has two little daughters, who are raised by their father, Deputy General Director of VTB Insurance, Alexei Volodin. And Kochergin, according to friends, has not yet fully recovered from the tragedy. “We are trying to get Zhenya out somewhere so that he can be distracted from gloomy thoughts,” said the legendary announcer Anna Shatilova. “We work together, we organize events.” Kochergin has two more daughters - Natalya from the first family and illegitimate Milan, with whose mother the TV presenter had an affair in the late 70s. But Evgeny Alexandrovich does not support relations with them. He first met 37-year-old Milana Nemykina from Yakutsk in February 2015 on the Let Them Talk program. “Milan is doing well, she is wealthy, married, has a son Ruslan, he is six years old,” Milana’s mother, Lyudmila, told StarHit. - Kochergin thinks that she needs an inheritance, but this is not so. It's about attention. Is he really not interested in at least what his daughter looks like? Moreover, Milana will soon move to Moscow, will be very close to her father and is ready to forgive all insults, meet, talk heart to heart.

In the residential complex "Scarlet Sails" the elevator cabin fell off. Inside was Irina Volodina - a 37-year-old mother of two girls - 8 and 2 years old. She died. Irina's father, Evgeny Kochergin, is the announcer of the Vremya program.

I went to Irina on Facebook. A beautiful, doll-like woman who loved family, classical music, travel, mountains. She also read my LiveJournal, which, as you understand, could not but touch me even more.

gruesome death: The floor of the elevator car collapses and Irina flies down 7 floors.

Browsing the Facebook of a woman who, after returning from ski resort, crashed to death in an elevator, I tried to imagine her life.

And I came across lines there that dealt with the theme of death.

And even earlier, I drew attention to the picture of Irina, in which she is already slipping away. The photo reminded me of those that are placed on grave monuments.

Irina Volodina was part of an initiative group of residents who fought against housing and communal services to improve the condition of elevators. On the day of her death, the woman was driving down at the same time as her nanny and daughter. Only they are in one elevator, and she is in another - in the one next to it.

What made Irina descend separately from her daughter?

Maybe this is the breath of death - a state when a person lives, not suspecting that the end of life is already close here? Everything seems to be fine, but for some reason - these verses that do not fit into the general tone of Irina's Facebook, a blurry photo and a step into another elevator - not the one where my daughter is.

I looked at the pages on Vkontakte of those who died on the plane from Egypt. There were also beacons of death - poems about her, sayings, photographs of candles burning in memory of the departed.

Even then, I came to the conclusion that the topic of death should be handled very carefully. Why? I can't explain it logically. Just trust me, the less you touch, the better. Death is not a topic worth flirting with.

And, in general, live, my good. Live happily ever after, and may all who are dear to you be with you.

The tragedy occurred on Thursday, when Irina Volodina, a resident of the Scarlet Sails residential complex, went for a walk with her child. When the woman entered the elevator, the cable broke and, together with the passenger, fell from the eighth floor.

It so happened that

Volodina did not ride in the same elevator with the youngest of her two children - the child rode in another elevator with a nanny.

The incident caused a strong reaction both in the network and among officials. Already in the first hours after the tragedy, Rostekhnadzor began to check the elite residential complex.

“Now our specialist has gone there. He is at the scene.

We will create a commission to investigate this case, and in parallel we will conduct an unscheduled inspection of the owner of this elevator, ”the department said.

In parallel, the UK opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (rendering work that does not meet safety requirements). This was announced by the representative of the capital's head office of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Yulia Ivanova.

However, after a while, shocking news arrived -

in the elevator shaft, from where they removed deceased Irina Volodin, another corpse was found - this time a man.

“On the afternoon of January 14 in the house on the street. Aviation in the elevator on the seventh floor collapsed the floor, resulting in the death of a girl. Some time later, when inspecting the elevator shaft, the corpse of a man was found, ”the Moskva agency reported, citing a source. The agency indicates that this information was confirmed by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow, without giving details. Thus, whether the corpse was there before the incident, or whether the deceased was riding in the same elevator with Volodina is unknown. In the Investigative Committee of Moscow, meanwhile, information about the second corpse is denied.

The deceased Irina Volodina was the daughter of the famous Soviet and Russian TV presenter Yevgeny Kochergin.

He is known as an announcer of holiday broadcasts and a host of state concerts.

It is also noteworthy that it was not the first year that Volodina, as part of a group of active residents of the Scarlet Sails complex, sought to replace the ill-fated elevator. So, on the website of the residential complex there is a protocol of Volodina's meeting with the management companies "DS Exploitation", LLC "Liftgarant" and LLC "Russtil".

Among other problems, the meeting discussed problems with the elevator, which, as it turned out, had a difficult history.

“A resident of building B, Plusheva E., emphasized that since May 2013, the elevator in building B has not been working, which was out of order as a result of a fire,” the minutes of the meeting say. - The Manager of the Complex, Daue A.B., and the Chief Engineer, Shcherbak I.I., explained that the breakdown occurred due to water leakage on the 29th floor into the elevator shaft. The elevator needs to be replaced.

The summary of the document states that "the elevator will be replaced and by September 1 (obviously, 2013 -" Gazeta.Ru ") will work." However, it is not known whether the managers fulfilled their promise.

"Scarlet Sails" is a residential complex consisting of five buildings. The first building was built in 2003. The customer and investor of the construction was Don-Stroy Invest.

I don’t know who Kochergin is, because I don’t watch TV much.
The deceased Irina Volodina was the wife of the deputy general director of VTB Insurance Alexei Volodin, she graduated from MGIMO and also worked in insurance.

The inhabitants of Shchukino, who were not allowed into the world of "Others", express their deep gratitude for the embankment stolen from them, painting "Sails" on the outside:

In connection with the tragic incident, I became interested: what did Irina Volodina, who died in the ZhK, think about this?

The media briefly reported that Volodina "fought with the management company for two years." Maybe, I thought, she was fighting to uphold the Water Code in order to open the waterfront to the public?

Volodina Irina Evgenievna is listed second among the members of the initiative group of residents.

Upon further reading, it turned out that Irina Volodina was not at all worried about the violation of the Water Code, but quite the contrary.
The first item on the agenda reads:
1. Issues of organizing the work of the complex security:
Residents of the Complex spoke on the first issue of the meeting agenda and outlined the current problems of ensuring the safety and security of the Complex, namely: unauthorized persons continue to enter the territory of the Complex and cars without a permit.

And then follows a list of measures that the angry initiative group demanded from the negligent management company: repair and install digital video cameras on the territory of the Complex, "put things in order" with visitors to non-residential premises - introduce "data scanning and automatic registration of visitors", "strengthen control" over the passage to the workers' territory, allocate a separate checkpoint No. 2 for the passage of mob, legalize the fence around the territory of the Complex (before it turned out to be not quite legal), eliminate weaknesses in the fence (it turns out that it is not high enough), install Egoza barriers and perimeter sensors, introduce regular patrols of the territory by police officers (in addition to the private security company), etc. .d. etc.

Only the second item on the agenda is elevators (aesthetics and inoperability), and the third - general questions about parking, "bricks falling from the facades", about the "ugly state of the embankment" and so on.
The fourth point again remembered "security" (as they understood it): residents complain about a large number of offices on the territory - "explanatory work is being carried out with office workers and visitors about the ban on walking around the territory."

There is nothing about the Water Code in the protocol.

Maybe, I thought, is this just Irina Volodina?
I looked into other forum threads, where the owners of the residential complex are discussing the embankment:

And one more thread of the forum with harsh criticism of the management company - for the demolition by the Moscow government of an illegal, as it turned out, checkpoint:

I suppose that's all you need to know about the respected residents of the Scarlet Sails residential complex and the deceased Irina Volodina.

If they had not spent so much effort and money on "social security" and the fight against "high traffic of maintenance personnel", then more resources would have been left to repair the elevators, and perhaps the deceased would have been alive. "He who does not look forward is behind."

The man from the service personnel who died with her - I am sincerely sorry.

P.S. For those who are not understanding: I did not express and do not express any joy over this tragedy; I'm worried about the Water Code and fences.
