Anton Golubenko Interesting and fast track

Territorial Implementation Manager

With the company since 2011

Krasnodar

For 7 years of work in the First Bit, I have gone from a programmer-intern to the Territorial Implementation Manager of the South macro-region. For the first six months, I actively worked with Clients, and then I decided to grow - the prospect of becoming the Head of the Implementation Department opened up. The head of the office challenged me: “Are you ready not to sleep for 5 years?” I agreed, as I saw many interesting and difficult tasks ahead. Of course, there was fear, but only those who do not run anywhere will never fall.

Already as a programmer, I saw growth points in the current employee training system. And, moving to the position of the head of the implementation department, I began to change it. Some of the current employees were not ready to do more than 40 effective hours. By that time, I was consistently working out 80 hours. There were 7 of us left, and that month we made 700 hours. This was much more than last month with 12 employees.

For two years I worked as the head of the implementation department, then for a year I combined this position with the position of the head of the project department. And for the last 3 years I have been responsible for all the implementers in the South. I learned everything along the way. The first thing I encountered was the recruitment of the team. It was difficult, because at that time there was nowhere to draw knowledge from. I always focused on the result and stubbornly went to it, but here I had to learn the process. One simple truth helped me: “We give up at the moment when the result is close.” Every time I say this to myself, the forces come by themselves.

I think that I grew up as a good leader who is not ashamed of his results. In my piggy bank: interns who came without experience, who today are leading programmers; three successful executives that I raised from programmers. My team is one of the strongest in the company and I am very proud of it.

My work is my hobby. I like multitasking, lack of consistency, always new interesting tasks. Likes to work with people. I like making money. I like who I am becoming and what result I show regarding myself and the company as a whole.

I am grateful to my leader Yulia Bereznyak for giving me opportunities, believing in me and not letting me down. I am grateful to my team, with which we move forward together and achieve goals together. And I am grateful to my parents for bringing up the right qualities in me.

I believe that there are five main keys to success in a company:

  1. Don't be afraid to make a mistake. The one who does nothing makes no mistakes.
  2. Ready to go all out.
  3. Be human and love people. Everyone has their own unique point of view. If you accept it, you will be able to understand what other people want.
  4. Purposefulness. If you walk slowly, but there is a goal, you will go further than when you thoughtlessly run.
  5. Support for others. When loved ones believe that your cause is just, you can move mountains.

I would like to wish everyone who is looking for their company to find an understanding: what do you want and why do you need it? Look far ahead, work on yourself, become better. Don't be afraid to invest in yourself money and time.

Natalya Serdechkina Becoming a leader immediately after graduation is easy!

Head of SBIS department

In the company since 2013

Nizhny Novgorod

My story is the story of personal development, the story of the creation and expansion of a new department, the story of the growth of the office in Nizhny Novgorod.

My path began in the company 5 years ago as a coordinator of the implementation department. It was my first serious work experience. At that time, I was still studying at the Pedagogical University and dreamed of going further into science, since since childhood I wanted to become a teacher. But six months later I was offered the position of head, and I agreed. New goals and plans appeared in my life, and the dream of helping others, teaching and developing them, became a reality thanks to the position of a leader. But at first everything was not easy, and soon I realized that “managing people” sounds, of course, beautiful, but in fact it is very difficult. In my opinion, a leader should be a leader who knows how to manage himself, his emotions, this is the one who understands that his goal is to create a team that will not let you down. Managerial competencies do not appear on their own, they need to be formed and developed in oneself: to read literature (for example, the books of Svetlana Ivanova and Maxim Batyrev helped me a lot), to observe and analyze the example of someone who has already achieved a lot in this area (for me this is my supervisor, Alexander Smetanin) and, of course, to solve work tasks (practice and practice again)

A year later, I achieved my goals, formed a friendly team (I even received an award - the “Most Cohesive Team” Cup, and from the team - an interesting diploma “Miss Sensitivity”. We really have a very friendly department and I always try to pay a lot of attention to the social and psychological climate in our team. For me, it is important with what mood my employees work, the values with which they come to us are important. I am sure that all this contributes to their achieving the best performance in their workplace. According to my employees, I am attentive and a responsible leader, and I try to teach them to be just like that in relation to their colleagues and Clients.

I would like to say to all new employees who came to our company or in search of work: if you think that you cannot become a leader after graduating from a university, you are mistaken! This is real, as my story proves. In just six months, I walked the path in the company that led me to this position. And all that was needed was to be purposeful and responsible. I myself found and chose this company, I was never afraid to take on new responsibilities, I always believed in myself. The company "First Bit" will give you all the possibilities, there would be only a desire.

P.S. Still, I did not refuse to study, and during my work at the First Bit company I received two higher educations with honors.

Anna Kozaeva Colleagues say Dubai is tough!

Account Manager

In the company since 2013

Dubai, UAE

Born, studied and worked in St. Petersburg. By education - a primary school teacher (RGPU named after Herzen).

I learned about the vacancy for an intern at a foreign branch in November on the corporate portal of the First Bit. Within two and a half months, I had three interviews conducted by Alexander Smolyaninov (head of the office in Dubai). In mid-January, a positive decision became known. Next move. This is an unrealistically interesting and completely different world! This is a great opportunity to learn and gain experience! Indeed, in our company, many people not only work, but also want to learn, this is their priority. It is also a super opportunity to improve the level of language proficiency. Although we have many Russian-speaking Clients from Russia and the CIS countries, at least in everyday life you speak English all the time.

A few things surprised me at the beginning. For example, all English-speaking Clients do not understand what an "hourly" is. Usually we sell software to the Client: whatever you want, so many hours, we do it. This is how we work with Russian-speaking Clients. They can explain it. But foreigners do not understand the "hourly schedule". They want a fix, they have many needs and wants. And when you tell them: “OK, now we will appreciate it”, you give them a “fork”, they say: “What?! Oh no, no, we need a fix! But it is not always possible to give it, if we are talking, for example, about a project, about some serious improvements. Here is another configuration, another accounting. The financial block here is different from the Russian one. This can be considered an important feature. And here, many Clients are very careless about the documents - they gave a lot of money, "hit hands" and fled.

In general, there are no "special features" of any kind. Here, in fact, they say, a very cruel life. All colleagues “threat” this, and I still don’t understand this - on the contrary, as long as I like everything, I’m impressed. I think it all depends on the desire of a person: if he wants something, he will achieve it, and he will experience the corresponding emotions. In Russia or here - it doesn't matter. This place is no exception. "Cinderella", "fairy godmothers" do not go here and do not offer magic :).

In the new place, the Beat is exactly the same as in Russia in terms of goals, objectives and values. In terms of atmosphere, the local office does not differ from any other Bitovsky office. I admire how Anton Dolgov organized the work, despite the fact that the company is large - more than 5000 employees. In any office you will meet an atmosphere of ideology, and everything shows that we are a team. At first I was really afraid - suddenly everything would be somehow different here, but I didn’t know anything.

I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to my St. Petersburg office, in particular, to Sasha Polunin - how dad raised me. Many thanks to Yura Shveikin, who really gave me a lot of useful knowledge, and, of course, to all the guys from the sales department and support of mini-projects, which I really, really miss!

If to be, then be the first :)!

Valentin Shuba First Beat - first job, manager for a year and a half

Implementation team leader

In the company since 2016

Hello! My name is Valentin.

In 2016, I graduated from the Samara Aerospace University and at the end of October I applied for a vacancy for a trainee programmer. It was my first interview and first job (yes, it happens). And although I graduated with a degree in factory automation (sounds good, right?), In fact, I had practically no programming experience. I was taken to the "stream" and it was in the process of learning that I made the final decision to become a 1C implementer!

At first it was not easy: I had to learn quickly and intensively, but it immediately bore fruit. A month, two, three - different tasks came (from the word "completely"), and the further the work went, the more interesting they became. At that moment, I realized how much depends on me and my skills, because I chose the way to solve the problem myself.

And if I had questions during the process, I always knew who to turn to. And everyone contributed to my “take-off”: taught, shared experience and simply helped with advice. (Guys, thanks! If you are the first, then only in such a team!)

After nine months of work, I was taken on a major project as a lead programmer. The project was successfully completed in five months, and it was a very significant period for me. During the work, a rethinking took place: I realized that I wanted to develop as a leader, and began to upgrade myself. Now I am completing my studies at the Dream Team (team building project), I have successfully completed the School of Mentors and BIT. ROV.12" (a program that gives you the opportunity to try yourself in the role of the head of the implementation department, having completed 12 feats of leadership). The program lasted four months, after which I became the curator of two new guys, and, finally, I create my own implementation group, which will definitely become a department.

In a year and a half, I went from a trainee with no experience to a team leader, and I'm not going to stop there.

Today I set myself even more ambitious goals, because the First Bit is a company of opportunities, and the main thing is not to miss them. Verified by personal experience!

Anna Sevostyanova Make big plans. You can never stop!

Head of SBIS department

In the company since 2015

Novosibirsk

I ended up in the First Bit almost by accident, but, as you know, all accidents are not accidental! After graduating from university, I got a job at a jewelry factory as a wholesale and regional sales manager, where I got my first experience of working with clients, and realized that this is the area I want to develop. But in January 2015, in Russia, I felt the consequences of the crisis, when all new employees were laid off. This was the first difficulty and, as it seemed then, almost unsolvable. But you have to keep going and never give up. I chose the First Bit company, because I decided that the IT sector is promising, developing, and in a crisis, in order to survive, companies need automation. I was also attracted to the company by the fact that here you can earn money and independently influence your income, the absence of a salary cap is important! Initially, I came to the company as an account manager in the 1C department, worked for 3 months, and at one of the meetings with my manager, we had a conversation about what I would like to achieve in a year, three years. I replied that I wanted to be the head of my department and have more than five employees subordinate to me. Then it was just a dream, there was no awareness of how to achieve this. But thoughts are material, the goal will definitely lead to the result!

After another six months of work, I realized that the direction of VLSI is interesting, marginal, and most importantly, the products bring real benefits to Clients. Since the direction in the office was not developed at all, I decided to take on this task myself. It was important for me to create something of my own, from scratch, and benefit the company. Here, completely different tasks awaited me, not just sales and work with Clients, but drawing up development plans, passing all possible certifications, and the first experience in recruiting employees. It was difficult, honestly, but, in my opinion, if a person does not leave his comfort zone, a kind of cocoon, he only degrades. And without work on oneself, there is no development, that's for sure!

She told about the good, now about the difficulties, but they were, where without them! The first is that always and in everything you need to start with yourself, rebuild your thinking and become a better leader from a good manager. It was necessary to learn how to plan, set ambitious goals for yourself and your employees, select, motivate, control people, and most importantly, be an example for them in everything! In my case, it was all on a whim, trial and error. But as in the book by Maxim Batyrev, each received "tattoo" helped me achieve the main goal, and helps in further development, and as YOU remember, you can never stop! Now the company has launched the project "School of Young Commanders", which will definitely help in the development of newly minted leaders and reduce the number) of mistakes at the initial stage.

After 1.5 years of work in the company, I became the leader of my own group of 3 people, even if it was small. I would like to say sincere thanks to the guys for their help, support, for the fact that we went through all these “tattoos” together. We are a real team, and any leader is strong precisely in this! I would also like to thank my leader, without her support, and sometimes a “kick”, nothing would have happened. This is the person from whom you want to learn from experience, to learn. I wish you to have such people on the way of becoming!

In my opinion, the main reasons for successful development in the company are:

  1. Do not be afraid of anything, any, even the most seemingly difficult task, is doable, you just have to look at it from the other side;
  2. Be in love with your work and product;
  3. People. Without a well-coordinated team of like-minded people, nowhere.

At the moment, I have been working in the company for more than 3 years, as a head of a department for 1.5 years, I have 9 subordinates, and all this is just the beginning, that's for sure! Now the plans are grandiose, and the goals are definitely more ambitious than 3 years ago. There are still a lot of difficulties ahead, interesting and new tasks, successful employees, victories, and sometimes defeats, without them nowhere! What attracts me the most in my work is that we are constantly running, not standing still - it energizes and gives strength. It is also very valuable when you and the company are in the same coordinate system, you want to bring maximum benefit and get a return.

I consider my main achievement for 3 years not even indicators: growth, fulfillment of the plan, profitability - this is just my job, which I must a priori do perfectly. The main achievement is that I was able to raise 2 key employees who would become successful team leaders in my department. And it is this vector of development that I have identified for myself for the coming year. If you want to achieve, be the first, be needed, then the company "First Bit" is definitely for you. A little effort, work on yourself, and everything will work out, I'm sure!

Anton Dolgov How to build an IT company

Company Director

With the company since 1997

I was born in the city of Yoshkar-Ola, the Republic of Mari El, after which I moved with my family to the city of Volzhsky, where I lived my first 16 years. When I was at school I was professionally engaged in skiing, I even participated in the Russian Championship, but in the 10th grade I had to decide whether to stay in the sport and further develop professionally or go to study. I made the decision to study. There were several options. It was possible to move to Kazan, Samara, Izhevsk, St. Petersburg, Moscow. Stopped in Moscow. I chose Moscow State University, Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics.

On the 4th year I decided to open my own business and the choice fell on 1C. The three of us started (me and two of my friends), the "Office" was set up right in one of the hostel rooms - on the 22nd floor in one of the towers of the main building of Moscow University.

I had to cope with various difficulties, including organizational ones. The beautiful view from the window could not compensate for the absence of a telephone: the telephone cable was not pulled so high ... But this problem was also solved. For a fabulous $ 400, a radiotelephone was bought, its base was placed on the 13th floor in a room with friends, and calls were already received on the 22nd. There was no First Bit office. When they heard about the desire to send a fax, the cheerful students joked: “Dict, we write it down.” Partially, the post office on the first floor of the Main Building of Moscow State University helped to solve the problem of fax messages: faxes went to 1C from here.

The first trouble happened when I realized that accounting is not an easy task, not always obeying the canons of mathematics. I realized that knowledge is not enough. It was a shock.

In general, there were 3 turning points:

  1. February 14, 1998, when we rented an office. He was also quite informal: he was in a room in a former communal apartment and occupied a 14-meter room.
  2. August 1998 A neighbor went bankrupt in our communal apartment, and we occupied his 30-meter office. But after some time, we realized that we had nothing to pay the rent, since the sales volume was $ 280. We understood that everything. Behind Moscow, nowhere to retreat. Either we give up or we fight.
  3. In 2000, the first regional office of the company was opened in St. Petersburg. The opening of an office in the city on the Neva laid the foundation for regional development. After St. Petersburg, offices were opened in Samara, Krasnoyarsk and Kazan.

Many people ask: "Why "First Beat?" Initially, we were called "Accounting and Trade", as we thought that we would always be engaged in the automation of accounting and trade accounting. But then they realized that they were wrong and there are many other types of accounting that they would also like to work with. Everyone called us "Beat", well, OK, so be it. But there are many Bits, and if there is, then be the FIRST. And so the "First Beat" was born. I can say with confidence that everyone can become successful, and it's not about luck ... Focusing on a specific result is the key to achieving new heights, because it is the result that is the only and objective measure of the success of each of us. The main thing is to believe in success and not stop developing under any circumstances. Firmly go to the goal!

The First Bit company is a team of like-minded professionals who love their job and try to do it better than others, accumulating and implementing experience from various fields.

Anton Zamerchuk Programmer is a creative profession

With the company since 2011

Chelyabinsk

First Bit is my first job. I started as an intern in the implementation department during my first year at university in 2011. It was interesting that I first received specialized knowledge at the workplace, and only then - at the institute.
I started to succeed very quickly and already in the third month I was fulfilling the same plans as experienced employees. I developed and grew as a specialist, and by 2015 I was already actively working both in the implementation department and on complex project requests, therefore, I was soon offered to move to the position of project manager. I successfully handled complex tasks, such as automating accounting at a subsidiary of ChelPipe from scratch, and demonstrated to colleagues a different approach to project management, which was based on my experience in the implementation department. Also, for a year and a half, I led a group that was my pilot project. At the moment I work in two directions, one of them - the head, the second - the deputy head.

From the outside, it may seem that my development in the First Bit was easy and fast. But behind all the successes are hours, months and years of training and self-education. Employees study a large amount of information in Bit on their own, without constant management control over this process. Therefore, it is very important to want to develop in our company, performing tasks “under the lash” is not about the Beat ☺

At the first stages of my formation as a specialist, my colleagues Ivan Shegurov, Vladimir Agarkov, Anna Marinenko helped me a lot. They gave a huge impetus to my development, for which I am very grateful to them!

For seven years of work in the company, I have gone from a “zero” specialist to a project manager, probably, at the very beginning of my career, few people can imagine success, but it is possible! I also improved my communication skills very much and learned to defend my opinion, promote my point of view, and not through conflicts and disputes, but in the course of constructive negotiations.

In a company, there is always room for growth and learning. I am very inspired and motivated when young employees who come to us without experience become great specialists, and even wipe your nose at some points!

In general, I would like to say about the company that we are the best!☺ It is a great pleasure for me to represent the largest franchisee in the visible part of the Universe before the Clients. But we also have an internal culture that hooked me from the first minutes of meeting the company with its informality, and even recklessness, and so far these feelings have not changed.

After all, despite the fact that every day I face serious tasks that require great responsibility - customer support, pre-sales and employee development - you can always have fun in First Bit, we know how!

And of course, my life is not limited to work, I also love active and extreme recreation: snowboarding, cycling, running. I like to get the most out of my abilities: the state of "on the limit" gives me extraordinary motivation to continue to do what I'm good at.

By the way, if we talk about the profession of a programmer, it is also far from boring, I consider it creative, since you translate your idea into a language understandable to a computer, and this is very interesting.

In conclusion, I would like to say to those who are at the beginning of the journey: 7 years ago I did not dream that I would be at this level now, but it happened, so you always need to be self-confident, persistent and ambitious. IT companies are the future, and you have a chance to be a part of it.

Alexander Yakovlev Don't be afraid to try new things

Project Manager

In the company since 2012

Having worked for more than 10 years in IT, including in senior positions, I realized how narrow my knowledge is, working in the same company, with the same business processes, supporting and developing them a little. In an attempt to find new interesting ideas for my own development, I graduated with an MBA CIO in IT management, received a response from the First Bit company for the role of a project manager. To be honest, at first there were thoughts that franchise companies sell 1C licenses and only deal with bookkeeping with yellow books. But curiosity and the expectation of something new and unknown won.

I came to the First Bit company as an accounting analyst in the office, which was located on Kutuzovskaya (now Paveletskaya). The manager, relying on my experience, directed me immediately to the automation project of the company - one of the largest suppliers of products for the Ministry of Defense. The project was to introduce the "Agricultural Enterprise Management" system. My role at that time was an accounting analyst. Many funny stories are connected with this project, including how we trained a team of 60 people in the Izmailovskaya hotel on the operation of the system and our expert told in detail how to arrange a cow's offspring in the system. Next it was my turn to teach fixed asset accounting.

At first, I was a little paralyzed: I started talking about posting fixed assets to account 10 of accounting, but then I pulled myself together and successfully conducted the training. This project made me realize that there are no areas that cannot be explored. After working in a pharmaceutical company, you can easily automate a livestock farm, and then move on to the production of men's shirts, then complete a project in a telecommunications company and leave to automate a cheese factory. This work provides access to a wide range of companies with their problems and our solutions. It is very nice to notice the burning eyes of Clients when they see in you the one who really helps them cope with the routine and endless mistakes.

Upon completion of the agricultural enterprise project, I immediately moved to the position of project manager, completed projects in such companies as Colletto Bianco, ITR (Tire Pros), Enforta, ITL, United Media Group, PTI Group of Companies.

Then I had a choice: to grow in the role of the head of the project department or to develop some direction. First, I tried myself as a team leader: I assembled a team, and we implemented a number of projects to automate financial accounting. Then there was a business trip to the Czech Republic, where I practiced my English by teaching Clients and became interested in the international market. After consulting with my manager, in 2016 I took over as head of sales and marketing with the aim of increasing the company's share of the international market.

Now I supervise a number of projects with America, Germany, France, China, Japan, Italy. In addition to managing the sales department, I develop the marketing direction in the office, act as a key account manager, conduct seminars and share my experience with both employees and clients with pleasure. The plans for the next year are to bring the sales department to a new level and grow in turnover by 5 times.

My motto is: "Do not be afraid to take on new things, develop comprehensively and conquer new heights."

Lyubov Kulifeeva My story begins 8 years ago

Head of Implementation Department

With the company since 2011

My story begins 8 years ago, after moving from the Tver region to Voronezh.

In Tver, I worked in a small 1C Franchisee. Therefore, in Voronezh, I was looking for a job also related to 1C. I got a job as a full-time 1C programmer in one of the largest furniture companies in the city, but quickly got tired of the monotonous routine tasks. I was very bored. There were no opportunities for development within this company, or rather, none at all. I realized that something urgently needed to be changed. Then the First Bit in Voronezh was already known, it occupied the first lines of the ratings. I decided that here, perhaps, I could grow professionally and build a career.

In 2011, I came to First Bit. From the very first months, I closed for 140 hours or more - then it was an impressive output per employee. Together with the head of the office - Mikhail Vasiliev - we came up with the idea of creating an implementation and sales department that will work on large and interesting projects. After all, basically, the implementer does his maximum load himself. Therefore, it is he, and not the sales manager, who first of all should find projects, “sell” his experience.

For 6 months I worked on the creation of a project department. It was a very difficult period. Sometimes I wanted to quit. Of course, then I remembered why I needed it, a second wind appeared, my strength returned, and I again went to my goal. The current implementation department was acutely lacking competencies. And in November 2011, I started over with four employees in my department. The first 1,000 hours for the department were taken with a fight. The most important and most difficult was to prove that this is a real goal. When we crossed this line, everything somehow immediately went easier. The guys just believed in themselves, in their strength.

After 2 years, I was already the head of the Implementation Department. My division was effective in all respects, but I understood that I needed to “grow” the heads of implementation departments. Naturally, I relied on my own employees, and did not recruit staff from outside. I helped the best implementers develop their management skills and lead the team to results. In my opinion, everything worked out.

I still launched the project department, it happened in 2016. The design division has grown and continues to grow very rapidly. My people are doing really cool results that I dreamed about when I first joined the company. This is confirmed not only by words and reviews of projects. For the second year in a row, with the automation of large companies, we win the international competition 1C: Project of the Year! Goals for the near future - to develop the sales department of the project division.

If I could now return to the beginning of my career, I would say to myself - “do more and talk less” ☺ I am inspired by a clear understanding of what I want to achieve and how I will move towards it. That is why I never gave up then, at the very beginning.

Konstantin Ivanov This is just the beginning!

Project manager

In the company since 2017

I joined the First Bit company in March 2017. Prior to that, after graduating from higher education, he worked in the financial industry (accounting, finance), as an accountant by education. Such work is strongly intertwined with the use of software, especially with 1C products, and I have always been interested in how the program is arranged inside, what can be configured in it or changed “for oneself”, how to set up the necessary reports without the help of programmers. I even managed to create some reports in the Data Composition System. I was very attracted by the work of the project team when we began to implement the configuration of the SCP at our enterprise. Soon I was invited to the First Bit company as a consultant on financial products, and I became interested in trying myself in a new direction, especially a federal company, an industry leader.

To the constant acquisition of new knowledge, in general, there was already a habit, still formed by work in the accounting department (constant change in legislation), but in the IT field, this process, one might say, is on a different level. Here, this is a necessary condition put on stream, otherwise you will “fly out” from the market (including from the labor market). In our company, I think, the training is delivered quite well, there is all the necessary literature, webinars, development plans, courses, thematic gatherings. This is sorely lacking, as a rule, for medium and small companies. Different areas of activity allow you to find exactly your place: you sell, repair, configure, consult, program, deal with software or commercial equipment - choose to your taste.

From the first month of work, I was taken on a major project. At the moment I am its leader, I have three certificates of a Software Specialist and I am involved in very interesting and complex projects. In the future, I plan to study ERP systems and new design technologies in more depth, as well as develop the design direction in our office.

In this, I was helped, first of all, by the system: the system of obtaining knowledge, working on oneself, moving forward. This, by the way, is greatly facilitated by sports.

Sergei Bondarenko I called myself into the army and build a temple

Deputy Head of Department

With the company since 2011

Chelyabinsk

In 2012, I decided to become a 1C programmer. At that time, I was still working as a salesman in a store, but I was determined to a new profession. I had a diploma of higher technical education. I began to study on my own from books, but then I didn’t know about “Euler circles”, but the essence was the same: “What do I like to do? What do I get? How can I make money?" A prerequisite was: a quick start in the profession - a low threshold for entry; unlimited ceiling for growth; a wide area where you can easily retrain in a related field, using the acquired knowledge.

With all these criteria in mind, I moved on to looking for a job as a 1C programmer. I saw a vacancy on the job search site and called the CBU office. I was offered to start with the position of “Salary Methodologist” and in the process of work retrain as a programmer. The company offered primary training, and in two weeks I received basic knowledge in the field of budget accounting methodology and the payroll section of budgetary institutions. After the training, I started to work, but I did not stop studying.

Within a year I became an expert methodologist. This was achieved thanks to a clearly set goal, which he confidently walked towards: he solved practical problems, studied intensively even on weekends, followed the plan and was not lazy. Of course, it was not easy, because no one removed the role of son, husband, father and friend from me. “Conscript yourself into the army,” says Radislav Gandapas. I called myself to achieve the goal.

In addition to work, I also solved personal problems. During my time at Bita:

I got an apartment in a mortgage, a lot of effort was spent on paperwork and repairs. But there was my own fortress, to which I gladly return after work, since over the years of wandering around the apartments there was a negative experience with a sudden eviction;

A wonderful daughter was born, who pleases every day with her success. I also had to study manuals for raising children. By the way, it helps in working with clients. Since adults are the same children with their own quirks. It has become easier to find understanding both at work and at home.

In my second year with the team, a major project began. There was a lot of work, which was enough for a couple of years. After the end of the project, I returned to my original goal and took up the study of programming. At first he created simple reports and printed forms. Then the tasks got harder and harder. It was interesting. Knowledge of the accounting methodology helped a lot, since when working with 1C it is a very important skill to see the problem through the eyes of the Client and speak the same language with him.

In the field of 1C, it is important to have certificates. Firstly, you study, get certificates and comprehend new subtleties of the profession. Secondly, this is some kind of proof of your professional suitability, a supporting document. Now I have six certificates. Preparing for the certificate "1C: Specialist" on the platform for a long time and thoroughly. It took a couple of years. I passed on the first try without any questions from the examiner. At the very beginning of preparation, this exam seemed to be something incredibly difficult, now I understand that it is not much more complicated than 1C: Professional and it tests knowledge of elementary basics.

Now I plan to become a programmer - an expert, also in the direction of Salary. One of the requirements is to obtain the certificate "1C: Configuration Specialist at WKGU", for which I am already preparing.

The salary section in the institution is just a part of the accounting. Further I will develop in the direction of accounting and financial accounting in order to be as useful as possible for the Client. The goal is to obtain the certificate "1C: BSU Specialist Consultant" and "1C: BSU Configuration Specialist".

In the future, I will make efforts to enter the elite of the world of 1C programmers. To do this, I will receive a certificate "1C: Expert on technological issues."

In addition to your own development, it is important to develop your colleagues. On this topic, I like the old joke: “One teacher says to another: “Well, I got a group this year! I explain the theorem - they do not understand! I explain the second time - do not understand! I will explain for the third time. I already understood. But they don’t understand ... ”Explaining something to another person, I myself begin to better understand the issue, look at it from a different angle and discover something new. Therefore, I try to periodically conduct training for my colleagues, as well as send useful materials.

If we talk about what I like in my work, besides the opportunity to develop, grow above myself and conquer new heights, this is, of course, the realization that I am “building a temple”. For a better understanding, I recommend reading the Parable of the Builder. It also gives me pleasure to interact with Clients, the first persons of state institutions. I help them solve important tasks, automate their processes and, as a result, make their work easier and more efficient.

Constant development allows you to perform more complex and interesting tasks that require creativity and knowledge of accounting. Thus, work turns into an exciting pastime, and not sitting out your pants from Monday to Friday.

In conclusion, I want to give advice to colleagues and all those who have read to the end: what you achieve depends entirely on you! Take action!

Don't believe any of the positive reviews. They simply cannot be! All positive reviews are written by special employees of the company! I want to speak about the lack of professionalism of the head of the selection Shakhova Irina. He is not oriented on professional issues, he asks for money for employment! First time I see this!!! Where is the business owner looking?

My truth: before agreeing to undergo an interview, I read all the negative reviews here. I was very scared, but then I talked to an excellent HR specialist - Alma, and she turned my picture around. Alma was not only distinguished by professionalism, but also by a positive attitude and humanity, which are rare, believe me. My interview took place in 4 stages. At stage 3, I got...

Nice renovation, lovely middle managers.

This is my first time writing a review for a company. I will say right away that I was very much looking forward to meeting with the HR director. When I went through all the selection stages (there are many of them), I expected that at the end, at the finish line, I would at least be able to talk with the chief HR specialist - the HR Director. But as it often happens, when you fantasize, then you are very disappointed. And so it happened ... Appeared before me ...

About the fraud of the Head of the office Semyonovsky Gurushkina E.Yu., who is the founder of Avro-Bus LLC, has been known for a long time, since she is part-time and an entrepreneur in Cheboksary, where they are well aware of beggarly salaries and the same abnormal staff turnover as in the office in Moscow.

After working in this organization, it is impossible to find a job anywhere, and this is not only the so-called. the use of blocking or the fact that the company denigrates the reputation of employees who worked for this form. This company is engaged in a real persecution of former employees for absolutely no reason. Being humiliated already by working in this sharashka office for 20 thousand rubles a month, in addition, you can ...

This is a place for the realization of the strongest, I came to the Kazan branch with little experience in sales, but with a great desire to develop and grow up the career ladder. And now I've been working here for 5 years. There was not a single month without development, smart books, webinars, seminars. But, of course, there are colleagues who do not join this. As the founder of the First Bit, Anton Dolgov, says, take it or not ...

I worked for 1.5 years, six months of which I was satisfied with the work in this company.

I worked for 1.5 years as a telemarketing department manager and decided to quit because I started to be late for work and it became unprofitable to travel for a low salary. But it was not there! The head of the office #Semyonovsky #Gurushkina Ekaterina Yuryevna, my decision to leave a low position, which already spoils my qualifications, not only took it with hostility, it rained down from her and other managers ...

There is a proverb saying that a fish supposedly rots from the head. So about the first bit, we can say that the fish has already rotted. And now in order.
1. The attitude towards employees has already been mentioned here more than once or twice, and everything is true. The attitude towards the employees is just horrendous. Remember, guys, you are nobody here, dust under your feet, worthless slaves. Moreover, the company itself resembles a sect. For all new employees, mandatory trainings “Welcome” are held. During these trainings, languid chants are heard from the audience, such as “we are the first bit, we are the best, uuuuu”. The feeling of Spanish shame after this does not leave for a long time.
2. The company is run by a person who, without a twinge of conscience, can be called a few bad words, but we will not. It is normal for this person to come into the office after 7 p.m. and express dissatisfaction that everyone has already gone home. For a moment, the majority of the working day begins at 9 or 9-30, and for some even at 8 in the morning. Recycling, of course. Or, for example, is it normal for him to go into the office at about half past one and ask why no one works in this department? The staff actually left for lunch. There are no regulations at the time of lunch in the company, but you must somehow demonstrate your power. It seems that this person believes that work is manna from heaven, people should be extremely happy that they work for this holy person, but they don’t have to eat at all. And rest too. In general, they do not need anything other than work, yes.
3. Salaries. A lot has been sung about this too, so I just confirm. The salary is below the market average. Noticeably lower. Similar salaries are usually offered in sharashkin offices that have just opened. And it looks like a big company. And yes, vacancies in this company are not closed for years. Promotions, motivation… None of this is even in sight. Moreover, it cannot be said that the salary in the company is white - most of it is paid in the form of bonuses.
4. Technical equipment. The building was renovated two years ago. At the same time, repairs were made without relocating employees to another office. There were days when employees breathed dust and paint all day long. Remember the bestial attitude, right? After the repair, there was no new furniture in the building for another year, while the old one was already beginning to fall apart. Cramped rooms, often without air conditioning. Headache after work is a common condition. In principle, everything related to IT in the company is a monstrous mess. The personnel and salary policy has led to the fact that professionals do not stay in the company, and the main backbone consists of newcomers. The information systems used are not only constantly slowing down on outdated computers, but they still quite often experience all kinds of failures that significantly affect the quality and speed of work.
5. My career path in the company was long, so I have some interesting stories. The first story is about the kitchen. After the renovation, the kitchen for the employees of the office on Proletarskaya moved to the first floor of the building, to a room that was previously ... an entrance. The entrance, of course, was closed. Tables, chairs, microwaves were set up. Microwaves, by the way, were so old that one by one they failed a little more than constantly. To say that there was no food in the kitchen would be an understatement. The employees who had lunch in the kitchen did not consider it necessary to clean up the table after themselves, that is, dirty tables in the remnants of someone else's meal are normal. However, this is not surprising - there was nothing to wipe the tables with. It was a long time before salt and pepper and napkins appeared on the tables. By the way, yes, there were no plates in the kitchen either - eating from cans is normal. But the most charming thing was in the spring, when the roof leaked in the room. People had lunch and saw how water flows in streams along the walls. It was impossible to sit at half of the tables, simply because it was really raining from the ceiling. The second story will be about the elevator. The elevator in the building is old. Very old. The building has 6 floors. At first, in the summer, the elevator was turned off for most of the day, because the mechanisms overheated. Then this practice was stopped, but it was still expensive to use the elevator - it constantly broke down, people constantly got stuck in it. History the third. After the renovation, the building began to have obvious problems with the toilets. Constant blockages led to toilet eruptions. Several times there were obvious floods, as evidenced by streaks on the walls. The company apparently does not care much about the impression such walls make on the company's customers. And finally. Once I was brought to the facebook of the head of the company. I don’t know if he leads it himself, or if there is a “professional” for it, but this is some kind of horror. I will give only a few pearls. “Following the results of 2018, we broke through 1 million eff. hours!" - is that how? Usually the efficiency of a company is measured in profits, but here is the clock that has struck. OK. “On January 3rd, I took part in the First working day of this year of our Kazakh offices! Well done guys - they “storm” how to grow at times, since all the prerequisites are there, and the main one is our Team and our satisfied Clients!” - a whole post from January 4th. The main mystery for me is they “joke” how to grow at times. "What is the sacred meaning of this phrase? "How to grow at times" is such a comparison? And "grow up" is the plural of the word "grow up"? Then maybe it will be correct " storm "how to grow in times"? Some kind of mind. Or here's how you can participate in the workday? Deliver pizza? Just stand by and watch? It's also unclear. Another example: “The aftertaste of its participants is very rich and inspiring.” I know that the aftertaste is pleasant. Or unpleasant. I can also agree with the rich aftertaste, but inspiring? What is it like? A great example of the "professionalism" of the staff.
