Valery Evgenievich Shambarov is a Russian writer and publicist. Author of works on the history of Russia.

For three years, "Belogvardeyshchina" was published with sequels in "Vechernaya Ryazan", and in 1996 it was published as a separate book. To implement it, V.E. Shambarov got in touch with the Algorithm firm, which in those years was engaged in both publishing and wholesale bookselling.
