Exercise. Harmonization of the space of one's own life

Need a ritual Harmonization of space. This ritual is performed in order to "calm" the energies of the house and bring the energies of Yin and Yang into balance.

For this purpose, you can use special "singing" balls, which are sold in esoteric stores. They are made of metal and, when rotated, emit a pleasant melodic sound. Choose small, lightweight balls (you'll need 1-2 balls) that roll comfortably in your hand.

Now for the ritual itself:

Sit comfortably, relax and take the ball in your hand. Take a few deep breaths and exhale, calm your mind and shift your attention to the heart area. Imagine that light is streaming from your heart, which fills you and the surrounding space with the energy of love.

Feel how the ball is charged with this energy. Imagine that everything that you would like to bring into your life is concentrated in the center of the ball. You can pronounce desires that concern not only you personally, but also all members of your family.

Draw bright colors pictures of your later life, imagine yourself and your loved ones healthy, happy, successful in them. Thus, you create thought forms that fill the house with light energies of love and happiness.

Now, rolling the ball (you can use 2 balls at the same time) in your hand, stand up and walk around the entire perimeter of your apartment. Do it cheerfully and cheerfully, fill every corner of the house with new beneficial energies that the ball charged by you radiates. Go back to where you started your round of your apartment and thank the singing ball for helping you.

Instead of a ball, you can use incense, a ringing bell, a singing bowl to harmonize the space.

Now that you have come into contact with your home, you can "work" with it even from a distance. For example, if you leave home for a long time, you can put up protection - for this, before leaving the house, close your eyes for a minute and mentally circle all the rooms with a beam of light. Speak:

“My house is under the protection of the light heavenly forces!”

Now you can safely hit the road. Your home will not only wait for you, but also protect you, wherever you are.

Upon returning from a long trip, say hello to the house, stroke the door, walls, lovingly go around all the rooms. You can ring a bell, loudly “slam” corners to disperse stagnant energy.

In some countries, there is a tradition of offering to the spirits of the house. The simplest thing is to light incense or candles and go around the entire house around the perimeter, mentally or aloud thanks to the guardian spirits of the hearth.

You can make an offering of flowers. To do this, lay out the flower heads on a dish (garden daisies, chrysanthemums, asters are suitable), and put a lit candle in the middle. Dip one flower in holy water and sprinkle the whole composition with it.

At the same time, say a few sincere words, for example: “Oh, guardian spirits of my house! Please accept these gifts as a token of gratitude for keeping my house in a beautiful harmonious condition, for helping me in all my affairs! Thank you (3 times)…

If you do this sincerely and with love, you will really feel the support of your invisible helpers.

And Feng Shui masters advise hanging opposite front door poster with eg:

Feng Shui is great in my house!

I love my house!

My home fills me with the energy of health, happiness and prosperity!

All the best to you and may you always be lucky!!!

In ancient times, a system for reading information from a person was created. Using it, the doctor can determine by the pulse what caused the changes in the body - external influences or internal ones, that is, the Cosmos influenced the state of health or the reason for the dysfunction internal organs, which are considered elements of the Earth.
External influences are subject to one law, internal - to another. If they do not correlate with each other, chaos arises in the human body, in other words, a disease. If these violations concern not a person, but some organization, a campaign, it falls apart, becomes bankrupt. If laws are violated in the family, relations between spouses are torn.

The Chinese believed and still believe that everything in the world is interconnected and every single thing depends on countless other things. The study of these influences is carried out by people who own feng shui (in translation, "feng" means wind, "shui" - water). These experts determine how the state of wind and water (natural elements) affect a person, a community of people, a state.

One of the most important concepts in the art of Feng Shui is Vital energy"Qi". Thanks to her, mountains grow, rivers flow, plants, animals, people live. The entire Universe is filled with it. Qi determines the scale and parameters of things and phenomena - the height of mountains, the depth of rivers, the abundance of flowering, and so on. Qi connects spirit and matter. Human life is inextricably linked with cosmic Qi. People are extremely susceptible to the energy flows of the environment - the sun, planets, buildings, trees, etc. In China, it is believed that in most cases a person can change his fate in better side, if he correctly decorates a house, apartment, favorably locates an office, workplace.

Feng Shui is the teaching of symbols. Since ancient times, China has considered the Earth and the Cosmos as a single living, breathing organism. And therefore, at all times, reliefs, hills, reservoirs, mountain ranges, ledges of buildings were studied with great attention. It was believed that the shape of the landscape can affect not only the fertility and prosperity of the area, but also the life, health and character of people.

The movement of natural water currents, both horizontally and vertically, creates a complex picture of energy activity and, according to occultists, forms the etheric body of the Earth. This means that every locality and every landscape has its own unique energy potential.

Most of the human body is also made up of water, which is involved in the creation of its etheric body. Through this body, the energy connection of a person with the healing forces of nature is carried out. It is no coincidence, as occult teachings say, that it is through the etheric body that a person restores vitality and the weakening of the etheric body leads to disease. In order for the etheric body to be strong, one must live in harmony with the surrounding world and nature. Therefore, the Chinese only resort to minor changes in the landscape as a last resort.

The relationship "man - nature" is two-way. The energy of a person is influenced by the energy of the area, and the energy of a large mass of people, embraced by one idea or one desire, in turn affects the local natural energy. It is no longer a secret to anyone that in areas where conflicts occur: terror, violence, lawlessness, wars - nature reacts adequately. Seismic activity is increasing, leading to strong earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and droughts. The relationship between destructive thoughts and natural disasters was noticed back in Agni Yoga.

In addition to believing in good and evil spirits, the ancient Chinese believed in the existence of forces associated with the landscape and influencing human destinies. The power of these forces was determined natural features terrain and depended on the shape of the hills, the location of rivers and lakes, the presence of forests, groves and individual trees.

It is no coincidence that in the East it is believed that the reason for the success and failure of a person is hidden not only in his deeds, but also in his work. mysterious forces Lands, which in Chinese are just called “feng shui”, which means air and water. Feng Shui is the ancient art of creating harmony in environment, this is the key to understanding the dialogue of man with nature, with cosmic breathing or "Qi". In order not to disturb the harmony reigning in nature, the ancient Chinese tried not to change the configuration of the landscape. If such a need nevertheless arose, then they turned to geomancers for help - fortunetellers on the ground, who found their place for each building. At the same time, it was believed that some structures could improve the quality of the terrain, that is, force miraculous powers have a beneficial effect on residents.

From a feng shui point of view, any house resembles a body, because it has its own metabolism. The "Qi" energy, like the air, should flow evenly everywhere, flowing smoothly from the corridor to the rooms. Windows and doors are the "nose" and "mouth" of the house, which separate the internal energy from the external. Having "breathed" energy from the outside, the house must direct it from one room to another with the help of doors, walls, mirrors, plants, corners and furniture. If the flow of energy is healthy, not too strong or weak, then the residents are healthy and live and work in full force. The very location of the house, as well as the distribution of windows and doors to the cardinal points, also matters.

So, for buildings it is most favorable if the entrance is in the east and the movement of cars does not interfere with the access of light. For business, it is best if the building is located at a crossroads and there is no visor above it, which acts depressingly on incoming people. It is not at all desirable for the house to be directed towards the cemetery, and if construction begins on some section of an abandoned cemetery, then unpleasant things will happen in this place (early deaths, poltergeist, etc.).

According to Chinese tradition, one should be very careful when interfering with the natural contours of the area. Only feng shui experts can allow artificial bending of the straight riverbed, which is a threat to life and material well-being. But it is considered unacceptable to lay direct tunnels through the mountains. Until now, in China, all roads smoothly bend around the natural contours and the Great Chinese Wall is no exception.

The Chinese are convinced that it is best to build houses on the southern and eastern slopes of a hill or mountain. But at the same time, it is necessary to take into account the shape of this hill. Let's say a hill that looks like a bed threatens an imminent early death sons and grandchildren, if it resembles an overturned boat, it can cause a daughter’s illness or a son’s imprisonment. On the contrary, a house built at the confluence of two streams of water will always be prosperous.

In general, the location of the house near a river, pond or lake is a very good sign. At the same time, the Chinese distinguish between "living" and "dead" water, which we have already talked about. In addition, it is believed that money will always flow into a house located on a concave part of the land in front of a round pond. And in a house standing on a convex piece of land, there will always be a lack of money. The water stream passing through the courtyard of the house will also carry away the family well-being, and a reservoir located too close to the house will provoke frequent accidents.

To neutralize the negative influence, you can lay a winding path from the house to the pond and thereby, as it were, increase the distance to the water. If the reservoir is too far from home, it can be brought closer with the help of a mirror that attracts positive Qi. Experts also advise dissipating excess Qi that is too large in relation to the house of a reservoir. To do this, it is enough to plant a tree in the back of the yard opposite the pond.

Hello, friends!

With this article, I am starting a new column, which I decided to call "Space Harmonization". The space around us is filled with energy flows. And what impact these flows will have on our lives depends on how harmonious the space around us is. Our home or workplace can either take energy from us or, conversely, give it to us. About how to make your space become a source of energy and helper for you, we will understand in this section.

Harmonization of space - the teachings of Feng Shui

At one time I was very fond of feng shui, this interesting and very
effective in in practical terms Chinese teaching for the harmonization of space. Many of those who have heard something about feng shui may now think: “Ah, they put all sorts of money frogs and hang bells there!”. Well, yes, but this is only part of what you need to do in order for the energies in your home (or office) to bring you health, luck and prosperity.

Many doubt the effectiveness of feng shui. And in vain! It really works, and I was convinced of this more than once or twice. Sometimes such interesting things happened that even my feng shui-skeptical relatives couldn't help but admit that "this time it worked!"

So how does it work? According to the teachings of Feng Shui, any room is divided into sectors oriented to the cardinal points. Each of the sectors is responsible for a certain area of life - love, money, children, travel, knowledge, etc. And if we want to strengthen any vital sphere in ourselves, then it is necessary to attract energy to a specific sector of the room.

So everything seems to be simple - put the necessary figures on right places and you will be happy! But in fact, everything is much more complicated! Moreover, as in any science, Feng Shui has its own rules and laws, violating which you run the risk of ruining your life. Therefore, many of those who, having heard something somewhere and from someone, begin to “do Feng Shui” in their home, often get completely different results than they expected!

Incorporate creativity into your life!

But in fact, feng shui is an extremely fascinating thing! And very very creative process! When I had that very period of active study and application of this teaching in my life, I did everything! I drew pictures to hang them in the right sector to enhance the energies (I am still proud of my picture with 9 eagles soaring over the rising sun!). I designed interior items with painting and appliqué. I created figurines, cut, glued, etc. I even got my brother to install colored LED lighting on one of my closet shelves!

And with what passion I studied correct location sectors, the energies of each sector, the interaction of these energies with each other, etc. etc. Feng Shui provides great opportunities for creativity!

However, I want to tell you right away what is still primary for us in the matter of creating
happy life it is our inner state! If you think negatively, stay in a bad mood, blame everyone around and do other similar things, then no matter how correctly from the point of view of Feng Shui you arrange everything in your house, happiness is unlikely to drop in on you. Feng Shui masters even emphasize that this art must be practiced in a good mood.

So, my friends, I suggest that you start harmonizing the space around you in order to more actively attract into your life everything that you want to see in it. In future articles, I will tell you about it. And we will not start at all with the arrangement of “money frogs” and other “tortoise-dragons”. Why? See!

Dear ones, the universe is a benevolent place. If there is disharmony on your way, if you are uncomfortable, if there are obstacles and problems, know that all this is created only by your consciousness. You generate discomfort if it is present in your thoughts and feelings, in your internal state. Eliminate discomfort from within - and you will see that it was only an appearance, a shadow in your eyes, which obscured the true beauty, true love, the true light of the world.

You can choose to live in the light. You can choose live in harmony. And then you can transform the space of your life. You can fix what needs to be fixed. You will be able to change what needs to be changed. You can discover in yourself the wonderful ability to change reality the way you want. Because When you change, the world around you changes. He is your reflection. Bring light and harmony wherever you are. Carry them in yourself, in your soul, in your heart, in your eyes, in every gesture, step, in every deed. And you will see that the world is brightening, the world is smiling at you, the world is responding to you with the same love that you send to it.

Bring love, illuminate even the darkest nooks and crannies with it. Say more often: "Let there be light!" And you will fulfill your mission of the master, the creator of paradise on Earth. You are already doing it, dear ones! Go on! Spirit always supports you in all good undertakings.

Your Divine Blossom

This exercise will help you live in harmony with yourself and the world. Do it as often as you like.

Stay alone with yourself, take a comfortable position, close your eyes. Breathe evenly and measuredly. Imagine that you are in a garden where roses are blooming. Right in front of you you see the bud of this flower. You carefully examine it - its color, shape, perhaps you see dew drops on petals with thin veins.

The bud begins to open right in front of your eyes. It opens slowly, gradually, the petals unfold, and finally the bud turns into a lush flower.

You look around and see that the same opening roses are all around you. You feel their fragrance and enjoy the beauty.

Look closely at that first flower again. Now it is a fully bloomed rose. Focus your attention on it, try to imagine as many details as possible, consider literally every petal. Now imagine that the rose grows until it is as tall as you. You step towards it - and dissolve into a flower. Now the flower is you, and you are the flower. Imagine what this feeling of flowering, fragrance, opening towards the sun, sky and the world of petals is like.

Imagine that you, too, have opened up, blossomed like a flower, and your fragrance is spreading around. Remember that there are many of the same roses around, and you are part of this garden of beautiful flowers. You are part of a common flowering. You enjoy this flowering, feeling happiness from it, and realizing that this is the meaning of being - just to be, bloom and enjoy.

Remember this feeling. Re-aware yourself in your human body. Mentally reduce the size of the flower that you felt like and place it in the area of the heart. Your flowering will now always be with you. You will not forget this wonderful feeling of merging with the world, flowering and expiration of aroma. Your life will become much richer, filled with meaning and joy of being.

Finding the fullness and depth of every moment of being

We get a feeling of the fullness of life only when we do not pass by life. We can learn something new only when we live in a state of attention and sensitivity to every moment. Very often everyday fuss, worries and problems interfere with this. But at least sometimes, from time to time, we just need to stop in order to feel the essence of the present moment, penetrate it, and feel life not as movement, running along one line, but as a volume that contains infinity, into which we can immerse ourselves with everything. with your being.

Be alone with yourself in a calm environment for at least a few minutes. Close your eyes and mentally immerse yourself in your inner space - the microcosm, the world of the soul. Connect with your Divine "I", focusing on the area of the heart, and imagine that you stepped aside from yourself as a person. You are a Spirit, a Divine angel who looks at you as a person a little from the side and from above. You perceive both yourself and the world as if from within, you are now focused on inner world and not on the outside, you are connected to your depth - with my true spiritual self.

Continuing to perceive the world from this depth, listen, or rather, feel into what is happening around. What sounds do you hear, how do you feel the weather and the season outside the window. Feel that life is going around, which you perceive from your depth. You are an observer, a contemplator, you are a Spirit who came to Earth for a very short time, and for him everything that happens around is important, valuable and amazingly interesting.

Mentally say to yourself:

“I am now moving out of linear time. I am eternal. And I watch from eternity. I perceive from the space of eternity and infinity everything that happens here and now.

Imagine that time no longer has power over you. You have stopped, you are no longer moving with time. Time flows by but does not touch you. You are in your space of eternity and infinity, and look from there how life flows.

You can notice and feel a lot of things that you didn't notice before. You can feel the delight of being alive, that you are on Earth and that you can perceive everything that happens here. You may feel that all this is temporary, fragile and very fleeting, and therefore immensely valuable. You will feel how important it is not to miss the moment, because in a moment it will not be there, and everything that was in this moment will go away.

With this perception, time will stretch out for you. You will feel how much each moment contains. Every moment you will be able to live a whole life - which you previously missed, not noticing its value, fragility and transience.

In the future, you can devote time to such mini-meditations whenever and wherever you have a free minute. You will learn this perception of the world and with open eyes. And then you will notice how much in the world is still unknown to you, how much is interesting, what you want to notice, see, explore.

You can see the whole Universe in a drop of dew, you will begin to enjoy what seems to others to be trifles - summer rain, the sound of children's laughter, a gust of wind, thunder, even the noise of a car passing outside the window, or other seemingly quite ordinary phenomena.

This will mean that you live in full force, you feel and know the world in the way that befits the Divine spirit on a wonderful journey around planet Earth.

Foreword

Has it ever happened to you, entering any house, shop, or office, to think: "What an amazing, pleasant feeling!", Or, on the contrary: "Lord, how uncomfortable and unpleasant it is for me here!". Each person feels how good and pleasant, or vice versa, it is unbearable to be in one place or another. And these feelings are reflected in your well-being, thoughts and actions. When a certain place makes us feel weak, or even sick, and another healthy and strong, this is a real phenomenon caused by real reasons.

Visit any architectural monument anywhere in the world and you will clearly feel the energy and harmony. The ancient buildings of palaces, temples will allow you to experience a sense of uplift and reverence, inaccessible within the walls of many modern buildings. The secret is that the ancient masters knew how to build buildings in perfect harmony with the universal forces of nature. Chinese architectural style feng shui, indian vastu, european medieval style, buildings ancient people Maya in Central America - they all obeyed the same laws.

Archaeological excavations of prehistoric sites belonging to highly developed cultures throughout the Earth show that the layout of the dwellings of our ancient ancestors was built in harmony with both the mighty and subtle forces of nature. Their purpose, no doubt, was to preserve and promote abundance, health, and prosperity. The further we plunge into the depths of centuries, the more clearly we see that many cultures used the same knowledge of the laws of construction in harmony with Nature. Such architectural monuments are best preserved to this day in East Asia - in China and India. And today we see the revival of this art of building around the world.

The most ancient buildings in India, which have stood for thousands of years and have not been subjected to natural destruction, were built in accordance with the laws of Vastu. It is unlikely that there will be another such architectural tradition that buildings built according to its laws have stood for 5 thousand years and are used today. Today, the ancient knowledge of auspicious building is almost forgotten by modern architects.

The great teaching of Vastu, the art of building in harmony with the laws of nature, originated in India. Vastu is a part of the "Stapataya Veda" originating from the "Atharva Veda", one of the four Vedas. The Vedas are the oldest handwritten document of Indian history, science, philosophy and culture. 5 thousand years ago, the Great Sage Srila Vyasyadeva combined 4 Vedas, containing millions of poetic lines.

Veda, translated from Sanskrit "Comprehensive knowledge", and originally Veda was given by God at the time of the creation of the world trillions of years ago. According to the world Vedic history in times preceding 5000 years ago, books were not needed - people's memory was so highly developed that they could remember everything they heard during their entire lives. The Great Sages for centuries transmitted this knowledge to their students orally, and in this way the Vedas were transmitted to many generations of people. Books became a necessity at the beginning of the Iron Age - 5000 years ago, when people's memory began to deteriorate dramatically. The huge volume of the Vedas became too tough for them, it became difficult for them to understand and analyze it, therefore it was then that these texts were written down and adapted.

The famous ancient Roman architect Vitrivius was familiar with the ancient books of Vastu. Proof of this is one of the sections of his legendary opus "De re architectura", which repeats word for word the section from Manasara, classic book Vastu. Vitrivius lived 2000 years ago. His work inspired Andrea Palladio, who embodied the principles of Vastu in the world-famous 16th century Renaissance style of architecture. And only recently have the veils of secrecy been removed from the doctrine on which these architectural principles were based.

About 3,000 years ago, the Chinese art of Feng Shui appeared and has been known since at least the Tang Dynasty. Elder Master of this art, Yang Yun Tsang, is universally known as the founder of Feng Shui. He left behind works that have survived to this day. Master Yang Yun Tsang was the chief advisor to the court of Emperor Hi Tsang (888 BC). His books became the foundational texts on which entire generations of his followers later shaped the system of knowledge. Master Yang stressed the importance of the shapes of mountains, the direction of water flows and, most of all, the location and understanding of the influence of the Dragon, the most revered celestial creature in China. Master Yang's theory has been detailed in three well-known classics that describe the teachings of Feng Shui through colorful metaphors.

The great Confucius (born in 551 BC) is also considered a Feng Shui pioneer. According to his teachings, there is a “Qi” force in the world that connects a person with the environment.

Feng Shui considers a person and everything that surrounds him as a single structure and seeks to bring this structure to maximum harmony. Feng Shui combines the mystical and symbolic tradition of the I Ching (Book of Changes) with the principles of ecology, the laws of architecture, and the art of design. According to Feng Shui, the health, happiness and prosperity of a person largely depend on how his home and workplace are equipped. Thus, the goal of Feng Shui is to establish harmony in the environment, the cosmic flows of space and time - to improve human destiny.

Feng Shui is a system for determining the flow of energy over time. When any object is built in the natural environment, it is understood that it will exist as long as possible in time and give people the opportunity to stay within its boundaries with maximum benefit. Feng Shui is applied widely: from the smallest spaces - for example, the location of a bed or even a chair - to the scale of the city.

Nowadays, Vastu and Feng Shui are becoming more and more popular in the world. This knowledge brings a deep understanding of the nature of people, spaces, and environments.

Vastu and Feng Shui principles, carefully selected, adapted and updated for practical application in Russia, successfully used by millions of people, are offered for wide application and improving the quality of life of esteemed readers.
