Many young children tend to be aggressive. The experiences and disappointments of the child, which seem small and insignificant to adults, turn out to be very acute and difficult for the child to bear precisely because of the immaturity of his nervous system. Therefore, the most satisfactory solution for the child may also be a physical reaction, especially when the child's ability to express himself is limited.

There are two most common causes of aggression in children;

1. Fear of being injured, offended, attacked, injured. The stronger the aggression, the stronger the fear behind it.

2. Experienced resentment, or mental trauma, or the attack itself. Very often, fear is generated by disturbed social relations between the child and the adults around him.

Comments; Spontaneous drawing helps to get out of depression, relieves psychological stress, actualizes a sense of proportion - the child stops when he realizes that experimenting is no longer worth it. Feelings are reflected on paper.

The task of an adult is to give the child complete freedom, to allow him to act on the field of the sheet as he wants.

An interesting observation; rarely any of the children immediately understand the essence of the task, it is not clear to them what to draw and how to do it. This is a bitter response from adults to their constant prohibitions and restrictions.

2. Game "Peaceful" and "militant".

Target - develop the ability to listen and concentrate, stimulate communication, develop the ability to distinguish sounds, release energy.

Description of the game.

All children choose their own musical instruments. Those who chose soft-sounding ones belong to the ''peaceful'' tribe. And those whose instruments sound loud - to the tribe of 'warlike'. According to legend, the tribes live on different shores, so they can communicate only through sounds, taking turns playing musical instruments. Children can accompany the performance with dances, according to the music - calm or energetic.

Comments ; it is important to discuss with children that the loud sound of an instrument is a reflection of its character, which can be shown by movement, dance, facial expressions. But even the character can be changed if you really try. And after some children “fight” enough, and others get tired of being “peaceful”, you can try to suggest changing the character. This is a good opportunity for children to try different styles of behavior, to find the most suitable for themselves.

Children choose a ''sorcerer''. The 'sorcerer' devises some action by which he deprives the bewitched child of speaking. The bewitched must, with the help of gestures and facial expressions, tell how he was captured by the ‘sorcerer’, his feelings at the moment of captivity. Children describe all his movements and facial expressions in words. The bewitched person tries to express his attitude to their description with gestures - whether he was understood correctly.

Comments ; all children should be in the role of the bewitched and in the role of the ''sorcerer''. To diversify facial studies, you can ask children questions regarding their emotional state, well-being, etc.

6. Snail

Target -development of endurance and self-control.

Description of the game.

Children stand in one line and, on a signal, begin to slowly move towards a predetermined place, and you can’t stop and turn around. The last one to finish wins.

Comments ; to fulfill the rules of this game, preschool children need to make a lot of effort, as they are active and mobile.

It is especially useful to include this game in the work of groups in which conflict, aggressive children participate. It can also be used in working with hyperactive children, but only at the last stages of correction.

7.Crocodile

Target -development of dexterity, observation and removal of fears.

Description of the game.

Children choose ‘’crocodile’’. The chosen one stretches his hands forward one on the other - this is the mouth of a crocodile - and walks around the room, the playground, singing songs, dancing, bouncing. Meanwhile, the children put their hands in their mouths. At some point, the crocodile closes its mouth. Whoever did not have time to pull out his hand becomes a ''crocodile''.
