Cooking:

- prepare the shrimp: I used boiled-frozen shrimp. Rinse thoroughly under warm running water, at the same time defrost them

- finely chopped garlic, lightly fry in a well-heated pan with the addition of 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- first add the shrimp with tails to the garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes. Put them in a separate bowl, and send the main portion of the peeled shrimp to the pan. Do not forget to salt, and stirring, fry until slightly golden brown
