Plot

The girl Ellie lives in the steppe with her mother and faithful dog Totoshka. One day, a hurricane caused by the evil sorceress Gingem picks up the van in which Ellie and Toto are located and brings it to the Magic Land, where wizards, talking animals and other unusual creatures live. The wagon crashes right on Gingham and the sorceress dies, so the Munchkins - the inhabitants of the Blue Country - decide that Ellie is a powerful fairy. The wise sorceress Villina predicts to the girl that she will be able to return home when she gets to the Emerald City and the great wizard Goodwin will fulfill the cherished desires of the three creatures she met along the way. Ellie, wearing silver shoes left over from Gingema's death, sets out on her journey along the yellow brick road, accompanied by Totoshka, who has spoken. Along the way, they meet the Scarecrow - a straw scarecrow who dreams of getting a mind; the Tin Woodman, whose cherished desire is to have a heart; Cowardly Leo, who wants to become bold. New friends save Ellie from the captivity of the Cannibal, help her cross the river on a raft, defeat the saber-toothed tiger ... The guards of the Emerald City, seeing Ellie in silver shoes for the first time, decide that a fairy has come to them, and allow her and her friends to Goodwin. Uncle Charlie, Ellie, Kaggi-Karr and faithful Totoshka are sent to the Magic Land on a land ship. On the border of the country there are black stones of Gingema, attracting all strangers to themselves, but the crow turns to Villina for help and she eliminates the evil spell with wonderful berries. Ellie, the sailor and Totoshka penetrate the underground passage, drive away the terrible Six-paws along the way, reach the palace prison and get out of it together with the released friends, sawing through the bars on the window. Toto, having learned that Oorfene took the ax from the Woodcutter in order to make new soldiers, beats off the tool. The sailor tries to shoot back at the wooden army from the ship's cannon, but the cannonballs quickly run out. The whole team has to leave the ship, damaged by soldiers' clubs. Then the Scarecrow comes up with the idea of ​​catching Oorfene's soldiers with the help of tree resin.
