Medium smooth video and audio playback.

"Slideshow" video playback, and normal sounding audio.

If this video was 60 fps., then I would not ask a question about the smoothness of playback.
However, this video is only 29.970 fps., and in one of the tested players, video playback is acceptably smooth,
and in another player - the sound is not interrupted.
So the question arose: how to set up the player (PotPlayer_1.7.20977),
to make this video play smoothly (no dropped frames) ?

As I said, on another player (MPC-HC.1.8.5.x64), this video plays smoothly (but the sound is interrupted ... and as far as I figured out, in MPC-HC.1.8.5.x64, LAV- filter, and in PotPlayer - FFmpeg64).
In addition to this filter, the splitter settings differ (I don’t understand this issue).
I just wanted to set up PotPlayer the same way as MPC-HC, but only for the video part, and leave the audio settings unchanged. But there is no LAV filter in PotPlayer by default. I downloaded it and put it in PotPlayer_1.7.20977\Module\LAVFilters-0.74.1-x64 , but for some reason it doesn't appear in the player settings (I don't know how to integrate it into the player).

As for the integration of filters: I can only give this one, the process is quite clearly described there.
