First, cook the chicken broth (it cooks in the same way as meat broth, but a little faster). So, while the chicken is cooking, we cook the vermicelli (just for dummies: bring the water in a saucepan to a boil, add salt, add the vermicelli, immediately stir thoroughly so that it does not stick together, after boiling, cook for 5 minutes, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water ). You can replace vermicelli with noodles or some shell pasta (this needs to be cooked longer: 10-12 minutes), shape the noodles or pasta to your liking.
