The family of Svetlana Ukhanova's first husband and her childhood friends say that the girl has long been fascinated by the radical movements of Islam.

A striking change in her character took place about four years ago, - said Anna, an old friend of the detained Russian woman. - A cheerful sociable girl, around whom there were always many friends, went into herself, stopped communicating with everyone, divorced her husband and began to wear a Muslim headscarf.

Before that, according to friends, Svetlana was ordinary girl, at the age of 18 she dreamed of traveling to Paris and Cote d'Azur. After converting to Islam, Svetlana Ukhanova retired from social networks.

Nobody really understood what happened to her. She suddenly began to post photos of Muslim mosques on social networks. Then she divorced, dressed in a Muslim attire. At first, no one attached much importance to this, - said a friend of Svetlana.

Svetlana entered into marriage very early and out of love, and at the age of 18 she gave birth to her daughter Lisa from her husband Sergei. “This is the situation at the moment. The child is in prison, the father is next to the prison, waiting for some results. Today we had a date, he shot a video on his phone. I hope my son will call again and say something,” said Valery Ukhanov.
