The USE participant has the right to appeal:

• on disagreement with the results of the exam - within two working days after the official announcement of the results of the exam and familiarization with them by the participant of the exam.

Appeals will not be accepted:

• on the content and structure of KIMs;
• in connection with the violation by the USE participant of the rules of conduct on the USE or the rules for filling out forms.

In all other cases, the appeal simply will not be considered. In what cases is it useless to file an appeal:

• Claims "What a stupid question" won't work.
• The test part is not discussed - you can challenge the result only if the computer misrecognized something.
• Graduate Violations. Came with a smartphone or a cheat sheet - you will be removed from the exam, nothing can be done about it.
• The exam paper is incorrectly formatted.

How to write an appeal

The application must be written in two copies. One remains with the graduate, the second is sent for signature to the head of the State Examination Commission - usually, this is the director or head teacher of the school where the exam is taking place. Further, this statement is transferred to the conflict commission, which will decide the fate of the graduate.

In case of complaints about a violation of the procedure for conducting the exam, the organizers conduct an inspection - they pick up records from surveillance cameras, interrogate assistants and public observers. If there really were violations, then the graduate will have his result canceled, and the exam will have to be retaken on one of the reserve days. The Commission must make a decision within 2 working days after receiving the application.

An appeal for disagreement with the results is considered longer - within 4 working days. If there are complaints about how the computer recognized the answers in the test part, then the experts will simply double-check the forms and update the result. That is, the participation of a graduate is not required here.

If there are complaints about the written or oral part, then the graduates will receive a whole package of documents - a copy of their work and audio recordings of the answers, copies of the assessment protocols with all the notes. But drafts are not considered - so if you did not manage to transfer the correct answer to the form, it is useless to complain.

It usually takes 7 to 14 days from the date of submission to the publication of the results of the exam, depending on the number of participants - compulsory subjects, such as Russian and mathematics, take longer to process. However, usually the results become known much faster.

• What arguments to bring to the appeal

The main thing to focus on is that the work meets all the requirements and evaluation criteria. To do this, you need to at least get to know them - all these materials are posted on the website of the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements.

The committee will then set a time and place for the hearing of the appeal. You can come along with your parents or guardians. How long does it take to check the exam forms

Another seven or eight days are required for exam papers to be processed at the federal level, where they are sent for rechecking. The same period includes sending the USE results back to the regions.

A few more days (from one to four) are needed in order for the results of the exam to be approved. The actual publication of the results of the USE-2019, as well as their announcement in schools, takes a few more days.
