And this applies to all products without exception.

Such a bold proposal is explained by the fact that by frying or boiling food, a person destroys the photon energy that is in every cell of this living product. And when the products enter the body, they certainly become the building material for new and the reproduction of dead body cells, but no more. And thanks to the use of fresh products, a person receives along with them this very energy that makes us more active, cheerful and active.

It sounds, of course, interesting, but how to prove it? I will not subscribe to these words about photon energy, because nutrition is a serious thing, and I am not a laureate, I have no degrees and have not studied the issue from a scientific point of view. I can only be guided by my personal observations and feelings.

A long time ago, I noticed behind myself that I could not live without fresh vegetables or fruits. It doesn’t really matter what it is: cucumber, tomato, apple or banana, grapes or apricot. If I don’t eat at least something fresh during the day, the next day I will be lethargic and broken. I thought it was from a lack of vitamins, but taking vitamins, the concentration of which supposedly satisfies the daily human need, does not change the situation. In winter, in general, I survive on some late apples and bananas. 🙂

I honestly have not tried raw fish, oysters, shrimp or shellfish, but they say that in Asia all these seafood are fried in boiling oil for just a few seconds to kill all the infection that may be on their surface, but inside they all remain raw .

Now, although there are almost no Russian stoves, porridge can be steamed even in modern conditions. It is enough to pour a glass of cereal (for example, buckwheat) in a saucepan or jar with two glasses of hot (60-80 degrees) water, wrap it with a towel and put it near the battery so that it does not cool down quickly.
