Ingredients:

  • beef - 500 gr.
  • lettuce leaves - 200 gr.
  • cherry tomatoes - 100 gr.
  • red onion - ½ head
  • For refueling:
  • capers - 2 tbsp. l.
  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • mustard with grains - 2 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • parsley - 4 tbsp. l.

Cut the beef into thin strips, fry in olive oil. Fry over moderate heat until the meat is tender.

Cut the red onion into rings, cut the tomatoes in half.

If you do not like fresh onions, you can pre-marinate it: for 10 minutes, pour cold water with 1 tbsp. l. vinegar and a pinch of sugar. The bitterness will go away and the onion will become a pleasant taste.

They can be prepared both with salted (lightly salted) fish, and with canned food from it. I would include salads with crab sticks in the same category. Easy-to-prepare tuna salad is prepared in one or two. Decorated with tomatoes on top - and it turned out a Santa Claus hat.

Ingredients:

  • canned tuna - 1 can

Wrap the salad in cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Before serving, open the film, cover the salad bowl with a flat plate and turn it over sharply. As a result, the salmon is at the top. If desired, you can decorate the salad with herbs.

Shrimp salad "Ocean"

Incredibly tasty salad with shrimp, besides beautiful and quite suitable for a festive New Year's table. I cook such a salad in portioned salad bowls, and although not everyone loves seafood, it is eaten without a trace.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • shrimp - 200 gr.
  • cheese - 150 gr.
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • mayonnaise, salt - to taste
  • dill for decoration

We put the salad immediately in portions to each in separate salad bowls in layers.

We rub the eggs on a coarse grater. This will be the 1st layer. Salt a little and coat lightly with mayonnaise.

Peeled or thawed shrimp cut into 2-3 parts and lay the 2nd layer. And again we coat a little with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • squid - 500 gr.
  • crab sticks - 250 gr.
  • red caviar - 150 gr.
  • eggs (proteins) - 5 pcs.
  • quail egg for decoration - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise, salt - to taste

Boil squids in salted water, cool and cut into thin strips. Crab sticks cut into cubes. Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. The yolks are not useful to us, but we rub the whites on a fine grater. We mix all the ingredients, add a little salt, add mayonnaise and at the end add red caviar. We spread it in a salad bowl, and decorate with more caviar on top.

Swiss New Year salad without mayonnaise

For those who recognize vegetarian food and just for a change, this recipe will be just right. Light and low-calorie, and most importantly - without mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • a bunch of beetroot leaves or 5-6 red cabbage leaves
  • pomegranate -1/2 pcs.
  • red grapes - 100 gr.
  • tangerines - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • pecans (can be replaced with any other) - ½ cup

To decorate a salad from a slice of white bread, cut out a star with a knife or a cookie cutter. Fry the bread in vegetable oil and leave to cool.

  • balsamic cream - to taste (can be replaced with lemon juice sauce with honey).

You can bake the whole beets wrapped in foil, or you can immediately cut into circles on a baking sheet to speed up the process. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then cool the beets and put them on a plate. Arrange mozzarella circles randomly on a plate. Top with fresh mint leaves and pour over with balsamic cream.

Prepare dressing: mix sour cream or yogurt with mayonnaise, add garlic crushed under pressure, add poppy seeds.

When I cooked this salad for the first time, I doubted that garlic and poppy seeds would be combined. But I can assure you that it turns out quite piquant.
