Northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt. Why is it needed

Planning project for the Northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt. This 11 km long traffic-free route with 3 traffic lanes in each direction should pass from the MKAD junction with a toll bypass of the city of Odintsovo along the Usovskaya railway line, along Ivana Franko Street, cross the railway tracks, go along them to the Fili station and, dividing into two bridges, go down to the Moscow City area Presnenskaya embankment and 1st Krasnogvardeisky passage. Travel on the understudy is supposed to be paid. The city authorities are trying to find an investor who would build this road and in the future pay back the investment by collecting tolls, but if an investor is not found, construction at the expense of the city budget is not excluded.

According to the authors, the flow through the backup will be 3600-4600 cars per rush hour in one direction, the travel time along the Mozhayskoye highway - Kutuzovsky Prospekt will decrease from 30 to 20 minutes with a decrease in congestion by 25%, transport mileage will decrease by 50 million car-kilometers in year.

The last statement contradicts elementary logic. Vehicle mileage may decrease if a long section of the road is replaced with a short one and the current flow of cars is maintained. Also, to reduce the mileage, you can reduce the flow while maintaining the length of the road. It is also planned to build parallel to the existing road. new road the same length, that is, theoretically, while maintaining the number of cars, the flow will simply be redistributed from one road to two and the mileage will remain at the same level.

In reality, there is a huge unsatisfied demand for car trips in Moscow and the region. On weekdays, at least half of the cars parked at night remain in the yards, and for garages this ratio can be even higher. Since the level of comfort in a private car is higher than in public transport, and the price of a trip is comparable, the choice between a private car and public transport It is regulated only by travel time, that is, by the size of traffic jams. If the paid bypass of Odintsovo can divert some amount of traffic from the free Minsk and Mozhaisk highways, then the vacated place will be immediately occupied by residents of Lesnoy Gorodok and Odintsovo, who have switched to cars from trains and buses. As a result, the flow at the entrance to Moscow along the Mozhaisk Highway will not decrease, but the flow that has approached Moscow along the Odintsov bypass will be added to it, and the total mileage of vehicles in Moscow will only increase, contrary to the promises of the authors of the project.

The thesis about reducing the travel time along the Mozhayskoye Highway - Kutuzovsky Prospekt looks promising, but if you measure the length of the route from the Moscow Ring Road to Garden Ring(13.3 km) and calculate the planned speed, it will be equal to 40 km/h. Not very much for a main street with no traffic lights. Are traffic jams designed at Kutuzovka?

Let's consider connections of an understudy with a street network inside Moscow. The interchange with the Moscow Ring Road is designed to be complete, that is, it is possible to drive from all directions to everything. Further, when moving towards the center, an exit to Bozhenko Street, an entrance from Mozhayskoye Highway through Kubinka Street, two exits to Kutuzovsky Prospekt are designed: to Minskaya Street and through the existing tunnel of Barclay Street to Pobedy Square. When driving to the center, two entrances are planned from Kutuzovsky Prospekt: in front of and behind Minskaya Street, an exit to Ivan Franko Street, and an entrance from Bozhenko Street. In the Moscow City area, exits are made to the local street network, it is possible to enter the Third Transport Ring (TTK) and exit from it to an understudy only through a traffic light intersection on the 1st Krasnogvardeisky passage. It can be seen that most of the exits from the understudy are directed to the center, and most of the entrances are directed towards the region. The only entrance to the center from Kubinka street has an asymmetrical exit from the center to Ivana Franko street, located on the other side railway, and the current passage from Ivan Franko to Kubinka is supposed to be eliminated in the project. Also, according to the designers, the exit to Ivan Franko Street should mainly serve to turn from the understudy to Yartsevskaya Street (part of the North-Western Expressway) with the passage of this transit flow through narrow intra-district streets. No interchange at the intersection of the understudy with the South Rokada (Rublevskoye and Aminevskoye highways) is provided. Such a configuration of the route makes it almost impossible to use it as a substitute for Kutuzovsky Prospekt for intracity trips and shows that the purpose of the route is to introduce traffic flows from the region and from the Moscow Ring Road to the city center.

The understudy has great potential to increase existing traffic jams and create new ones. Now on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, the section from Minskaya Street to the TTK, which has 4 traffic lanes, is the busiest. The project for the reconstruction of Kutuzovsky Prospekt does not plan to expand this section. If an understudy is built, then when driving to the center, 5 lanes of Kutuzovsky Prospekt, 1 lane from the understudy and 2 lanes from Minskaya Street will narrow into 4 lanes, which will ensure a traffic jam in the direction of the center approximately from Kremenchugskaya Street to Minskskaya on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, it is also possible to form traffic jams in the right lanes of the understudy. If an overpass straightening is built from Rublevsky highway from the Kuntsevskaya metro station to Kutuzovsky Prospekt, then the flow coming from this straightening along 2 lanes will additionally increase the traffic jam in this “bottleneck”. Due to the flow leaving the understudy through Barclay Street, traffic jams will increase in the right lanes of Kutuzovsky Prospekt between Pobedy Square and TTK, traffic jams may also increase on Bolshaya Dorogomilovskaya Street. Most likely, traffic jams will also form at the exits to the City, since the entrances to the parking lots will not be able to “digest” the flows coming into the complex from the understudy, the Third Ring Road, the links with the Zvenigorodskoye Highway and from the local street network.

When driving into the region, traffic jams will accumulate on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in front of Pobeda Square due to the narrowing from 7 lanes to 4. Victory, there will be traffic jams at the entrances in the area of Slavyansky Boulevard and from Bozhenko Street both at these entrances and at the understudy itself. If tolls are collected at the entrances, then entry queues will lead to traffic jams on the streets from which entry is made.

Liquidation of 1,500 garages located along Ivan Franko Street, without providing them in return parking spaces will lead to the need to park cars from these garages on the streets of the Kuntsevo district and the natural occurrence of traffic jams on these streets.

It should be noted that in the district already now all the yards and outer strips of streets are occupied by cars, there are no places for the construction of multi-level parking lots in the vicinity of Ivana Franko Street, while there are several parking lots in the area that are not in demand due to extremely high prices for parking spaces (for example, in the parking lot on Ekaterina Budanova Street, the price of a space is about 850 thousand rubles, it has been completely empty for more than a year, cars park around it on lawns and sidewalks). And even if the understudy project provides for the arrangement of parking spaces, there will still be nowhere to put cars during the construction of the understudy and parking lots.

During the construction of the understudy, forest plantations will be destroyed in the sanitary protection zone of the railway along Ivan Franko Street from Partizanskaya Street to Kotsyubinsky Street, the width of the park along Ivan Franko Street in the section from Kotsyubinsky Street to Rublevsky Highway will be significantly reduced with the elimination of children's and sports grounds, the approach of the roadway parts of the street to the houses. In the area of Slavyansky Boulevard, the remains of an apple orchard will be cut down.

The highway, which passes mainly along the overpass, will create round-the-clock noise, and the noise from the railway will also increase. Quality will deteriorate significantly atmospheric air in a strip 300-400 m wide along the route. According to sanitary standards, the environmental safety of residential buildings and other places of permanent residence of people is not ensured in this strip.

Measurements on similar highways in Moscow show the excess of the average daily maximum permissible concentrations in the air of such highly hazardous substances as ozone, nitrogen dioxide, styrene - 1.5-2 times, formaldehyde - 3 times. Such excesses in the short term lead to a deterioration in well-being, a decrease in working capacity, the appearance of constant fatigue; in the medium term - to the emergence of chronic diseases and a decrease in life expectancy. No security measures environment the project layout does not provide for an understudy.

Summing up, we can say that for residents of the west of Moscow, the understudy will not solve the transport problem and will not become an alternative to Mozhayskoye Highway and Kutuzovsky Prospekt due to the configuration of the exits. On the contrary, it will exacerbate this problem by providing a corridor for the entry of several tens of thousands of additional cars per day from the Moscow region to the center of Moscow, mainly to the Moscow City complex, which will lead to increased traffic jams. This will significantly worsen the state of the environment along the route.

An alternative to the construction of the Northern Understudy from Moscow Ring Road to Moscow City could be the construction of a transport interchange hub as part of a railway station and a multi-tiered parking lot for 7-10 thousand cars, without retail and entertainment areas, in the area of the Kuntsevo industrial zone (Kuntsevo-2 station Usovskaya branch) and the road connection of this transfer hub with the interchange of the Moscow Ring Road and the northern bypass of Odintsovo. From this transport hub, it is possible to organize the movement of commuter-urban electric trains (an analogue of the German S-Bahn and the Parisian RER) at short intervals to the Belorussky railway station and further to the Savelovskoye and Kursk directions. Such a service can be compared with the quality of the metro and will allow you to quickly deliver passengers, providing them all with seats, to the Moscow City complex and to transfers at the Kuntsevskaya, Slavyansky Boulevard, Fili, Mezhdunarodnaya, Begovaya, Belorusskaya metro stations, etc. Construction 3 and 4 tracks on the main route Moscow - Odintsovo for the organization of such a service is provided for by the General Scheme for the Development of the Moscow Railway Hub, the reconstruction of the Usovskaya branch is being completed this year.

The authorities of the capital decided to build the southern section of the chord at the expense of the city

The construction of the Southern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt will begin before the end current year and will be completed at the end of 2018 - beginning of 2019. The readiness of a number of facilities erected as part of the project to create the North-Western Expressway will allow the builders to meet the record deadlines. The new 10.5 km route will run along the Kyiv direction of the railway through the districts of Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, Ramenki, Fili-Davydkovo and Dorogomilovo, without affecting green areas.

In Moscow, everything is ready to start construction of a new city highway - the Southern backup of Kutuzovsky Prospekt: the state expertise has been completed, the contractor for the starting section has been selected, and a decision has been made to withdraw real estate objects falling into the construction zone. It was originally planned that the road, which would run parallel to Kutuzovsky Prospekt from the south (Dorogomilovo, Ramenki, Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, etc.), would be built at the expense of investors with projects in the surrounding areas. “But since part of the road network and artificial structures were erected as part of the southern section of the North-Western Expressway, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin decided to build an understudy at the expense of the city budget,” explains Andrey Bochkarev, head of the construction department.
The remaining scope of work is about 11.5 km of roads, of which 5.5 km are sections of the main route, 4.3 km are exits, and 1.2 km are the reconstruction of Minskaya Street and adjacent sections of the UDS. In addition, several artificial structures are to be built - eight overpasses, including through the tracks of the Kyiv direction of the railway, two reversal flyovers in the section from Minskaya Street to the Third Ring Road and four bridges across the Setun River. For the convenience of pedestrians, four underground pedestrian crossings will be made, and in order to protect residential areas from traffic noise, protective screens will be installed along the route. Although the speed of traffic on the South Understudy will be limited to 80 km/h, the traffic light mode will ensure high throughput– up to 3900 cars per rush hour in one direction.
The entire understudy route can be divided into three main sections: the first - from the Moscow Ring Road to the Aminevsky highway; the second - from Aminevsky highway to Minsk street; the third - from Minskaya Street to the Third Transport Ring. By the end of this year, work should begin at the second stage of the project. “Having studied the materials submitted for examination, the experts came to the conclusion that the results of engineering surveys and design documentation meet the requirements technical regulations and other established requirements, and project documentation - the results of engineering surveys carried out for its preparation. Based on the results of the consideration, a positive conclusion was issued, ”Glavgosexpertiza told Moscow Perspective. The contractor for the construction of the section of the Southern understudy from Aminyevskoye Highway to Minskaya Street will be the Moscow Engineering and Construction Company (MISK), which won the tender announced by the city administration. The winner offered to complete the work for 7.18 billion rubles, with an initial price of 7.21 billion rubles.
According to the Moscow Committee for Architecture, MISK is to build a flyover of the main passage at the intersection of the Southern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt with Minskskaya Street with a length of 366.9 meters; flyovers at the exit from the understudy to Minskaya Street towards Kutuzovsky Prospekt with a length of 116.3 meters; flyovers at the exit from Minskaya street to the understudy towards Aminevsky highway with a length of 226.8 meters; right-turn exit from Minskaya street to the understudy in the direction of the Third Transport Ring; flyovers at the exit and exit to a new residential area - Trade House "Volynskaya". It is also planned to build an overpass at the exit from Mosfilmovskaya Street to the Volynskaya Trade House, two bridges across the Setun River, roads with a length of more than 6 km, two underground pedestrian crossings, noise protection and protective screens 1.76 km long, treatment facilities. The project provides for the reconstruction and laying of engineering networks.
The city authorities have already made a decision to release the sites that fall into the construction zone. We are talking about several dozen real estate objects located along the Kyiv direction of the Moscow Railway and owned or leased from the right holders. The city administration explains that the seizure is carried out for state needs - in particular, to create an exit from Poklonnaya Street to Southern Understudy. According to the Moscow Committee for Architecture, in general, the construction of a new highway parallel to Kutuzovsky Prospekt will require the reservation of an additional 23 hectares of territory. At the same time, the route was designed so that it would not affect the Setun Valley and the Matveevsky Forest - this caused serious concern for environmentalists and local residents.
In addition to the existing districts, the South backup of Kutuzovsky Prospekt will serve a new large microdistrict - the Volynskaya Trade House, where the Inteko group of companies intends to build 227 thousand square meters by 2021. meters of real estate on a plot of 20 hectares. Including 144.3 thousand square meters. meters of housing, 5 thousand square meters. meters of non-residential premises and 1450 parking spaces. In general, the integrated development of the territory of the trading house "Volynska" involves the development of 48 hectares. In addition, the appearance of the Southern Understudy spurred
there is no development of industrial zones located along the future highway. The city authorities have already approved the draft planning of the Ochakovo industrial zone, in which industrial and scientific activity. Here, an electrical substation will be reconstructed, an administrative and warehouse complex will be built, a fire station and a waste sorting complex will be erected, and work will be carried out to improve the territory.

Kutuzovsky will draw a Southern understudy. The results of the competition for the design of the highway are planned to be summed up on May 26

The city authorities have announced a competition for the design of the Southern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt. In addition to design and survey work, the city is ready to bear the cost of clearing the territory, relocating engineering communications and connecting ready-made road facilities to engineering networks. The construction of the highway itself will have to be financed by investors who are going to build real estate near the understudy.

The competition for design and survey work was announced by the construction department. It is carried out in addition to the planning project. new track, which the city hall approved in 2015. The winner of the competition will have to carry out design and survey work in an amount sufficient for the subsequent construction of about 11.5 km of the road, including 5.5 km of the main passage, 4.3 km of congresses, 1.2 km of Minskaya street and 0.5 km of adjacent sections of street - road network.

In addition, it is planned to build four underground pedestrian crossings and about 4 km of noise screens on the projected section (from Minskaya Street to the Third Transport Ring). In places of improvement, the designer must provide for the arrangement of bicycle paths. The results of the competition should be summed up on May 26.

The terms of reference are based on the layout of the Southern Understudy, which, in turn, is divided into three main sections - from the Moscow Ring Road to the Aminyevskoye Highway, from the Aminyevskoye Highway to Minsk Street and from Minsk Street to the Third Transport Ring. The future highway will first pass through the territory of the Ochakovo industrial zone, which is currently under renovation, and then cross four Moscow districts - Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, Ramenki, Fili-Davydkovo and Dorogomilovo. Just as in the case of the Northern Understudy, a significant part of the route runs along the railway lines of the Kyiv direction.

But the road also has a peculiarity - the PA "Natural Reserve "Valley of the Setun River" falls within its sphere of influence.
Railway, specially protected natural area, as well as already existing highways, with which the construction of the Southern Understudy should be linked, determine the presence in the project a large number artificial structures. In particular, the terms of reference of the competition provide for the design of two turning overpasses on the section from Minskaya Street to the Third Ring Road, four reinforced concrete bridges across the Setun River, a five-track and a double-track railway overpasses, which will be reconstructed in accordance with the new loads, as well as another new overpass through the railway tracks.

The planning project also lists other types of artificial structures, they should appear along the direct course of the Southern Understudy, the total length of which is close to 11 km. From the Moscow Ring Road to the Third Transport Ring, it is planned to build an overpass at the intersection with the Moscow Ring Road, a tunnel at the intersection with Ryabinovaya Street, another overpass at the intersection with the access railway line to the Ochakovo industrial zone, an overpass at the intersection with General Dorohova Street and Aminevsky Highway (she will pass by the second "tier" over the interchange currently under construction in this place), as well as an overpass at the intersection with the Kiev direction of the Moscow Railways.

At the intersection of the Southern Understudy with major transport arteries - Mosfilmovskaya Street, Minskaya Street and the Third Transport Ring - multi-level interchanges with directed exits are planned. In addition, the planning project provides for work to extend Mosfilmovskaya Street to Matveevskaya Street with the intersection of the Kyiv direction of the Moscow Railway.

This will make it possible to form a connection between the Ramenki and Matveevskoye districts and provide transport services for residential and public buildings, which will be built on the territory of the Volynskaya trading house. In this section, the understudy passes near the protected area (more precisely, right above it), however, the city administration assures that the flora and fauna of the nature reserve will practically not be affected. In any case, the construction will be accompanied by a complex of landscaping and rehabilitation works, including bank protection and restoration of vegetation.

The competition announced by the Department of Construction provides for the design of only a part of the understudy and the artificial structures listed in the planning project. The initial (maximum) price of the contract is 1.022 billion rubles. The city administration reminds that the highway will be built as part of a public-private partnership, however, on different terms than the Northern understudy, for which a concession agreement has already been concluded. “The Targeted Investment Program provides funds for the design of the facility, the liberation of the territory, the relocation of engineering communications and the connection of road facilities to engineering networks. The construction and reconstruction of the highway itself is planned to be carried out with the involvement of investors' funds," the mayor's office notes.

The most famous development project, gravitating towards the Southern Understudy, belongs to the Inteko company. She plans to build 714,000 sq. meters of real estate, including 295 thousand square meters. meters of housing. Delivery of the first stage of residential buildings is scheduled for 2018, construction will continue until 2023. In addition, 58 hectares on Michurinsky Prospekt belong to VTB Bank - it got the land for debts. The site allows the construction of a residential microdistrict with an area of 600 thousand square meters. meters.

The scheme for raising private funds for the construction of the Southern Understudy has not yet been announced, but there is no talk of a concession. One of the options is targeted contributions from developers to the Road Fund. However, specific mechanisms and shares in co-financing are still subject to discussion, as well as the price of the issue. A few years ago, the construction complex estimated the cost of the Southern Understudy at 30 billion rubles.

The journey from the west of the Moscow Ring Road to the center of Moscow by car will no longer be a torment: everything is ready for the start of construction of the Southern Understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The road will pass mainly through the territory of former industrial zones, so there will be no intersections or traffic lights on the way.

Discussions about whether Kutuzovsky Prospekt needs understudies began several years ago. The fighters for "green" Moscow insisted: the roads will inevitably pass through the territory natural reserves and worsen ecological situation. The calculations of the specialists of the transport complex, meanwhile, proved that without these routes, the western sector of the city runs the risk of standing up tightly. Now you can get from here to the center only along the Mozhayskoye highway and further - along the Kutuzovsky highway to the Moscow City skyscrapers. According to experts of the NIiPI General Plan, during the peak periods of the day, up to 16 thousand cars per hour leave these roads. So at the very the best deal the road from the west of the Moscow Ring Road to the Third Ring Road will take no less than half an hour. At the same time, each of the understudies is able to draw up to 25% of the traffic of Mozhaika and Kutuzovsky. And the average travel time between opposite ends of the road will be reduced from 30 to 20 minutes. At the same time, the designers were able to find a compromise with the "greens". It was decided to launch both understudies along the railway tracks and, for the most part, not over forests, but over garages and enterprise territories.

The construction of the highway will begin at the end of this year, RG was told in the press service of the capital's construction complex. As in the case of the chord routes and the South Rokada, the understudy will be rented out in sections. The first of them will run from the Aminyevskoye Highway to the intersection with Minskaya Street. A junction will be built here, which will allow taxiing from an understudy towards Kutuzovsky, said Andrey Bochkarev, head of the construction department. Along this section, in addition to the overpass over the industrial zones, two bridges across the Setun River will also pass. In total it is 6 kilometers of roads. Naturally, they are equipped with noise screens, so that residents of nearby houses will not suffer. Already next week the results of the competition will be summed up and the contractor for the future construction will be determined.

The remaining sections of the understudy will be built in the areas of Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, Fili-Davydkovo, Dorogomilovo and Ramenki. The route was designed so that it would not affect the Setun valley and the Matveevsky forest - this caused the most serious concerns of environmental activists in the capital. For the most part, the highway will pass over the industrial zones and partly - over the railway of the Kyiv direction, but it was decided to build a tunnel under one of the branches. The exit to the Third transport ring is designed in the area of new housing complexes in the area of Mosfilmovskaya street. According to the tender documentation, the contractor must hand over the first section of the understudy within two years after the conclusion of the contract. Initially, there was information in the media that money would be taken for the understudy, but this data was not confirmed.

Paid will be another understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt - Severny. Most recently, the mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin, approved its layout. It will run parallel to the southern colleague, but along the Smolensk direction of the railway. The 7.1-kilometer route will run from Minskaya Street to the western exit to the Moscow Ring Road, where an interchange will be built. On the opposite side of the understudy, ramps with several levels will also be built, they will be located at the intersection of the highway with Shelepikhinskaya Embankment and the Third Transport Ring. According to the project documentation, the understudy will have three lanes in each direction, the width of each row is 3.5 meters. During construction, Ivan Franko Street between Polotskaya and Rublevsky highways will be expanded. Reconstruction of Alexey Sviridov and Krasnye Zor streets is also expected. The Northern understudy will be paid, but the tariffs are not yet known. The construction of this route will begin after the completion of the competitive procedures, most likely in 2018.

Meanwhile, by the end of this year, builders will begin designing new sections of another important highway - South Rokada. As RG already wrote, this traffic-free the track will pass from Rublevsky highway to the exit to the Moscow Ring Road in the Kapotnya area. In the near future, it is planned to build sections from Proletarsky Prospekt to Donetsk Street and from the Moscow Ring Road to Upper Fields Street. The main goal at this stage is to connect Balaklavsky and Proletarsky avenues. This will allow motorists to travel from the southern regions to the southeastern ones in just 20 minutes.

Moscow authorities approved the draft plan northern understudy Kutuzovsky prospect. The construction of the northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt will begin at the end of this year. A fully toll highway will be built in 2019. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.

"The competition for the construction of the northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt is planned to be announced before the end of this year. Completion of work is scheduled for 2019," Marat Khusnullin said.

The new 10.5 km route will run along the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway and will be a continuation of toll road"Northern detour of the city of Odintsovo". It will have three lanes 3.5 m wide in each direction. The start on the toll highway will begin at the exit from the Third Transport Ring (TTK) in the Moscow City area.

Two toll collection points will be built on the understudy in the Rublevsky highway area towards the center and from the center. Both points will be equipped with a dozen payment collection booths, barriers, and administrative buildings will be erected.

According to the project, it is planned to build a convenient exit from the Third Ring Road. A multi-level interchange at the intersection of the northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt, Shelepikhinskaya Embankment and the Third Transport Ring, which is almost ten kilometers of roads, should be designed and built by the investor. The interchange will consist of a section of the road from Shelepikhinskaya Embankment from the Third Transport Ring to 3rd Silikatny Proezd, an overpass from the northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt to 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd, entrances to the understudy from the Third Ring Road and Shelepikhinskaya Embankment, as well as two underground pedestrian crossings. At the same time, the reconstruction of Prichalny, 1st Silikatny and 2nd Silikatny passages will take place.

A new interchange will be built at the intersection of the understudy with the Moscow Ring Road, two exits will also be laid: from Kutuzovsky Prospekt when going from the center to the understudy towards the region and from the understudy to Ivana Franko Street, and a convenient check-in will lead from Kubinka Street to the understudy when driving from the region.

In addition, it is planned to reconstruct the streets along the route: Ivan Franko Street in the section from Polotskaya Street to Rublevsky Highway, Alexei Sviridov Street and Krasnye Zor. The interchange at the intersection with Gerasim Kurin Street and Kutuzovsky Prospekt and the exit from Kutuzovsky Prospekt when traveling from the center to Rublevskoye Highway are also being upgraded.

The highway will unload Kutuzovsky Prospekt, Mozhayskoye Highway and the entire western sector of the city as a whole. It is assumed that the intensity on the northern understudy will be 3.2-4.7 thousand vehicles per hour in one direction. The length of congested sections of the main route will be reduced by a quarter, or by 72.2 km.

In the IV quarter of this year, according to Andrey Bochkarev, the head of the construction department, the construction of the southern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt will begin. The first construction site will appear at the exit from Poklonnaya Street to the understudy. The road will pass through the territory of the industrial zone "Ochakovo" along the Kyiv direction of the railway through the districts of Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, Ramenki, Fili-Davydkovo and Dorogomilovo.

According to the Department of Construction, this year it is planned to build 93 km of roads, 26 artificial structures and 20 pedestrian crossings. Half of the planned Moscow road workers have already put into operation, built 20 artificial structures and 27 pedestrian crossings. Next year, the builders planned to commission 94.5 km of roads.
