In February-April 2017, the VIII International Scientific Student Congress “Russia: from Crisis to Sustainable Development. Resources. Restrictions. Risks.
From March 09 to March 23, 2017, the qualifying or qualifying stage of the congress took place in the departments and departments of the Financial University, from March 24 to April 03, 2017 - the faculty stage, and on April 17, the VIII International Scientific Student Congress completed its work already at the university stage.
During grand opening MNSK April 6, 2017 held a competition-exhibition "Tournament scientific ideas and business projects. 22 unique projects from the faculties and the Tula branch of the Financial University were submitted for consideration by the jury.
The closing ceremony of the congress took place on April 27, 2017. The best of the best received diplomas of the first degree.
The MNSC program was very extensive and affected wide range topics. That is why each participant was able to find the closest research topic for himself and get acquainted with it in more detail.
One of the innovations of 2017 was the holding of joint scientific events by the scientific student societies of the faculties with learned societies profile universities of Russia! Enjoyed the experience very much! In the future, this direction of the congress will develop!
Within the framework of the VIII International Scientific Student Congress, bright scientific events were held, such as:
April 7, 2017 Interuniversity debates of faculty students government controlled and financial control and the Higher School of Public Audit of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov. The theme of the debate - "State financial or public control: in search of an effective model" - is dedicated to the 370th anniversary of the state financial control, which is celebrated this year. The scientific supervisor of the team of the Faculty of Public Administration and Financial Control was Vasyunina M.L., Associate Professor of the Department of Public Finance, Ph.D., Associate Professor; teams of the Higher School of Civil Aviation of Moscow State University M.V. Lomonosov - E.V. Ivanova, Professor of the Department of State Audit of the Higher School of State Audit of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov. The jury noted high level preparation and responsible approach of the team of the Faculty of Public Administration and Financial Control. The inter-university debates have become a constructive platform for establishing cooperation between two faculties similar in training, as well as discussing topical issues in the field of public administration. As a result of the meeting, both students and teachers expressed their great desire to make such events a good tradition, which will contribute to scientific cooperation, the development of student mobility, the search for new forms of research work of students and young scientists.
April 8, 2017 Faculty of Finance and Economics together with the Department of Corporate Finance and corporate governance held round table“The fate of a corporation is in the hands of a financier”, which was attended by the authors the best works submitted to the essay competition of the same name. The guests of the event were Zotov Vladimir Mikhailovich, Deputy CEO VPK Consulting LLC, and Denis Vladimirovich Paidarkin, Commercial Director of BTK Group, the largest Russian light industry holding.
On April 11, 2017, a round table of scientific student society Faculty of International Economic Relations on the topic: "Digital Economy and the Internet of Things".
April 12, 2017 Faculty of Applied Mathematics and information technologies held an annual mathematical Olympiad for first-year students.
On April 13, 2017, a videoconference was held with Tyumen State University " Topical issues accounting, analysis and audit in ensuring the economic security of Russia”. The practice of cooperation with other universities for the Financial University has been widely used for many years. The discussion was attended by undergraduate and graduate students of the Faculty of Accounting and Audit, graduate students of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Audit, as well as students of the specialty " economic security» Financial and Economic Institute of Tyumen State University.
On April 14, 2017, one of the largest events took place - the conference "FINTECH: a new paradigm for the functioning of financial markets and banks." The conference aroused great interest not only among students and teachers, but also among representatives of the banking community, who took part in the event as members of the jury. As a result of the conference, the high level of students' training and their competence in modern issues of banking organization were noted.
Also on April 14, 2017, the Faculty of Taxes and Taxation, together with the Department of Tax Policy and Customs Tariff Regulation, held the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Tax Experts " Actual problems tax policy".
From April 15 to April 18, 2017, a visiting research expedition took place, where the participants presented their design solutions and original ideas, with regards to the promotion of the tourist destination "Western Moscow Region", organized by the Faculty of International Tourism, Sports and Hotel Business.
VIII ISSC has become a new milestone in the development of scientific student science at the Financial University! Congratulations to the winners and runners up!
In total, 22 projects were admitted to the Tournament; only 170 students.
62 students participated in the defense of 1st year research projects in 17 projects.
43 students participated in the defense of 2nd year research projects in 18 projects.
18 branches of the Financial University, more than 400 people, took part in the VIII MNSK.
Students from other universities (Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov, RANEPA, MEPhI, etc.) took part in the events of the VIII ISSC.
VIII International Scientific Student Congress was held from February to April 2017. A total of 3,300 people took part during this period.

One of the key intellectual events this autumn will be the traditional International Forum Financial University, which will be held in Moscow with 28 to 30 November 2017.
The International Forum of the Financial University is being held for the fourth time. In 2014 - 2016, it became a landmark event in the social and business life of Russia, arousing increased attention from the media and the expert community.
The issue of entering the trajectory of accelerated growth has long been of concern to our politicians and economists. Fresh and breakthrough ideas are needed. What do you need today Russian economy first of all? Digitalization or large industrial projects? Real sector access to investments or efficient institutions? Serious reforms are necessary or dangerous in social sphere? All these questions are in focus IV International Forum of FinancialUniversity "What is the coming day preparing for us?".
The forum will last three days, more than 3,000 people will take part in its work. The next International annual scientific and practical conference "NEW IN SCIENCE AND EDUCATION" was held at the OCHU VO "MEIEFiP" on April 5-6, 2017.
The conference was opened with a welcoming speech by the President of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia Alexander Moiseevich Boroda, who emphasized the importance of the conference and its results and expressed the hope that such events would contribute to the unity and development of science and spirituality.
