Regulations on student scientific society

1. General Provisions.

1.1. This provision regulates the activities of the scientific student society GBOU SO SPO « Bazarno-Karabulak College of Agribusiness" for the development of research work of students.

1.2. The personal composition of the NSO Council, the distribution of responsibilities between its members and other issues are agreed with the director of the technical school, deputy director for academic work and Deputy Director for Educational Affairs.

1.4. Definition of NSO and its structural units.

Scientific Student Society (SSO) - mass social organization, on a voluntary basis uniting pupils and students who have shown a penchant for independent creative research activities:


  • Unites all scientific student education "BTA":

  • Scientific circle (subdivision of the NSO) - an association of students, students and other interested persons, based on a common interest, views, ideas for the purpose of joint scientific creativity.

  • Problem group (subdivision of NSO) - a group of young researchers working together to solve a particular scientific problem.

  • UIRS – educational and research work of pupils and students, provided for by curricula.

  • NIRS - research work of pupils and students, carried out outside of school hours.
2. The composition and structure of the scientific student society of the technical school.

2.1. The student scientific society consists of scientific student associations in subject (cycle) sections.

2.2. Every successful pupil and student who shows interest in research work and actively works in one of the associations of the society can be a member of the NSO.

2.3. The supreme body of the scientific student society is the general meeting of its members, and in between meetings - the council of the NSO, elected by open vote at the reporting and re-election meeting for a period of one year.

The structure of the NSO consists of: NSO committee; mobile groups, sections: humanitarian knowledge, mathematical and natural - scientific knowledge, agrotechnical knowledge, economic knowledge. The committee consists of a chairman, vice-chairman, scientific secretary. This is a permanent body, the main function of which is organizational and coordinating.

A mobile group is created as needed to organize and conduct planned activities of the NSO. Creative groups are created in accordance with the research work of the technical school and on the initiative of students and are permanent. scientific supervisors creative groups students are teachers of the technical school.

2.4. . The NIRS system is headed by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.
3. The main tasks of the Council of the NSO technical school are:

3.1. Creation of favorable conditions for development and functioning various forms scientific creativity of students based on domestic and foreign experience, the results of scientific and research developments carried out in order to improve the technical school's research and development system.


3.2. Development of the basic principles and mechanisms for the functioning of the NIRS system of the technical school, the constant development of the authority of this system in order to attract the bulk of students to it and develop their interest in scientific and research activities and scientific creativity.
3.3. Conducting analytical and methodological work aimed at improving the NIRS system of the technical school.
3.4. Identification, generalization, dissemination and use of useful information in modern conditions domestic and foreign experience, new organizational and methodical forms and activities of the NIRS system.
4. Council of the NSO technical school and its functions.

4.1 . The NSO Council consists of the chairman and members of the NSO Council. In its structure, sectors are created according to the areas of activity. Members of the council of the NSO of the technical school are the leaders of student associations in sections: humanitarian knowledge, mathematical and natural science knowledge, agrotechnical and economic knowledge.

4.2. To implement the tasks assigned to the NSO, the chairman of the NSO Council directs and coordinates the activities of the NSO Council and performs the following functions:


    Contributes to the organization of scientific student associations in subject (cycle) sections.

  • Organizes student scientific and practical conferences, relying on the assistance of the NSO Council and its sections.

  • Assists in the preparation of conferences, round tables, olympiad, educational forums, acts as a consultant in the work of sections of the NSO.

  • Organize lectures for scientific topics, excursions, meetings with scientists and specialists.

  • Engaged in popularization of student research work through the press and means of visual agitation.

  • Organizes and conducts competitions for the best student work in various areas of science.

  • He has all the documentation on the dynamics of the development of the scientific - research growth of the NSO Council and its sections.

  • Conducts analytical work generalization of experience and disseminates the positive experience of organizing research work of students, searches for new forms of organization of this work.

  • Represents the most active members of the NSO to the Pedagogical Council for encouragement.

  • Submits issues related to the activities of the NSO to the Pedagogical Councils College for discussion and decision.
4.3. Scientific student associations perform the following functions:

Organization and support of work with the structural units of the NSO, which are circles, problematic, creative and research groups.


  • The scientific supervisor of the structural units is the head of the subject section of the NSO.

  • Topic preparation scientific research and the work plan of the NSO of the technical school and its structural divisions, developed jointly by the subject (cycle) sections in accordance with the general ongoing scientific - research work.

  • Identification of the potential opportunities of pupils and students of the technical school, the council of the NSO and the creation of conditions for the most complete disclosure of the creative, research potential of pupils and students of the technical school, as well as promoting the improvement of the scientific and practical training of pupils and students.

  • Preparation of student scientific and practical conferences, round tables, olympiads, educational forums, including those based on the results school year, relying on the assistance of the chairman of the council of the NSO and its sectors.

  • Coordination and popularization of student research work through the press and means of visual agitation.

  • Collection of documentation on the dynamics of development of the research work of the Council of the NSO technical school.

5. Rights and obligations of members of the NSO.
5.1. A member of the NSO is obliged:


    work actively in one of the scientific associations of the society;

  • improve their scientific horizons, attend meetings of scientific societies, scientific conferences and other events held by the society.

5.2. A member of the NSO has the following rights:


    has one vote in resolving issues requiring a collective decision, as well as at all meetings of the company;

  • elects and can be elected to the governing bodies of the NSO;

  • reports on his scientific works ah at the Society's conferences, presents his work for publication in collections of subject sections;

5.3. A member of the NSO who has ceased to work actively in the society may be expelled from the society by the decision of the council of the NSO, the leadership of the structural unit of the NSO.


To encourage the most active members of the NSO, it is advisable to adhere to the following criteria:

    creation of standards for research results;

  • targeted research activities to ensure the relationship of science with practice, real and efficient;

  • the activity of the members of the NSO is directed to the self-realization of the individual on the basis of continuous participation in research activities;

  • organization and conduct of various studies in the technical school;

  • development, planning scientific and practical activities at meetings of subject sections, making adjustments to the development of the activities of the Council of the NSO technical school;

  • improvement and systematization of R&D of the NSO Council of subject sections and technical school;

  • preparation guidelines to help students of NSO subject sections, to discuss them at scientific and practical conferences;

  • holding scientific and practical seminars, conferences, round tables, olympiads, competitions and presentations based on the results of intermediate studies, taking into account the scientific program and plan.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Regulation determines the procedure and regulations for conducting Scientific and practical conference students of the Bazarnokarabulak technical school of agribusiness.

1.2. To organize and hold the conference, an organizing committee and a jury for sections are created.

1.3. The conference is open to the participation of interested persons. Proposals are accepted by the organizing committee.

1.4. As scientific leaders of research and design work participation of teachers, masters of industrial training, teachers additional education, parents and other third parties.

1.5. Students of 1-3 courses and students of 1-4 courses of the technical school take part in the conference on a voluntary basis.

1.6. The conference includes sections: "Humanitarian knowledge", "Mathematical and natural science knowledge", "Agrotechnical knowledge", "Economic knowledge".

2. Goals and objectives of the conference

2.1. The conference is held for the following purposes:


  • attracting students to search, design and research activities in various fields of knowledge, as an effective means of personal development;

  • skills development creative activity and the ability to independently set and solve problems of a search, design and research nature;

  • developing the skills and abilities of students to independently draw up presentations of their creative works and present them publicly;

  • search and selection of gifted and motivated young people and providing them with all possible support in professional development;

  • attraction of scientific and pedagogical potential high school and academic institutions to the scientific mentoring of creative works of students;

  • improving the system of continuous professional training of students on the principle of "technical school-university-postgraduate study";

  • popularization of scientific knowledge;

  • public recognition of the results of student search, design and research activities;

  • support and encouragement of gifted students and their leaders in research activities.
2.2. The main objectives of the conference:

Ensuring the availability, quality and effectiveness of education for students based on the development of modern educational technologies;

Development of interest in fundamental sciences and applied research among students;

Association of teachers and specialists interested in the upbringing and development of youth;

Attracting applicants to agricultural universities in Saratov.

3. Time, venue and stages of the conference

3.1. The conference is held twice a year.

3.2. The first stage consists in the work of students on projects and the preparation of reports. Conference reports prepared by students are submitted to the organizing committee in writing three weeks before the scheduled date of the conference.

The second stage is the review written reports(abstracts) of students by members of the jury in sections. The jury selects the best reports and recommends the authors to speak at the conference; the rest of the presentations are considered to be poster presentations.

The third stage, the final one - the conference, the jury meeting, summing up.

4. The main content (program) of the conference

5. Management and funding of the conference

5.1. The organizers of the conference are the committee of the NSO technical school.

5.2. The organizing committee draws up an estimate of income and expenses for the conference. Financing is carried out at the expense of funds and within the limits of funds provided for the performance of the functions of the relevant organizer, and other means.

6. Procedure and rules for evaluating reports

The most important stage of the conference is the discussion of the messages made by the students:

6.1. Evaluation of the reports submitted to the conference is carried out by the jury of the corresponding section.

6.2. The jury of the conference includes leading teachers of the technical school, methodologist, representatives of the administration of the technical school.

6.3. Based on the results of the conference, the jury determines the winners in sections.

When evaluating reports, the following should be taken into account:


  • relevance and completeness of the disclosure of the topic;

  • substantiation of the involved knowledge from other areas;

  • evidence of reasoning;

  • the presence of independent assessments, judgments, conclusions;

  • the ability to argue their conclusions, conclusions;

  • ability to work with literature;

  • quality of design: availability of presentations, posters, other illustrative material;

  • oratory skills of the speaker.
The main requirements for papers submitted to the conference are set out in Appendix 1.

7. Awarding of winners

7.1. The awarding of the winners of the conference, as well as the scientific supervisors who prepared them, with diplomas and cash prizes is carried out by the organizing committee.

7.2. Diplomas are awarded to the winners of the conference, and benefits may also be provided for admission to the next level. continuing education technical school, within the framework of the current admission rules, on the proposal of the organizing committee of the conference.

Requirements for the design and submission of abstracts of reports and speeches on the topic of the scientific and practical conference

Abstracts of the report up to 5 pages of text and speeches of 1.5-2 pages must be submitted to the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the conference until April 8 this year in printed form in Russian without illustrations, graphic materials and drawings.

2. Goals and objectives of the AtoN

2.2. The tasks of the SNO are:

3. Structure of AtoN
3.1. Structural units of SNO can be:

  • a scientific student circle at the department of the university as the primary structural unit of the SSS;
  • branch (section) SSS, uniting scientific student circles according to the profile;
  • faculty sector of SSS, responsible for the scientific work of students at each faculty;
  • Council of the SSS - as coordinating the activities of the SSS Institute;
  • temporary scientific creative teams (associations) of young researchers that can unite and coordinate the activities of students and young scientists of the university (graduate students, applicants for a scientific degree)

3.2. The structure of SSS and the principle of formation of individual structural units (sections, temporary creative teams and associations of young researchers) may change based on the specific conditions of their activities.

4. Organization of the work of AtoN
4.1. The work of the SSS is organized in accordance with the specific conditions of the institute's activities on the basis of its Charter, taking into account the traditions of the organization of NIRS.

4.2. The activities of the SSS are determined by the decisions of the Student Research Council (if it is organized at the university) and supervised by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the Institute

4.3. The general management of the work of the student scientific society is entrusted to the scientific director of the SSS, appointed by order of the rector from among the leading teachers of the university.

4.4. The general management and coordination of the work of the structural subdivisions of the SSS (circles, sections, sectors and temporary scientific creative teams, associations of young scientists) is carried out by the SSS Council.

4.5. The activity of the primary structural unit of the SSS - the student scientific circle is based on the main tasks of the SSS, taking into account the directions of the scientific work of the department, its specifics, traditions, and is carried out on the basis of a work plan drawn up by the scientific supervisor of the circle.

4.5.1. The leadership of the student scientific circle is carried out by the supervisor, who is the head of the department or a person appointed by him from among the most experienced professors and teachers of the department.

4.5.2. Organizational support of the activities of the circle is carried out by the headman, nominated from the most active members of the circle and approved by his supervisor, whose main functions are to participate in drawing up the work plan of the circle, to monitor its implementation by the members of the circle, and to maintain the necessary office work.

4.5.3 The forms of work of a student scientific circle can be very diverse and determined by the specific conditions and traditions of organizing R&D students at a given department, laboratory.:

4.5.4. Mandatory in the activities of the student scientific circle is the provision by students of a report on their activities in the circle in the form of a message at a meeting of the circle and active participation in the scientific events of the institute.

4.5.5. Research work of students performed outside of school hours and meeting the requirements curricula, can be credited as relevant laboratory, course and theses, other educational tasks, as well as to be submitted to the competition for the best scientific work of students.

4.6. If sections appear in the structure of the SSS of the university, then their activities coordinate the work of student scientific circles of related departments and organize joint scientific and practical events.

4.7. When organizing the faculty sector of the SSS, he maintains close contact with the circles, monitors the performance of scientific work by students and keeps records of the number of members of the circles and members of the SSS at the faculty, organizes and conducts course (stream) and faculty scientific student events.

5. Financing the activities of the SSS
5.1. The activities of the SSS are financed from various budgetary and non-budgetary sources. In particular, it is possible to create special deductions from funds received for completed budgetary and extrabudgetary (contractual) R&D, as well as from internal funds institute. The amount of annual funding is determined on the basis of the Institute's R&D Cost Estimate and the Regulation "Procedure for distributing funds received for R&D".

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Student Scientific Society of IzhSTU (hereinafter - SSS) is a self-governing organization based on voluntary membership and cooperation, uniting students of the Izhevsk State University Technical University who wish to participate in research work.

1.2. SSS carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter of IzhSTU, orders and orders of the rector of IzhSTU, these Regulations, decisions of the SSS conference.

2. Goals and objectives of the activities of SSS

2.1. The purpose of the SSS activity is the development of creative scientific abilities of students and the development of research skills, the creation and development of favorable conditions for the formation of in-demand specialists by intensifying the research activities of students, their participation in fundamental and applied research held at the university; providing an opportunity for every student to realize their right to creative development individual in accordance with his abilities and needs.

2.2. The main tasks of the SSS are:

  • assistance in raising the level scientific training students and the quality of acquired knowledge;
  • ensuring the formation of competitiveness, readiness for dynamic, social and professional mobility of students;
  • improving the quality of professional training of young specialists;
  • assistance to students in independent scientific research and organizational support of their scientific work;
  • attracting students to participate in intra-university, regional, regional, all-Russian and international student events, as well as in organizing and conducting such events at IzhSTU;
  • attracting students to participate in the implementation of student scientific programs, projects formed by the Ministries of the Russian Federation and foreign countries;
  • organization and coordination of students' work on priority areas scientific research of IzhGTU;
  • assistance in using the results of student research in the educational process;
  • attracting students to innovative activities, developing the ability to bring research work to the level of its implementation;
  • promoting the implementation international cooperation in the areas of activity of the university in the field of science and education;
  • timely informing students about the planned scientific conferences, competitions, exhibitions, etc. and the possibility of participating in them;
  • establishment and development of cooperation with SSS of other higher educational institutions for the purpose of joint scientific activity and exchange of experience;
  • coverage of the activities of the SNO in the media mass media and internet.
3. Directions of activity of SSS

3.1. The main activities of the SSS are:

  • holding scientific and practical seminars, conferences, round tables;
  • participation in the implementation of student research and educational programs, projects formed by the Ministry of Education and Science Russian Federation and others, including foreign and international organizations;
  • holding competitions for the best scientific work of students in specialized disciplines, competitions, intellectual games, other competitive events;
  • creation of databases and other information resources in the areas of activity of SSS;
  • assisting SSS participants in organizing business trips at the expense of the university to participate in scientific and scientific-practical events;
  • assistance to students in the publication of scientific works in collections, journals published by IzhSTU, and in other publications.
4. Structure of AtoN

4.1. SNO Conference.

4.1.1. The supreme governing body of the SSS is the SSS Conference.

4.1.2. The SSS conference meets at least once a year.

4.1.3. The competence of the SSS conference includes:

  • introduction of amendments and additions to the Regulations on AtoN;
  • election of the Council of the SSS (approval is made by a simple majority of votes from a quorum);
  • development of the main strategic directions of the SSS activity.
4.2. SNO Council.

The Council of the SSS is a permanent body of the SSS.

4.2.1. The Council manages the activities of the SSS, implements the SSS development strategy.

4.2.2. The competence of the Council includes:

  • planning the work of the SNO for the year;
  • convening a SSS Conference;
  • summarizing the results of the year.
4.2.3. The Council consists of: the chairman of the Council of the SSS, advisers of the SSS and the secretary.

4.2.4. SNO Chairman:

  • is an adviser to the SSS, is elected for a period of 1 year from among the advisers;
  • coordinates issues related to the activities of SSS with the leadership of IzhSTU;
  • coordinates the activities of the bodies of the SSS and its advisers;
  • represents the interests of the SSS in external organizations;
  • proposes for the approval of the conference the number and personnel SNO advisers;
  • convenes working groups and leads their work.
4.2.5. SNO Advisors:
  • SSS advisers are representatives of the faculties of the university (one representative from each faculty), as well as members of the initiative group;
  • are involved in the preparation and conduct of SSS events;
  • represent the interests of SSS in relations with other universities, scientists, practitioners;
  • organize the work in accordance with the selected and approved at the meeting working group SNO line of business;
  • participate in the convocation and activities of working groups;
  • organize any collegial forms of work at their own discretion.
4.2.6. SNO Secretary:
  • elected by the Council of the SSS;
  • keeps minutes of meetings of the SSS and other events held by the SSS;
  • registers new members of the SSS;
  • stores AtoN protocols.
4.2.7. The coordinator of the activities of the SSS is the vice-rector for scientific and organizational work of IzhSTU.

4.3. The CHO reserves the right to change the structure on its own.

5. Participation in AtoN

5.1. Any student of IzhGTU who has expressed a desire to join the SSS can become a member of the SSS.

5.2. A student, undergraduate, graduate student or listener who has expressed a desire to join the SSS must report this decision personally at a meeting of the Council.

5.3. The decision to appoint a student as an advisor is made by the current SSS advisors.

5.4. A student who is a free member of the SSS or an adviser may terminate any form of his membership in the SSS at any time, expressing a personal desire to do so.

6. Rights and obligations of AtoN participants

6.1. SSS members have the following rights:

  • elect and be elected Chairman of the SSS;
  • attend meetings of the SSS working group, events organized and conducted by the SSS;
  • to make proposals on all aspects of the work of the SNO;
  • enjoy the support of SNO in their scientific activities.
6.2. SSS members are required to:
  • comply with the Regulations on AtoN;
  • implement the decisions of the Conference, Council, Chairman, meetings of the Working Groups of the SSS that are binding on the SSS.
6.3. The reorganization of the SSS is carried out by decision of the General Meeting.

7. The procedure for making changes and additions to the Regulations on AtoN

7.1. Changes and additions to this Regulation are made at the suggestion of the SSS Council and approved by order of the rector of IzhSTU.

8. Liquidation and reorganization of AtoN

8.1. The SNO ceases its activities through liquidation.

8.2. The liquidation of SSS is carried out either by the decision of the rector of the University, or by the decision of the General Meeting by order of the rector of IzhSTU.

9. Final and transitional provisions

9.1. This Regulation comes into force from the moment it is approved by the order of the rector of IzhSTU.
