materials for the project.

We do not know the person who first caught on a tree that fell into the water and swam on it. We also do not know the person who invented the wheel. But we know for sure who was the first in space - Yuri Gagarin, April 12, 1961.

From the pictures, perhaps the most famous person planets. People are especially excited about everything connected with the life of the first cosmonaut. Yuri Gagarin visited many countries, met with the most different people, but everyone took with him a particle of his spiritual warmth, everyone remembered his charming, Gagarin's smile.

Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin was born on March 9, 1934 in the village of Klushino, Smolensk region. In September 1941, Yura went to school, but in October the Germans occupied the village, and he could continue his studies only when the Red Army liberated the village. In 1945, the Gagarin family moved to Gzhatsk (now Gagarin). In 1949, Gagarin graduated from the sixth grade of the school, and entered the Lyubertsy vocational school. At the same time he entered the evening school of working youth. He graduated from the school with honors as a molder-founder.
In 1951, Gagarin entered the Saratov Industrial College and joined the flying club. In 1955, Yuri Gagarin graduated with honors and made the first solo flight in a Yak-18.
In 1955, Gagarin was drafted into the army and sent to the military aviation school of pilots. He graduated from college with honors. In 1957 he married Valentina Ivanovna Goryacheva.

On March 3, 1960, Yuri was enrolled in a group of cosmonaut candidates. On March 25, regular classes began under the cosmonaut training program.
April 12, 1961 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome for the first time in the world launched spaceship"Vostok", with pilot-cosmonaut Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin on board. For this feat he was awarded the title of Hero Soviet Union. Starting from April 12, 1962, the day of Gagarin's flight into space was declared a holiday - Cosmonautics Day.
March 27, 1968 Yu. A. Gagarin died under unclear circumstances near the Vladimir region during one of the training flights on the plane. He was buried near the Kremlin wall on Red Square.

Human nature is characterized by striving for everything new, unknown. This is the guarantee of human progress. Expeditions go to all ends of the Earth. Scientists seek, find and re-explore the unknown in order to give it to people. Broad horizons, the immensity of which is even difficult to imagine, open space flights for the development of many branches of science.

Years passed, life confirmed the correctness of Yuri Gagarin's conclusions about new profession earthlings and its main purpose: into space - for the sake of the Earth, "...expanding our knowledge of the universe, studying new patterns and using them for the benefit of man."

Such was his desire, such remained his testament to mankind.

How do I evaluate my work on the project.

PROJECT

Wealth given to people.

There were and are many people in Russia who, without sparing themselves, gave their whole lives for the benefit of other people. They did good to people. For example, the doctor Pirogov Nikolai Ivanovich, who saved thousands of lives, was the first to come up with anesthesia and gypsum, became famous, but never refused help to poor people and did not even go to the king when he found out that a simple peasant woman's son was dying. He went to help the sick. Tretyakov Pavel Mikhailovich, who helped Russian artists all his life. I bought their paintings, giving them the opportunity to earn a living. After his death, he gave half of his wealth to charity and bequeathed his entire rich collection of paintings to the people. Vasily Alexandrovich Sukhomlinsky is a famous teacher or Anton Semenovich Makarenko, who was loved throughout the country. Are there people like them among my relatives, countrymen? Yes there is. There are a lot of such people. We just do not think about what they are doing for us and think that this is how it should be. These are my grandmothers. Or, for example, you are Valentina Ivanovna. Though not famous all over the world, but whose kindness and care warmed and helped many, many people.

My grandmother Larisa Alekseevna most worked her life for railway. Engaged in the construction and repair of roads. The work is very hard and responsible. Any mistake can lead to an accident in the future. I had to work in the rain and in the cold. And if it was necessary to urgently repair, then they had to work even on weekends. Because they knew that other people depended on their fast work. Will they have time for meetings, for work, home, and who knows where they are in a hurry when they travel by train or train. She did not spare herself for the sake of others.

My second grandmother, Joanna Vasilievna, has been working all her life medical worker. She worked as a midwife for a very long time. It is hard to imagine how many sleepless nights she spent next to future mothers and how many babies she helped to be born. Now she works in a kindergarten. Look after the health of the children.

Valentina Ivanovna You also taught children all your life and gave them not only knowledge, but also made people out of them, leaving a particle of your soul in everyone.

Your modest work knows no price,

Nothing compares to it!

And everyone praises with love

you by a simple name -

Teacher. Who doesn't know him?

The simple name is

That illuminates with the light of knowledge

I live the whole planet!

We originate in you

You are the color of our life, -

And let the years melt like candles,

We can't forget you, no!
