Today, in addition to work, which takes up most of her time, Elizabeth devotes time to traveling, shopping, as well as walking with her five-year-old son Danya and her two beloved dogs - Rafa and Chud.

“In general, since childhood I have loved big dogs - such as our Labrador Rafa. But, with the appearance in my life of this little one, whose name is Miracle, I fell in love with the little ones. By the way, it is very connected with her. interesting story. When my sister had a daughter, I started buying the baby an insane amount of clothes and all kinds of beautiful things. Since I myself have a son - he has a boyish and masculine wardrobe, and this is completely different. And all their fashion ideas I embodied in my niece. Therefore, they gave me a wonderful dog, with the words: "Let you also have your own girl, whom you can dress up." That's what I called her - Miracle. Now she really has her own wardrobe."

Yes, then I dreamed of being a journalist, writing and being creative, but a little later, with the help of my father, a clear understanding came to me that hotels were my vocation. Maybe, under such pressure, many would have broken down, lost interest in work and the desire to develop in this area, but not me. The opposite happened to me! I fell in love with my business and can't live without it!

Why you shouldn't be afraid to make mistakes

I made mistakes, a lot of mistakes, but it never demotivated me. Sometimes I even think: oh, I made a mistake and, thank God! (laughs) All my failures are my teachers. I learn from mistakes, gain experience, temper myself, if you like. Remember: there is no such situation from which there would be no way out, there would be something positive and valuable for you personally.

Men find it hard to admit their mistakes. It's much easier for women! For us, this is definitely a bonus. Men are often obsessed with themselves and their victories / defeats, but we pass everything easier and do not poison our lives with self-discipline because of this or that mistake.

You know, I used to have an internal struggle with my fears all the time. I was afraid to do or say something wrong, but at some point I decided - enough is enough! It will be as it should be. And now, if they return to the past, I could advise myself only one thing: do not be afraid of anything, you are on the right track, girl!

On the relationship with the father and strict upbringing

At first, it was very hard for me: I was constantly offended, angry, I didn’t understand why my father was so strict with me, because I’m his daughter!? Why does he not do me favors, but only find fault and criticize? Then years passed. I'm used to. Now I already understand why he was stricter with me than with the others: thanks to this, I became stress-resistant, I don’t panic, I always remain calm and sane. Daddy's hardening works! And now, when we have some disagreements, we come home and behave as if nothing had happened. We leave work at work.

In no case should you feel sorry for yourself and become limp! What are you! Pity is the worst evil on earth! And if it's self-pity, then don't expect anything good at all. I have been going to what I have now for too long, and I cannot afford to lay down my hands after another failure and complain to everyone about my weakness and helplessness.

How to keep family happy

When I come home, I am a mother and a wife. No businesswoman exists, I - ordinary woman. I chose a man for myself, I admire him, he doesn’t exist stronger for me, I want to be with him and feel like a woman next to him.
