Is this not a hint at the First Sound of OM, which created the world and whose pranava is Ganesha.

Lyuba a few years ago gave a very clear image of three hands. There is a door, it has two handles (hands), to open it we use our hand, i.e. third hand. In other words: the third hand can be symbolically regarded as that which opens the Doors of the Spirit. The combination of the male and female principle gives rise to something third. In matter it is a child, but we already know well that in the higher worlds this is the third - Consciousness! The combination of two great principles (signs) of the Universe creates CONSCIOUSNESS, i.e. realizing and cognizing the principle of the Universe. And it is Ganesha - the god of Wisdom that is his manifestation, i.e. manifestation of Christ consciousness. Not only calculations indicate this, the Ganesha principle itself confirms this. In fact, Ganesha is the Vedic hypostasis of Christ. No wonder it is the most beloved god in Hinduism. Christ said that only through him can one go to the Father, and the phrase from the calculation is not without reason related to Ganesha: “ I AM the door of the Living Christ»!

Legends of the appearance of the Elephant Ganesha

There is a legend that the wife of Shiva - Parvati passionately wanted to have a son and asked Vishnu about it, who had mercy and gave her Ganesha. In honor of the baby, a reception was held, where the god Shani was present, capable of turning all living things into ashes at a glance. He looked at the boy and his head burned. Shiva asked the servants to bring the head of the first animal they met on their way. This animal was an elephant. So Ganesha got the head of an elephant.
According to another legend, Shiva personally tore off his son's head from his shoulders, which made Parvati very angry and, wanting to make amends for his own guilt, grafted the head of the first animal he came across to Ganesha's body.
It is believed that Parvati molded a figurine of a boy from clay and placed him in front of the entrance to her chambers. But, when the boy blocked the path of Shiva himself, he was beheaded by him. But, seeing how his wife was upset, Shiva decided to use his magical power and bring Ganesha back to life, giving him the head of an elephant.

Feng Shui and Ganesha
