Guardian Angel

They pray to the Guardian Angel for the grant of marriage as a personal intercessor before God.

Prayer to the Guardian Angel: “Angel of God, my holy Guardian, keep my belly in the fear of Christ God, fix my mind in the true path, and hurt my soul to the love of the mountain, let us guide you, I will receive great mercy from Christ God.”

This short petition is desirable to read at every opportunity. It directs the soul to the Lord and invokes the grace of God. Through prayers, the right person may soon be sent to the angel.

Pious parents pray to the Guardian Angel to keep their daughter chaste and send her a worthy husband.

Nicholas the Wonderworker

Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker is most often prayed to by the parents of girls. Mothers are busy about the successful marriage of their daughters, knowing how Nikolai helped a poor family.

Saints Peter and Fevronia are considered the patrons of marriage. It fell to their lot to bear their love through humiliation and deprivation.

Prayer to Peter and Fevronia:“Oh, the great servants of God and the most wonderful miracle workers, the faithful Prince Peter and Princess Fevronia, the city of Murom, the protectors of an honest marriage, and for all of us, zealous to the Lord of prayer!
