Kundalini. Divine Light

03.09.2015 Before proceeding to the description of the processes associated with the "awakening", "rise" of the Kundalini, it will be useful to consider the existing views on its nature. There are many different definitions: someone calls Kundalini the Goddess of the entire Universe, manifesting in every person in the form of a microcosmic psychophysical force, someone believes that Kundalini is Samvit (Chit-Shakti), someone - what is it highest form prana manifested in the respiratory cycles, etc. Kundalini is also called Shuddha-vidya (pure knowledge, comprehension). Like Durga or Kali, she is able to eliminate the asuras (personal ignorance) and the suffering generated by them.

Kundalini is twofold, it can manifest as Mahamaya and Mahasuri or as Mahavidya and Mahadevi, leading to both spiritual sleep and awakening. In the spiritual systems of India, in particular in Nathism and Srividya, it is often mentioned that Kundalini Shakti has several "coils" or "rings": Agni Kundalini, Surya Kundalini and Soma Kundalini.

There is also a division of Kundalini into upper, lower and middle. The upper - Urdhva-kundalini - corresponds to the descending grace (anugraha), the lower - Adho- or Kula-kundalini - corresponds to the ascending energy localized in the kanda, the middle - Madhyama-kundalini - corresponds to the space at the level of the navel (nabhi) or chest. The three coils of Kundalini can be understood as the three forms of the body (sthula-, sukshma- and karana-sharira), these are also the states of wakefulness, sleep and deep sleep. In some systems, the fourth and even the fifth state of the body - consciousness is distinguished, therefore, their descriptions speak of Para-kundalini associated with samadhi (turya) or moksha (turyatita).

Kundalini Shakti in the body can also be described as a spiral, a circle, a force localized in the chakras, which have a round shape. Each chakra symbolizes creation with its divergent channels or petals. Tantric texts say that in the petals of the chakras there are Matrikas, or female deities - Yoginis, who are different manifestations of Kula-kundalini. Matrikas are Sanskrit letters, they represent the forms of Kundalini in the form of sound vibrations, in the form of creating, reality-forming bija mantras. Kundalini is the creative force of Brahman, and in the form of Mula-prakriti (original Nature), she unfolds the creation of the entire Universe and many microcosms within it.

One of the main qualities of Kundalini is purnata (fullness), or diversity. Spreading out from the original point (bindu), it manifests its "rings" just as circles form on the water. Since Kundalini creates the five elements, in some Nath texts one can find mention of Kundalini coiled into five "rings". Other texts speak of eight "rings," meaning the five elements plus manas, ahamkara, and mahatattva; there are texts mentioning even more "rings" (for example, forty-nine).

Unawakened and Awakened Kundalini

In the Siddha-siddhanta paddhati, the unawakened Kundalini says,

that "it dwells in the body as a force of consciousness, ... creates a variety of thoughts, activities, efforts and the manifested world."

Usually, Kundalini is depicted as a snake coiled three and a half times around the svayambhu-lingam (“svayambhu” means “self-manifested”; this is an epithet of Shiva who manifested from the emptiness of consciousness), and biting its tail. The "hunchback" of Kundalini is not accidental - it symbolizes the return to its true nature. This Goddess contains everything, but at the same time is "hidden", which also implies her folded state. This state is a metaphor for the integration of the energy structure and human consciousness. The awakening of the Kundalini removes all conditioning and duality of consciousness, so that we can achieve the perception of the Ultimate reality and return to the original identity with God.

Kundalini yoga

What is Kundalini Yoga? In fact - the same tantric ritual of worship, only internal. That is, it is not bahya- (external), but manas-puja (mental). If a person sincerely worships Shiva, then over time he becomes identified with Him. The same process occurs in the worship of any Deity. Each tantric Deity has many names, which allows other devatas to be considered as manifestations of it. There are couples: Bhairava - Bhairavi, Vishnu - Saraswati and others, so the call, for example, of a male Deity is able to awaken the Kundalini. The female Deity awakens Kundalini in the form of chetana-shakti (the highest light of consciousness). If Kundalini yoga is an upasana (worshipping practice), then Kundalini is awakened with the help of bhakti, but since, according to the ideas of the Naths, we are all a single entity, they usually replace excessive external worship and complex ritualistics with viveka (distinction). In general, "external" tantric practices and "internal" yogic practices are seen as complementary.

It is believed that the body contains the entire universe, and at a more “accessible” level, the body is identified with India. And various places forces (shakti-pitha) in it, according to the tradition of tantric yoga, are represented in the body. When Kundalini begins to “awaken”, “open”, she “travels” through these pithas. They contain various manifestations Goddesses (Yoginis), each of which has its own Bhairava. After the passage of Kundalini through all the inner pits, the integrity of our being is achieved, everything becomes connected, closed in a state of blissful union. The body becomes permeated with our higher consciousness, and that is what the Naths mean by taking control of the body.

The awakening of the Kundalini in the context of internal practices begins with the awareness and subordination of the prana in the body. Regarding the expediency of performing shat-karmas (cleansing actions), vyayamas, asanas, mudras, it must be said that if the body is not healthy, not clean, then it cannot become one with Maha-Shakti, therefore these preparatory methods are very important. The rise of Kundalini is an internal "agnihotra" (ritual of fiery offering to the Gods), in which the fire of the ascending consciousness "eats" the Universe, and the yogi "drinks" the nectar of superconsciousness.

The point is that only with a uniform awareness of the forces of the Universe is it possible to perceive samarasya (a state of unanimous taste), therefore prana must follow the central energy channel - sushumna. Many texts describe a technique in which you need to put the tongue behind the palate and do alternate breathing, alternately blocking the nasal passages with the tongue. Of course, you can do this on the physical level, but that's not the point. Kundalini, as mentioned above, has three coils: solar (Surya), lunar (Soma) and fiery (Agni), i.e. in this case, the ida, pingala and sushumna channels are meant. The regulation of "breathing" occurs through the passage of the "tongue" of Kundalini through one or another channel. Those. "fire" pierces either the left or the right channels, and it needs to be given an even position along the sushumna. And that's not all, because two more streams go up and down, of which one is also lunar, and the other is solar. In tantra they are called "anuloma" and "viloma". The well-known anuloma-viloma technique is not only about the "balance" of the lateral channels, as many believe, but also about the "balance" of the top and bottom. When the yogi raises prana and "drinks the nectar of the moon" - this is a tantric anuloma-viloma.

Effects of Kundalini Awakening at the Body Level

When the Kundalini energy awakens and reaches the occipital region (bhmarara-gufa, "cave of bees"), you can hear a sound that is very difficult to describe. The Nathas call this practice "aghochari mudra". The whole universe was created by sound (nada), and the description of this process is in many ways similar to modern theory"big bang". The force that creates all worlds from a point (bindu) is called Maha-Kundalini. Its copy in the human body - Kula-kundalini - also manifests itself as sound. Therefore, practices with nada and bindu of Natha yoga are given special attention. The Gheranda Samhita, for example, describes the technique of concentrating on the bindu between the eyebrows (sukshma dhyana).

When awakening the Kundalini, indeed, almost always the yogi gets the experience of light and sound. In fact, sound, pulsation are always present. Kundalini and nada are constantly active, but a common person does not hear them, because his energy is only enough to maintain the physical body. As soon as there is more energy, the yogi begins to perceive different levels of pulsation, which are no longer closed exclusively on the body. This sound is like music that cannot be conveyed through any instruments - the whole Universe pulsates, and each object separately. It often makes no sense to describe mystical experiences. There is a difference between jnana (knowledge) and vijnana (experience or realized knowledge). When you see an apple, this is jnana, when you take an apple and start eating it, this is already vijnana (experience).

Psychophysical changes in the state of samadhi

A full-fledged yogic sadhana leads to the awakening of the Kundalini and the state of samadhi, and the various components of the sadhana are aimed at one common goal. For example, bandhas and mudras are not only those that act on apana (for example, mula bandha), or on prana (jalandhara). Each bandha and mudra acts, in addition to certain areas, simultaneously on the entire energy system and consciousness. This can be compared to a poison that, penetrating into one part of the body, instantly spreads to all others. The example of poison (visha) is often found in the Tantras, because a yogi who attains high states of samadhi becomes like a corpse in appearance. Often the Tantras also speak of black nectar.

These are all symbolic designations of psychophysical processes in the body of a yogi. When the Kundalini rises to the Sahasrara Chakra, the yogi attains Sahaja Samadhi, his breath stops. Sometimes the cessation of breathing can be so long that if such a yogi is buried in the ground or lowered under water, he can stay there for a long time without oxygen. This is one example of a perfect Kundalini awakening. Upon reaching nirvikalpa samadhi, the consciousness of a yogi becomes pure and all-pervading, and therefore he sees all things, phenomena, processes that occur in the world, and the world itself, in the right way. When he looks at the world from the original source, he is able to perform all actions in a perfect way. Since all his actions achieve their goals, he does not need to spend energy on correcting the mistakes that could arise if his consciousness was not clear enough. Correction takes time and energy, therefore, when correcting, people wear themselves out and die very early. The human being is by nature designed for longevity, all that is needed is not to do what shortens his possibilities, i.e. we do not get opportunities, they are already initially in us as in the Atman.

Obstacles to Kundalini Awakening

Chakras and many energy channels in the unawakened state form complex interlacings, knots, called granthas in the human psychoenergetic body. In essence, granthis “link” matter and spirit, enhancing the sense of ego and maintaining the conditional karmic vision of self and world. For any practitioner to be successful in the process of awakening the Kundalini, it is important to untie these psychic knots. Granthas are inextricably linked with everything that we used to consider our personality, our habits, qualities, desires. This can be difficult to understand even for those who are very educated and have read many classic texts on yoga and tantra. To understand means to acquire wisdom and, accordingly, to get rid of ignorance. Only then will the granthis be unleashed, and the karma of the yogi will be neither white nor black. This may not be enough for many lives.

In "Kaula-jnana nirnai" it is said that kaul eats "the flesh of all living beings." It is very difficult for some ignorant people to understand that meat should be eaten with a non-physical mouth, as they do, with reference to authoritative scriptures. With such a vision of tantra one can only come to the realms of Hells. The text implies that all the bodies and objects of the world are “eaten” by the awakened consciousness, i.e. the consciousness of Shiva, which manifests itself in the yogi. This consciousness "absorbs" (covers) all the others, and then there are no more contradictions caused by different truths. We are aware of many differences in ourselves and in the world, although in essence we are one.

When the Kundalini awakens, the power of these differences over our consciousness gradually weakens, and we are released from the networks of maya. This is a complex and multidimensional process, respectively, the source similar practices must be very reliable. Therefore, real Kundalini Yoga can be practiced only in a strong tradition, under the guidance of a Guru. In the sadhana leading to real spiritual realization, there will always be ups and downs in parallel with practice, but whatever happens, everything must be treated from the position of an observer. Apprenticeship, the decision to devote oneself to the practice, is a serious choice. This is not at all the same as deciding to just lose weight or improve your health a little. You need to be ready for the test. However, only two categories of living beings have no trials: those who do not develop, and those who have achieved final liberation and self-realization.

Questions to Yogi Guru Matsyendranath Maharaj

The Nath texts speak of filling the body with the "nectar of the Moon", but it is also said that this nectar should not be allowed to descend and be "absorbed" by the Sun. What's the point?

First you awaken and raise Kundalini, bring it to sahasrara, and then slowly bring Kundalini down. Of course, this is not easy, it requires preparation. There are three levels of initiation in our school: the first is general (mantra-diksha), the second is Aukhgar and the third is darshani or kundali. These levels can be compared with different yogas, the first is mantra and hatha, the second is laya or kundalini, the third is raja yoga. In Kashmir Shaivism they correspond to different upayas. These levels are more principles than any specific practices, because all people are very different.

You can practice the same methods, but with different states. If the first level is more external and impulsive, then the second is already higher and more refined, requiring the utmost awareness. At the last level, complete control of the bindu is achieved. Therefore, the descent of light occurs gradually, do not confuse this with a failure into the sphere of the Sun. The balance of the Sun and the Moon, namely, it is achieved by filling the body with "nectar", is not the same as the absorption of the Moon (consciousness) by rajas.

Is it possible to “melt” the duality of the mind into non-dual “nectar” with the help of methods that increase the “fire” of digestion (agnisara, nauli, uddiyana) and concentration in the navel?

Jatharagni (digestive fire) is not the same as Kundalini. Rather, it is related to the functioning of the physical body. However, when there is a lot of prana in the body, its reserve activates the sushumna. If you are able to control sexual energy, then prana moves into the mooladhara chakra and then into the sushumna, after which the whole body is transformed. Of course, bandhas and mudras help prana not to dissipate, not to leave the body. The texts say that as long as prana (awareness) is retained in him, the yogi conquers death. However, there are stages in practice: first, finding inner balance, then strengthening one's energy structure, then its essential transformation. Bandhas and mudras are relevant when the entire sadhana is fully rebuilt. Not just in the form of a style of asanas, or only vachaka and upamsha mantras, or some kind of contemplative practices, but from everything at once and in a well-integrated form. This can only be learned in a full-fledged school.

Is it possible to somehow physiologically explain the process of awakening the Kundalini? Would it be correct to say that this is the process of moving some energy through the spinal cord to “turn on” the dormant parts of the brain?

You can try to describe the process of awakening the Kundalini from a modern point of view, for example, connect the chakras with the glands, the sushumna with the central nervous system, but you should not idealize such a point of view too much. This is true only for those who view Kundalini in a very limited way. Kundalini is the whole world because the whole world is Shakti. What do the texts mean by straightening the Kundalini? After all, Shakti can be understood in different ways. This process can be greatly simplified, but then it will not give any great spiritual changes. In this world, millions of people practice yoga and everyone feels something in the spine, in the areas of the body corresponding to the chakras, but it is difficult to say that their life is changing significantly. When in fact the yogi works with the Kundalini and the chakras, then there are radical changes between the yogi and the world in which he is.

This practice is dangerous in that problems may arise in the world. It is not easy to practice any effective methods that give quick results while living in society. Retreat also requires advance preparation. The Guru instructs the recipient of sannyas in detail what to do and how, being in a long retreat. Because there the slightest changes on the psychoenergetic level are reflected in environment, and if at the same time you still have some social illusions, then all such sadhana can fall apart like a house of cards.

Be that as it may, whether you want to practice yoga in withdrawal from the world, or as tantra, you will have to learn many different details. For example, by what laws does the interaction of the micro- and macrocosm take place, and how to make this interaction work in the interests of your evolution. Many yoga textbooks and courses ignore this topic, so what they call "the process of awakening and raising the Kundalini" is, in essence, only one name. Because their sadhana includes very limited methods, and those methods that are really needed, no one will ever describe in books. There can be a lot of details, they should be explained by the Guru, who himself realized everything in practice and went all the way. There are few such Teachers, as well as students who are actually able to learn something serious from them.

The ending. Beginning in #21/2012

Then Rada told me that my kundalini is in the “rising” phase, which means that now she will not back down and will begin to ruthlessly clean out all my energy channels one by one. Hearing this, I asked:
- Will my unpleasant states associated with kundalini breathing become a permanent phenomenon for me?
- No, what are you, - she smiled, - as your consciousness is purified, unpleasant states will be replaced by feelings of all-consuming ecstasy, inner peace, love, happiness, bliss, joy, cosmic harmony, etc. All these divine experiences will not immediately replace unpleasant states - both will alternate with each other. This process will take years. But there is no need to rush here. Raising and releasing the kundalini energy has nothing to do with a career in society, and the steps here cannot be calculated. It happens that under the influence of kundalini such negative feelings as pride, anger, greed, jealousy, aggression, gluttony, anxiety, fear, unbridled sexual desire and the desire to rule become aggravated. Many cases are known of how these negative feelings captured and enslaved, it would seem, spiritually aspiring people, but what about people - monks, Teachers! And it happens that the kundalini wakes up and unfolds its rings so quickly that a person does not even have time to track how her energy passes through all energy centers. After some time, such people find that they have become the owners of several types of siddhis (superpowers). Awakening and raising the kundalini energy is a great spiritual experiment of a lifetime. Kundalini reveals in a person all the good and bad that he only has. And if a person does not succumb to fear when he sees what he really is, then gradually all his negative qualities will begin to transform into pure energy. And all the positive qualities and talents will be multiplied and developed in him to infinity ...
Two years earlier than the rest of Radin's students, I started the process of raising the kundalini, and in this sense I was alone. While the whole group of tantric magicians was engaged in the morning complex of exercises and techniques, I was in a separate room and did from the exercises what I could do in such states. At these moments, to my own surprise, I began to do things that were not in the complex of our exercises.
Once, on one of these days, while performing gomukhasana (cow pose in Hatha yoga), I froze motionless for 15-20 minutes, completely dissolving in the ecstatic state that gripped me. Interestingly, on this day, only a little later, Master Rada came into my room and, as if by chance, said the following:
- When the sacred serpent kundalini awakens in the body of an initiate and breathes into his channels, his occupations change, while becoming highly individualized. Kundalini becomes a Teacher for the practitioner, she begins to guide him through life, giving tips and teaching him to look at himself and the world around him in a new way.
With her wise speeches, she supported me in a very timely manner, convincing me to trust myself, my body and the information that began to come to me.
Then everything was even more interesting. I did very harmonious and smooth passes with my hands and feet, unknown to me, most of all reminiscent of Chinese tai chi. Asanas from Hatha yoga themselves lined up in my head, and I had no choice but to do them, my body “squeaked” - it wanted to do them so much. After such improvisations and impromptu, I experienced lightness and soaring, the inconvenience from the kundalin energy surging through my channels receded for a while.
A few years later, my kundalini began a new cycle of cleansing. At one of those moments, her fiery energy began to be released in too large portions, and I felt how she began to devour my body. I could not allow this, and, realizing that the kundalini in this way bestows on me different types of energy, including physical, I went to gym to give a load on the muscles and "ground".

If any of the readers had the opportunity to observe the state in which I wrote my first book, then from what he saw he would certainly burst out laughing. Completely regardless of the season, whether it be summer or winter, I could suddenly be thrown into a fever and just as sharply, and after a fairly short period of time, I began to shiver from the cold so much that I had to put on a hat or hood! I was really tired and lost concentration from the fact that 20-30 times a day I changed “duty suits” - shorts with a T-shirt and warm pants with a shirt. Now I already understood that these are manifestations of kundalini, and to be more precise, the breath of kundalini, first into the solar channel (pingala), causing heat; then to the lunar (ida), causing coldness. But just a few years ago, I looked at my Master with incomprehension, suspicion, and even condemnation, when in the hot summer she could wear a windbreaker or in the cold winter, being in one T-shirt, she ventilated the house for a long time, while I, wrapped in two blankets, shaking from the cold. It should be emphasized here that the described attacks of heat in winter time have nothing to do with the system of hardening or winter swimming. In addition to heat and cold, my body, especially my legs and arms, could “break and twist”, and my stomach and chest could inflate so that it could be seen by others.
In general, soon our magician friends and students common with Rada, who came to our house, were no longer surprised that I could be dressed at the same time: a cap, a scarf and a wide weightlifting belt. I pulled the cap tightly over my head, it alleviated the uncomfortable feeling of “open top”; the scarf helped to cope with the gnawing feeling in the neck; the weightlifting belt pulled the stomach, preventing it from bloating.
For 10 years of such “games of kundalini” with my body and consciousness, I, perhaps, experienced more than half of its existing manifestations. For greater clarity and understanding of what is stated below, I will list the most common phenomena and manifestations associated with awakened and rising kundalini energy. This list has been compiled on the basis of the experience of many reputable practitioners and Masters of various spiritual schools and trends, I have only slightly supplemented and edited it.

Signs of manifestation of Kundalini (phenomena and experiences)
1. Feeling of a special "spiritual heat" that covers the whole body. It is perceived very individually, that is, it can be a pleasure that envelops the whole body, or it can be very annoying, causing significant inconvenience. Also, to this point, you can add cooling of individual zones in the body, backache and sharp bouts of pain, tickling, vibration, fever, heaviness in the head. There are changes in the nature of cardiac activity and respiration.
2. The emergence of parapsychological abilities, such as clairvoyance, levitation, teleportation, materialization, lucid dreams, healing, etc. After a few of my examples, you can continue the list yourself. In each case comes something different.
3. Feeling the unity of everything with everything. A state of expansion of consciousness that is difficult to convey in the language of words, when you feel like a part of a single stream and from this you literally drown in the ocean of pleasure.
4. Suddenly rolling lethargy and drowsiness, replaced by a stormy, barely restrained influx of energy.
5. Very unusual, atypical behavior: shuddering, convulsions, jumping up, spontaneous dialogues in other language with someone invisible, involuntary screams, laughter, crying, overflowing joy and a dance uncontrollable by the mind.
6. Vision of light in oneself, a halo of light around oneself and other people, objects and phenomena of nature, absorption by light, dissolution in light.
7. Sharpening of intuition. Seeing fragments of your past lives. The realization that you are being guided by a Higher Power. The constant feeling of Her next to you and everywhere.
8. Sudden mood swings. From absolute delight to extreme depression, up to suicidal impulses. Rolls of fear, almost unbearable sadness and anxiety.
9. Vision on the inner screen of certain symbols, figures, letters. For example, the appearance in meditation or dreams of the image of a snake, a thousand-petalled lotus, etc. All this may indicate the activity of the kundalini.
10. Sharpening of all five sense organs.
11. Jumps and changes in the hormonal background and the plan of sexuality.
Speaking about changes in the hormonal background, we can cite as an example a woman who has been obese since childhood due to hormonal disorders. She also suffers from an inferiority complex and considers herself useless. From this, one day she decides to embark on a spiritual path in order to eventually find herself. After a very short time, her kundalini suddenly awakens, which primarily works in her physical body, which is why the hormonal background of a woman completely returns to normal. In a year, she loses all excess weight, and a year later her figure becomes chiseled. None of her friends recognize her. She literally exudes vibes of sexuality, and compliments, invitations to dates and proposals for marriage are pouring in her address from many men.
In the case of this woman, the kundalini energy on the energy plane burns out the generic karma associated with fullness (fullness was clearly visible in all women in her family), and on the physical plane it completely clears the corresponding channels in the body, thereby forcing the hormonal background to completely improve.
Considering the jumps and changes in terms of sexuality, we can say that this process affects everyone in its own way - from a complete loss of interest in sex to a sudden explosion of frantic sexual activity. Sometimes, with the awakening of the kundalini, such a hail of erotic pleasure falls on the body that it plunges even yoga masters into confusion! Manifestation sacred snake often accompanied by ecstatic, erotic and deeper enjoyment. In women, this can cause an ecstatic, deep and long orgasm that can last from several hours to several days!
12. Experience of universal love. Penetration into the essence of things, and a deeper, to the state of insight, feeling of spiritual texts.

Drawing parallels between my states and the above manifestations of kundalini, I can say that from point 1 I most often experienced alternating states of heat, cold, vibration and activation of the heart. Occasionally, attacks of pain manifested themselves. The same was observed with my Master and the rest of our group of magicians and just initiates. Rada was distinguished from us by other conditions, these were backaches, heaviness in the head and tickling. The vibrations in her body reached such an intensity that the students sitting nearby could feel them on themselves in the form of invisible waves massaging the body. Sometimes, during joint Hatha yoga classes, one could see how Radu was thrown up from under the bottom by an invisible wave of energy.
Regarding point 2, I can say that each of the disciples and initiates, depending on the talent, began to receive something of their own. For some, a strong activation of conscious exits into a dream began, for others a healing gift was opened, others began to feel thoughts at a distance, and others simply found themselves and their place in life.
On point 3, I will describe only my experience, otherwise my story can stretch over many pages. AT recent times the state of unity of everything with everything began to embrace me more and more often. And it doesn’t matter if I’m in meditation, whether I’m running around the city in search of some trinkets, the incomparable feeling of being part of a single stream captures me, bringing down waves of ecstasy on my head and dissolving me in universal tenderness.
Paragraph 4 accurately describes the states that have become frequent for me and the members of our tantric group. Rada explains their phenomenon by the fact that the body in its development lags behind consciousness. And it lags behind for the simple reason that consciousness consists of a more refined energy, and the process of transformation in it is faster. It is more difficult and longer for the body to adapt to new energies, hence short-term lethargy and drowsiness come from.
From point 5, I experienced only overflowing joy and dance. This, I must say, is a unique experience that remains in the heart for a long time and nourishes it. I saw shuddering, jumping, talking in other language, screaming, laughing and crying from other tantriks during our meetings.
The phenomena from paragraph 6 were experienced only by our Master - Rada. This happened to her not only in solitude and meditation, but also in front of a group of students. At such moments, her eyes would close slightly, the words would become drawn out, and a glow would appear around her body.
All the phenomena described in paragraph 7, I experienced on myself and described them well in my book "The Chosen One of the Spirit of Tantra."
From point 8, sadness and anxiety overtook me.
But according to point 9, in the vision of symbols, figures, letters and images, I can single out only four people from ours - this is our Master and three dreamers. They see it all the time and write about it.
Regarding point 10, I can say with confidence that after the awakening of the kundalini, everyone, without exception, feels an aggravation of all five senses. The energy of kundalini as a life-giving force cleanses, renews and nourishes all internal organs and systems, after which the practitioner sees and feels the world around him brighter, deeper and richer than an ordinary person.
Paragraph 11 talks about jumps and changes in the hormonal background and the plan of sexuality. In our joint tantric practice with Rada of working with kundalini, I repeatedly experienced both jumps and changes in the sexuality plane. As stated in this paragraph, for some time I felt a complete lack of interest in sex, then I watched a surge of frantic sexual activity. I must say that these were not always pleasant and convenient moments. There was still nothing when my kundalini worked in the upper centers, which made me feel self-sufficient and impartial, but when the kundalini energy passed through the lower centers, it was as if I turned into a preoccupied teenager, and this already delivered obvious discomfort. And it also happened that the kundalini energy penetrated both the lower and the upper triad of chakras at the same time. Sometimes it happened right in the city. For a fraction of a second, a state that combined a slight intoxicating spiritual ecstasy and a powerful flash of sexual activity seized me, and I could be jealous of girls completely unfamiliar to me walking down the street with their boyfriends! To be honest, I began to be afraid of such states, because they pretty much unsettled me with their spontaneity. After such manifestations, I began to understand those dedicated monks, ascetics who left the world for a long time. I began to understand what was guiding them: upon the awakening of the kundalini, they began to suffer from similar effects when the channels were “purged” with kundalini energy. Later, I calmed down - bursts of my sexual energy began to be redirected to creativity.
Regarding point 12, I can say that the experience of universal love, insight into the essence of things and a deep feeling of spiritual texts have now become my most frequent states. My attention has become clear and sharp like a blade, and wherever I put it, it draws experience and extracts information.

Dangers and failures
Side case. Some of my esoteric friends once told me about a friend who awakened his kundalini through the practice of Hatha yoga. When he had already begun to raise it through the chakras, his siddhis began to awaken. So one day he began to levitate. Often in meditation, he hung under the ceiling, and people from the village ran to look at this miracle. But, as it turned out later, the body of this person was not fully prepared for raising the kundalini through the chakras. He had a strong release of energy dirt, and some channels in the body could not completely get rid of this dirt and turned out to be clogged. This resulted in partial paralysis. It took two years for full recovery and recovery. Now this person is trying very gently and smoothly to handle this mysterious mystical power.
case from our group. A few years ago, a young guy came to us in order to receive initiation from Rada as a close student. After looking at him and talking, Rada agreed, but on the condition that he would adhere to her instructions. This guy was given specific instructions to discipline his mind and body. True Master always sees what qualities the student must first cultivate in himself, so that in the future, after the awakening of the kundalini, there will be no big problems with the body and perception. This guy had the strength, and talent, and the desire to practice, and, having received initiation from Rada, he followed her instructions for only about a year, and then abandoned everything. No, he did not leave the group, he liked it with us. He came to our tantric holidays, continued to communicate with Rada, but all this was already on an intellectual level. The guy turned out to be more of a theorist than a practitioner. He had not so much a weak as a subtle psyche and a very strong sense of self-importance, because of which, without appropriate discipline, he would not have withstood the onslaught of kundalini. Rada, I and other advanced students spoke to him, warned him, but he was sure that he would be bypassed. But, as it turned out later, it did not go away. And when the kundalini awakened in this guy and breathed into his channels, one of the filters responsible for blocking astral dirt was torn off in his mind. As a result, due to his laziness and negligence, for several years he was in nightmarish states that constantly suppressed him and did not allow him to concentrate. Now, of course, it is easier for him. He gradually, not without the help of the Master, gets out and regrets the lost time.
An unprepared person can easily confuse all of the above states with some kind of disease. To prevent this from happening, people with whom this happens should not rush to conclusions, but should, on the contrary, observe, track and learn to understand what is really happening to them. But also to mystify the usual headache and renal colic, attributing to them the passage of kundalini energy through the chakras, I also do not recommend it. Never forget that medicine was sent to us by highly developed civilizations in the hope that it will give us a new chance to change ourselves.

And in conclusion, I will summarize:
Kundalini always gives powerful push to personality transformation. It ennobles the whole nature of a person and changes our perception, contributes to the neutralization of the action of karma. Thanks to it, the process of purification in the body takes place and rejuvenation comes.
Attempts to manipulate the kundalini by forceful methods are dangerous and speak of an inert, materialistic mindset.
Before the awakening of the kundalini and its subsequent rise, one should try to prepare the body as much as possible and clear the mind (primarily from the ego). One must be ready for the manifestation of kundalini, but not wait for it.
Don't let any sources knock you down, as the nature and direction of movement of the kundalini energy in your body can be very diverse. With my Master, for example, kundalini began to rise from the tips thumbs legs.
If the manifestations of your kundalini will be different from those that I have described here, do not be puzzled. In your case, it may happen a little differently. If you are already on the path of spiritual development and the kundalini has awakened in your body, then there is no reason to turn up your nose. After all, this is actually the norm, and only the beginning of a real spiritual ascent.
Before I sat down to write this article, I set myself four tasks. The first is to broaden as far as possible the reader's outlook on the energy of kundalini; the second is to debunk some of the prevailing myths and stereotypes about her; the third - to convey the real state of affairs today regarding the forces of kundalini in each of us; and fourth, to make my story about kundalini a hint and encouragement for all those with whom such things happen all the time, but they do not know what to do with it and how to interpret it.
I think I did it, but in the end it's up to you. I wish everyone a soft awakening of the kundalini, its smooth rise and release!

The sages meditate on it; devotees adore her, and in homes where the Perfect Matrimony reigns, they work with her in practice - with Kundalini. Kundalini is the solar fire contained in the seed atoms, the fiery solar electronic substance, which, when released, transforms us into Divine Beings.

Kundalini develops, evolves and progresses in accordance with the merits of the heart. Kundalini is the primal energy "locked up in the Church of Ephesus". This Church is two fingers above the anus and two fingers below the genitals. The Divine Serpent of Fire slumbers in its Church, coiled three and a half times. When the Kundalini, the fiery serpent of our magical powers, awakens, as it ascends through the medullary canal, it activates each of the seven Churches (chakras).

The rise and fall of Kundalini

We practice inner meditation to achieve ecstasy, but Kundalini is not awakened by meditation because Kundalini is sexual.

It is false to say that Kundalini awakening is achieved through meditation. Meditation is a technique for getting information. Meditation is by no means a technique for awakening the Kundalini. The Hindustanis say that within the medullary canal there is a canal called Sushumna, and within that there is another canal called Vahrini, and within that there is a third one called Chitrini, "thin as a spider's thread," on which the chakras are worn like a bamboo cane. This is how the holy books of India interpret, and we know that Kundalini ascends Chitrini exclusively with Maithuna, Sexual Magick, Arcana A.Z.F.

Pseudo-esotericists have done great harm by their ignorance. There are seven major schools of yoga in India and they all speak of Kundalini. These schools are good for nothing unless they study Tantrism. The best thing in the East is Tantrism. In every authentic esoteric school of yoga, Maithuna (Sexual Magic) is practiced.

There is a magnificent triangle in the center of the lotus of the heart. This triangle also exists in the coccygeal chakra and in the brow chakra. In each of the chakras there is a mysterious knot. There are three nodes in total. These knots have a deep meaning. There are three fundamental changes in working with the Serpent: at the first node (the Church of Ephesus) we stop shedding seed, at the second node (the Church of Thyatira) we learn to truly love, at the third node (the Church of Philadelphia) we reach true Wisdom and see Clairvoyance.

Kundalini in her ascent must untie these three mysterious knots. Pseudo-esotericists are surprised that the primitive Hindu yogis hardly mention ethereal chakras or plexuses, and instead give their full attention to the spinal and Kundalini chakras. In fact, the original Hindu yogis were Tantrikas and practiced Maithuna. They were the real Initiates of the Wisdom of the Serpent. They knew very well that in the back and in the seed is the key to our liberation. They understood that the awakened Kundalini opens the spinal chakras, and that these chakras in turn activate the plexus chakras.

The main thing is the vertebral chakras and the Snake. AT three triangles- in the main, heart and forehead - the Deity is presented as a Sexual Lingam. Much evidence of this, but educated ignoramuses are always looking for excuses and loopholes to distort the truth. It is unfair that pseudo-esotericists consciously or unconsciously continue to deceive poor suffering humanity. We have deeply studied the great ancient civilizations, and therefore we speak openly about how those who wish to be saved can actually be saved.

We are here to speak the truth, and we speak it even if pseudo-occultists and infrasexuals become our worst enemies. We must tell the truth, and we tell it with great pleasure. It is necessary to work with the Kundalini and untie the three knots. Three knots are three triangles that transform our lives and fill with chastity, love and wisdom.

No one can renew the higher aspects Kundalini without perfect holiness.

Kundalini will not rise one vertebra unless the required holiness conditions for that vertebra have been won. Each vertebra has its own moral conditions of holiness. It is false and foolish to say that Kundalini can awaken ambition, pride, or enhance all the low qualities and animal passions of the animal Ego of man. Those who use these suggestions and fears to keep students away from the true path are truly ignorant, because Kundalini, awakened by White Sexual Magic cannot advance one degree unless there is real Holiness.

Many pseudo-esotericists have actually committed a real genocide - instilling fear against Kundalini. It is an unimaginable crime against humanity to tell people in printed books that it is dangerous to awaken the Kundalini. Spreaders of suggestion and fear against Kundalini are worse than war criminals. The latter have committed crimes against people, but the spreaders of fear - pseudo-esotericists have committed crimes against the Soul. One who does not awaken the Kundalini cannot embody the Soul. One who does not awaken the Kundalini remains without a Soul; loses his Soul.

It is false to say that the Kundalini can be awakened as one progresses morally, and that one must therefore wait until such advancements have taken place. The development of Kundalini is controlled by the merits of the heart and only when White Sexual Magic is practiced.

Only when Black Sexual Magic is practiced, Kundalini descends into the atomic hells of man and turns into the Tail of Satan. False is the absurd suggestion that Kundalini can come out of the medullary canal, tear tissue, produce terrible pain and cause death. Such statements are false, because each of the seven Serpents has its own specialist masters who watch over the student. They don't stop working. When the disciple awakens the first Serpent, he is served by one specialist, and when he awakens the second Serpent, he is attended to by another, and so on. These specialists lead the Serpent through the medullary canal. Not a single student is abandoned. Specialists must be responsible for the student. Specialists live in the Astral world.

Kundalini awakens negatively only when the seed is shed.

The Lord of Perfection said, "A disciple should never allow himself to fall, because a disciple who allows himself to fall must struggle very hard to regain what he has lost." Those pseudo-esotericists who claim that Kundalini, having risen to the crown chakra or the Thousand Petal Lotus, descends again to be preserved in the church of Ephesus or in the center of the coccyx, are terribly lying. Kundalini descends only if the initiate allows himself to fall.

One who practices Sexual Magick without shedding semen has nothing to fear.

Elementals live happily in Eden. Anyone who follows the path of the Perfect Matrimony actually enters into Eden. One who attains the full development of the sacred Fire,

actually enters Eden. Full development Kundalini allows us to visit Eden with an Etheric body. Eden is the ethereal plane. This is a region of intense of blue color in which Happiness reigns. Those who know how to love live in Eden.

Come to and we will reveal to you the secrets and techniques awakening kundalini.

Today I want to share with you what happens when images awaken.

A year ago, having discovered for ourselves the understanding that we think in images, we translate into the world images, and create our reality in the form of holograms of images, we did not even suspect the full power and significance of our discovery.

At that time, we had a solid practice of excavating deep-seated beliefs, and there was an understanding that inside we have a whole universe of experiences that, like information, are stored in our field and affect our reality.

Read also: We worked at Theta for 2.5 years... The results were, but not as fast, and not as we wanted at that time. It was not easy to admit honestly that we ran into a dead end when life does not change. Every day we spent excavating and changing beliefs, hoping that just about, everything would improve at once. Communicating with colleagues in Theta and other practices, we did not see any significant changes in their...

During one of the sessions, when we replaced all the excavations with work with images, we went deeper, and, unexpectedly for me and for my client, something incredible happened. I saw a bright light (because during the session I feel everything that happens on the energy level with clients), which awakened in the area of the first chakra (first seal) and spread upwards throughout the body in waves, and at the same time I felt vibrational waves of incredible strength and power , which passed through the entire body and ended in the area of the 7th chakra (seventh seal), activating the dormant parts of the brain.

This wave was followed by a state of indescribable calmness, peace and Love, tears of liberation and memories - how could I forget it at all - this is my essence! The client was a little perplexed (joyful): she had never experienced anything like this. It was knowledge—her Truth, born from within, and experienced as the rapture of awareness-awakening.

Then there were many more such sessions and flashes of light - the awakening of light from within. And, every time this energy passed through the brain, both I and the clients felt an expansion of consciousness.

Now I want to share with you what happens at the moment of remembering the true image.

How many of you have heard the term kundalini energy?

Kundalini is an ancient concept, and in the ancient scriptures about this energy it is said that it rests in every human being in the form of a sleeping snake or dragon, that this dragon or snake energy of life, curled up in a ring, is located at the base of the human spine.

Ancient teachings also say that when this snake unrolls its coils and rises, something extremely amazing and unusual happens. And this energy is not like the one that comes from the first, second and third seals. It is something like a huge mass of quanta.

This is a certain substance that is stored in the human body for a special purpose, it is hidden, and the hidden reserve of this energy is intended for human evolution. It is believed that when the snake rises, it splits in two.

The brainstem, higher up in an area called the reticulum, surrounds the reptilian brain. This formation is similar to a cellular web woven from threads.

The subconscious is not located in the midbrain - it is in the reptilian brain. The subconscious is located in the lower cerebellum. Moreover, this network formation is a whole set of switches that let in certain information and then allow it to enter the cerebral cortex.

This is a computer. Everything that is programmed into it becomes a reality, especially what concerns the physical body of a person. So, when the serpentine energy of kundalini ascends the spinal column, it ionizes with polarized energy the entire liquid medium that flows along the spinal column, up and down. When the kundalini hits the grid formation, it turns off all of its switches.

Read also:. This energy is in you initially, you just need to help it wake up and learn how to direct it to create the desired events in your life.

And what does it mean?

This means that all the doors to the subconscious are thrown wide open. Further, the energy moves forward like a swiftly marching conqueror, destroying and setting on fire everything that meets him on the way. This is the procession of the kundalini energy.

When it reaches that area of the brain called the midbrain, it affects this creature called the thalamus, known in ancient times as the gatekeeper. Kundalini acts on this door to open it. The thalamus, being located in the midbrain, shows itself to be a rather strict guardian, because it is also the protector of the pineal gland. But the thalamus is the place where all the stem canals that originate from the nerve endings meet, and also all the fibers that originate from the mesh formation meet there, i.e. the thalamus is the switching point.

When the kundalini activates its energy, what actually happens is that everything that was hidden from you in your subconscious is released and rushes to a special point in the brain, here in this area, in the frontal lobe of the brain.

Why does kundalini have such a powerful, impressive effect? Because kundalini opens all channels and passages, allowing ancient knowledge to come to the surface, which provides the subconscious with truly complete and absolute access to your conscious mind.

We call kundalini a gift that makes a huge contribution to achieving enlightenment, because absolute enlightenment means that by penetrating through the veil, you get the opportunity to know what no one has ever known.

You get the opportunity to experience everything that is hidden there in one moment, and in one moment you will know everything that is there. In a flash of blinding light, you can instantly see all the lives you have ever lived and all the lives you have yet to live, and in a single moment you will know them all.

How is this possible?

The meaning of the kundalini energy or, as it is called in the Middle East, the dragon force, which rests at the base of the spine, has been deciphered. The kundalini energy was placed in the human body to serve as, so to speak, rocket fuel for enlightenment.

The moments of awakening of true images, many practitioners of the Technology of Image Creation, experience and describe as moments of enlightenment of consciousness.

Here is how Maria Nosko described her experience after awakening the image of “Love” on an open broadcast:

To your question, what is "love" for me, 5 images came out:
1st image - of my mother - heavy love, suffering, strain, everything was always done through the "should" in the family, etc.;
2nd image - young man, whom I loved strongly about 3 years ago, he drank a lot of strength and juice from me, he was a very dirty person in terms of energy - treason, deceit.
3rd - the universe, and spears, arrows, bombs, military operations, smoke, brown dust fly from the Earth into the universe.
4th image - a family estate, I am in a medieval dress - a duchess, on my face there is fear, fear, anxiety from the fact that my sister gives birth in the next room and dies from childbirth, the child is alive, I don’t see my sister’s face.
The 5th image arose after your words "go down" - a picture of my cells arose, I saw how the blood circulates and moves - very warm, pleasant, calm, beautiful, abundant.

This is what arose: I saw a couple, beautiful in their beauty and energy: a man and a woman - abundant, filled with love, overflowing, radiant, luminous. I watched how they were together at night, saw how they merged with each other, and when their souls merged, a new soul was born (conceiving a child is scientific 🙂

This woman was like me, only much calmer and happier, she trusted her man and he trusted her, it was felt that they loved each other infinitely, 200% security around, she felt his support.

I feel like I saw a universal miracle. The previous 4 images were not so sensual for me, but this one is here and now, it feels like I was there, no, not as if I was there, I was present.

It turns out that in 3 minutes I saw about 7-12 of my love programs + past experiences + I saw the real myself and, it turns out imperceptibly already, the necessary program and more than one based on love (in fact, everything in life is tied to love) downloaded. And it doesn’t even matter what waves were there 🙂

Already 3 hours have passed since the meditation, and I am so bursting, I am already writing plans for the year, this image of Divine Love is still inside. According to theta-healing, I would have to do at least 5-8 sessions for this, and it’s not even a fact that it would work.

Elena, I now know that I am different!!! Previously, there was aexaggerated, closed, and now I know and feel that there is so much universal Love in me, that I can give so much love to a man, so much happiness! And give so much to the world!

I did the meditation of love on theta-healing, and I felt that I was entering the theta state, bathed in pearl light, but I didn’t have what I experienced today and now experience in theta, although I really respect theta healers, and all this technique.

There are undoubtedly results, and this despite the fact that I used only yours free material interesting to see what happens after the training.

Also, my mother gave me 5 thousand rubles when I was leaving. for training in cutting, and bought a warm winter hat, I didn’t expect this either 🙂

There are changes, and I feel that I still need to change many things in myself, there is something that gives me doubts and does not allow me to act.

It also began to get lucky every time I went somewhere, when I went to my parents, they took me in a warm car and didn’t wait long, usually I drove in a dirty cold bus, I drove back - in a warm clean transport, I go to the subway - there are always places free.

Most importantly, I will now forever have a clear vision of the source and root cause of any event, situation or proposal.

I receive a lot of mailing lists with offers to purchase something, I used to be torn, it seemed to me that I MUST acquire everything, otherwise I will lose a lot, now I clearly and clearly see the message and intention with which this offer was sent, and artificial the feeling of loss is gone, I choose only valuable offers.

I want to thank you, because, only thanks to you, I began to appreciate myself, I now realize and accept that I deserve good, beautiful life abundant in all areas. and plans are completely different now.

I also began to take care of myself like a true lady - I developed it like a habit: creams, scrubs, masks, etc., I still stopped succumbing to external fuss, I’m not in a hurry now for no reason, I have a craving for solitude - I began to like to be alone with I just fell in love with silence, began to not endure the sounds of broadcasts on the radio and TV, I immediately leave for another room and close the doors so as not to listen, and yesterday was a day - I spent 5 hours at the TV - and these were wonderful programs with bright and wonderful people.

I was brought up in the family with the phrase “you must”: “you must wash the entire floor around the house and the dishes for the arrival of your parents”, “you must obey”, “you must get good grades”, etc. It was 25 years that I was "reeled into a coil" - it is not surprising that I was with a debt program.

After studying with you, I felt that I no longer have this program, and now I am thinking how to earn money, and not how to borrow - this is a very big relief.

I have many events in my puzzles, and I very easily saw the REASONS for all these events in my life. The only thing is, I don’t quite clearly see how to unravel the relationship of my parents, and there is a complete cesspool, sorry for the expression :), and their dislike and hatred for each other, due to the fact that their moms and dads also did not live in love. Can you imagine what happened to my karma?! 🙂

Something is clear, and I already see shifts - my father, who does not love me, to put it mildly, got a job, albeit as a builder at a cold construction site), he has not worked for 8-10 years and has been sitting on my mother's neck (i.e. e. it is supported by my mother), and 4 thousand rubles. gave me for the new year for courses in tailoring, this, of course, is not the entire amount for training, but the very fact that he did this for me was unexpected, my dad had not given me anything for 7 years, probably, and then and he himself earned money for a gift to me, and did not ask for anything in return. I was pleasantly dumbfounded by this and was looking for all the catch.

I did the ThetaHealing love meditation for 7 days in a row, and every evening I attended webinars on these topics with exercises. I felt little and, no matter how hard I tried, I did not find results. After the events with you, the results appeared, maybe a little so far, maybe something will happen further 🙂

I began to feel deeper and more natural some phenomena, for example, when I brew tea in a teapot - right in the water I see how the rolled leaves from the balls straighten into long petals (I have brewed tea a thousand times in my life, but I never noticed how these the leaves are blooming), I began to clearly see curls of steam from food - I can see almost a white pillar, meandering about 50 centimeters above the plate, its entire pattern (I also ate freshly prepared frozen vegetables hundreds of times, but I did not notice this phenomenon).

There are many ways to awaken the kundalini. A few years ago, while practicing yoga, I felt the awakening of the kundalini, like a tickling feeling in the center of the spine, which moved for a week along the vertebra, but then stopped in the neck area. And that feeling cannot be compared with this soft and warm, sometimes stormy, river that you feel when you awaken true images, knowledge about all things and objects that we knew from the beginning.

We have always believed that there is a quick and easy way to heal ourselves and others. And our faith has led us inside ourselves - to where there are answers to all our questions, even those that have not yet arisen. Go boldly inside yourself, find your own truth, and it will make you truly free.

How to safely awaken the kundalini?

What is kundalini? The term "kundalini" used by yogis means the Sacred Fire located at the base of the spine. Kundalini has seven layers; each of these layers has seven sub-layers. Therefore, there are forty-nine degrees of its awakening. In other words, the question is not so much whether the kundalini has awakened or not, but how much or to what extent she has awakened. Even in ordinary people, the kundalini is already awakened, but to a very small extent.

What is the importance of kundalini energy for spiritual practice? The kundalini energy allows the brain cells to register spiritual or higher experiences and urges. The capabilities of the physical body, especially the brain and nervous system, are increasing. After some time, a person whose kundalini awakened in high degree, can turn into a genius, a great charismatic leader or a great spiritual teacher.

In Egypt, the awakened kundalini energy, rising to the center in the head area, was symbolically depicted as a snake on the headdress of the pharaoh. In ancient times, the pharaoh was presented to his subjects as an enlightened person advanced along the path of the spirit, a wise and benevolent ruler.

In China, the sage who managed to fully awaken the kundalini energy and take it under control was depicted as a man riding a dragon. This is how the bodhisattva Kuan-Yin is depicted in some paintings.

In India, the degree of awakening of the kundalini energy is symbolized by the number of cobras towering over the yogi's head. The number of cobras indicates the number of layers of kundalini already awakened. Sometimes you can see a statue of a meditating yogi with one, three or even five cobras above his head. However, it is rare to see an image of the seven cobras. The seven cobras symbolize a soul that has reached a very high degree of development, for example, a great spiritual teacher.

A person whose kundalini has awakened to a high degree can turn into a genius, a great charismatic leader or a great spiritual teacher.

When kundalini awakens, positive and negative traits human nature are much more intense. The kundalini energy is like fertilizer: in the same way that fertilizer stimulates the growth of any seeds that are in the soil, the kundalini brings to life all the ancient seeds that are present in a person - both good and bad. Therefore, a person entering the spiritual path experiences a strong inner struggle. Therefore, it is very important to practice internal purification.

One of the side effects of improper, premature kundalini awakening is excessive, uncontrollable sex drive. A person can become a violent sex maniac. In some cases, a person may develop an excessive sense of pride or even megalomania.

There are many methods for awakening the kundalini energy, but it must be done properly. Proper preparation is required.

First, the physical and energy bodies must be cleansed so that the awakened kundalini energy can move easily and unhindered without harming the physical body.

Second, it is important to regularly practice inner purification through character building. This is done by developing the virtues in oneself and eradicating vices and bad habits.

The third, higher chakras, in particular the heart and crown chakras, must be activated BEFORE awakening the kundalili energy. These two chakras are extremely important.

The activation of the heart chakra is necessary in order for the increased intellectual abilities and increased will power to be used properly and without harm to others. The activation of the crown chakra allows the spiritual energy to descend in order to (1) safely awaken the kundalini energy, (2) awaken it to a higher degree, and (3) regulate the kundalini energy. Spiritual energy raises the kundalini energy to the higher chakras and to the crown chakra.

In the Indian tradition, spiritual energy is represented by Shiva, and the kundalini energy is represented by Shakti, symbolizing female power.

In the esoteric Christian tradition, spiritual energy is called "the descent of the Holy Spirit", and kundalini is called "sacred fire". In the Bible, John the Baptist says, "I baptize you with water, but He who comes after me is stronger than I. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire." In other words, it means that someone will come to give spiritual initiation or spiritual power. In Sanskrit, the transmission of spiritual power is called shaktipat.

The Holy Spirit is the spiritual energy, while the sacred fire is the Kundalini energy located at the base of the spine. When Shiva and Shakti, or the Holy Spirit and the sacred fire, unite, the spiritual energy awakens the kundalini energy and raises it to the crown chakra, which leads to spiritual enlightenment, or expansion of consciousness.

In the European tradition, this spiritual energy is called the “handsome prince”, and the kundalini energy is called the “sleeping beauty” or “sleeping princess”. With the kiss of the prince, the "sleeping" energy of kundalini awakens and these two energies rise together to the crown center. After that, the prince and princess "married and were happy all their lives." Sometimes fairy tales are created by great spiritual teachers to convey inner teachings and practices to spiritually mature students.

In the Chinese tradition, both Buddhist and Taoist, it is important to "open" the pai hui, or crown chakra, for the descent of tian chi, which literally translates as "heavenly energy." This is another name for spiritual energy. When a huge amount of tian qi descends through the bai hui, the latent abilities of a person are awakened.

Comparative study of different traditions will help you understand spiritual truths from a universal perspective, not just from the perspective of one culture. These examples show that the truth is universal. Just as the law of gravity is not English, so spiritual truths do not belong to any one culture or religion.

What is the source of spiritual energy? Spiritual energy descends from the higher soul of man. The supreme soul receives spiritual energy from his spiritual master, other spiritual masters, high beings, holy angels or great devas. The word "deva" means "shining". In other words, spiritual energy actually descends from gurus, other spiritual teachers, holy angels, higher beings, and to a certain extent, from one's higher soul. Therefore, it is very important to turn to them for a divine blessing before starting spiritual practice.

Spiritual teachers, higher beings and holy angels are "guides" and "transformers" that lower the intensity of the Divine Energy emanating from the Supreme Supreme God. They also help regulate subtle energies, subtle bodies and the physical body in order to achieve the desired results.

Spiritually practicing people interested in safe and effective method awakening the kundalini energy, it is recommended to use the Meditation on Two Hearts. During this meditation, the heart and crown chakras are first highly activated. Then a large number of spiritual energy descends and reaches the base of the spine, partially awakening the kundalini energy for more high levels, takes it under control and lifts it up to the higher chakras and to the crown chakra.

While meditating on two hearts, you may feel pressure on the head from above. This feeling is caused by the descent of spiritual energy. You may also feel the energy moving up your spine. It rises the kundalini. When the kundalini energy reaches the crown chakra, some meditators may feel as if their head has exploded or is about to explode, or that it has become a fountain of light. Other meditators may feel that the energy is pulling them up. Some may "see" stars and galaxies during meditation, or feel their consciousness expand to encompass the entire cosmos. If something like this happens to you while meditating, don't be alarmed. What could happen to you in the worst case? Nothing. You will just have an interesting spiritual experience.

When you meditate, you must observe the state of your body. If there is pain or intense pain in your body, stop meditating immediately. Take a break for a few days or even a week. If your body overheats, stop the practice for a week or more until your condition returns to normal. If you feel very weak, this does not mean that you have a lack of energy. Rather, a large excess of energy has accumulated in the body. Suspend your spiritual practice for a week or more until you feel better, and continue your daily exercise to get rid of excess energy.

Another method of awakening the kundalini energy is to hit the coccyx. However, this method is highly discouraged. This can lead to damage to the spinal cord and brain. It can also damage the energy channels or nadis. This method mainly stimulates the lower chakras and can lead to an increase in the low character traits of a person. This is not desirable.

An example is the case of one yogi. The yogi was sitting on a chair, suddenly the chair collapsed under him. The yogi fell and hit the base of his spine on a stone. He felt sharp pain followed by a rush of energy up the spine. Unfortunately, this incident resulted in an excessive sex drive for a long time. The yogi is relatively fortunate that his spine and nervous system not affected by the accidental awakening of the kundalini.

Another example is the case of a woman who, while taking a shower, fell on her buttocks. She felt intense pain and a movement of energy up her spine. She developed a chronic fatigue syndrome that could not be treated. This is one of the symptoms of kundalini syndrome. The patient may feel excessive chronic fatigue, but in reality there is a large excess of energy in his body.

Another method of awakening the kundalini energy is to use the specific techniques of Hatha Yoga. With proper practice under the guidance of a knowledgeable teacher, this method is relatively safe, but it is slow. It is inferior to advanced spiritual practices in terms of power and speed.

Other methods of awakening the kundalini are the use of visualization and mantras and the arousal of the kundalini from below to raise it up. These are ancient methods. They lead to an excessive awakening of the lower nature of a person, if a person has not gone through a deep inner purification. These methods are not suitable for modern life. We are constantly exposed to excessive sexual stimuli, as well as other stimuli that create an immoderate and obsessive desire for material gain. Feature films often use obscene language, show violence, promote individualism and selfishness. Nothing like this existed in ancient times. These methods are not suitable for spiritual practitioners living in today's social environment.
