Introduction

In a market economy, the requirements of public services, production and business to the level of professional training of personnel in the field of labor relations are significantly increasing. Today, such a specialist is required to know the methods and basic principles of the formation and effective use labor potential at all levels; the ability to analyze the primary reporting information on the work of the organization; the ability to justify decisions in the field of staff motivation; to independently analyze the effectiveness of labor activity.

The development of creative independence, initiative and a scientific approach to this area of ​​economic knowledge among future specialists is facilitated by such a form of educational work as the completion of term papers.

The purpose of the course work in the discipline "Labor Economics" is to study and analyze the main and additional specialized literature on the selected section of labor economics, analyze the regulatory and reporting information of a particular organization, evaluate existing methods for analyzing economic and labor indicators, and competently use these methods.

1. General requirements for the course work

1.1 General information

Coursework in economic disciplines is a scientific work carried out in the learning process and aimed at teaching students to independently apply the knowledge gained in one of the studied disciplines to solve specific practical problems in the field of economics, to instill the skills of calculations and justification of decisions. When writing a term paper, they strive to ensure that the collected material and the results obtained in the course of writing can be used when writing a thesis.

When writing these works, the student is required to display personal initiative. This is the main difference between this form of education and lectures, seminars and other types of classes.

The requirements for writing a dissertation are as follows:

1.deep theoretical study of the problems under study based on the analysis of economic literature;

2. skillful systematization of digital data in the form of tables, graphs with the necessary analysis, generalization and identification of trends in the development of economic phenomena;

3.critical approach to the studied factual and theoretical materials;

4. Argumentation of conclusions, validity of proposals and recommendations;

5. independent, logically consistent presentation of the material;

6.Design materials in accordance with established requirements.

I. The list is compiled by sections in chronological order of publication of scientific papers with through numbering:

a) scientific articles in leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications included in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation;

b) articles and materials of conferences in foreign publications;

c) other articles and materials of conferences;

d) patents for inventions, patents (certificates) for a utility model, patents for an industrial design, patents for selection achievements, certificates for a program for electronic computers, databases, topology of integrated circuits registered in the prescribed manner.

II. Column 2 contains the full name of scientific papers (topic) with specification in brackets of the type of publication: Research Article, abstracts of reports / messages of a scientific conference (congress, symposium), a report on the conduct of research work that has been deposited (listed in accordance with the Interstate Standard System of Standards for Information, Library and Publishing GOST 7.60-2003. "Editions. Main types. Terms and Definitions").

All titles of scientific works are indicated in Russian. If the work was published in a foreign language, then indicate in which language it was published.

Column 3 indicates the form of the objective existence of scientific work: printed, handwritten, audiovisual, electronic. Diplomas, author's certificates, patents, licenses, information cards, algorithms, projects are not characterized (a dash is made). Scientific electronic publications are equated to published ones in the presence of state registration of an authorized state organization and issued in accordance with GOST 7.83-2001 of the Interstate Standard of the System of Standards for Information, Librarianship and Publishing (SIBID) “Electronic Publications.
