An excerpt characterizing Share, Sergei Sergeevich

Prince Vasily, left alone with the prince, immediately announced to him his desire and hopes.
“What do you think,” the old prince said angrily, “that I am holding her, that I cannot part with her? Imagine! he said angrily. - To me at least tomorrow! I'll just tell you that I want to know my son-in-law better. You know my rules: everything is open! Tomorrow I'll ask you in front of you: if she wants, then let him live. Let him live, I'll see. The prince snorted.
“Let him go, I don’t care,” he shouted in that piercing voice with which he shouted at parting with his son.
“I’ll tell you straight out,” said Prince Vasily in the tone of a cunning man who was convinced of the need to cunning in front of the insight of his interlocutor. You can see right through people. Anatole is not a genius, but an honest, kind fellow, beautiful son and native.
- Well, well, well, we'll see.
As it always happens for single women who have lived for a long time without male society, when Anatole appeared, all three women in the house of Prince Nikolai Andreevich equally felt that their life had not been life before that time. The power to think, to feel, to observe instantly multiplied tenfold in all of them, and, as if up to now, taking place in darkness, their life was suddenly illuminated by a new, full of meaning light.
Princess Mary did not think at all and did not remember her face and hairstyle. The handsome, open face of the man who might be her husband consumed all her attention. He seemed to her kind, brave, resolute, courageous and generous. She was convinced of it. A thousand dreams of the future family life popped up in her mind all the time. She drove away and tried to hide them.
“But am I too cold with him? thought Princess Mary. - I try to restrain myself, because deep down I feel too close to him; but he does not know all that I think of him, and can imagine that he is unpleasant to me.
And Princess Mary tried and did not know how to be amiable with the new guest. "La pauvre fille! Elle est diablement laide," [Poor girl, she is devilishly ugly,] Anatole thought of her.
M lle Bourienne, also cocked by the arrival of Anatole on a high degree excitement, I thought in a different way. Of course, a beautiful young girl without a certain position in the world, without relatives and friends, and even a homeland, did not think to devote her life to the services of Prince Nikolai Andreevich, reading books to him and friendship with Princess Mary. M lle Bourienne has long been waiting for that Russian prince who will immediately be able to appreciate her superiority over Russian, bad, badly dressed, awkward princesses, fall in love with her and take her away; and this Russian prince finally arrived. M lle Bourienne had a story she heard from her aunt, finished by herself, which she liked to repeat in her imagination. It was a story about how a seduced girl imagined her poor mother, sa pauvre mere, and reproached her for having given herself to a man without marriage. M lle Bourienne often moved to tears, in her imagination telling him, the seducer, this story. Now this he, the real Russian prince, has appeared. He will take her away, then ma pauvre mere will appear, and he will marry her. This is how m lle Bourienne's whole future history took shape in her head, at the very time she was talking to him about Paris. It was not calculations that guided m lle Bourienne (she did not even think for a minute about what she should do), but all this had long been ready in her and now it was only grouped around the appeared Anatole, whom she wished and tried to please as much as possible.
The little princess, like an old regimental horse, having heard the sound of a trumpet, unconsciously and forgetting her position, prepared for the usual gallop of coquetry, without any ulterior motive or struggle, but with naive, frivolous fun.
Despite the fact that Anatole in women's society usually put himself in the position of a man who was tired of women running after him, he felt conceited pleasure, seeing his influence on these three women. In addition, he began to feel for the pretty and defiant Bourienne that passionate, bestial feeling, which came over him with extreme speed and prompted him to the most rude and daring deeds.
After tea, the company moved into the sofa room, and the princess was asked to play the clavichord. Anatole leaned his elbows in front of her beside m lle Bourienne, and his eyes, laughing and rejoicing, looked at Princess Marya. Princess Mary, with painful and joyful excitement, felt his gaze on her. Her favorite sonata transported her to the most sincerely poetic world, and the look she felt on herself gave this world even greater poetry. But Anatole's gaze, although fixed on her, did not refer to her, but to the movements of m lle Bourienne's foot, which at that time he was touching with his foot under the piano. M lle Bourienne also looked at the princess, and in her beautiful eyes there was also an expression of frightened joy and hope, new to Princess Mary.
“How she loves me! thought Princess Mary. How happy I am now, and how happy I can be with such a friend and such a husband! Really a husband? she thought, not daring to look at his face, feeling the same gaze fixed on herself.
In the evening, when after dinner they began to disperse, Anatole kissed the hand of the princess. She herself did not know how she had the courage, but she looked directly at the beautiful face that approached her short-sighted eyes. After the princess, he went up to the hand of m lle Bourienne (it was indecent, but he did everything so confidently and simply), and m lle Bourienne flushed and looked frightened at the princess.

About losing weight men and people of a heroic warehouse

- Somehow more familiar when women are addicted to diets and counting calories ...

- This is a stereotype that exists, I don’t know on what basis.

I'll tell you this: while men are young, they really don't think about it. But when you cross the line of 37-40 years, then, wherever I go, in a male company, the first thing we talk about is who weighs how much and who supports himself how. It just seems that men should, excuse me, talk about women and about football. Nothing like this. In 90% of cases: how much do you weigh and what do you do to stay at your weight.

Isn't that some secret you just revealed?

- I think not, but maybe it’s like that with me ... I travel a lot, and they often talk to me about this. In a regular company that meets once a week, we don't talk about it every time. But when some new people, when I come to new town, some kind of feast begins, then the conversation one way or another taxis on this topic.

- Is it primarily related to health?

“It has to do with health. But first of all, I think men want to look better. When they reach a certain milestone, it becomes much more important for them how they look on the outside. When we were young, we were not particularly worried, and everything was fine.

- But you yourself began to lose weight precisely after health problems ...

- My experience of weight loss is many years. But what happened before: I started to lose weight, lost weight, say, by 10 kg, after that - “oooh, I lost weight!” - and after six months already +15. Not only did he return a ten, he also scored a five. And these processes were cyclical and periodic, but there was no such result as now.

Health problems have indeed become a strong motivation. And then there was excitement: how much more can I do? And I continued to lose weight no longer because of health problems. In seven months, I lost weight from 127 to 82-84 kg. After that I stopped. Then I slowly gained 10-15 kilograms. And when I went to the cardiologist, he said: “Boy, everything is fine with you! You're healthy. You can start to drink, you can eat whatever you want, you can not limit yourself to anything.

And then I thought that I was really standing at a crossroads. I have fixed everything, I can start drinking again and eat whatever I want and lead a "fun" lifestyle. Or I can take on myself again. And try.

Now my weight is 78 kg. And I came to this result with a weight that is quite normal for me and without the threat of death.

Psychologists say that I am a "heroic" type of person. That is, if I set a goal for myself, then I throw all my resources at it, and it is important for me to achieve it. I achieve - and further relax. The problem of all people of such a warehouse as I am is that we can achieve, but we no longer have enough strength to keep. The checkbox is set. And to live with it all your life and keep yourself in such shape every day is the most difficult thing.

Are you afraid to gain weight again?

- I'm afraid. I'm following this. I do everything to ensure that this does not happen. But I see that my scales periodically swing left and right.

About monotony, temptations and the benefits of breakdowns

Who prepares breakfast for you?

- I'm cooking. For breakfast, I really like porridge, so I just make myself porridge and coffee.

- Porridge on the water?

- It's not that bad. Yes, I eat porridge without jam, but I have it in milk. This is 300 ml of 1.5% milk + 50 g of oatmeal flakes. Plus 150 ml of milk in coffee. Here is my breakfast. I weigh everything. That's 402 kilocalories.

- You do not get bored?

— No, I really like it.

I used to eat the same thing in the morning too. Two eggs and three sausages have been my breakfast all my life. But now I'm completely gone from sausages. And about eggs, nutritionists say that they need to be eaten periodically, and I eat them on trips.

The trick that not everyone understands when they watch my video is that all this weight loss and weight maintenance happens on my trips. I am at home in Moscow five days a month. The rest of the time every morning I have new country or the city, a new hotel, a new buffet, and for lunch and dinner I have restaurants and buffets. All this is very diverse and looks oh-oh-very tasty. And in this sense, it is doubly more difficult for me than for those who are losing weight at home.

At some point, I rewired my brains. I thought: boy, well, you have already visited most countries, you have already seen everything, you have already tried everything. Stop trying. Your health is more important to you.

What about people who haven't tried so many things? “Yeah, it’s easy to refuse now, when it’s not even interesting anymore ...”

- Of course, we always find an excuse for ourselves, and there is always someone who is easier. But again, do not forget that I have this temptation all the time. And you have no such temptations. You have others.

You have to - and I'm talking about this in the video - understand your personal temptations that you face every day. And find the correct answer to them, remember or write down, and when you encounter this temptation, you need not turn off your brains - they will turn off by themselves, but remember or read this answer. And act accordingly.

- Do you like sweets?

- I love it very much. I would only eat sweets if I could.

I break down sometimes. If I see a cake at home - they bring it to the children, they eat a small piece - then I eat this cake to the end. And then - on a diet and on the simulator.

This is called a "cheat meal" - when you allow yourself, say, once a week to break the diet and eat whatever you want. Many people do it on schedule. I don’t have a schedule yet, but such breakdowns are an additional incentive for me. Because weight loss goes, goes, goes down, and at some point you realize that you are tired of everything. And then you broke down, and your schedule goes up, you look at it and think: “everything I did before was in vain ?!” And you with new force take care of yourself.

About refusal of alcohol and difficulties in communication

— weight loss, healthy lifestyle life ... How not to become, you know, such a fanatic?

“I think it’s not bad if you become a fanatic. This will help you achieve some results faster until you get hooked. And it's very hard to be a fanatic for a long time.

- When there is some kind of family or friendly feast, what do you do?

- When I'm at home, we gather with the whole family in the evenings, but this is not a feast, this is a family dinner and there are no problems. But on weekends, when we get together with friends, I sometimes eat too much: when all this is on the table in front of me, I can’t stop and eat-eat-eat ... I know in advance before meeting with friends that I will break loose.

— your new look life did not affect the fact that you began to meet with friends less often?

- No ... Well, maybe a little ... Well, yes. What is there to hide. But not critical.

Has quitting alcohol changed anything?

My friends think that I have become more boring. But that's no reason not to talk to me.

When you come somewhere and they say to you: "Let's drink?", And you start to break down: "Oh, no, I'm driving today ..." or "I have to get up early tomorrow ..." crush. And when you come and say honestly: "No, I've been tied up for two years, I don't drink," then people immediately fall behind.

I had only two cases when the interlocutors continued to insist, but it was a heavily drunk company, people were unfamiliar, and it was in the outback. I ended up at a feast after a city day among officials quite high level, and our officials are very persistent, but I withstood this onslaught.

I stopped drinking two years ago and haven't taken another sip of alcohol since, because I know that if I do, I'll start drinking again.

- Did you drink a lot?

— Yes, I drank two or three bottles of wine a day. Daily.

Why didn't it affect your...

- ... mental activity (smiles)?

Well, because it was in the evenings. I have my own restaurant, and I used to go with a driver. I arrived at the restaurant at 4 o'clock, and the waiters knew that as soon as I arrived, they should put a glass of wine next to me. And if they saw that it was ending, they, without asking anything, simply brought the next one. And I somehow just asked, but how much do I drink in the end? I don’t look - they bring and bring. And they gave me statistics, in which there were 2-3 bottles per evening. As long as you go around all the guests, while you talk with everyone - in general, it turned out a lot.

Was it hard to stop drinking?

- Very difficult! This is one of the most difficult. I had to quit smoking and drinking. Here it just helped that death was nearby. It was a good motivator.

- And then?

- Quit smoking and drinking - about the same. The first three weeks are hard, you only think about it. And then, three months later, you just forget about it. You don't even remember that you ever smoked. Now I am absolutely indifferent to alcohol, I have no cravings, withdrawal symptoms, desire to go and drink.

— How to be a promoter of a healthy lifestyle and a restaurant owner at the same time?

- Fine. People treat me with understanding, because they know my history, what happened to me, what I was like, they saw the changes.

But I don't want to confuse the restaurant and my personal lifestyle. I did a restaurant when I had a certain vision and it turned out to be very successful. I have regular clients and I don't want to impose anything on them. Everyone decides for himself what to eat and what to drink.

About a personal trainer and nutritionist ... in your pocket

Did you receive any negative comments after the video was released?

— No, there were no negative ones.

But I often see comments: “How could you let yourself go like that? I eat whatever I want and don't get fat. How can you pigs get so fat?” But these people just don't understand that everyone's body is different. Some are strong and some are weak, some are tall and some are short. tall people but they don’t say: “You freaks, why don’t you grow taller ?!” That's why thin people they simply do not understand the difficulties that people who have a predisposition to be overweight have to face. They are not from this planet.

- Look, if you seriously begin to deal with your weight and count calories, in any case this topic will become interesting to you. If “well, I’ll try, I’ll count a week, and then I’ll score,” it means that everything suits you anyway. And if you start counting calories and see that it really works, you will be interested, you will begin to harness yourself to the topic, you will begin to study what you need in order for you to lose weight even faster. And then you will start reading additional literature, go to a nutritionist.

In this video, I simplified a lot of things, but my task was to give a kick so that a person would start doing this. And judging by the comments and views, I coped with the task.

- Do you have a nutritionist?

- Now yes. I use a paid application that allows me to be in touch with him. I take a picture of everything I eat and send it to the nutritionist, and he gives his comments.

How is sport included in your schedule?

- Due to the fact that I am constantly on the road, the gym was not suitable for me right away. I had to choose some set of exercises that I can do alone in a hotel without special equipment. I decided that I would just start doing push-ups, squats and crunches. Because it can be done in any room on the bed or next to it.

There are tons of apps that will practically replace your personal trainer. You put your phone on the floor and every push-up you touch it with your nose, and the application counts and tells you: “three more times, come on!” Retracted - "Well done! Three minutes of rest! Ten seconds before the next approach, it says: “Get ready!” The application takes into account how many approaches you need today and how many times. The same is with squats, and with the press - with everything in the world. Everything is in the phone, the main thing is to study.

- All these calorie calculations, recording, accounting - doesn't it take a lot of time, energy?

“These are the first three days, the first week. Then it comes to automatism and it takes 20 seconds to enter information about food into the phone.

So many things in life seem so complicated, impossible to us ... But you just need to start. It seems difficult, but it turns out, on the contrary, exciting.

- Didn't it seem to you that all this - some applications, calories, grams - was stupid? ..

— No, it really works. I lost 50 kg - is that stupid?

Of course, it happens that people around me, seeing how I put it into the application, how I do it all, start to laugh, but I don’t care. I believe that my health is much more important to me than someone else's chuckles. As a result, when people see the result, they approach and admire. There is a result - and everyone recognizes it.

About children

- You have two sons. How do they feel about your diet?

- No way. They do not care. They don't react to it at all.

Are you forbidding them to eat? Do you follow their diet?

- I monitor their nutrition, but I do not forbid it. We even go to McDonald's.

What are you doing there, looking at them?

- I eat ice cream. I eat salads. There is also a roll with shrimp, it is, however, very high-calorie, it comes in for 400 kcal. All this can be driven into the application, and you will see how many kcal there are.

- How do your sons feel about your fame?

Well, they're rather happy. Periodically, they say that, for example, a teacher came up to them and said that they liked my last video or some post.

Family Share

- How does your family tolerate that you are almost never at home?

- rejoices (laughs).

Well, no, the kids certainly are, but since my wife and I have been living together for 25 years, it's probably a good thing that we're not together all the time. Because otherwise it would be hard.

- Do you have enough contact with children?

- No, but every day when I'm here, we communicate with them. When I'm away, we communicate through social networks, messengers, we use everything modern facilities connections.

- Do you think you bring them up enough?

- I think that I have very well-mannered children, and I am very proud of them.

- Is it your merit or spouse?

- Of course, this is the merit of the wife. But mine too, of course. I think the wife sees them more often and educates them every day, but I really control their brains. When I visit, I have some intimate conversations, and I think that they really perceive them and this is important for their development.

We ourselves are from Dubna, so we go there every weekend. My wife is driving her car, and I am driving a car with the boys. And these two hours on the road, since neither they nor I have anywhere to go, we talk with them about what happened in someone’s life, who reacted to some events, did the right thing or the wrong thing ...

- What do you consider it necessary to convey to them, the most important thing to explain to them? ..

“It seems to me that the most important thing is that they have a core inside. And that they be worthy people and behave with dignity. That is, so that they learn to separate the bad from the good. When a person has such an understanding, he still implicitly strives to behave well.

Very often we do not see this line. We think: “Well, you think, what is it, what is there to worry about?” Often a person walks down the street, smokes, finished smoking - and just threw the bull on the lawn, and did not even think about it. Because he does it every day. Take, for example, Columbus. Columbus discovered America. And until the end of his life he could not believe that he had discovered a new continent, he thought that these were some kind of islands in front of India. Because the new continent did not fit into his worldview. It's like we're about to fly to the moon and find some new planet along the way - we won't be able to believe it. Similarly, people who throw bulls on the lawn. They never thought it was bad, for them it is a normal system of behavior.

I want to teach my children to understand what is bad and what is good. Then, at least if they play pranks, they will know that they are doing something wrong.

- Here you have everything written down, everything is taken into account, and you also teach children such self-organization?

- Trying. I don't have any system to teach them how to act like me. But I try to pass on my knowledge, skills and abilities.

I am a fairly liberal parent. I understand that I am an example for them. I shouldn't force them, but I should make them interested and want to do it. It's much more difficult than just going and forcing. But on the other hand, if it works out, it is much more effective, and this is for life.

... We drove up to Moscow. Evil clouds were gathering over the city. As well as over my head, hike. The Minsk madness was left behind, the drizzling rain seemed to mourn my reputation. Soon I will have to answer in full for all the sins. Larisa Dolya herself will act as an impartial Anubis. She must have already prepared the rolling pin.

A photo: sergeydolya

We're in the elevator. A rancid lump of remorse fills my lungs, and incriminating flashbacks swarm in my head. I'm rubbing the hood of a Land Rover with a sponge. After a few minutes I will move to his wheel. The culmination will be glass washing...

To be honest, I don’t know how the developers managed to achieve this, but there is some kind of built-in processing inside. Without any filters and editing, the photos are excellent. The skin is smooth, slightly glossy. And the colors are not distorted at all. For example, in some of the final shots, I came out either lighter or darker than I really am. LG G4 reflects the picture as objectively as possible. I'm silent about how handsome he is, eh:

#ShotLGG4

On the last day, we only shot on it, I will definitely show you these photos. But now back to our photo shoot. I've been dreaming of stuff like this for a long time. By the way, someone wrote that it was in this form that he saw me in Minsk. I feel, a little more and I will be elevated to the rank of ambassador of European debauchery, but oh well)))

Let's get back to my pain. The water was very cold, and the jet was wildly powerful. It flooded everywhere! It was not possible to breathe through the nose, therefore, in almost every second photo, this "wonderful" mouth:

There was a lot of controversy about shoes in the comments. In life, I’m unlikely to be able to physically walk 10 meters in this. But for a photo shoot, it seems to me that it’s the best.

Stay on the line! The continuation of our adventures in summer Minsk will not be long in coming)))

The author of one of the most popular blogs in our country "Virtual Travelers Page" and the owner of the restaurant "Dolkabar" Sergey Dolya surprised everyone with his incredible transformation. Having lost 40 kilograms and replacing bad habits useful, he started life from scratch. “It has become easier to hear, easier to sleep and more pleasant to live,” Sergey Dolya says in his blog. His story turned out to be very resonant: it was difficult to believe that a person publishing lifestyle travel notes would be able to refuse such an important - gastronomic - component of his life. And yet it happened.

With the permission of the author, HELLO.RU publishes, in our opinion, the most useful and interesting excerpts from his blog under the heading "Real Weight Loss". So, how did Sergey Dolya lose 40 kilograms?

Sergey Dolya

Lost 40 kg (from 127 to 87 kg)

Remember the joke? A woman stands in front of a mirror: “Oh, what beautiful hands I have! Oh, what a sexy tummy I have! Oh, what beautiful hands I have! Beautiful legs! But, God, why is all this hidden under a thick layer of fat?" So, probably, most fat people. I, at least, always perceived myself as slim and athletic, despite the fact that for the last 20 years of my life I hid my real body under 40 kilograms. excess weight. Today, looking back, I can say with confidence: losing 40 kilograms is simple, easy and pleasant, if you approach this issue calmly and gradually.

How it all began

In my youth, up to 25 years old, I was the thinnest in the class and could "hide behind a mop." With my height of 182 centimeters, I weighed 60 kilograms. I could eat 10 Snickers at a time, and it did not affect my weight in any way. At 25 I was diagnosed with an ulcer. I had to eat a lot and often, and I got hooked on creamy yogurts. In six months I cured the ulcer, but gained 30 kilograms - the scales began to show 90. When a couple of years later the scales showed 110, I realized that I needed to lose weight.

The first try was pretty extreme. I ate 2 meals a day (morning and evening) and only tuna salad (canned tuna and chopped cucumber). In 2 months I lost 20 kilograms, but then I broke down and gained everything that I had lost. Then there were several more attempts to lose weight, including on Dukan. On his program, I lost 16 kilograms, but planted my health. I tried another method - a carbohydrate diet, I still lost weight. But after a while the weight returned. So, at the beginning of 2015, I weighed 127 kilograms.

Why I decided: I need to lose weight

Everything happened suddenly. I ended up in the hospital with a diagnosis of atrial fibrillation. Under full anesthesia, my heart was stopped and then restarted with a defibrillator. An endocrinologist on duty, who turned out to be one of the best nutritionists in Moscow, came into the ward where I was lying, and said with a sigh: "Make an appointment with me - after you are discharged." I signed up and it changed my life.

It turned out that my fullness was also associated with medical problems. I have always had very high blood sugar. All the past years they told me: a little more, and diabetes. And then, in addition to sugar, I also passed insulin. At a rate of 2.1 to 22 μIU / ml, I have 42.7 (!) Insulin affects almost all metabolic processes in the body - this is the reason for my fullness. And I was always surprised: I never eat sweets and bread at all, I order less than many in a restaurant, but at the same time I am much fuller than them. Now everything fell into place.

Sergey Dolya

role model

My life is a kaleidoscope of trips, often non-stop. I like good restaurants. Lobster, foie gras, "deflop" - it can be very difficult to deny yourself. The endocrinologist said: "Look at Vladimir Putin. He has much more possibilities there is anything, while he is fit and slender. Apparently, you have already tried everything that is possible, and it's time to think about your health."

This seemingly obvious thought suddenly became key for me. It came to the realization that it’s really difficult to surprise me with food. Perhaps I didn’t eat the meat of some rare animals from the Red Book, but I don’t need it at all. The brains switched, and I began to relate to food in a different way.

Important Aspects proper nutrition

In proper nutrition, there are several basic principles. First, you should completely give up alcohol. I have been losing weight for six months, during which time I have not taken a sip.

Another important aspect- the time of the last meal. Everyone has heard the phrase: if you want to lose weight - do not eat after six. This is only relevant if you go to bed at 10, because main principle proper nutrition - do not eat later than four hours before bedtime.

In total, there should be four to five meals a day. I used to snack regularly, and before going to bed I made several approaches to the refrigerator. Having given up this, I began to feel better.

Drinking two to three liters of water a day is hard, but it's important. Water removes all unnecessary from the body. The only caveat - you need to drink either 15-30 minutes before meals or an hour later. If you do this in the process, the water will dilute the gastric juice, it will become less concentrated, and the food will be less digested.

In order not to overeat, try to follow two tips: eat in smaller plates, such as dessert ones; chew gum after eating, thanks to this, the receptors switch to the mint taste, and nothing reminds you of food so actively.

What do I eat

I eat mostly chicken and beef, completely abandoned fatty meats.

In the "hit parade" of ideal food, fish is definitely in the lead. It is a source of protein, omega acids, phosphorus and vitamin D. The most useful are: pike perch, hake, cod, pink salmon, sea bass, dorado.

I use a sufficient amount of slow carbohydrates: whole grain cereals (buckwheat, oatmeal, dark rice, quinoa, bran fitness muesli), durum wheat pasta (without cream sauce).

Instead of butter and mayonnaise as a dressing, I choose vegetable oil (linseed, sunflower, olive, black cumin oil, sesame and others).

I do not impose a taboo on fermented milk products, but I choose them with an "adequate" percentage of fat content: kefir up to 1%, cottage cheese up to 4-5%, cheese up to 30%, sour cream up to 15%.

Soups in chicken or meat broth contain cholesterol, so it is better to eat vegetable or fish. "Top" vegetables are useful - greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, any lettuce leaves, any cabbage, zucchini, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, green beans, sprouts. In all this, you can not limit yourself at all, use it in any form (fresh, boiled, stewed, baked). It can be consumed as an independent dish, or with meat or fish. Vegetable smoothies are also very useful.

Sweet only on holidays. Avoid soda and packaged juices. Freshly squeezed juices can be drunk in the morning, citrus fruits are better.

It is better to choose bran, grain or rye bread. Maximum use: one or two pieces per day in the first half. You can replace bread with wholemeal bread (buckwheat, rice, rye).

Alcohol

I had to give up alcohol even before parting with delicacies and getting to know the sport. I can’t say that I was a chronic alcoholic, but since my life is connected with constant travel and restaurants, alcohol regularly entered my bloodstream. I thought that it would be impossible for me to refuse a glass of cold white wine on a hot day somewhere on a yacht in Monaco or a glass of beer before the next flight. But it turned out that only the first couple of weeks were difficult. Then the body let go. The only thing that gets in the way is that in our country you constantly have to make excuses if you don't drink. I told everyone that I survived "heart surgery" (which was not far from the truth), and the doctors forbade me to drink for the time being.

Sport

From the very beginning of losing weight, I began to introduce a little physical activity into my daily routine. The first thing I did: I started walking about 10 thousand steps a day and began to do physical education. He began to climb without an elevator to the 21st floor and do push-ups (started at 5 and brought it up to 20 a day). Beginning with fourth months greatly added sports. I bought myself a bracelet that counts steps and activity, and an Apple watch. They really help! You sit at home in the evening, you look at them - and you see: some 100 active calories are not enough to reach the goal. In the end, you break away from the computer and go to the store, or throw out the trash, or just take a walk around the block.

In the fifth and sixth month of losing weight, I added more physical activity. If earlier the loads were mainly cardio (walking and stairs), now he also began to actively do push-ups. I put a program on my phone that motivates and tells me when and what to do. I started with 50 push-ups in 5 sets, gradually increased this number, and now every morning I do 115 push-ups in 5 sets. He began to climb the stairs up to the 30th floor and three times in a row. Sometimes four.

So, now every morning I start with an hour of exercises, which includes warm-up and stretching, push-ups, squats, ab exercises and arm exercises.

Result

In the seven months that I lead a healthy lifestyle, I lost weight from 127 to 87 kg. This is minus 40 kilograms. Nobody calls me fat anymore. At the sight of me, everyone rounds their eyes and does not believe that it is me. They give compliments. At the same time, a paradox, if earlier I didn’t feel fat, but rather big and powerful, now, on the contrary, I see an extra tummy and seem fat to myself. I want to lose weight and still play sports.

I stopped snoring at night and began to freeze (when you are fat, on the contrary, you are hot all the time). I recently visited a cardiologist and underwent a complete heart examination. During the ultrasound, my cardiologist, seeing that the size of my atrium had decreased, thoughtfully muttered: "Apparently miracles happen." All my scores are excellent. Doctors cannot believe that the body recovers so quickly. The most important thing is that I see results. This is the main motivator for further self-improvement.

Sergey Dolya is a well-known Runet blogger, the author of the Virtual Travelers Page, which he has been running on LiveJournal since 2007. He is also a businessman, restaurateur and public figure. His wife Larisa organizes various projects, including gastronomic trips and individual furniture tours to Italy. Sergey and Larisa call their three-room apartment on the Krylatsky Hills “working”: “We leave the city on weekends. Here we are only from Monday to Friday, when we live in an active business rhythm.

About the project:
Location: Apartment on Krylatskiye hills, Moscow
Year: 2012
Size: 125 sqm
Who lives here: Sergey Dolya with his family
Project authors: Sergey and Larisa Dolya with the participation of Luca Belloni

Ergonomics, conciseness, simplicity and other principles of the interior of Sergey Doli's apartment.

“We were going to live in a townhouse, but here, on the Krylatsky Hills, since 2001 we rented different apartments, lived next to this house,” say Sergey Dolya and his wife Larisa. - And then suddenly, two weeks before the trip to Iceland, they bought this apartment. They chose it in such a way that in the future there would never be a construction site in front of our windows, a large window-to-window house would not grow. Krylatskoye is close to the center, and there are no traffic jams, no trucks. Under the windows there are no big tracks. We live in a recreation area."

From the entrance deep into the apartment leads a long corridor with built-in wardrobes. Opposite light front door in the color of the furniture - the door to the living room, to the right - the kitchen, next to it - a guest bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the corridor is the master bathroom, to the left of which is a dressing room, to the right is the master bedroom. Between it and the living room there is a spacious nursery, enlarged by combining with a balcony.

“When we bought an apartment, there were bare walls here,” Sergey recalls. - I looked at the design of the apartment from the point of view of ergonomics: I thought about how it would be more convenient. Larisa and I wanted to make a big nursery - we have two sons. We discussed for a long time: to combine the kitchen with the living room or not. I wanted to hang a screen with a projector in the living room, so we still made two isolated rooms.

“Sergey is disturbed by the sound of water, the clinking of dishes when he watches films, so the idea of isolating rooms became the main idea,” adds Larisa. “As a result, the living room is the room in which we least visit,” continues the owner of the house. - Now, probably, we would have planned a single space of the kitchen-living room. It would have been more spacious, and all this area would have been used constantly.”

Larisa: “The apartment had all the walls, and there was already a huge corridor. We did not redo anything, but we should have - but there was no time, and we wanted to save money» .

On the floor in the corridor, as in other rooms, there is light oak parquet.
On the one hand, seasonal clothes are placed in the wardrobes, on the other hand, bed linen, towels, household items. “We chose between matte and glossy cabinet surfaces and two shades: magnolia and ivory. In the end, we chose Magnolia. It seemed to me that when there is glitter, it is kitsch. But Luka convinced that the glossy surface will visually expand the corridor, ”comments Larisa.

Bath: Jacuzzi

Both sons of Sergei live in a spacious nursery. The eldest, named after his father, is already sixteen. The youngest, Denis, is only ten. The furniture in the nursery, as well as the wardrobes in the hallway, are made in Luca Belloni's own factory. During the renovation process, the owners insulated the balcony and combined it with the room. A large vertical heating radiator is placed on the wall next to the workplace. The light in the nursery, as well as in the living room, is regulated by dimmers.

In the design of the boys' berth, the beds are placed at an angle to each other. The upper bed has a curved orange plastic limiter on the side. At the opposite wall of the nursery, up to the balcony, open shelving is installed. There was also a TV set opposite the bottom bed.

AT 2008 - when they started the renovation - they were 2 and 8 years old respectively - they themselves asked for such beds and color.

The bright wardrobe with orange drawer fronts was designed by Luca Belloni.

“In a good way, the boys now need two separate rooms, because the eldest is already quite an adult. For now, he has to sleep upstairs in a bunk bed. But they are both very respectful of each other. For Denis, the elder brother is a great authority. Sergei helps him do his homework. Denis studies in the same program as his brother, they go to the same school, ”say Sergey and Larisa.
