Chicken soup with cauliflower

Ingredients: chicken meat, 400 gr. cauliflower, 2 onions, 2 tbsp. l. tomato sauce, 1 lemon, 1 raw egg yolk, salt and pepper, fresh herbs, butter.

How to cook. Weld chicken bouillon, strain. To make the broth transparent, do not forget to remove the foam and cook over low heat. Divide the cauliflower into florets, pour over with boiling water and fry in oil along with onion and tomato. Transfer to the broth, let it boil, add the beaten yolk, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with fresh herbs.

Omelet with cauliflower

Ingredients: 4 eggs, cauliflower, 1 onion, herbs, salt, pepper, spices, vegetable oil, some milk.

How to cook. Boil the cauliflower until half cooked. Finely chop the inflorescences (small ones can be left whole), fry with onions until soft. Salt and pepper, add spices. Beat eggs with milk, salt to taste, pour over cabbage. Sprinkle with herbs and, under a lid, over low heat, bring the omelet to readiness.

How to cook. From flour, milk (or other liquid) and eggs, prepare a batter. Salt, you can add pepper. By density, the batter should be like dough for pancakes. Boil the cauliflower until half cooked in well-salted water, immediately cool under cold water. Dip each floret in the batter and deep-fry in small batches until golden brown.

Cauliflower with bacon

Ingredients: 600 gr. cauliflower, 200 gr. bacon, 100 gr. cheese, 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, a glass of cream or low-fat sour cream, salt and pepper.

How to cook. Boil cabbage in salted water until tender. Put it in a baking dish, top with strips of bell pepper, then slices of tomato and strips of bacon. Pour over the mixture of cream and half of the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake in the oven over medium heat until golden brown.

Chicken with cauliflower

Ingredients: 1 kg. chicken legs, 500 gr. cauliflower, 2 tbsp. l. red wine vinegar, a bunch of parsley, salt and pepper, vegetable oil.

How to cook. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper, fry until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish. Dip the cabbage inflorescences in the oil left after frying the chicken, put it in a mold. Sprinkle cabbage with salt and pepper, pour in a little water, put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake until done. To make the dish cook faster, you can tighten the form with foil, and shortly before it is ready, remove it. Pour vinegar into the finished dish and sprinkle everything with herbs. Please note - cauliflower is added raw, you do not need to boil it!

Cauliflower with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients: 1 kg. cauliflower, 300 gr. fresh champignons, 100 gr. cheese, salt and pepper, vegetable oil.

How to cook. Boil cabbage for 2 minutes. in boiling salted water. Cool under running cold water. Fry mushrooms, mix with cabbage, put in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper, bake for 20 minutes at temp. 200 degrees.
