It is nurtured from childhood. You can go to some acting classes, participate in performances, read poetry on stage. But I'm talking about general confidence. If we talk about the female - when a girl reaches a certain age, she begins to feel the views of men on herself, is fully formed, and gains more self-confidence.

You have the title of Miss World 2008, a photo session with the famous Patrick Demarchelier, a galaxy of covers for glossy publications and large international projects. We can say that you are exactly the girl who knows everything about beauty and even more. What is the most useful beauty advice you would give to our readers?

Ksenia: Self-care is a set of tips, you can’t say: “Smear yourself with such and such a cream and that's it - you are beautiful! Of course, you need to wash off makeup - before going to bed, be sure to pay attention to your skin. Cleansing is one of the most important stages, then some basic moisturizing. Xenia: If I'm in doubt about what to wear, then I'll wear a black little dress, that's for sure. In general, I like simple things, laconic, which emphasize the figure, silhouette. I think they always look good. I don't like anything extra. I am very comfortable with cosmetics.

Today, many girls blindly copy trends and get too carried away in pursuit of capricious and changeable fashion. How to emphasize your individuality in any image? Is it possible to be yourself and still be stylish?

Ksenia: You need to understand whether something suits you or not. If you really like some trend, and you feel comfortable with it, then this is “yours”. Some things may look great on one girl, but not on another. For example, some unusual purple, orange, pink lipstick - this season, Dior had such bright colors. I have a friend: she knows how to wear them, how to serve them correctly, but I know that this will not suit me. We need to soberly assess and understand how it looks from the outside. Ksenia: Of course, it is very important for me what brands I work with, what company I am the face of. In jewelry, beauty, elegance, the “character” of the product are important to me. As I said, I also love everything simple and concise. This is how we got the shooting with SOKOLOV.

How close are you to the autumn concept of the SOKOLOV trend book? What is the concept of freedom for you, for example, the freedom to be yourself, which has become one of the leitmotifs in the jewelry collections that you represent?

Ksenia: This is also an inner sense of self. Do as you want, make the world around you the way you see it.

Can you call yourself a free person?

Xenia: Yes. For me, the opinion of only my relatives and friends is important, and not others. I can listen to people that I respect, that I really admire.

One of the key ideas of the autumn SOKOLOV concept is revealed in the definition of freedom as the path we follow to meet our dreams. Do you know how to dream "right"? Do you make a “wish map” or do you just believe that the law of attraction rules in the entire Universe?

Xenia: Yes, I believe in it. I generally like to dream. No, not even dreaming - you know, I'm not one of those who just dream all day. I know clearly what I want, I can imagine it.

Xenia, do you have favorite decoration, with which any dear to the heart story is connected?

Xenia: I have a ring that was with me at a beauty contest. It matched the color of the dress and the color of the crown, and then everyone said: “She knew she would win because she wore everything to match.” (Smiling). Mom has this ring now - I was at home recently and I say: “Mom, don’t lose it, because this is such a memory.” I also always wear a chain and a cross. I love simple rings, I wear watches.

Ksenia: I like the classics that go with everything. Something "everyday".

What do you like more - gold, silver?

Ksenia: I like white gold more. But I have a watch that harmoniously combines white and yellow gold.

If we talk about your images on the shooting for SOKOLOV, then they turned out to be very harmonious, stylish, feminine. Which SOKOLOV jewelry that complemented them became your favorites?

Ksenia: Most of the jewelry from the shoot is suitable for everything, they can be worn both for the day and in the evening. They are very soft and airy. I would give some of them to my goddaughter: she is a very romantic person. (Smiling). Of the watches, I really liked the model with a brown strap - they will also fit any look. What can help a person gain motivation?

Ksenia: In the new season, SOKOLOV has the theme of freedom. You also had a question about self-confidence. This is what I want to wish. And most importantly - to find what you would like to do in life and from which you would get great pleasure. You need to figure out what you want and go for it. Don't sit still. If you just sit, nothing will change. There must be desire, movement, striving. Then your path itself draws you in and motivates you to go further, that you can no longer stop.
