Presentation on the topic of speech therapy massage technology. Presentation on the topic "speech therapy massage"

Speech therapy massage is an active method of mechanical action that changes the state of muscles, nerves, blood vessels and tissues of the peripheral speech apparatus. Speech therapy massage is one of the speech therapy techniques that contribute to the normalization of the pronunciation side of speech and the emotional state of persons suffering from speech disorders.

The main goals of speech therapy massage: 1) normalization of muscle tone of the general, mimic and articulatory muscles; 2) a decrease in the manifestation of paresis and paralysis of the muscles of the articulatory apparatus; 3) a decrease in pathological motor manifestations of the muscles of the speech apparatus (syncinesia, hyperkinesis, convulsions, etc.); 4) stimulation of kinesthetic sensations; 5) an increase in the volume and amplitude of articulatory movements; 6) activation of those muscle groups of the peripheral speech apparatus that had insufficient contractile activity; 7) the formation of arbitrary, coordinated movements of the organs of articulation.

Contraindications to massage are divided into 3 groups: skin diseases, fungal, pustular, herpes, cracks, as well as hematomas, oncological diseases; infectious tonsillitis, acute febrile conditions, childhood infections, others infectious diseases; dental stomatitis (!), any surgical intervention, extraction or loss of teeth.

In speech therapy, the following types of massage are used: massage based on classical techniques (strengthening or relaxing); point (best of all they are owned by doctors of Chinese traditional medicine we urge you to learn this method from them); probe; hardware; self-massage.

There are four basic techniques in classical massage, everything else is their modification: Stroking - the hand glides over the skin or mucous membrane without moving it, without gathering it into folds. If the reception is carried out slowly, it reduces the tone. With stroking, they usually begin and end the procedure with it, it is also used in between other techniques. Rubbing - displacement, stretching, movement of tissues in various directions. The hand shifts the skin, but does not press deep. Fast rubbing stimulates and slow rubbing (9 strokes per minute) relaxes

Kneading - displacement of tissues with their capture action, stimulating even with local exposure. Kneading is similar to passive gymnastics. Excessive kneading leads to extreme relaxation. If kneading takes a quarter of the massage time, only a trophic effect will be provided, if half of the massage time is stimulating. Vibration is the transmission of vibrations of the speech therapist's hand to the massaged tissues of the child. Vibration is of two types: Intermittent - with the separation of the hand from the surface of the skin (effleurage, tapping). It stimulates the muscles; Continuous - vibrations are transmitted without tearing off the hand. She relaxes.

Segmental massage complexes according to Novikova E.V. After general relaxation, you can proceed to the speech therapy massage “Soldier and a rag doll”. It should be noted that when the muscles of the neck are relaxed, the muscles of the root of the tongue reflexively relax. 1. Slowly stroking the neck in the throat area alternately with the palms of both hands from top to bottom. 2. Stroking from the parotid region of the face along the lateral surface of the neck to the armpits. 3. Stroking the back of the neck with the palms of both hands from the back of the head down through side surface neck to armpits..

Facial muscle massage baby face stroking and kneading is carried out with 24 fingers of both hands. Movements are carried out with both hands evenly from two sides: 1. From the middle of the forehead to the temples. 2. From the middle of the forehead to the ears. 3. From the middle of the forehead to the auricles and further through the cheeks to the chin. 4. From the eyebrows to the scalp. 5. From the back of the nose to the auricles. 6. From the earlobes along the cheeks to the wings of the nose.

The use of speech therapy massage can significantly reduce the time of corrective work, especially on the formation of the pronunciation side of speech. The use of speech therapy massage leads to a gradual normalization of muscle tone. In the event that the trainee has severe neurological symptoms, only the use of speech therapy massage, especially in the initial stages of corrective work, can provide a positive effect.

Physiological effect of massage The physiological mechanism of massage is based on complex interdependent reflex, neurohumoral and metabolic processes regulated by the central nervous system. Mechanical irritation in the form of massage causes deformation of the nerve endings of the skin. The energy of massage manipulations turns into the energy of nervous excitement. Excitations of receptors in the form of centripetal (afferent) impulses are transmitted along sensory pathways to the central nervous system, and the reverse impulse enters tissues and muscles along efferent pathways. As a result, the general nervous excitability changes, lost or reduced reflexes are revived. In general, the emerging responses contribute to the normalization of the regulatory and coordinating functions of the central nervous system.

Speech therapy massage is performed in the area of the muscles of the speech apparatus. The muscles of the articulatory apparatus, the mimic muscles of the face, the muscles that ensure the work of the vocal cords and the muscles of the respiratory apparatus are a single muscular system that provides speech production. By virtue of this, speech therapy massage must necessarily include all of the above areas, even in cases where muscle damage is noted only in a local area.

On the nervous system: under the influence of massage, the functional state of the pathways improves, various reflex connections of the cerebral cortex with muscles, blood vessels and internal organs. Massage has a profound effect on the peripheral nervous system, weakening or stopping pain, improving nerve conductivity, and accelerating the regeneration process when it is damaged.

to the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Massage causes the expansion of functioning capillaries, the opening of reserve capillaries, which creates a more abundant blood irrigation not only of the massaged area, but, reflexively, and at a great distance from it, as a result of which oxygen gas exchange between blood and tissue increases and both tissue therapy and lymphatic system..

Stroking along the entire line of the chin, massaging points at the angles of the lower jaw also help to relax the chewing muscles and open the mouth. The child is offered to open his mouth, stick out his tongue. Holding the tip of the tongue with a gauze cloth, massage the tongue. After performing several massage movements, the child is allowed to rest.

Tongue massage It is convenient to massage the tongue with a nipple put on a spatula, or with a fingertip. You can massage the tongue and just cleanly washed hands through a handkerchief. It is in the muscles of the tongue that the spastic tension is most pronounced, which impedes its mobility and prevents work on sound pronunciation. Massage of the muscles of the tongue should be carried out after general relaxation and the massage of the neck and facial muscles described above. It should be remembered that the muscles of the tongue are closely related to the muscles of the lower jaw. The movement of the tongue down in the oral cavity and its relaxation is most easily achieved by simultaneously lowering the lower jaw. In order for the child to learn to lower the lower jaw, you can apply the following passive gymnastics.

Place the thumb (in the fingertip) on the lower teeth, and bring the rest of the fingers under the chin. under the weight thumb the lower jaw descends smoothly. The speech therapist's fingers are placed on points located between the middle of the upper lip and the corner of the mouth on both sides. The fingers are easily moved apart with an emphasis on the lower lip, the lower jaw drops.

The following tongue massage techniques are carried out. Stroking the tongue from its middle part to the tip. Gradually, you can move closer to the root of the tongue. Zigzag stroking from the middle of the tongue to the tip. Stroking from the middle line of the tongue to the sides. Stroking the front edge of the tongue (along the perimeter) and from the midline to the sides along the edge of the tongue

Smooth strokes along the lateral edges of the tongue with the thumb and forefinger at the same time. The mouth is open, the lips are in a smile, the tongue is stuck out, the tip of the tongue is adhered to by a napkin. Stroking is carried out from the tip of the tongue to the root and vice versa. Light pressure with the thumb and forefinger of one hand on the lateral edges of the tongue. Fingers move from tip to root and back.

"Rubbing" the lateral surfaces of the tongue with the thumb and forefinger of one hand. Squeeze the lateral edges of the middle part of the tongue with your fingers on both sides and massage the captured area for 5 seconds. Move your fingers, “grind” the next section.

After massaging the tongue, especially with spasticity, ask the child to calmly put the tongue in the mouth (“tongue lay down on the crib”). You can help the child: gently put a spatula on the tongue, covering the tip of the tongue and part of the back with it, slightly press the tongue (“the tongue was covered with a blanket”) for a few seconds. Regular implementation of this technique helps to significantly reduce the spasticity of the tongue. To do this, you can use a spatula.

Universal Complex exercises for massaging the tongue Purpose: strengthening the lingual muscles. Speech therapy massage can be carried out as on individual lessons with a speech therapist, and caring parent at home. Tongue massage can be done with a wooden spatula, massage probe, toothbrush or handkerchief. Exercises 1, 2, 3 are repeated 4-6 times. Light vibrating movements transmitted to the tongue through the spatula for seconds contribute to the activation of the muscles of the tongue. Effective in speech delay, in severe speech disorders

Under the influence of massage, the elasticity of muscle fibers increases, their contractile function, muscle atrophy slows down, and already developed malnutrition decreases. The differentiated use of various massage techniques makes it possible to lower the tone in case of spasticity of the muscles and, on the contrary, to increase it in case of flaccid paresis of the articulatory muscles, helps to form and implement active voluntary, coordinated movements of the organs of articulation. The ligamentous apparatus and joints acquire greater mobility.

LOGOPEDIC MASSAGE. Compiled by: teacher-speech therapist Shubarova I.A. THE PLACE OF MASSAGE IN THE COMPLEX SYSTEM OF CORRECTIONAL PEDAGOGICAL IMPACT. Speech therapy massage is part of a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical work aimed at correcting speech disorders. It can be carried out at all stages of corrective action, but its use at the initial stages of work is especially significant. Often massage is a necessary condition for effectiveness. speech therapy impact. PHYSIOLOGICAL ACTION OF MASSAGE. Massage has a beneficial physiological effect on the body. During massage, the effect is not only on the structural layers of the skin, its vessels and glandular apparatus, but also on the central nervous system. The state of the muscular system changes significantly under the influence of massage. Differentiated use of various massage techniques allows you to lower the tone with muscle spasticity and, on the contrary, increase it with flaccid paresis of the articulatory muscles. The main goals of speech therapy massage are: normalization of muscle tone of the general, mimic and articulatory muscles; reduction in the manifestation of paresis and paralysis of the muscles of the articulatory apparatus; decrease in pathological motor manifestations of the muscles of the speech apparatus (synkinesia, hyperkinesis, convulsions, etc.); stimulation of proprioceptive sensations; increase in the volume and amplitude of articulatory movements; activation of those muscle groups of the peripheral speech apparatus that had insufficient contractile activity; the formation of arbitrary, coordinated movements of the organs of articulation. BRIEF ANATOMO-PHYSIOLOGICAL INFORMATION. Speech therapy massage is performed mainly in the muscles of the head, neck, and shoulder girdle. Particular attention in the process of speech therapy massage is given to the muscles of the peripheral speech apparatus, which include the muscles of the tongue, lips, cheeks, and soft palate. The speech therapist should have a good idea of the structure and functions of those muscles in the area of which speech therapy massage will be performed. MUSCLES OF THE HEAD. MUSCLES OF THE NECK. MUSCLES OF THE MOUTH CIRCLE. ORAL CAVITY. MOUTH AND NOSE CAVITY IN SECTION. MUSCLES OF THE LANGUAGE (BOTTOM VIEW). ORAL CAVITY. MUSCLES OF THE pharynx and tongue. NERVES OF THE HEAD AND NECK 1 - facial nerve; 2 - branches of the frontal nerve; 3 - infraorbital nerve (from the second branch of the trigeminal nerve); 4 - mental nerve (from the third branch of the trigeminal nerve) PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS. The appointment of speech therapy massage should be preceded by a medical diagnosis carried out by a doctor. The medical report contains an indication of the presence of neurological symptoms, including an indication of the form of paresis (or paralysis), local disorders of muscle innervation, etc. Even with a medical report, a speech therapist must independently diagnose the condition of the muscles (by examination, palpation, observation during and static movements). This will help determine the tactics of massage in each case. Indications for the use of massage in speech therapy practice . Speech therapy massage is included in the complex medical and pedagogical system of rehabilitation of children, adolescents and adults suffering from speech disorders. Massage is used in speech therapy work with people diagnosed with such speech disorders as dysarthria, including its erased forms, rhinolalia, stuttering, and voice disorders. In general, massage is used in corrective pedagogical work in all cases where there are violations of muscle tone. CONTRAINDICATIONS TO THE PURPOSE OF MASSAGE. Any somatic or infectious disease in the acute period. Conjunctivitis. Acute and chronic diseases of the skin. Gingivitis. Stomatitis. The presence of herpes on the lips or other infections of the oral cavity. The presence of enlarged lymph glands. Pronounced pulsation of the carotid arteries. Before conducting a massage course, it is necessary to obtain a conclusion from a neurologist and pediatrician about the absence of contraindications. GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MASSAGE. Speech therapy massage is carried out in a clean, comfortable, warm and well-ventilated room. On average, two or three procedures per week, carried out in a row or every other day, may be sufficient. Usually massage is carried out in a cycle of 10-20 procedures. These cycles can be repeated at intervals of two weeks to two months. With severe violations of muscle tone, massage can be carried out for a year or more. The duration of one procedure may vary depending on the degree of damage and the age of the patient. The initial duration of the procedure is usually 5-7 minutes, and the final one is 20-25 minutes. BASIC MASSAGE TECHNIQUES. Stroking. Trituration. Kneading. Vibration and tapping. Firm pressing. Stroking is a mandatory technique with which each procedure begins. It is alternated with other techniques and each massage complex is completed with it. Light stroking prepares the muscles for a stronger impact. Muscle tone is reduced. Diaphragmatic breathing is established. Surface stroking is the softest, most gentle technique. The whole hand (palm) works, the contact is barely perceptible. This massage does not cause redness. It is necessary to perform movements: slowly (1,2,3 - 4 hands removed); rhythmically (has a sedative effect + a form of autogenic training, the rhythm of speech and movements coincides). Deep, enveloping stroking. This technique has a relaxing and regulating effect (slight excitement). The palms fit tightly and evenly to the contour of the face and neck (“wrap around” all contours). Stroking is continuous, slow, rhythmic. Rake-like stroking. This is an additional method of exposure for general relaxation. The fingers are widely separated, we stroke the fingertips under the hair (along the tendon helmet) in different directions: from the back of the head to the front. The larger the angle, the stronger the impact. Trituration. This technique is carried out, as a rule, in small, limited areas, in the area of individual muscle groups. Kneading. This technique is performed in the same way as rubbing in small, limited areas, in the area of individual muscle groups. Kneading maximally activates the work of the muscles. Vibration (light.) Reduces muscle tone. Improves interstitial exchange. A strong, hard vibration increases muscle tone, and a light, weak vibration reduces their tone. Tapping is used on the face, especially at the exit points of the nerves, as well as where there is little fatty tissue (forehead, cheekbones, lower jaw). Firm pressing. It is carried out at the exit points of bundles of nerve endings, BAP. Firm pressing is the end of stroking. MASSAGE relaxing activating The choice of massage techniques depends on the state of muscle tone, motor abilities and pathological symptoms. With a reduced tone of the speech muscles, the following techniques are used: stroking, rubbing, kneading, strong vibration, tapping. With an increased tone (spastic state of the muscles), stroking and light vibration are mainly used.

If, after the second, third course of acupressure, you did not notice an improvement, do not despair, be patient. Keep in mind that in the interval between courses, even deterioration is possible - stuttering intensifies. In this case, start a second massage course without waiting until 6 months have elapsed.

When stuttering, the so-called calming method of exposure is used. It is necessary to press on the point of influence of acupuncture - BAP - with the pad of the thumb, middle or index finger smoothly and slowly, rotational movement clockwise for about half a minute, increasing the pressure.

Shevtsova EE, Articulatory massage for stuttering, Moscow, 2006 Massage is a therapeutic method that uses mechanical energy transmitted to organs and tissues in the form of stroking, rubbing, vibration, tapping. From our book you will learn about the positive effect that is achieved in the correction of many speech disorders, including stuttering, as a result of the use of articulation massage.

The publication presents the author's complex method for correcting speech and related pathologies in children aged 2 to 7 years. The published materials are the result of more than 20 years of experience in the successful use of speech therapy massage and other non-traditional methods of influence in work with preschoolers, schoolchildren and adults with speech disorders.

Professor Auglin's massage A child psychologist from Switzerland, Fritz R. Auglin, has developed and put into practice a special massage for children with MMD: This massage is recommended for children from birth. Gradually teach the child to independently perform the following exercises:

2. With the index and middle fingers of both hands, simultaneously “draw” circles (massage in circular motions) along the contour of the cheeks. 3. Use the index and middle fingers to “draw” circles along the contour of the forehead and on the chin. Movements should be performed with both hands at the same time, but in opposite directions.

5. With the pads of the index fingers of both hands, strongly press the points (Fig. 1) on each in turn: point 1 is located on the bridge of the nose, at the level of the inner corners of the eye; point 2 in the middle of the nasal bone; point 3 at the edge of the nasal bone (corresponds to the Yin-hsiang point); the point corresponds to the He-lyao point.

Craniopuncture = scalp therapy A new method of influencing the human body. Treatment according to this method consists in massaging the tissues covering the brain skull. The zones of influence are not represented by dots, but by lines that manifest themselves only in certain pathological conditions.

Rice. 2. Zones of craniopuncture: 1 motor zone; 2 sensitive area; 3 second zone of speech; 4 third zone of speech; 5 zone of vision; 6 nose and throat area; 7 central point; 8 parietal tubercle; 9 point in the middle of the distance between the eyebrows; 10 point in the middle of the lower edge of the external occipital protuberance

Here, a description is given only of those zones, the impact on which contributes to the development of speech (and, consequently, intelligence) and mental functions. 1. Motor zone - a line that starts 0.5 cm posterior to the central point and ends at the point of intersection of the horizontal line with the center of the temporal bone.

Following the massage, the child learns to independently wrinkle his forehead, nose, frown, move his eyebrows, puff out his cheeks, and smile. All these exercises improve the color of the voice, its strength and timbre, since, according to physiology, the work of mimic muscles, irritation of the skin of the face increase the tone of the vocal muscles.

I.I. Ermakova SPEECH CORRECTION IN RINOLALIA IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS Sensitivity of the palate after surgery helps to restore the massage. Kneading scars causes a rush of blood to the area of the wound surface, which improves tissue nutrition. The scars become softer, the palate becomes plastic and becomes sensitive.

Massage of the sky Then makes pressing movements in the area of scars. They start the massage from 15 minutes once a day (stroke and knead the palate once) and bring it up to 10 times a day for 3 minutes (stroke and knead the palate 3 times in a row 10 times a day with an interval of one hour).

Work on pronunciation. - M .: Iris-press, The book presents an effective author's method for correcting sound pronunciation disorders in children, providing individual approach to every child. It allows you to significantly speed up the process of correcting speech disorders and effectively strengthen the skills of correct sound pronunciation. . Prikhodko O. G., Speech therapy massage in the correction of dysarthric speech disorders in children of early and preschool age, St. Petersburg, KARO, 2008 Differentiated speech therapy massage is part of a comprehensive medical, psychological and pedagogical work aimed at correcting various speech disorders. Massage is used in speech therapy work with children with dysarthria, rhinolalia, stuttering and voice disorders. With these forms of speech pathology (especially with dysarthria), massage is necessary condition the effectiveness of speech therapy. Speech therapy massage is one of the speech therapy technologies, an active method of mechanical action. Massage is used in cases where there are violations of the tone of the articulatory muscles.
Massage Krupenchuk O.I. A new method of speech therapy massage is proposed - massage with spoons, Advantages: Firstly, it helps to avoid a negative reaction to probe massage, secondly, interested parents can easily master it and apply it at home, thirdly, the massage movements are quite simple, which allows you to teach children self-massage. All actions with spoons are accompanied by poems that not only set the rhythm of movement and determine the sequence of actions, but also describe the movements themselves, which is very useful for children with speech underdevelopment.

Topic: "Speech therapy massage in a complex system for overcoming stuttering"

(slide number 1)

AT last years the number of stuttering children has greatly increased, which is associated with the rapid introduction of everyday life negative impact funds mass media, computer games, which fall on the fragile nervous system of the child and destroy it.

Currently, we are directly connected with this problem, as we work with children with stuttering.

(slide number 2)

Stuttering is defined as a disturbance in tempo, rhythm and fluency oral speech due to the convulsive state of the muscles of the speech apparatus.

(slide number 3)

Leading signs of stuttering

1) Convulsions in the peripheral parts of the speech analyzer (respiratory, vocal, articulatory), facial convulsions;

2) Disorder of general motor skills;

3) Violations of the autonomic nervous system (increased sweating and reddening of the skin);

4) Violation of the emotional-volitional sphere.

We were convinced of this during the initial examination of a group of children with stuttering, the first year of study. All children showed increased muscle tone in the general, mimic and articulatory muscles, convulsions of the speech apparatus, synkinesis, tremor, etc. Stiffness, tension, tightness, increased anxiety, tearfulness were also observed in the psycho-emotional state of children, as well as disturbances in the prosodic side of speech and sound pronunciation.

Having studied the methods and techniques of a complex corrective impact on stutterers, as well as based on the results of primary diagnostics, we came to the conclusion that the use of speech therapy massage in our work, as one of the methods of influence, will be necessary to effectively overcome pathological manifestations in our children.

(sweet number 4)

Since: speech therapy massage is an active method of mechanical action that changes the state of muscles, nerves, blood vessels and tissues of the speech apparatus. Contributes to the normalization of the pronunciation side of speech and the emotional state of persons suffering from speech disorders.

(slide number 5)

Goals of speech therapy massage

1) normalization of general muscle tone; mimic and articulatory muscles;

2) a decrease in the manifestation of paresis and paralysis of the muscles of the articulatory apparatus;

3) decrease in pathological motor manifestations of the muscles of the speech apparatus;

4) stimulation of proprioceptive sensations;

5) an increase in the volume and amplitude of articulatory movements;

6) activation of those muscle groups of the peripheral speech apparatus that had insufficient contractile activity;

7) the formation of arbitrary, coordinated movements of the organs of articulation.

Against the backdrop of massage are carried out different forms speech therapy work: breathing exercises, voice exercises, sound pronunciation correction, etc. Speech therapy massage, as a rule, precedes other speech therapy techniques used in the classroom.

(slide number 6)

In modern speech therapy practice, several types of massage are used:

· differentiated (strengthening or relaxing) massage based on classical massage techniques;

· acupressure;

massage with the use of special tools (speech therapy probe, spatula, vibratory massager, etc.);

self-massage.

(slide number 7)

There are many methods for conducting speech therapy massage, including for stuttering: E.V. Novikova "Probe massage: correction of sound pronunciation", E.A. Dyakova "Speech therapy massage", E.F. Arkhipova "Speech therapy massage for dysarthria", I.V. Blyskina "Speech therapy massage", self-massage technique Z.A. Repina "Lessons in speech therapy", "Articulation massage for stuttering" E.E. Shevtsova, etc.

We studied these techniques and came to the conclusion that for the most effective result in overcoming stuttering in our children, we will use the following techniques in our work:

(slide number 8)

· "Speech therapy massage" O.I. Krupenchuk, T.A. Vorobiev;

· “Articulatory massage for stuttering” by E.E. Shevtsova;

· "Speech therapy massage for dysarthria" E.F. Arkhipova;

· "Acupressure for stuttering" M.A. Povolyaeva;

In the presence of time and technical possibilities, it is best to perform a full massage complex - all types of massage. This will take 50 - 60 minutes.

If this is not possible, as in the conditions of d / s, the variability in the choice of types of massage is arbitrary, depending on the pathological manifestations.

To achieve the most effective results, based on pathological manifestations, we use all types of speech therapy massage in our work, but selectively, based on temporary conditions. According to the severity of the defect, we divided the children into three subgroups.

a group of children with a mild degree of stuttering;

a group of children with an average degree of stuttering;

a group of children with moderate and severe forms of stuttering.

Based on the severity of the defect, we have selected for each subgroup of children our own plan of massage activities, which, depending on changes in pathological manifestations, will change as necessary.

(slide number 9)

For children with mild stuttering, the main types of massage are:

· self-massage, (carried out in kindergarten with caregivers and at home);

classic manual massage, acupressure and articulation massage (carried out by parents at home.)

Previously, educational consultations on these topics were held with teachers and parents.

(slide number 10)

For children with moderate stuttering, the main types of speech therapy massage are:

self-massage (conducted in kindergarten and at home);

classic manual massage, articulatory massage on individual speech therapy classes(with a speech therapist in kindergarten);

Classical manual massage, acupressure and articulation massage (with parents at home);

(slide number 11)

For children with severe (moderate to severe) stuttering:

· self-massage, (carried out in kindergarten and at home);

classic manual massage, acupressure and articulatory massage in individual speech therapy sessions (with a speech therapist in kindergarten);

· classic manual massage, acupressure and articulation massage (with parents at home).

Methods and techniques of speech therapy massage for stuttering

We perform classical differentiated massage according to the method of Elena Evgenievna Shevtsova. In a technique in which, when performing a classic massage, such techniques are mainly used as: surface covering stroking, weak vibration and tight pressing. Since during stuttering there is an increased tone in the articulatory and facial muscles, each massage technique must be completed with stroking.

Massage is carried out in a clean, comfortable, warm and well-ventilated area. The hands of a speech therapist should be clean, warm, without abrasions, scratches or any foci of inflammation, with short-cut nails, without jewelry that interferes with the massage. Before massage, hands can be lightly smeared with “Baby” cream or “Baby powder” can be used.

Massage is recommended to be carried out daily or every other day. Usually 10-20 procedures are carried out. The massage lasts 5-7 minutes. If necessary, repeated courses of massage are recommended. Massage should begin with the correct posture, or resting posture, which helps to relax the muscles and does not impede breathing. It is important to use the psychotherapeutic method - the sound of calm music, better than the piano.

(slide number 13)

Self massage - This is a massage performed by the child himself, suffering from speech pathology. We carry out this type of massage according to the methodology of Olga Igorevna Krupenchuk and Tatyana Anatolyevna Vorobieva.

Self-massage is a tool that complements the impact of the main massage, which is performed by a speech therapist.

Self-massage can be carried out not only individually, but also frontally with a group of children at the same time. In addition, self-massage can be used repeatedly during the day, including it in various regime moments in conditions preschool. In our group, self-massage is carried out by a teacher with children after morning exercises, before articulatory gymnastics. Naturally, before carrying out self-massage, the child must be thoroughly washed.

(slide number 14)

Acupressure BAP (biologically active points) we perform according to the method of M.A. Povolyaeva.

The acupressure is based on the same principle as in the case of acupuncture, with the only difference that BAP is affected by fingers or a brush. When stuttering, the impact on the points should be carried out by a calming method, by taking light pressure for 3-5 minutes.

When stuttering, acupressure is carried out daily for 12 days, a break for 7 days, then repeat. The author recommends consistently conducting 3-4 courses.

(slide number 15)

We perform articulation massage using special instruments according to the method of Elena Filippovna Arkhipova

"Speech therapy massage for dysarthria", the purpose of which is also to eliminate pathological symptoms in the muscular system.

The results of diagnosing children at the end of the first period of training show that these methods are effective in corrective work to overcome stuttering in children of the first year of study in conditions kindergarten. In most children, the convulsive state of the muscles of the peripheral sections of the articulatory apparatus, mimic and general muscles improved, psycho - emotional condition children: children have become much calmer, more sociable, less vulnerable, the condition of the smooth speech of children has improved. The topic chosen by us “Speech therapy massage in a complex system for overcoming stuttering” is relevant for our work and requires further study and application in work.
