Construction history

It is assumed that the construction of the North-Eastern Expressway will cost the Moscow authorities 70 billion rubles. Khusnullin said back in August last year that the costs could amount to no more than 30-35 billion rubles.

After the construction is completed, the North-Eastern Chord, the scheme of which is presented a little higher, will connect many important areas of the city.
