The Vivaldi Orchestra is a unique ensemble on the Russian stage: it consists of only
representatives of the fair sex. S. Bezrodnaya does not hide the fact that both the composition and the name of the orchestra were inspired by the life and work of the great Antonio Vivaldi. The Vivaldi Orchestra is a kind of "remake" of the women's orchestra created by Vivaldi in the convent of San Pieta in Venice at the beginning of the 18th century.
One of the most important principles of S. Bezrodnaya’s work with the team was the one developed by her back in the years of teaching in the Central music school at the Moscow Conservatory individual lessons with orchestra members, thanks to which each performer maintains a high professional level.

The orchestra was created in 1989 by the famous violinist and teacher Svetlana Bezrodnaya. The band's first performance took place on May 5, 1989 on the stage of the Hall of Columns.
Five years later, in 1994, the Vivaldi Orchestra was awarded the title of "Academic",
and two years later, its creator Svetlana Bezrodnaya - the title of " People's Artist Russia".

Bezrodny took her away from home. As a result, she received a diploma after giving birth to a child. Her son Sergei from his first marriage is now in Spivakov's orchestra.
“It was gold, but a cage,” she remarks. Although this marriage was given eighteen years.
Life with Spivakov, she insists, "was also a cage."
Everything was just for him. But to him, like Sati, who later became his wife, I am only grateful.

She not only created the now famous orchestra, becoming its conductor, but also arranged her personal life,

the orchestra performs a unique repertoire: more than 500 compositions
composers different countries and epochs, starting from the early baroque (A.

Biography

According to sources, there were many suitors in the life of the People's Artist of Russia, but the most important are three men. At first she tied the knot of marriage when she was a very young girl, with a famous violinist and her teacher Igor Bezrodny. Although Svetlana calls her first marriage too frivolous, the couple lived together for 18 years and then divorced. From her first marriage, Svetlana had a son, Sergei, and a surname, thanks to which she became famous. Today Sergei is a well-known pianist and soloist of the Moscow Virtuosi Orchestra.

After graduating from higher educational institution, Levina received an offer to become a soloist of the Mosconcert. Creation of an orchestra

Svetlana Borisovna read a lot about the Antonio Vivaldi orchestra, which was located at the monastery in Venice. She even had an engraving depicting the girls who are part of this team. That is why the woman decided to create her own version of the orchestra, bringing together talented students from all over the country. At that time, such teams consisted exclusively of men, so most of the girls had no experience. But Bezrodnaya did not pay attention to this; talent and an incredible love for music were important to her.

The woman helped her husband Vladimir Spivakov when he was selecting musicians for the Moscow Virtuosos orchestra. She controlled many processes and even personally glued notes for the violinists, so she had some experience in this area. From February 9 to 20, 1989, Svetlana managed to assemble the first composition of the Vivaldi Orchestra. It included eighteen girls, all of them were graduates of the Moscow Conservatory. Bezrodnaya became a soloist.

The experiments on the performance of masterpieces of the opera and ballet theater in transcriptions for string orchestra turned out to be extremely successful (the ballet "Don Giovanni" by Gluck, "The Magic Flute" and "Don Giovanni" by Mozart, "Eugene Onegin", " Queen of Spades"and all the ballets of Tchaikovsky, Verdi's La Traviata).

The concert programs of the Vivaldi Orchestra are, as a rule, theatrical, they never repeat each other, they are distinguished by the originality of the compositional structure and the careful thoughtfulness of the internal dramaturgy. Thanks to this, the orchestra of S. Bezrodnaya managed to occupy its special niche on the domestic concert stage. For many years, the orchestra's subscriptions have taken the first positions in the sales rating, and concerts are held with constant full houses.

One of the important activities of the "Vivaldi Orchestra" was the development of a huge layer of world musical culture, often referred to as "light music". We are talking about hits of the 1920s-1950s from the repertoire of dance orchestras of those years, operetta and jazz, urban romance and mass song. The result of the constant artistic searches of S. Bezrodnaya was the numerous programs of the Vivaldi Orchestra, which are a synthesis of classical and jazz music, opera and ballet, and the conversational genre. Among them are the musical performances “Vivaldi Tango, or the Game of All-in”, “Lights big city"," Marlene. Failed Meetings”, “Moscow Evenings” (on the 100th anniversary of V.P. One of the new directions in the activity of Svetlana Borisovna was the development of a huge layer of world musical culture, often referred to as "light dance music". We are talking about the hits of the 1920-1950s of the leading foreign and domestic dance orchestras. Here, the main merit of Bezrodnaya is that the music of those distant years is performed authentically, the Vivaldi Orchestra reproduces to the smallest nuances the manner of the famous world bands.
In this regard, a unique Russian tango program of the 1930-1940s was born. Based on this material, Vladimir Molchanov created the film "Champagne Splashes". This topic is close to every cultured person who should know his history and not forget prominent people who contributed to the development of art. The revival of tango, Russian romance is also the revival of an amazing time that showed the diversity of an incredible layer of culture that developed thanks to Glinka's work. During concerts in the Philharmonic Hall, people dance with great enthusiasm, in addition to the string composition, the accordion, percussion, piano sound ... The orchestra also plays real classical jazz, which is traditionally performed by wind instruments, not string instruments.

Svetlana Borisovna cannot live without discoveries and always presents programs that, it would seem, have long been known to the public, in a special light. He also cannot live without revealing young talents to the public. She wants to prove to her listeners that they always have something to be surprised at the concerts of the Vivaldi Orchestra. The phonographic heritage of Bezrodnaya and her orchestra is significant - 22 discs were recorded, including a special album of 4 discs dedicated to P.I. For this glorious anniversary, on the idea of ​​Svetlana Bezrodnaya and her husband Rostislav Cherny, the outstanding Russian dancer and choreographer Vladimir Vasilyev created the play "Songs of the Unconquered Power" - the first action of the newly created Theater of Music. It was shown on the stage of the Hall named after P.I. Tchaikovsky May 2, 2005 - on the day of the capture of Berlin.
For services in the field of musical art S.B. Bezrodnaya was awarded the honorary titles "Honored Artist of Russia" (1991) and "People's Artist of Russia" (1996).



Spouse - Cherny Rostislav Borisovich, international journalist, worked for 30 years in the newspaper "Soviet Culture" - "Culture", where for many years he headed the foreign department; now producer of the Vivaldi Orchestra.
