Is it possible to live in the flow or how fruitful is your life? Life in the flow.

What do we do when something does not suit us in our life? As a rule, we strive to quickly correct a situation that is unpleasant for us. Most of us feel confident that we are in control of our own lives. We were taught this as children. This is taught even now by numerous trainings and master classes. personal growth. And you can stay in this illusion for some time. It's always nice to feel like an "author" own life and be sure that "life is in your hands." However, there comes a moment, and all your ideas about your own omnipotence are shattered, and you find yourself in the face of a bitter but inevitable reality. And the reality is this: we do not control life, but life passes through us. And no matter how much we fight and resist, we are unable to avoid certain events, situations, problems and lessons. Just like sitting in a secluded place, waiting for the end of the "dark" period of life. We need this period so that we can tame our obstinate ego and learn to hear God, accept his will, trust him, fulfill our true purpose and live your life.

Stages of acceptance of various life situations:

  • First of all, it is important to stop, listen to yourself and recognize any uncomfortable state of yours: apathy, fear, anxiety, irritation, longing, resentment, pain, anger, discontent. Accept your failure, insolvency, loneliness, your unemployment or your lack of money, missed opportunities, unfulfilled plans, etc. And do this without scolding yourself, without comparing, without judging, without making excuses, without reflecting on the reasons for failures and without evaluating the current situation from the position “I like/dislike”, “want/don’t want”, “right/wrong”. In fact, any such judgment is a trap of our ego, which tries with all its might to regulate our lives and begins to beat in hysterics when something gets out of its control. At this stage, it is important to simply accept that the difficult, painful, and at times unbearable situation in which I am currently hanging out, I need for some reason, and this is the best thing that could happen to me at the moment. And then live this state as honestly as possible. Recognize any of your emotions, thoughts, tensions, observe them, recognize them in the body. Breathe! Exhale tension, expectations, resentment, disappointment. Exhaling, we surrender to God and let go of everything that we have been holding on to for so long, with which we have associated ourselves and our lives for so long. When we breathe out, we die. We cease to be omnipotent, omnipotent, omniscient, capable of doing everything and everyone. But with a breath, we are born again - feeling, open, loving, accepting and truly alive. Accepting any uncomfortable state, we relax, expand, begin to feel differently: see more clearly, hear more clearly, think clearly. Obsessions, imaginary fears, anxieties go away, a lot of energy is released, the value system changes, we begin to see new opportunities, accept people, events, circumstances as they are. There comes an awareness of the full depth of one's responsibility for the current situation, an understanding of what actions led to these difficult events. It is important to note here that the awareness of one's own mistakes should not lead to self-flagellation and self-condemnation. It is important to accept this knowledge with gratitude and forgive yourself. And if you do it sincerely, from the bottom of your heart, then the feeling of guilt and dissatisfaction with life will go away, and reconciliation with yourself and the world around will come in their place.
  • It's no secret that most of our lives, we "reside in the head". We are constantly talking about something, judging, thinking, planning, predicting… In the second stage of acceptance, it is important to switch your attention from head to heart. In other words, feel more, think less. We so often suffer from a lack of love, from a lack of attention, looking for love or an object of love instead of just loving. But our whole life is filled with love. Love lives within us always. Just carried away by our grandiose ideas, plans, dreams of accomplishments and victories, we lost touch with our hearts, stopped feeling, compassionate, thankful, forgiving. And you just have to look inside yourself and start to see with your heart, feel with your heart, think with your heart. Ask him questions, listen to his answers, trust his wisdom. To radiate warmth, tenderness, sensitivity, first of all, to oneself. Thank yourself for the courage and honesty of living every moment of your life. Direct the energy of gratitude to yourself, your body, soul, nature, the universe. And then a miracle will surely happen. The perception of life will change dramatically. The eternal feeling of need and scarcity will be replaced by a state of prosperity and abundance. After all, the universe is abundant! All we need for this moment, we already have. And we always have something to share with the world. The Law of Love and Abundance operates from the inside out. We give love to the world, and like a magnet we attract all the blessings of the world to ourselves. Of course, provided that our love is pure and unconditional. Therefore, at the second stage of acceptance, it is important to be filled with love and joy! Thank, forgive, appreciate! Treat your life warmly and cordially, and life will surely reciprocate.

You can endlessly look at three things: how fire burns, how water flows, and how a person does his favorite thing, plunging into a state of flow. Life in the flow is the only way to achieve maximum results in any field. This state opens the door to the world of gratitude, love and fulfillment of the meaning of every day of life.

It's time to shed some light on the third book in the Transformational Coaching: The Science and Art trilogy - Life in the flow» a wonderful and beloved author Marilyn Atkinson. A detailed study of each book of the trilogy creates a feeling of "plunging into the multifaceted world of the true "I"" - deep into the territory, which has not yet "been set foot by a person." Book " Life in the flow” turned out to be the most profound, so I recommend studying it only after the first two, thereby preparing the “ground” for the third.

Each of us has a choice: to be a small boat and go with the flow, or to become a river and independently choose the direction of movement. The only way to turn your dream into reality without stress is to move towards a goal that is closely aligned with the inner values that form our deepest selves. Only this approach will make it possible to maintain motivation for high level and enjoy.

Special thanks to Marilyn Atkinson I want to say for clarifying the topic: "How to enter into contracts with yourself, and which ones work and why." It is a pity that this book did not fall into my hands in January 2014, when I signed with myself, which almost "drowned in the shifting sands of depression." Now I understand what I did wrong. All is well that ends well.

If you are still afraid of the next change (you just want to say: “This is a signal that you are alive 🙂”), I recommend paying attention to the chapter “As if you could”. A truly magical technique that helps to trick the brain and prevent it from sinking into the abyss of fear. With this technique, you will create a vision of your future in such a way that the brain does not want to return to its original state. Moreover, it uses the maximum amount of resources to make the virtual future a reality.

Life in the flow This is life according to your values. The key word is "your". In most cases, our deepest self is consumed by the desire to achieve what someone else already has. As a result, a person lives someone else's life, and even having achieved the desired result, he cannot feel happy.

IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT OTHERS DO, IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT!!!

Book " Life in the flow" turned out to be a highly spiritual creation and touches on such "notes of the soul" that we often forget about in pursuit of material goals. Reading this masterpiece pacifies and fills with vital energy… One that cannot be obtained from food and water.

So, if you want:

  1. Get an inexhaustible source of inspiration and feel the state of the flow;
  2. Learn to set goals, according to the values of the deep "I";
  3. Master the skill of “Make the right promises to yourself and keep them”;
  4. Attract the future into the present and overcome the inner fear of change;
  5. Learn to control emotions;
  6. Raise the level of spirituality and fullness;
  7. To learn how to create a vision of the earthly mission, according to logical levels;
  8. Go beyond the "comfort zone" and enjoy being outside it;
  9. Improve the skill of achieving goals;
  10. Feel the flow of self-realization,

in that case, the book Life in the flow" For you!!! She perfectly complemented my library of success and helped me look at many things in life with different eyes. I would like to sincerely wish this to you too! Be spiritually rich and happy!!!

Thank you for your precious time spent in my company!!!
Let the increase in sales give you pleasure ...
Sincerely, Andrey Zhulay.

Here you will find all the most delicious that did not fall into the first part. Learn about the biggest mistake of popular goal achievement systems. About why people quit moving to cherished dream. And get acquainted with the five components of the formula for success, which are practical in nature.

The article is dedicated to all the victims of time management who have failed in achieving ambitious goals. People whose self-confidence has suffered in fruitless attempts to apply rational systems that are contrary to their inner nature.

“Why do people abandon movement towards their cherished goal?”

Adherents of various systems for achieving goals, all as one, teach us the correct goal setting. They assure that correct setting goals is half the battle.

The goal should be specific, measurable, result-oriented, time-bound, inspiring and motivating. A correctly set goal will continuously inspire and give strength in daily work.

Once the goal is set and really sparks enthusiasm, we move on to making a plan. This step lists the stages, deadlines, as well as all the necessary actions leading to success.

If the goal is inspiring, it will irresistibly push the person to do everything he has planned.

Right? At first glance, the theory is convincing. But, on closer examination, it is deeply flawed at the very root. I want to say that the basic principle of time management, which everyone declares, is his fundamental mistake!

Let's face it. The trainings have already taught us how to correctly set goals for the year and even ten years ahead. We can do it. So, why, then, do the vast majority abandon the movement towards the goal at the very beginning?

Now let's figure it out.

“The glaring mistake of goal achievement systems”

Imagine a horizontal line on a notebook sheet. The beginning of a straight line is the first step towards the goal. The other end of the straight line is the moment of success. That is, the line reflects the time interval from the start of the journey to the arrival at the destination.

Suppose the goal is set for two years: to buy a car. Let's take 100% all this way. How long do you think a person will celebrate buying a car? Well, let a week. It's hard to be happy anymore.

2 years is 700 days. Accordingly, 7 days of victory celebration is 1% on the timeline. Let's not now delve into the fact that a person cannot work for all 693 days in a row. For our example, let's say it can.

SO, THE FAILURE OF GOAL ACHIEVE SYSTEMS IS THAT…

They teach us to be motivated by positive experiences and a moment of glory for that tiny 1% of the time. At the same time, they stupidly ignore the joy and pleasure from the very process of achieving!

During the preparation of the article, I specifically reviewed books and articles on time management. Everywhere it was said that the goal should inspire. But not a word about the fact that the activity itself is simply obliged to bring pleasure, a feeling of fullness of meaning and satisfaction.

Little of! In one blog I found the following. I quote:

With a goal as tempting as a million dollars in front of you, you don't have to wonder "how to make yourself work." You will be highly self-motivated when it comes to work that contributes to your long-term goal (dream!). In addition, your daily routine activities will become more conscious and filled with meaning because you are working on your dream!

Later in the text, the author suggests setting a goal: “$1,000,000 in seven years, so that you no longer have to work 8 hours.” That is, in other words, he considers it normal to endure routine and unpleasant work for seven years in order to never do it again.

But this is complete absurdity! Wouldn't it be better to devote seven years to a cause that brings a buzz? And anyway, why limit yourself to a time frame? Why not do this for the rest of your life?!

In my opinion, the number one reason people give up an inspiring goal is they don't want to do tasks they don't have a passion for. Reluctance, in principle, to engage in these, contrary to the desire to achieve the goal.

Proper goal-achieving systems should first teach us to look for an activity that we enjoy. Then set a goal. And only after that make a plan: how to achieve the goal, doing what you like.

With this approach, all 100% of the time period will bring joy.

That is why, the first and most important principle of the success formula is: do what you love and enjoy.

I want to note that the activity that gives pleasure does not mean an easy activity. For example, writing articles for a blog is difficult and, at times, mind-blowing for me. But overall I really like it :-)

“Changing the concept of GOAL to the WAY”

The goal is the destination or end product of the output. The moment of its achievement is a fact that can happen only once. After reaching the goal, you can rest on your laurels for a while, and then set the next one.

The moment when the goal is reached cannot be stretched out in time. For example, when you came to the store, you bought kefir. Once you've paid, it's yours. The goal has been reached. It is impossible, having come to the store, to pay for kefir for a whole year. Of course, only if you didn't buy it on credit :-)

Okay, that's clear and obvious. Now let's answer the question: why setting the goals listed below is fundamentally wrong? Here is the list:

  • Learn English;
  • Create your business;
  • Learn to play guitar;
  • Find your love.

The desire to learn English cannot be the goal. It is a process of continuous improvement of speaking and writing skills. It cannot be finite, if only because we will have to constantly maintain vocabulary. Otherwise, we will simply forget the language.

Starting a business is not the goal either. The business needs constant development: new customers, new services, process improvements, and so on. Business requires regular investment. We cannot one day become business owners and rest on our laurels.

However, depending on what kind of business. But not the point. I think you get the idea.

Regarding other points, too, everything is clear. Playing the guitar is a process. If you stop it, the skills are lost. And if we found our love, the fairy tale is just beginning :)

But if these are not goals, then what are they? Let's call it a path. A path that has direction and involves constant gaining experience with the continuous development of skills and talents.

Then our list will turn from a list of goals into a list of desires. Desire to move in a certain direction and develop. Let's formulate it more correctly:

  • Take the path of continuous improvement of skills in spoken and written English;
  • Get on the path of creating and constantly developing your business;
  • Learn to play the guitar and improve your skills by performing for friends and at concerts;
  • Find your love to continuously build, strengthen and develop relationships.

"Goals on the way"

If you remember, the previous article was about living without goals. This point requires a more detailed explanation in order to avoid misinterpretations.

The path does not lead to the goal, but the movement along the path involves the achievement of small goals.

Let me explain with my own example. When I decided to start a blog, I did not set goals like: "Create a popular blog that will be in the top ten." Instead, I made the decision to take the path of blogging. The path of constant development of writing skills, the path of continuous communication with readers and the path of new discoveries.

At first glance, this corresponds to the principle of “life without goals”. But not really. Along the way of blogging, I constantly encounter goals. Now my goal is to finish this article. Another article will be written next. Then I want to improve something in the design. And so on.

It's like traveling through uncharted territory. The traveler walks through the forest, enjoying the beauty, the smell of freshness after the rain and the chirping of birds. Suddenly he comes to the river. Now his goal is to get to the other side. As soon as this happens, his path will continue.

Then the traveler enters a picturesque plain and sees a mountain. He decides to go upstairs. Now his goal is to conquer the summit and admire the view. When he rises, the goal will be reached, but the path will continue.

It is this way of posing the question that is ideal, in my opinion.

This is the second principle of the formula for success, which states: constant development and life in the flow, instead of setting goals.

“Movement in several directions at once”

Development in several directions is one of the most important principles of the formula for success. It provides the necessary novelty of impressions and change of activity. Doing one thing for the irrational of death is like.

Being in the flow of variety keeps things interesting and prevents abandonment.

Spontaneous switching from one activity to another is similar to friendly party. Imagine that you have invited thirty of your best friends. With each of them you have your own interests. Everyone has something to talk about.

The party is in full swing and you want to pay attention to everyone. First, you start a conversation with a friend, after ten minutes you are already talking with a friend. In half an hour, you are actively participating in an engaging conversation with a small group of people.

Switching from one interlocutor to another, during the night you will have time to talk with everyone. Now imagine that the party lasts a year! This time is enough to discuss a million of the most different topics with each participant individually. Productivity is palpable.

But how, from this point of view, does movement towards a single goal look like?

An example is similar: a party, communication. The only difference is that you invited one friend and are going to communicate with him for a whole year. Every day! The first time you will be interesting together, but not the whole year!

Therefore, the principle of success number 3 sounds like this: variety due to movement in several directions.

“And if I start to spray, doing several things?”

Let's first define what it means to "spray" in the negative sense of the word.

To scatter means to grab onto several things at once and give them up without finishing them. Also, spraying involves performing unnecessary actions instead of concentrating on the main thing. Simply put, spraying is clogging your attention with trifles, changing goals like gloves.

It's easy to avoid this.

First, a list of directions will help us. Secondly, for each area we will prepare a list of important actions. Thirdly, we need minimal control over directions. Fourthly, our list will contain only those paths to which the soul lies.

During the day, switching from one direction to another, we will focus on the main thing. It's like spraying, but I would call it multitasking NOT spraying :)

“Getting ready for spontaneous planning”

Well, it's time to start practicing! We have already discussed the three most important principles of spontaneous planning. For the assimilation of the other two, practical experience will help us.

STEP ONE

First, let's decide on the directions in which we want to move. This will be a list of all the paths that you want to go.

Take a blank sheet and list in a column all the paths that are of interest to you. If you don't know what you want to do, I recommend doing a talent search.

Please note that we do not list targets. We list paths. Therefore, I recommend that you put out of your head thoughts about the results that can be achieved. Forget about success and fame. Focus on activities that are interesting and enjoyable for you.

Keep writing until you run out of options. Turn off your inner critic. Now is not the time to think: “I have no experience in this”, “It will not work”, “There are no opportunities” and so on.

Try to ensure that each item answers the question “what to do?”. For example: “Grow flowers”, “Write books”, “Train memory”, “Learn and improve English”.

STEP TWO

The list of directions is ready. Now for each direction we write out the types of activities that we will be engaged in. Note that activities are not a Todo list. These are, rather, options for classes within the same direction.

Begin the name of each activity with the words: “ Now I would do..." or " Now I would do...

I'll give you an example. Let's say there is a direction “Writing adventure novels”. What activities are included? Approximately like this:
Now I would be busy generating ideas for the following books;
Now I'd be busy thinking about the plot;
Now I would be engaged in the description of characters of characters and their motives;
Now I would be busy writing the next chapter for a draft;
Right now, I'd like to edit the text;

If you decide to take the path of learning English, then the list may be as follows:

Now I would read a book in English;
Now I would watch a movie with English subtitles;
Now I would read a grammar book;
Now I would make some sentences with new words;

STEP THREE

For jobs that involve monetary gain, do one important task that will help you determine the value of your work to others.

Separately, write down the name of the direction and answer the questions:

What is the value of my work? What product or service is it?
Why do people need this value?
What needs of people do I satisfy with this value? What problems do I solve for them?
And when that need is met, what changes in their lives?
And when that changes in their lives, what happens next?
What will I get by doing this for people?
And when I get it, what will happen then?

Good list. Allows you to clarify the situation and get a couple of insights.

“The Practice of Spontaneous Planning”

So, in the first two steps, we got a list of directions with a list of activities for each. Now it is very important to hang it in a conspicuous place.

Make the list available at any time. Print out multiple duplicates. Carry it with you. Irrationals tend to forget the items on the list. They usually say, “Yeah, okay. I remember the list anyway. I won't forget." To say so would be a mistake.

First, when it comes time to act, the list and its contents are often forgotten by irrationals. That's the way they are. Secondly, we will need the list to determine the internal responses that set the internal motor of creative energy into action.

WHAT TO DO WITH THE LIST?

When it's time to act, take the list and read. Pay attention to internal body responses and emotions as you read the points. Listen to how you react to each activity.

As soon as you feel that there is an inner desire and willingness to do something from the list, proceed to action. Do this until you feel like you're about to start forcing yourself to keep going.

At this point, stop and praise yourself! It is very important. Reward yourself with a nice word, because you have just moved along the chosen path. You deserve encouragement.

Now, for a change, switch to a different activity. Review the list again, listening to the feedback. You will notice that activities that you did not want to do a couple of hours ago are very attractive at the moment.

Having chosen the next lesson, act until you feel that you don’t want to do it anymore. Don't force yourself to move on. This may lead to overshoot. If you allow the excess, the desire to return to the lesson may not be for a long time.

We will talk more about the excess in the next article. For now, I want to quote the definition that Barry Fairburn gives in his seminars:

“Exceeding is a negative phenomenon that occurs when a person cannot track the optimal moment for completing an action in time and begins to “persist”, trying to do it further or longer than this moment. It has certain manifestations (unpleasant) and even more unpleasant consequences”

This is the fourth principle of the success formula: do not exceed!

By the way, by switching from one activity to another, you provide variety, as well as control over directions. This is a very simple control. It avoids spraying and helps to focus on several directions at once.

Therefore, principle number 5 is as follows: control directions.

It's like watching TV. The viewer sits at the screen and clicks the channels on the remote control. When an interesting show or movie is found, the viewer stays on the selected channel for a while. When the movie is over, he continues to change channels in search of something interesting. Same with the list.

"Conclusion"

There is so much more I want to say, but it's time to end. We have discussed the basic principles of the formula for success. Now, relying on them, you can create your own system of spontaneous life, changing it for yourself.

Finally, a few words for those who go to work every day and do not have the opportunity to engage in their favorite areas (for now).

Using a spontaneous scheduling approach, you can create todo lists of things to do. The principle is the same: look through the list, choose what you want right now and do it for a while.

No priorities and no “eating frogs” in the first place. Just what you want right now. However, for those who do not go to work, this also applies.

In general, decide for yourself how to use the formula for success. There are no hard limits here. Take for yourself what seemed most valuable. And now let's sum it up:

  • It is not the goal that should inspire, but the activity itself;
  • Do what makes you happy;
  • Instead of setting a goal, decide to take the path of constant development in some direction;
  • Move in several directions at once, switching through the list;
  • Don't lose the list. Keep it in an accessible place;
  • Avoid excesses;
  • Control directions so you don't get sprayed.

That's all. Thank you for staying until the end! I wish you success on the path of learning spontaneous time management :)

On ordinary days, you work, raise children, have fun, make plans and keep in touch with other people, that is, you live ordinary life. The question is, are you aware of all these things happening to you, or are you just doing them mechanically (automatically)? Can you confidently say that you are present in every moment of your life?

Preamble

Living in the flow is exactly what most people can't achieve. The main reason is that they are not present in every life event. They do not have vigilance, attentiveness and awareness of what is happening. Whatever they do, they are unable to concentrate on a particular activity.

Living in the flow is an art that helps you get rid of the routine, learn to enjoy life, and also stop doing all the actions mechanically. We will teach you to focus on what you find interesting or useful. But remember that now you have to worry about what is happening here and now. Immerse your mind in deep stillness, surround your inner world silence, harmony and peace. Only then will you understand how to live in the flow of life.

Definition and concept

Life in the flow is a teaching that Confucius himself and his followers adhered to. The ancient thinker followed and practiced the knowledge of the Chinese philosophy of Tao, which was designed to guide a person on his true path.

This teaching should help a person find harmony within himself, learn to listen to thoughts and desires, and not swim against the current, every now and then, crashing into the stones of reality. Living in the flow is the ability to get rid of worldly worries, let go of the past, not build illusions about the future, but enjoy only today.

You are capable of more

From time to time a gap appears in the gray veil of consciousness, and the bright light of the radiated internal energy seeps through the cracks that have formed. These gaps are so small that you gradually begin to sink into the hopeless darkness. But if the light has been seen, then there is a chance that the dense veil of consciousness will soon fall.

Such moments are rare in a person's life, but they still exist for those who pay attention and want to see them. Worldly cares and unnecessary things in Everyday life occupy the attention of a person so much that he is not even able to notice the possibilities and miracles.

When you dive into your ordinary consciousness, your attention continues to wander from the past to the future. A person forgets that moments of insight are available only in the present, but for this you need to leave behind all memories and expectations. It is important to focus on the miracle that is unfolding before your eyes in the present.

Surely you have ever fallen under the spell of moments during your life. A beautiful landscape, a sunset, a work of art or the rhythm of music plunged me into a kind of trance. This happens extremely rarely, but it is then that a person dissolves in the silence and depth of the moment.

Enjoy every day

Nothing living on Earth can predict how much time is allotted to it. Wasting precious minutes on senseless grievances, hatred and suffering is stupid. Learn to enjoy every day, do not waste time in vain.

There is an opinion that the day will be productive and fruitful if a person starts it at dawn. If you wake up at 5-6 in the morning, the realization will begin to appear that there is a huge busy day ahead. These thoughts will keep you positive.

  1. Do what you love. Get rid of stereotypes, do not dwell on the opinions of others. What matters is what makes you happy. Remember that life is one, so spending time trying to prove to society your opinion and desires is inhumane. No matter what, doing what you love is possible.
  2. Stop waiting. Stop harboring illusions and imagining what will happen in the future. So you will move only in one direction, wasting your life energy on an endless stream of thoughts and desires. Set earthly goals, start realizing them, plan for the future, but do not sit in one place and do not expect the world to present you with what you want on a saucer.

What disturbs the harmony?

Living in the flow only means that a person has found a way to master his mental "vampires". Harmony helps you filter the negativity that flows in a powerful stream every day, as well as fight regret, shame and resentment.

Think about whether it makes sense to spend most of the time thinking and rethinking your actions? To gain experience, it is enough to analyze the situation once, and then let it go and never return to the past.

Harmony will let you find the one life path which will lead you to true purpose- happiness and bliss. It is often mentioned in the teachings of Tao that the mind will stop working, the reckless flow of thoughts will be stopped as soon as a person begins to live in the present. The whole secret is that when thoughts disappear, then all problems and conflicts dissolve into non-existence, become emptiness, and you will begin to forget about all your suffering. You will actually get out of the psychological time frame, stop thinking about the traumas of the past and projecting them onto your future self.

Remember that there is only the present

Understand that your soul is permeated with the silence of consciousness and the joy of existence. The world is alive, pulsing around, amazing and makes it clear how wonderful it is to be alive right now.

Always submit to such moments, sitting in your favorite chair or lying on the beach, listening to the sound of the surf, enjoying the rest, the sun and fresh air. Feel that the past and the future are far away from you, only the present matters. As if a heavy curtain had been drawn before your eyes, which is now disappearing, letting in a bright and warm light. Feel that you are alive. Let the miracle completely fill your soul. And ask yourself why this feeling cannot stay with you forever.

Unfortunately, these moments do not last long, because the mind begins to bring you back to reality, to control what is happening around you, classifying the situation and giving it a name. “Ah, really, how beautiful this sunset is” turns into a devastating “It reminds me of last summer when…”.

Live in the moment

Even if a person can plunge into some moment and find harmony within himself, this state will not last long. In just a few seconds, his mind will come back to show all worldly problems and suffering again.

The memory of such moments can drive you into a depressive state. After all, this is just a short-term impression, an unconscious feeling that something wonderful happened to you, but you, unfortunately, missed the chance. This is true, but ask yourself a few more questions: “Can you do something to prevent this from happening again?”, “What can end this vicious circle?”.

It will be possible to touch the miracle again if a person learns to act outside the mind, to stop the unconscious identification of moments. Understand that the streams of life are happiness or pain that you yourself create.

Don't let the memories consume you

If you can leave behind all the past situations that are imprinted in your mind, you will find the real "I". But if, on the contrary, you avoid happy moments, block the light coming from the soul, then you will never become happy and will not find harmony with yourself. Remember that the real "I" does exist, but beyond every thought, social program, laid in you by someone (parents, society, evolution).

The only way to achieve this is to get rid of all negative thoughts. But in no case do not try to just forget the past, but forgive it and let it go. This also applies to the future - no need to harbor false hopes and illusions, create a non-existent world, and then be disappointed in the reality that surrounds you. All the memories that hurt and hurt you, stop you and make you turn back, must be excluded from your consciousness, driven out and not allowed to come back.

Of course, this is easier to think about than to do. But just try to come to terms with a simple truth: “Your past cannot be changed, no matter how hard you try, no matter what you do. It has already been done, like all deeds, words, actions and decisions. Take the experience out of it, and throw out the memories of the past, like unnecessary garbage in the bin.

A miracle to experience

The stream of life is the energy that lurks within a person. It all depends on the ability to direct it in the right direction, creating a personal flow and direction. It is impossible to describe this teaching with thoughts, but only to experience it yourself, weeding out the negative aspects, opening the world to the positive.

The teachings of ancient Chinese philosophers call on people to unite with the consciousness that lives inside everyone. Only in this way can a person find harmony with himself, leave behind the past and learn to live in the present.

Cash flow in life

If you are not ready to move away from worldly concerns and real world, but are determined to manage your energy and charge it with the necessary areas of your life, then this advice is for you. Most people need only wealth and money in life to be happy. The flow of well-being and abundance is easy enough to set up, but for this you will have to work long and hard.

One of the most effective methods is visualization. It is with the help of it that you can create a channel and fill it with positive energy, and then direct it towards the fulfillment of your desires.

To know what life is like in a stream of abundance, wealth and prosperity, you must first get rid of the manic desire to earn money. Money is not the ultimate goal of this teaching, but only a side effect. Abundance, prosperity and wealth come only to calm, self-confident people.

The visualization method is just aimed at helping you find harmony with your consciousness, understand the real “I”. Only in this way can a person find out what exactly makes him happy, and then turn this thing or situation into a source of endless income and abundance.

Imaging method

In psychology, life in the flow is not considered as an important component of human activity, behavior and interaction with society. This doctrine is inherent, rather, philosophical currents and some religious trends. Therefore, during training, it is important to get rid of rationality in order to plunge into the world of the unknown.

You can visualize wealth and prosperity if you begin to meditate, imagining yourself as a completely different person. Let the mind regularly draw you an image of a person who has found her way, found harmony with herself, plunged into the streams of life and allowed the flow to carry her to her cherished goal. This will help get rid of intrusive thoughts, ideas and mundane problems that are either easily solved or not worthy of your attention at all.

“Looking for the flow. Psychology of passion for everyday life”

The American psychologist Csikszentmihalyi Mihalyi wrote a unique book of its kind, touching on two sciences at once - psychology and philosophy. In the work “In Search of the Flow. The Psychology of the Enthusiasm of Everyday Life” the author analyzed thousands of lives in order to understand how the inner world of people works.

It is this book that is popular with those who want to live in the flow, but do not know what it is or how to achieve it. Csikszentmihalyi Mihalyi described in a unique way that a person spends most of his life on useless anxiety, stress, creating unnecessary duties and worries, and devotes the remaining time to laziness and self-flagellation. The author will tell you how to find harmony with yourself, how to get rid of worldly worries and learn to filter all moments, as well as how to learn the psychology of being passionate about everyday life.

The streams that give peace and well-being are created by your hands. You are the creator of your own happiness. If you want to plunge into the currents, you will have to do a lot of work on your own “I”, help him get out and shake off his thick skin, consisting of endless dreams, resentments, anxieties, doubts, pain.

Finally

You may not notice it, but your real "I" has been trying to get out for a long time. It clings to life's moments, trying to show you that it is possible to exist differently, feeling and enjoying the precious hours that have been bestowed.

Working with the theme of Abundance and the manifestation of this energy in our lives, led me to the realization of quite important things:

  1. People experience a huge lack of self-love, and look for satisfaction of their needs from outside. As a result, they persistently distribute what they do not have enough of themselves, and very quickly empty themselves. At the same time, not wanting to develop and evolve, they feverishly seek out some personalized "source of love", i.e. the one who will give them this comfort, understanding and recognition (a kind of barter exchange). But the drama of the situation lies in the fact that other people are also unbalanced, they do not want to develop the source of love in themselves, and in the same way they are looking for something in the outer space. As a result - disappointments, shattered illusions, resentment and claims in relation to each other. What to do? It is necessary to cultivate love in your hearts, and not to swarm with a scalpel in others.
    The second truth logically continues the first point: Only when we are generous to ourselves can we share. From one's own deficit and lack of something, a productive exchange does not occur!
  2. When the main blockages, negative programs and illusions of consciousness leave, the path for energy is cleared. False beliefs are replaced by the installation: I AM A SOURCE OF ABUNDANT SPACE AND I JUST ALLOW IT TO LIGHT, TO SHOW. Our desires need freedom to be realized. And we ourselves, in order to fulfill our desires, also need freedom - including freedom from the expectation of their fulfillment.
  3. Such is the law of nature! Our main task is not to “hack” the space, trying to defend and win something, but simply to express the intention, and then give its execution to the will of God. We must tell God what we want, and that is enough. We should not dictate to God how He should fulfill our desire. We don't even have to plan the process to achieve it! The Universe will direct us to right way. We only need to move in this flow, freeing ourselves from all sorts of ideas about how things should go. There is no need to interfere in the course of events in the outside world, because we create our life from the inside!
  4. Our task as creators is to work with the energies that we carry. For this we find our center, our Divinity, for this we remember our strength and dignity ... The formation of intention is inner work for which we are responsible. And that's enough! It is no coincidence that they say: as inside - so outside. If we have worked correctly with the intention, it will be realized the best way even without our participation. So, all that is required of us is to create an intention, and then leave everything to the will of God. Such a state, when we form an intention, and then let God guide us, can be characterized by the words "to be in the flow."

What is it like to be in the flow

It's like gaining wings and soaring freely in space Divine energies. It means to relax and calm down, to trust the wisdom of the Universe and let it guide you. This means that it is easy to fit into the natural course of events, without trying to contradict it, not to swim against the current.

This is what partnership with God means - God provides you with a "green light", and you easily, without congestion and delay, move along it!

Please remember that active force intentions is the energy of Light and Love, Divine energy. So just let her do it. After all, this energy contains all the necessary wisdom, information, all knowledge about how to best lead you to the fulfillment of your desire.

When you make an intention, you tell God what you want. And then let God act without explaining to him exactly how he should act.

Being in the flow also means not clinging with thoughts and emotions to either the past or the future. Life itself is a stream. And if we exist in sync with this flow, everything comes to us in time. To exist in sync with the flow of life means to belong entirely to the moment of the present, to that moment of "here and now" that is life.

How can one learn to be in the flow without clinging to the past or the future, neither to one's own desires, nor to one's plans and intentions? To do this, you yourself must become fluid, like a stream, or like a wave. Only then will we be able to move through life in sync with its flow, constantly being in the moment of the present.

The feeling of the flow of life, the fluidity and fullness of this flow, we get only when we do not pass by every moment of life. To be immersed in this flow, we need to live in a state of attention and sensitivity to every moment.

When you are completely in the moment "here and now" - this means you are free, you breathe deeply and live in full force without being tied to anything.

Note that being unattached to your desires and goals does not mean not wanting anything.

We continue to desire, want, intend to achieve something - but the quality of these desires becomes different. Now this is turning into exciting game. We play our desires and their realization is easy, without tension, with pleasure. We know that life is a big playground! And if we remember our essence of Divine beings, eternal and immortal, then everything becomes not at all as important as it seemed to us before.

The most interesting thing is that with such a light, playful attitude to life and to our desires, we get much more good things than if we fought for them with all the ardor and seriousness.

But try to imagine yourself as a wave, a stream, and you will experience pleasure, because in this way you will reunite with your true nature. Imagine yourself as a stream that flows freely and freely, and does not cling to anything.

Yes, he can cut his own course, he can pick up on his way what he wants to take with him, but he never clings to what he meets on his way, not for pebbles, nor for branches, nor for the most beautiful coast. The stream gently wraps around all this and strives further on its own way.

To be a stream means to flow, to frolic, to play, and not to get hooked on anything. This is a well-defined state, accompanied by real sensations of being in the flow, and this state can be trained.

Let spontaneity, joy, enjoyment of life be your motto

When you learn to be in the flow, you will know what it is to be easy, spontaneous, independent of circumstances or your own plans. The fact is that when we are in the flow, we are protected. We are, figuratively speaking, under the wing of God. We are in the flow of Divine energies of light and love. And how can there be a stronger defense than this?

No, the protection of Divine energies is the strongest, most powerful. That is why we can relax, calm down and feel like children under the wing of the most loving, strong, protective and protective parents.

Of course, loving parents not only protect children - they also encourage them to independent actions, to growth and development. So, of course, we should not just sit back and enjoy freedom, being under the wing of God. We can and must show both strength and will - not just go with the flow, but move along with the flow, combining the strength of the flow with our own, and with the help of the flow achieve our goals. But we can do all this easily, playfully, having fun - precisely because the powerful and protecting force of the current helps us, and we do not need to beat our heads against impenetrable walls at all, spending all our strength on it!

Focus on the Divine current within you and let it guide you. Let that flow flow through everything you do. At the same time, you will not need to control your every step and think about how it looks from the outside. Everything you do will be as close to perfection as possible. Everything you do, you will do beautifully and naturally, as God will guide you. How can you doubt yourself, dear ones, when God is leading you? No, you will not doubt and you will enjoy every step you take on Earth.

What is spontaneity? This is the ability to be yourself and easily fit into the streams of life. It is the ability to act as the moment requires, even if these actions do not fit into our plans. It is the ability to instantly navigate any situation and make the best decisions. Only being in the flow and in the moment of the present gives us such an opportunity.

Being in the flow and in the moment of the present, you just create such favorable conditions for yourself.
