Peace of mind how to achieve. How to gain and not lose peace of mind

Hello, friends! Today we will talk about spiritual harmony, how to find peace of mind. In the daily bustle of life, each of us often lacks peace of mind, harmony, balance. How to find peace of mind? Follow these rules, which are sure to help you calm down and enjoy life.

Peace of mind - the absence of stress and anxiety, a calm state of mind. But the main thing is freedom from negativity. We cannot leave the world with its difficulties and problems. But we can put things in order in our souls and break the chain of evil. Inner peace is closely related to the personal space of a person.

How to find peace of mind: seven rules

Thoughts are material

We are what we think. When a person thinks badly and speaks bad words, he gets pain. Thoughts must be correct. Think positive and positive. Positive thoughts make life easier, make you happier. A happy person radiates positive energy.

Deeds determine, and they, in turn, determine the subsequent life. Wish something good and it will come true. If you want to become rich, think like a rich person. Save money, but be smart.

If you want to be healthy, don't think that something hurts you. Do not complain to relatives and friends that everything is bad for you. If you think wrong, evil can destroy you from the inside.

Start Small

Starting small is okay. A river comes from a stream, a stream comes from a spring. Drop by drop appears deep river. None of us are born masters of our craft. Everyone comprehends science from the basics. Consistency and patience you will achieve success in your business.

You will not become an expert overnight. successful people become those who can start from scratch and are ready to go all the way, working diligently. Grain to grain - and you can reap a good harvest.

Need to be able to forgive

Learn to forgive others. You don't have to keep your anger inside. He will destroy you, you will suffer. Once you can forgive those who offended you, it will immediately become easier. You won't suppress yourself negative emotions.

The negativity inside you should spill out, and this will happen when you manage to forgive and not swallow the offense. It's to forgive. Do not look for excuses for the bad deeds of the person who offended you, but forgive him and let him go with his negative actions and thoughts.

Do things that matter to you

Words can mean nothing unless they are backed up by action. You can endlessly repeat to your beloved about your feelings, but not reinforce them with actions. Also at work.

You can read many books and never learn a skill until you put into practice what you have learned. Words must be backed up by practice and deeds. Only those who constantly work on themselves and their skills, improving them, can achieve recognition.

Learn to understand

Understanding others is a very difficult task. A person does not always understand what he wants. If you try to argue with another without trying to understand their thoughts and feelings, it will be difficult for you to understand yourself. You need to use all your own skill in order to comprehend the point of view of another person.

If you're frantic because you can't make sense of your opponent's actions, take a break and do something useful (like cleaning the house). If you can understand others, then you will become more calm and balanced. A feeling of happiness will come to you.

Concentrate on being happy and don't try to prove to anyone that you are right. Happy man only by his actions can he prove and show his innocence.

Victory over yourself

You need to win over yourself. If you conquer yourself, you will become stronger. Your victory will not be taken from you. You can control your thoughts and actions without unnecessary emotions. Don't think that you can't control your thoughts.

Just change your thinking to the one that should correspond to your life positions and dreams. Your consciousness can lead you astray, but you need to win over yourself.

Do not torture yourself, but just love, and you will succeed. Rearrange your thinking, and you will become a very strong person that no one can defeat. Be the master of your thoughts and life.

Be harmonious in everything

Harmony must come from within. She is in your heart. The balance within you is the source of your harmony. Inner harmony is your new potential. Improve yourself. Live in the present, because the past can take your positive energy away from you.

It should not be forgotten, but it is not worth living only in memories. The future is very uncertain - it's more your fantasy. And your life is the present and the "golden mean" between the past and the future. Balance past, present and future.

Live in harmony with yourself. If you want to see your main enemy, take a look at your reflection in the mirror. Defeat him and the other enemies will run away on their own. A harmonious personality is a successful, healthy, purposeful person.

He loves himself and likes others. He is able to fulfill himself, he is artistic, self-confident, lives fruitfully in the present and is not afraid of the future. Such a person can always be distinguished in the crowd: he has a bright facial expression, a pleasant voice and a confident gait.

Happiness to you and peace of mind!

On a daily basis, people face stress that arises at work, in the family or public transport. Because the modern world leaves its mark on society, a person quickly fizzles out, trying to solve all issues at the same time. If you do not slow down in time, there will be a risk of developing a prolonged depression. Let's take a look at the current ways to find peace and peace of mind.

Method number 1. think less

  1. There is a direct relationship between how much a person thinks and what level of happiness they experience. If you are constantly in thoughts, your head will literally boil.
  2. It is especially bad for those who have an unpleasant feature - to wind themselves up. Constant negative thoughts and the recognition of one's own hopelessness kill all attempts to find peace of mind.
  3. Learn to smile even if you look stupid. Cheerfully thank the saleswoman in the store or the bus driver. Try to communicate affectionately with friends, while turning off your head.
  4. If you think a lot for a reason a large number free time, correct the situation. Load your day to capacity, ask for an extra task at work or school, do homework.
  5. Find a hobby that will keep you busy all the time. Sign up for a boxing section, take piano or drawing lessons, purchase a subscription to gym or to dance. When you get home, you should fall off your feet.

Method number 2. Develop a sense of humor

  1. Agree, it is much more interesting to communicate with people who see the positive in everything. Become a cheerful person, remove the "sour" face, do not scare others. Learn to laugh at your own failures, take them as a lesson for the future.
  2. Choose the right environment, it affects you. Chat with interesting and cheerful people. Exclude persons who are in permanent depression. Do not listen to those who complain about life/family/work.
  3. You are the smith of your own happiness. Do not fall for provocations, do not listen to talk that nothing will work out. Do not tell people about grandiose plans, let them see the result after achieving what they want.
  4. Look for joy in everything. You must radiate light, only then it will be possible to find harmony with the surrounding world. Be sure to listen to your heart, act wisely. Before making an important decision, weigh the pros and cons.

Method number 3. Pay attention to the little things

  1. It is known that the big picture is made up of little things. Pay attention to the little things that make you happy. It can be a chocolate bar from a loved one, a bouquet of flowers from a colleague, or a fragrant herbal bath.
  2. Many people are weather dependent by nature. Some do not like rain, others, on the contrary, seek solace in it. Try to enjoy the fallen autumn leaves, the chirping of birds, the first snow.
  3. Perhaps you will see a beautiful sunset or sunrise that will make you smile. Imprint the picture in your head, return to it in moments of despair or sadness. Of course, the problems have not gone away, they still need to be addressed. However, you should not allow yourself to walk around frustrated around the clock.
  4. Do not listen to the instructions of relatives or colleagues “You don’t think about problems, you’re all having fun!”. They don't know what's going on in your head. When you eat a delicious cake, focus on the sensations of the receptors, and not on the grumbling of the wife / brother / friend.
  5. Get in the habit of starting your morning with a mug of freshly brewed coffee, a funny TV show. Listen funny jokes on the radio when you go to work. Don't let co-workers or bosses ruin your day by abstracting away. You can find peace only if you know spiritual Zen.

Method number 4. Don't play the victim

  1. The recommendation is relevant for those people who see condemnation, criticism, anger in everything. Husband said that the soup is slightly undersalted? Don't yell at him, take criticism for granted. Answer calmly, do not lose your temper.
  2. If you are accused in a case, do not try to defend yourself and “translate arrows”. Such actions are regarded as aggression, anger, inability to perceive someone else's opinion. Thank you for the advice, then do it your way. Don't try to prove your position.
  3. Also of no small importance is the opinion of others, or rather its absence. You must become independent, free from the actions and thoughts of outsiders. Say "No!" if it's convenient for you. Don't let anyone teach you about life if the person has no experience in the field.

Method number 5. abstract

  1. Many people clutch at their heads when all the problems appear at once. Of course, difficulties come together: at work, in the family and financially. On such days, absolutely any little thing can piss you off, whether it's a torn stocking or not enough strong coffee.
  2. Learn to stop the moment and rewind it. When trouble happens, sit down, abstract, pour a mug of tea. Imagine that similar situation didn't happen to you. Smile, switch to other things (calling a friend, reading a book, watching TV, etc.).
  3. Such a psychological trick will help to throw minor problems out of your head. As a result, you will clear your mind of "garbage" and understand that the size of the complexity does not exceed a grain of rice.
  4. Another great relaxation option is a hot bath and loud music. Such a contrast (the tranquility of the bath and the carelessness of the composition) will not allow you to focus on pressing problems. In the end, you will come out refreshed with a clear mind.

Method number 6. Know how to forgive

  1. No wonder they say that the ability to forgive is a feature strong people, the weak can be offended for years. However, not everyone knows that resentment and anger destroy a person from the inside, like a disease.
  2. Even if your offender is extremely cruel, you need to forgive him. Otherwise, you will constantly think about how to make him worse. Of course, revenge has a place to be, but after that you have to let go of the situation.
  3. Learn to forgive. As you know, every person has flaws. Do not bully relatives and loved ones for minor oversights, turn a blind eye to them. Be kind, develop this quality every day.
  4. To maintain harmony with yourself, it is also important to listen to the inner voice. In every situation, he manifests himself, be careful. Don't do anything that goes against your principles.

Method number 7. See failure differently

  1. All problems differ in their essence, nature of occurrence, consequences, etc. One was fired from prestigious job, the second is experiencing difficulties in his personal life, the third is disappointed in himself and his relatives.
  2. It is important to remember that problems do not last forever. Soon black line will be replaced by white, life will begin to improve. Learn to see failure as a lesson that will make you stronger and wiser.
  3. Agree, when a person does not make mistakes, his personal growth is suspended. Take a problem as an opportunity that life has given you. After all, as you know, all good things happen when you do not expect.
  4. View complexity in a positive and negative aspects. The first says that it pushed you forward to new victories. The second aspect is to test your will power and how far you are willing to go.

Method number 8. go in for sports

  1. Psychologists have repeatedly proven that there is a positive relationship between physical activity and psycho-emotional background of a person. Use your opportunities, start playing sports.
  2. Sign up for a gym, make a program and start training. Visit a dance or martial arts school, go swimming, Pilates, yoga.
  3. If this is not possible, study at home. Jump rope, twist the hoop, swing your legs and press. Before bed, go for an hour-long walk or a fifteen-minute jog.

Experienced psychologists advise to develop inner harmony and suppress the anxiety that eats from the inside. Think less, develop a sense of humor, don't play the victim. Abstract from problems, enjoy pleasant trifles, learn to forgive.

We live in a world with a highly developed communication system, but also with its own complex, sometimes insoluble problems. This alone is enough to explain why it has become the norm for many people to have intense inner anxiety and tension, which also manifests itself in the outside world. We are talking about a state that the ancient Greeks in their tragedies called "hybris" (discord). This concept was used to refer to all situations when a person deviated from the universal harmony, turned off the universal Path indicated to him by Nature. The hybrid is a serious, fatal error that generates long chain other errors.
The circumstances of life turn us into narrow specialists, and we forget the hopeful child who lives inside us and about whom Christ said that only through him can one enter the Kingdom of Heaven. In the ancient mysteries of Dionysus, this golden child was compared to a magical dolphin diving into the abyss and rising again to the surface of the water. This child is immortal. It exists outside the boundaries of space and time, either appearing or disappearing in an endless chain of incarnations. He was, is and will always be with us, for his essence is eternity, constancy, immutability.
Keeping a deep philosophical approach in our reflections, let's try to figure out whether inner peace and outer peace are possible. But first it would be good to understand what peace and tranquility are. Some people think that peace and tranquility is the absence of movement. But let's imagine a person caught in a disaster and littered with a pile of rubble. For him, being still does not mean being calm. Sometimes people think that peace and tranquility lies in the ability and ability to work. Maybe this is true, but the concepts we talked about are not limited to work alone. This state is more internal than external. In order to talk about the great universal peace among people, we must first talk about peace and tranquility in the soul of every person.
As a philosopher and historian, I do not believe in systems, for if they were ideal, then those that have existed throughout the history of mankind would be enough to achieve any goal.
We believe that peace and tranquility is an inner reality, internal state based on harmony. This is the harmonization of our being as a whole and its individual parts among themselves. Philosophers of antiquity taught that a person is not just a bodily shell, over which a certain subjective and very abstract soul hovers. Man is a much more complex being, possessing, one might say, seven parts, or bodies. Who are we? We are the Secret. Our essence is in the Sacred. In each of us there is a mysterious observer, penetrating into the soul, beyond the bounds of the manifested world. So how can you find inner peace? Note that when we talk about calmness, we do not mean peace and stillness. While recognizing that there are exceptions worthy of respect, we still do not believe in ascetic saints who live high in the mountains, far from the world, who are immobile, tirelessly repeating this or that oriental mantra and claiming that it is thanks to this that they gain inner calm. Calmness should not be confused with stillness. A person can be at peace, but not have peace of mind. Inner peace is more than just stillness or just movement, because both are relative and of no value in and of themselves.
In our life, many ideas are perceived by us through completely different prisms, and it seems that we look at the same time in a variety of mirrors that reflect ideas, partly distorting them. At the same time, we ourselves find ourselves in a whirlwind of relative values, because it is very difficult to determine the true value of anything. Each thing can seem both small and large, depending on what it is compared to.
How to achieve peace that is truly internal? We must look for it not at rest and not in motion, but in true harmony, in its universal laws that govern the entire Universe, according to which man is not an isolated element hostile to other people and Nature itself, but a true friend of all that exists. And a friend is not the one who sits at the same table with us and shares food with us, but the one about whom we can say with full confidence that he is always there, that we are always together with him. As the ancient Romans said, this is the one who lives in harmony with us - a heart with a heart.
So, you need to understand that inner peace is, first of all, peace with oneself. No one has ever been able to either cause or create it artificially, but we have always had, are and will have harmony, natural, innate. The problem is that a person often destroys it with his own way of life. We must seek inner harmony. If you have a sincere desire to find it is not so difficult.
Each of the parts that make up our human, some form of internal separatism is characteristic. Emotions operate in their own way, the mind - in its own way. Often we have thoughts that, without a creative basis, turn into obsessions, like a mythical snake biting its own tail. Instead of climbing new level and lead to new knowledge (which would be logical), often such thoughts revolve in the same plane. How many times have we been dominated by such ideas! They are part of a complex process that, having reached the end, begins anew. And instead of leading to new and important conclusions, our thoughts again and again return us to the starting point. Again and again we go in a vicious circle. To some extent, this is what disturbs our world, our simple, unburdened peace.
Each of us must have considerable moral strength in order to find within ourselves the one and only "beam of light" that leads us along the Path, and follow it, no matter how banal or absurd it may look in the eyes of other people. We must follow the path that we ourselves consider correct, not paying attention to what others say. It's not about becoming selfish or disregarding other people's opinions, but about maintaining your own individuality. We must build within ourselves the citadel of our freedom, without which we will never achieve peace or tranquility. Otherwise, there is a danger of becoming like a loudly ringing bell: one or the other pulls its tongue, and it hangs upside down and sways from side to side, not knowing what it is ringing about - whether it is a funeral bell or a triumphant one.
In one of his poems, Amado Nervo says: "O life, I owe you nothing, we will make peace with you." It may seem prosaic, but we are talking about a natural and very deep feeling. Only the one who, secluded on a high rock, opened his soul to the roar of the sea waves crashing against the stones; he who, having been alone with himself in the forest, absorbed the rustle of leaves in the wind and the singing of birds, can understand how important it is for the human soul to communicate with Nature, the sun, the stars ... Who, if not him, should know how it is important to love, and what happiness we find in those who love us.
It is more important to love than to be loved. It is better to be a source that gives life than a vessel that saves it for yourself. The most beautiful thing is to be able to give, to be able to love without expecting a reward, without turning into a calculator that calculates how much profit this feeling will bring and what can be received in return. Only then will a “mysterious something” wake up in us, allowing us to understand the innermost essence of everything that surrounds us. We will penetrate into the meaning of the chirping of birds, the noise of the wind, the language of the mountains. Let's begin to understand our brothers - people, to realize the various moments of history through which humanity has passed. In silence and silence, we will be able to comprehend the wisdom of this world, the great wisdom of generations, bestowed by God, as well as the divine universal harmony that unites all things into a single whole.
Everything in Nature is connected by strong and indestructible bonds of unity: the Sun and plants, the Sun and animals, animals and people, people and stars. It is the realization of the great Unity of Nature that can restore our inner peace. Unity is not the result of chance. In Nature, created by God, everything is thought out so that a person is always able to endure his suffering. We often wonder what will happen to us when we die. Since death is inevitable, this question worries everyone, even those who are still young. The inner voice answers the question with a question: "What happened when we were born?" Probably, everything is not accidental: we were born because there were people who dreamed about us and loved us even before we were born. We were born because it was us who were important to these people, who we are, and not the benefits that we could bring in the future. These people were our parents. Does this mean that in the other world, on the other side of the mysterious doors called death, we will also have parents? It probably won't be our current father and mother. Are there really mysterious guardian angels that many ancient traditions talk about?
In those days, when children, before falling asleep, offered up a naive prayer to their guardian angel, they probably knew what inner peace was - they knew better than today when they go to bed after watching TV, but never having learned anything good.
Inner peace is the ability to meet oneself, the ability to understand that thanks to the Great Divine Wisdom, everyone has been given a destiny. Each of us was born in order to fulfill his life task: each has his own Path, his own Destiny, his own spiritual food, his own tailwind, his own way of existence and self-expression inherent only to him.
We believe that God has thought of everything. Everything that happens to us, and everything that will happen, is somehow planned. After all, if God thought about how the leaves of the trees would rustle, how they would move unicellular amoeba, could He not think of us, beings more complex and in some sense more conscious, and therefore more significant?
Just as parents waited hopefully for our birth, not knowing whether we would be boys or girls, good or bad, beautiful or ugly, our Heavenly Father should show similar kindness. Why not assume that He loves us and will always love us? Why not believe that we are permeated with His thought, His light, His love? Why not believe that we are always in His Heart? If we remember this, all our worries will disappear, and we can understand that all our problems are only trials, steps that must be overcome in order to become purer.
Let's remember how water was purified in Ancient Egypt. Until now, reservoirs have been preserved, now inactive and dry, where in the old days water overflowed from one reservoir to another. In Thebes there was a purification system consisting of seven large volumes. The water of the Nile fell into the first reservoir, where heavy particles settled to the bottom, then into the second, where it became even purer, and so on until the seventh, until it was completely purified and made drinkable. If this can be done with water, why can't the same thing be done with a person? It seems to us that this example reflects the process of purification that occurs with us.
The most pure water- not the one that lingers in a large stagnant puddle, but the one that flows over stones, overcomes obstacles, falls down waterfalls - it is she who eventually becomes drinkable. This is water that was purified in the process of falling, thousands and thousands of times it crashed against stones, water that sang in suffering and wove white foam of hope, giving birth to a rainbow every time it encountered obstacles in its path.
Man needs to be like water. It is as easy as she is to overcome any obstacles, to live joyfully, never losing her inner strength. His soul must be inspired, like a bird singing the hymns of life. It is necessary to learn the simple and deep wisdom of water, which always knows where to go, always knows where the sea is.
Sometimes we don't know where we are going. But if we find an inner compass in our soul, we will always know the direction. Suffering, blows and surprises will be just tests for us. Everything in nature teaches us this. To become truly great, one must possess the wisdom of fire. No matter how you kindle the fire, no matter how you turn the candle, the flame always remains vertical. If, after going through the trials of life, a person can stand upright, he will find peace in his heart.
To find inner peace, this is a personal, intimate state of a person, it is not enough just to read books or listen to lectures. You need to learn from nature. Watching how fire, water, wind, mountains behave, you can learn a lot. To understand the innermost essence of a person, it is not enough to have a lot of information. It is necessary to penetrate into the depths of everything that surrounds us, and everything that is in our soul.
Is it ever possible to achieve peace and tranquility among people, universal peace throughout the planet? This is a very difficult task. In order to achieve a great peace, humanity must be peacefully disposed, must strive for calmness and harmony and desire it with the heart. Until all people understand this, until at least those who have power and strength strive for peace, it will never be achieved. It is not enough just to talk about the importance of global peace, that our life should get better. It is necessary for everyone to think together not about a utopian society, but about humanity as a whole; about humanity, which would move along its own path, listening to God.
We, like many other nations, have a wide variety of theories and schemes, but despite this, our purchasing power is decreasing, and social insecurity is growing; between people there are more and more misunderstandings, and the threat looming over us is becoming more and more terrible.
For modern man a flint knife, a bronze axe, a sword and a gun - belonging to the distant past. We're talking about wars on a galactic scale; about laser beams that, instead of healing, kill; about spy satellites, whose role is to destabilize everything created; about poisonous gases, about means capable of destroying all the leaves on the trees and plunging the world into eternal winter. political, business and public life should start with pedagogical work. We cannot think utopianly: the world will not become better if we only talk about it.
Christ called: "Love one another." But how many people in the world truly love? The Buddha taught the need to have compassion for others: it is better to be a victim than an executioner. How many people understand this? Even if the Great Beings, embodying the Divine on earth, could not change the world, then you should not trust the formulas too much, you need to rely more on own forces, to believe in what each of us is capable of doing and passing on to others.
We believe that external world peace will surely come with people finding inner peace. As long as there are egoists in the world who put material things above all else, there will be exploitation. As long as there are those who hate others just because their eyes are of a different color, racism will flourish in the world. As long as people answer questions with kicks and cuffs, without even trying to understand the interlocutor and explain themselves calmly, violence will reign in the world. These are all trials that must be passed, and it should not be assumed that world peace will be proclaimed by decree.
We have already seen how decrees work, how the Community of Nations in Geneva functions. We must create new world, unlike the current one, should revive the world. This process of recreating a new world, different from the previous one, is carried out by each of us. That is why we pay so much attention to the individual - and not to the person who is by nature selfish and lives only for himself - who can live in harmony with others, stretching out his hands not only in expectation of mercy, but also in a burst of desire in a brotherly way. hug another; the one who will not limit himself to covering the needy with his cloak, but will be able to give him this cloak.
Perhaps it is worth rethinking the commandment "love your neighbor as yourself." Perhaps we need to love our neighbor more, because there will always be those who need this love more than we do. Many of us are young and socially and economically secure, but there are also those who are deprived of it. There are those who have nothing but an outstretched hand, and we must show them more love than to yourself.
Isn't it time to return to the "cell of society" - a family in which parents would love their children even before they were born? We do not mean the now popular debate, to be or not to be a family, but the natural connection between a man and a woman, their real desire to have children, whom they would expect with love. Can't we behave like this in every situation, always? Can't we love our students no matter what they become? Can't we greet our colleagues at work with a smile? Perhaps such a weapon is more powerful than any other. It seems to us that no projectile could change the world more than an open smile can transform it. Why do we walk into a store with a dejected expression on our faces? What gives us this gloom? What happened to us? Have we gone crazy? Let's try to get back to natural state. To do this, it is not enough just to read, although this is good; it requires our own efforts in building human relationships and a little love that we are able to give each other. We must return to normal relations with other people, with Nature. Man should not be an enemy of everything that exists, polluting the air and defiling the earth, but a part of Nature, perhaps even its king - but a king who would take care of everything and be the father of all living things; instead of shouting at everyone and everything, he would be able to make small gifts, with a smile, a kind word, he would give the opportunity to feel fatherly care. We need to become like a transparent lamp so that the fire that we all carry inside by the grace of God can illuminate everything around. Then we will find inner peace and make an effort to seek outer peace, which, although it seems far away, deserves to be labored for. Peace is not achieved by manifestations in the streets, but by the manifestation of what we carry in our hearts - so that others can see it.
We may love swallows, stones, people, the wind, ancient flags and ancient glories, but we need peace. And it is possible. If we are able to see in the spring air the signs of God, whose heralds are the swallows, and hear their singing, if we can see the white foam of the waterfall, if we can understand the flame that always strives upward, we will find peace, for it is born from our inner struggle, from our efforts and actions, from our great love. Blessed are those who are able to feel this love; blessed are those who bring peace within themselves; those who have the courage to say that peace is very important, everyone and everything needs it, regardless of the price that must be paid for it. The one who loves more with all his heart, the one who makes more efforts in his actions, in his thoughts, he is a real father in his soul. He the best way, simply and naturally, can convey everything that it internally owns; convey it in such a way that everyone can understand it and feel his care. We would like everyone to feel some excitement in their hearts - if not love, then at least a little peace and tranquility. If everyone makes his inner prayer, if he can smile a little more often, if tomorrow after sunrise he sees his face more open in the mirror, if he gives others his smile, then he will find peace.
Tranquility is joy, harmony, the ability to achieve the best.
Tranquility is the Parthenon and the Great Pyramid; calm is a man who can give a coin to every needy on the street; this is a woman who brings light to everyone living in the house; this is an old man who passes on experience to the young - he does not lead empty talk, but teaches not to defile yourself with physical, mental and mental drugs and to work with faith in the future. You have to pay for expensive and good things. The world is beautiful - pay for it if necessary, even at the cost of own life pay for dreams. Let peace reign in the world, in our hearts, let it exist between people, animals and plants - then God will be with us.
