Su-Jok therapy in the development of children's speech

Su-Jok therapy in child speech development.

Good developed speech - essential condition comprehensive child development. The richer and more correct a child’s speech is, the easier it is for him to express his thoughts, the wider his possibilities in cognizing the surrounding reality, the more meaningful and full the relationship with peers and adults, the more actively his mental development. But in recent times there has been an increase in the number children who have violations of the general, fine motor skills and speech development.

Because in our age high speeds and computer technology, adults practically do not pay attention to speech development of their children, in my work, along with a variety of techniques and methods, I use such a wonderful therapy.

I would like to tell you about one of the non-traditional speech therapy technologies, which is Su-Jok therapy("Su" - hand, "Jock" - foot). So Su-Jok therapy is a method of treatment using the hands and feet.

On the hands and feet there are systems of highly active points of correspondence to all organs and parts of the body. By influencing them, we can regulate the functioning internal organs. For example, the little finger is the heart, the ring finger is the liver, the middle finger is the intestines, the index finger is the stomach, thumb- head. Therefore, by influencing certain points, it is possible to influence the human organ corresponding to this point. The nerve impulses from the fingers going to the cerebral cortex “disturb” the neighboring speech zones, stimulating their vigorous activity. Therefore Su-jok therapy can be aimed at influencing the areas of the cerebral cortex in order to prevent and correct speech disorders.

Su-jok is also a regular and indirect impact on bioenergy points in order to activate protective functions organism.

Su-jok is also used for poor finger mobility. This procedure significantly improves hands, cheers up the child.

Su-Jok techniques therapy:

Massage with a special ball.

Since there are many biologically active points on the palm, effective way their stimulation is massage with a special ball. Rolling the ball between the palms, the children massage the muscles of the hands. Each ball has "magic" ringlet.

And the next trick is: Massage with an elastic ring that helps to stimulate the internal organs. Since the whole human body is projected on the hand and foot, as well as on each finger of the hand and foot, an effective way to prevent and treat diseases is to massage the fingers, hands and feet with an elastic ring. The ring should be put on the finger and the area of the corresponding affected part of the body should be massaged until it turns red and feels warm. This procedure must be repeated several times a day.

With balls - "hedgehogs" with rings, children like to massage their fingers and palms, which has beneficial effect throughout the body, as well as development fine motor skills of the fingers, thereby contributing to speech development.

Manual massage of the hands and fingers. Massage of fingers and nail plates of brushes is very useful and effective. These areas correspond to the brain. In addition, the entire human body is projected onto them in the form of mini-correspondence systems. Therefore, the fingertips must be massaged until a persistent sensation of warmth. This has a healing effect on the entire body. It is especially important to act on the thumb, which is responsible for the head of a person.

During corrective activity, active points located on the fingers are stimulated with the help of various devices. (balls, massage balls, walnuts, prickly rollers). I do this work before performing tasks related to drawing and writing, for 1 minute.

Foot massage. The impact on the stop points is carried out while walking on ribbed paths, massage rugs, rugs with buttons, etc.

Work with the kids to help develop their fingers and speech.

finger game "Finger Boy"

Description

finger boy,

Where have you been?

(put the Su-Jok ring on the thumb)

With this brother I went to the forest,

I cooked cabbage soup with this brother,

(put the Su-Jok ring on the middle finger)

I ate porridge with this brother,

(put the Su-Jok ring on the ring finger)

I sang songs with this brother

(we put the Su-Jok ring on the index finger).

finger game "Hedgehog"

Description: the exercise is performed first on the right hand, then on the left.

Hedgehog, hedgehog, sly hedgehog,

you look like a ball.

(children roll Su-Jok between their palms)

Needles on the back

(massage movements of the thumb)

very, very spiky.

(massage movements of the index finger)

Although the hedgehog is small in stature,

(massage movements of the middle finger)

showed us the thorns

(massage movements of the ring finger)

And thorns too

(massage movements of the little finger)

looks like a hedgehog

(children roll Su-Jok between their palms).

The combination of exercises such as finger gymnastics, self-massage with exercises for correcting sound pronunciation allows you to optimize the performance speech exercises at home.

Therefore, the use of Su-Jok therapy contributes to the correction of speech disorders in children.

I use these exercises before modeling, appliqué, fine arts, as finger gymnastics and hand massage during physical minutes.

Self-massage is a set of methods of mechanical action on various parts of the body surface, carried out by the child independently after showing the appropriate actions by a speech therapist. With the systematic performance of self-massage, the functions of receptors and pathways are improved, the reflex connections of the cerebral cortex with the muscles and vessels of the organs of the speech apparatus are enhanced. Massage movements have a tonic effect on the central nervous system, as a result of which its regulatory role in relation to the whole organism as a whole increases, which is very important for children with speech pathology.

In a complex system of logo-corrective measures, self-massage of the feet, hands and face is recommended before articulation, breathing and voice gymnastics in order to improve the quality of these exercises and increase efficiency. speech therapy work. Japanese experts count 148 points located only on the auricle, palms and feet also have numerous biologically active zones - projections of human organs, the mechanical activation of which is necessary for speech disorders.

Self massage fingers has a beneficial effect both on the development of fine motor skills of the child, and on general development speech. While the auricular massage of the auricles directly stimulates the speech areas of the cerebral cortex (temporal region). Self-massage of the face normalizes the muscle tone of the organs of speech, improves articulatory motility.

Cartography of the projection of organs on the hand and auricle

According to my numerous observations, the effectiveness of logo-corrective work increases significantly when using elements of self-massage with the active involvement of the child in this process. In particular, if the child has pronounced motor awkwardness, blurred speech is noted, i.e. there is a dysarthria component. I also strongly recommend that parents use these simple massage techniques at home before performing a complex of articulatory gymnastics.
The following set of massage techniques is accessible and easy to learn: I have connected my author's poems to each movement, which make it easier for children to remember instructions, because. learning takes place in the form of a game.

Approximate self-massage complex for children with speech pathology

Self-massage of hands

Massage techniques: stroking, rubbing, kneading, squeezing.

The sequence of massage movements:

1. Finger pads right hand are installed at the bases of the fingers of the left hand on the back of the hand. With dotted movements, the skin is shifted 1 cm back and forth, gradually moving towards the wrist joint. The same must be done for the right hand.

Our fingers rode, rode on top of the arm
and arrived in a trailer
to the bracelet station at the wrist.

2. The hand and forearm of the left hand are placed on the table. The edge of the palm of the right hand imitates "sawing" in all directions of the back side of the left palm ("rectilinear" movement). Do the same for the other hand.

We are sawing, we are sawing firewood,
We drink, we drink a lot,
So we can handle everything with you.

3. The phalanxes of fingers clenched into a fist make movements according to the “gimlet” principle on the palm of the massaged hand. Do the same for the other hand.

We twist the gimlet
rotate in the palm of your hand.
Let's help the palm work faster:
we will turn on the gimlet quite a bit,
but it will help my palm.

4. The hand and forearm of the left hand are located on the table. With the bent index and middle fingers of the right hand, grasping movements are made on the fingers of the left hand (“rectilinear” movement). Do the same for the other hand.

Our fingers are not tired
They were just waiting for brothers
Here they come to them:
approached, hugged,
unanimously shook the fingers of the hand -
We were glad to meet.

5. Movements are performed, as when rubbing frozen hands.

We will warm our hands
and rub your palms.
The arms of all will become stronger
We will understand this.

Self-massage of the ears

1. Children are encouraged to massage their earlobes. Then the entire ear. Rub the ears with your hands, fold and unfold the auricles.

  1. 2. Pull your ears forward, then back, slowly counting to ten. Start the exercise with open eyes, then with eyes closed. Repeat 7 times.

Let's open our ears:
shatter hands,
gently we will turn our ears,
The ears will open up on their own.
We pull the ears back and forth
like an elephant out of place.
Our ears will turn red
because our hands will warm them.

Self-massage of the face

1. One minute to massage the cheeks with circular movements of the fingers. With two fingers, draw, as it were, circles on the chin and frontal part of the face. Count up to 30.

2. Massage the upper and lower eyelids without closing the eyes - 1 min.

3. Massage the nose with the pads of the index fingers, pressing on the skin from the base of the nose to the nostrils - 20 times.

4. Open your mouth and make movements with your lower jaw, first from left to right, then vice versa - 10 times.

Wind, wind, breeze
he gave everyone a lesson:
Mouth opened the door
rocked left and right.

5. Pass over the face from top to bottom, pressing lightly, as when washing (3-5 times). Then, with the back of the hand and fingers, gently move from the chin to the temples; then "smooth" the forehead from the center to the temples.
