Hand-to-hand combat according to the Kadochnikov system Preobrazhenskaya Square. Kadochnikov's system: what it is, fighting style and equipment, differences from other combat disciplines

The issue of self-defense has been relevant at all times. And now, returning home late at night, we somehow think that such skills would be useful. Along with all sorts of Asian martial arts, there are also Soviet martial arts schools based on completely different principles. The Kadochnikov system also belongs to such combat disciplines. It was designed specifically for self-defense and allows a person to gain a significant advantage over almost any opponent, even if he is a stronger and more experienced fighter.

This system is often called Russian or Soviet hand-to-hand combat. The system was developed by V. A. Spiridonov, while Kadochnikov managed to systematize the data on this martial art, making very important additions and bringing the system to perfection.

The main goal of this martial art is to train a fighter who can withstand any opponent. The system is based on the principles of mathematics and physics, which ensure victory by obtaining a significant advantage over the enemy.

The training of the US Marines is based on the Kadochnikov system.

Wrestling style and techniques

The Kadochnikov system allows you to train a physically unprepared person (weak, sick, wounded, woman, child) to stand up for himself in case of an attack

This is not just about hand-to-hand combat, but about a whole system of knowledge that provides a person with effective survival in any extreme conditions. This technique not only improves the physical form of a fighter, but also contributes to his achievement of psychological balance, as a result of which a person begins to look at life in a new way, making the right decisions and soberly analyzing the situation.

Having been trained in the Kadochnikov system, a person begins to see the weaknesses of his opponents, realizing his superiority. But he will never point them out because of restraint and prudence. In a sense, a fighter is able to control the opponent's actions.

Such high results are achievable thanks to a special self-defense training system based on the following principles:

  1. Combat discipline teaches you to save energy. Each movement must be as thoughtful as possible, taking into account the correct use of the enemy's forces. Each movement is performed in a common bunch of techniques aimed at obtaining a guaranteed result.
  2. This type of martial arts is not a sports discipline. There is no competitive spirit here, and athletes aim to learn effective self-defense.
  3. The lessons are not monotonous and do not require the fighter to memorize various techniques. The system works on the principle of analyzing the situation and applying the techniques that are most appropriate for specific circumstances. Often, the Kadochnikov system is called the school of life or survival.

This system is characterized by simplicity, reliability and naturalness. It is based on simple movements, which makes it accessible to all fighters, regardless of physical form. it martial arts includes a large number of combat techniques and techniques.

The basic idea of self-defense is to control the situation by controlling the enemy and using his strength against him. Theory hand-to-hand combat taught with an emphasis on psychology, physics and anatomy. In the learning process, the demonstration of any action is accompanied by an explanation of a physical law or mathematical formula. The main emphasis in the learning process is on theory, while the development of military operations is most often carried out by the trainee himself.

The very concept of techniques in Kadochnikov's system is absent, and the process of confronting an opponent is characterized as control. An experienced and properly trained fighter really controls his opponent, manipulating his every move and adjusting him to his own actions.

Equipment

There are no strict requirements regarding the equipment of clothing

Since the Kadochnikov system is intended primarily for training the military, classes are most often conducted in military uniform. It should be remembered that this martial art does not belong to sports disciplines, and therefore tournaments are not held in it. Accordingly, there are no strict requirements regarding the uniform here.

Beginning fighters should understand regarding equipment that it should be:

  • free (fitting form is not allowed, as it restricts movement);
  • comfortable - a person should feel comfortable.

Since the Kadochnikov system is positioned primarily as effective method self-defense, then practical use most often carried out in everyday clothes. AT real life you will not be wearing a kimono, and in front of you will not be a sparring partner, but a real attacker who will not stop after you give up. Therefore, the form of clothing is not given the same great importance like in other disciplines.

History of occurrence

In the mid-80s of the last century, Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov, head of the laboratory of the Department of Mechanics, developed his own system of survival in difficult conditions. It immediately attracted the attention of the public, because it was based on the principles of anatomy, physics and mathematics, which allowed its creator to explain any of the proposed actions from a scientific point of view.

Hand-to-hand combat according to the Kadochnikov system came out of this survival system. In a sense, the new art of combat was a rethinking of the works of V. Spiridonov, but as a result of improvements, the system became more thoughtful and effective, offering the fighter greater freedom of action.

Kadochnikov often mentions at his seminars that he teaches fighters not only to look, but also to see. They get the opportunity to predict the outcome of the battle, thinking through several actions in advance, than they are able to confuse any, even more experienced opponent.

Differences from other martial arts

Combat system Kadochnikova is designed exclusively for self-defense

Kadochnikov's system is unique in many respects. Differences from other disciplines are as follows:

  1. The system is not competitive, which means that tournaments are not held on it. It is intended solely for self-defense.
  2. The very concept of techniques is absent, and fighters learn to assess the situation, depending on which they perform certain actions. It is believed that the Kadochnikov system in real combat is largely superior in effectiveness to other martial arts.
  3. The main emphasis is on physical and mathematical laws. Therefore, a person who is not familiar with them may not understand the very principle of building protection according to the Kadochnikov system.

How to choose a coach, the approximate cost of training

Unfortunately, it is quite difficult to find a good coach for this system. Aleksey Kadochnikov himself is already at a rather advanced age, although he continues to conduct seminars on the martial arts he developed. You can't sign up for private courses.

Due to the fact that training is carried out at a slow pace, and traditional sparring in the discipline does not exist, many "masters" are not able to give their students real knowledge, having only attended seminars on the Kadochnikov system. Therefore, before choosing a coach, it is recommended to read reviews about him on the Internet.

As Aleksey Kadochnikov himself says, it is desirable to have elementary boxing skills before direct classes according to his system. He calls boxing the basis of hand-to-hand combat, and in this statement he is absolutely right. Online training on the official website of Kadochnikov costs about 25 thousand rubles. Sometimes there is a discount on the course. In this case, its cost is reduced to 10 thousand rubles.

Again, a rather interesting mention of the development of the "pendulum" in the Krasnodar school of Kadochnikov - in the article

According to the methodology of the Krasnodar school of Kadochnikov, to prepare the body for mastering it, one must repeat a certain exercise 150 thousand times. And if you interrupt even for a day, you will have to start all over again - “the speedometer is reset to zero”. The automatic use of the “pendulum” begins only after rolling 300 thousand exercises!

As far as I remember, in the “Kadochnikov System” - “the pendulum was not considered at all.” "We would, as they say, would have known about it for a long time.) And as expected," Kadochnikov's pendulum "- we also could not find it on the network, there are no mentions at all, and even more so a video, which is actually not surprising, of this type" pendulum” apparently do not exist in nature - it’s just that the article probably contained such bravado: “Of course we know about the pendulum - and we do it, and everything turns out like Tamantsev, only it’s very secret and you need to train a lot - this is not for everyone, and in general not everyone will succeed.

The only thing that I managed to find is this video, about the "Lavrov pendulum" - which I discussed in detail in a previous article called

Just by the way, Alexander Lavrov talks in great detail about his “pendulum” and shows how to perform it. And we must pay tribute to absolutely nothing hiding and showing several times a variety of nuances and methods of practical application.

And in fact, this is the very “pendulum” of Tamantsev from the book by Vladimir Bogomolov “The Moment of Truth” - which was mentioned in the article

But I don’t know, I took an interest in the “pendulum” only insofar as, especially having figured out what it is, even if performed by such an authoritative specialist in martial arts as Alexander Lavrov, I would never have taken such a technique any seriously. And even more so, I wouldn’t work out 150,000 times - what can be so surprising there, from repeating 150 thousand times stepping aside, it’s obvious that nothing. (And in fact, all these only prove that in the martial arts of miracles It doesn’t happen. And it’s much more rational to choose for studying the most that neither is, or it will be much more useful for learning martial arts. Yes, and the techniques of the “pendulum”, in the form in which Alexander Lavrov presents it, in boxing are an order of magnitude more developed.)

And such techniques, of course, but only with children under 10, up to a maximum of 14 years old - and they can be practiced, but of course very carefully - in game form, to develop a child's sense of distance, the skills of conducting a "game battle", a sense of the body, and the like.

P.S. (dated 01/01/2018) And in the end, I came across a “very rare video”, as far as I understood the “Kadochnikov pendulum” - on shooting and hand-to-hand combat. It is clear that shooting should be based on this very “pendulum movement”, which should be practiced these very “hundreds and hundreds of thousands of times”. And it seems to show one of best students Aleksey Kadochnikov, the legendary Sergey Vinogradov - but also absolutely no mention of the "Kadochnikov pendulum", something could not be found. He showed how to fire a pistol - from a place, in motion and with such peculiar rolls. (I’m not fond of shooting, but it’s obviously too risky for me to use such ones - they’ll shoot them. It’s probably suitable for films - but in reality I wouldn’t risk such experiments.)

Vinogradov S.S. – Kadochnikov’s system – very rare video – Shooting + melee

I can't say that our communication was long and thorough: I discovered to my surprise that Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov, despite outward openness, is an extremely difficult person. He never says too much, he is quite collected, but smiling. At the same time, all attempts to talk to him turned into a one-sided monologue: I expressed my opinion and views on the topic of hand-to-hand combat, and he simply nodded his head and said that I was right in everything ... This terribly alarmed me, and I decided to check the viability of our communication: going up to him, I froze such obvious stupidity that I myself could hardly contain my laughter. At the same time, nothing even skipped a beat inside Kadochnikov himself: he enthusiastically began to say what a fine fellow I am, and that everything is exactly as I suggested in my stupid statement! After that, I decided to go further and say that: “it’s all very complicated, and no one here (it was at a seminar to which I came as a guest) understands this truth,” to which he answered me quite sincerely: “The main thing what do you understand! And the rest, if they need to, will figure it out. In a sense, I was shocked by the naturalness and acting that Alexey Alekseevich possessed ... Despite the fact that the person standing in front of him was carrying a completely unimaginable blizzard, he did not betray himself in any way: communicating with him, you will never understand him what he really thinks of you. Whatever you say to him, he will confirm with an absolutely sincere look that will not make you doubt for a second that you are right! It struck me about it!

In fairness, it must be said that everything is not so bad: if Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov sees in you a sincere interest in his direction of hand-to-hand combat, he will share with you some aspects of his knowledge. But for this it is necessary to be completely open to the perception of new information and to treat what he says with special attention.

Another aspect that struck me in Kadochnikov Sr. is the strength of the spirit. Those who know him know that his legs are broken, and it gives him terrible torment not only to walk, but even to stand. Despite this, he spends the entire seminar (8 hours) on his feet, walks, explains and shows people the elements of hand-to-hand combat, without sitting down for a second. After the end of the event, they almost carry him by the arms, as he practically cannot move independently. From fatigue and pain in his legs, he moves extremely slowly and limps: only then do you remember that he is already over eighty years old.

At the end of the seminar, answering the questions of the participants, he periodically told stories about how his system was born. He recalled how people “died”, how scary it was at times ... but he never told any of the stories to the end - tears began to choke him.

I can safely say that as a person, Alexey Alekseevich Kadochnikov made an extremely strong impression on me.

From the personality of Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov and from my impressions of him, it's time to go directly to the hand-to-hand combat system he proposes. Having come to visit the seminar, I could not help but try for myself what it is - the Kadochnikov system. To my surprise, Alexey Alekseevich did not refuse me: he demonstrated the work, so much so that I was in a slight shock. Everything you see on the videos does not even closely reflect the real state of affairs. He hits! And it does it incredibly hard and fast. He carried out several tricks on me, and so decisively that my legs even came off the ground.

It was a real hand-to-hand fight, and not the slow, imposing ballet that we are used to seeing performed by its adherents: as soon as I lost my balance, a flurry of terrible blows immediately hit me, from which I was dumbfounded for a while! In contrast to what we are all used to seeing from his videos and what was shown at the seminar, this caused me cognitive dissonance. In other words, Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov himself - scary man and a real fighter that I would not recommend anyone to meet in real hand-to-hand combat.

In view of the foregoing, the reader naturally raises the question: “If Kadochnikov himself is such a master, then why can’t any of his students demonstrate anything even remotely resembling real hand-to-hand combat, and if they do, then they turn out to be helpless against elemental attacks?”

During my short acquaintance with Kadochnikov's hand-to-hand combat system, I noticed some features that horrified me.

The first thing that catches your eye is the zero level of preparedness of absolutely all the participants of the seminar: no one can repeat even the elementary movements that they are offered to master. The most common question in this case is how to hit the blow correctly. In this situation, quite rightly, Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov advises to master the boxing technique, calling it the basis for any kind of martial arts.

During the seminar itself, their instructors help the Kadochnikovs: guys who are absolutely zero in terms of hand-to-hand combat, who, at the same time, are also arrogant! They, as it were, attach themselves to the greatness of the master and indirectly bathe in the rays of his glory, imagining themselves as fighters and behaving provocatively, without being able, at the same time, to do absolutely nothing. Being an extremely calm and balanced person, I even wanted to teach some of them a few times, but my friend, who brought me to the event, strongly asked me not to do this.

I am not surprised that representatives of the Kadochnikov system are so disliked on the Internet: with an absolutely zero level of hand-to-hand combat, they position themselves as fighters the highest class, hinting unequivocally that in a "real battle" they will break anyone. Naturally, this myth collapses as soon as one manages to catch such a "master" and fight with him even in the slightest contact.

Aleksey Alekseevich himself, at the same time, is a rather modest person. Where these gentlemen get the crown from is not entirely clear.

I think that the understanding that nothing shines for them in a real fight oppresses especially ardent adherents of the Kadochnikov system, so they try to compensate for this shortcoming with verbiage and myth-making, belittling the others and praising themselves. Naturally, this state of affairs does not suit everyone ...

And the reasons that they can't do anything are banal. In order to master any system of hand-to-hand combat, you need to practice regularly, with a good master, giving yourself away, shedding sweat and blood in training and in battles. There is no other way! Most of the adherents of the Kadochnikov system learn from videos and dangle from seminars, trying to master what they are shown there out of enthusiasm. Almost none of them trained with Kadochnikov himself, as athletes train with their mentors. Moreover, they do not even train on their own, as is common with most martial arts practitioners. Basically, these are negligent students of random seminar participants who go to the master once a year (or even less), having no base in any contact martial arts. After the workshop, they tend to watch YouTube and imitate what they see. There is no question of checking the correctness of their technique and learned information in contact battles: they immediately begin to teach people, along the way, do not hesitate to pour slops and belittle all other areas of hand-to-hand combat, talking about how dangerous they are alone.

Another aspect is the lack of speed work and work with a resisting enemy. Everything is much simpler here: the fact is that at the seminars Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov shows the technique slowly, because in view of the complete lack of any preparation among the participants, no one understands anything. Everything is slowed down and exaggerated, at the same time, to the limit, in order to somehow show the person who came to the features of the proposed hand-to-hand combat system.

Kadochnikov always asks the seminar participants not to rush when performing the proposed technical elements, because, just like when playing the piano, there is a very high probability of learning them incorrectly, or not mastering them at all. However, this principle, for some reason I do not understand, was elevated to the Absolute: “we do not have high-speed work, because at speed we will simply kill the enemy” ... This is an impudent and cynical lie, and it is simply impossible to come up with anything mediocre.

But not everything is so rosy on the part of the organizers of the event. Kadochnikov himself takes part in the formation of a false image in the minds of students. For some reason unknown to me, he does not show real speed work in his seminars, he does not explain the intricacies of wrestling, he does not show striking technique, series and combinations, but keeps people completely in the dark about how his system works in practice. This aspect makes me indignant and indignant: it remains unclear what exactly a person should learn and how to perform it in real hand-to-hand combat.

In the sections of the Kadochnikov system, striking techniques are not practiced, wrestling is not studied, fights are not practiced ... I will say even more: there is no work with a resisting opponent. But the final chord in this symphony of absurdity is the complete absence of even elementary high-speed work. That is, everything happens extremely slowly. legitimate question: And how in this case to learn to fight? And the answer is no.

Many people who practiced the Kadochnikov system and other varieties of Russian hand-to-hand combat are absolutely not confident in their abilities and are afraid of a fight like fire. This is understandable: they do not have a single reliable tool that they could use in real combat. There is only a bunch of wisdom on the topic of how and what should be from the point of view of science.

The scientific component of the Kadochnikov system, I must say, I really like. Aleksey Alekseevich very competently and accurately approached the description of the hand-to-hand combat process, and I would recommend to anyone who is somehow passionate about martial arts to master this particular part of his work.

But the strong scientific foundation underlying the system does not help people master Kadochnikov's hand-to-hand combat: the majority of those who came to the seminar are not professional athletes, do not have technical education and do not understand anything in biomechanics and physics in principle. At the same time, they are endlessly loaded with terms that they are not able to perceive, showing a technique that they are not able to reproduce, accompanying with explanations that they are not able to understand. The overall usefulness of such an event, in my opinion, tends to zero.

Here is the paradox: Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov himself, of course, is a worthy, professional man, a fighter and a real warrior. However, what he teaches will never work for any of the adopters, as it is presented in isolation from real practice and out of context. combat use. This, of course, is a shame, since there is already an opinion that the Kadochnikov system is quackery and profanity. In principle, this is not true, in relation to the hand-to-hand combat system itself, but if we are talking about a commercial project called the “Kadochnikov system”, then this wording is absolutely appropriate.

I would like to immediately make a reservation that the author has nothing against making money: commercial interest must be present in any business. Any work must be paid. Martial arts training is a very painstaking, energy-intensive and expensive business, but it is worth it if at the end a person is offered real algorithms for solving hand-to-hand combat problems.

The reason for writing this article was the difference in impressions about what I experienced myself and what is presented under the guise of hand-to-hand combat at seminars on the Kadochnikov system. Briefly, the difference can be described as follows: people come to a practical hand-to-hand combat lesson, but they get to a theoretical lecture. Alexey Alekseevich says everything is correct theoretically, but in absolute isolation from the practice of real use in combat.

The Kadochnikov system is one of the assets of our people. Alexey Alekseevich himself is a man of genius, real master. However, the form in which his hand-to-hand combat system exists today makes it completely unviable. I would very much like true, practical knowledge and experience this person saw the light. For this, it seems to me, work is needed from two sides:

  1. Kadochnikov himself needs to realize that it is necessary to reconsider the way of presenting information to students.
  2. Trainees should make a list of those techniques that they would like to see at the seminar, and announce the requirements for the learning process and performers, clearly controlling the process and demanding direct, understandable answers to their questions.
In the meantime, hand-to-hand combat according to the Kadochnikov system remains more of a sect than a real direction of martial arts.

I would very much like the organizers to reevaluate their approach to teaching Kadochnikov's style of hand-to-hand combat and give rise to new wave interest in this area. But if this does not happen, then the road is there for him ...

In the variety of different directions and styles of this national martial art, there is a unifying feature - almost all the most famous domestic hand-to-hand fighters use the experience of more ancient martial arts.

Combat Sambo

The very first type of Russian hand-to-hand combat (not to be confused with the wrestling of the same name), which became relatively widespread throughout the country after systematizing and generalizing the methods of using blows from English boxing, as well as captures, throws from various types of wrestling.

As the Sambo hand-to-hand combat system began to be developed in the 1920s in the USSR, it originated in the Moscow Dynamo sports society under the leadership of former officer tsarist army V. A. Spiridonova. The symbiosis of jiu-jitsu techniques, Western types of wrestling and boxing, together with everyday defense techniques, formed the basis of combat sambo, which was intended to arm policemen, NKVD employees, border guards and prisoner escorts. Spiridonov called this SAMBO system - self-defense without weapons. Subsequently, sambo was divided into combat and sports. In sports, techniques that could cause injury to the enemy were excluded.

However, in combat sambo with a strong wrestling component, painful techniques are used, with the help of which mortal blows are not inflicted on the enemy: the emphasis is on suppressing resistance. That's why Combat Sambo Distinguishes "stickiness" and "briskness" of the representatives of this hand-to-hand combat - they masterfully cling to any accessible part of the enemy's body, masterfully avoid blows and at the same time fetter the opponent's initiative with lightning speed.

Kadochnikov's system

This type of domestic hand-to-hand combat comes from Krasnodar, it was founded by the well-known popularizer of self-defense systems A. A. Kadochnikov. A feature of the author's style, patented by Kadochnikov, is the emphasis on comprehensive training hand-to-hand - he must know the basics of physics, psychology and human anatomy. There are no “techniques” as such in the methodology of Alexei Alekseevich, the fighter “controls” the enemy, based on the knowledge of the above-mentioned sciences. Although experts say that this style is based on the techniques used in martial arts(jiu-jitsu, aikido, judo and others).

According to Kadochnikov, in a hand-to-hand fighter, the spiritual principle should be the cornerstone of ideology. Moral restraint and maintaining composure in extreme conditions according to the Kadochnikov system are one of the main qualities of a real hand-to-hand combat ace.

Mikhail Ryabko system

The system that originated in Belarus, its founder, a former employee of the USSR Ministry of Security Mikhail Ryabko, is now promoting in Russia. It is a martial art that has absorbed all the best of the most famous martial arts. The foundations of the Ryabko system are knowledge of the mechanics of the human body, the ability to control one's breathing and psychophysical state, and temper the body.

Hand-to-hand combat according to the Ryabko system is more like bloody fights without rules - during the fight you can hit in the groin, tear out ribs and collarbones, tear off fingers, hit in the most vulnerable parts of the head ... the main task- kill the enemy before he does it himself.

"Siberian loach"

The school of Russian hand-to-hand combat from Novosibirsk D.V. Skogorev, just like the Kadochnikov system, does not promote certain methods of fighting in response to specific actions of the enemy - the fight takes place taking into account the fundamental basic actions based on the laws of nature of the human body and the psychophysical state of opponents. The basic basic movements vary depending on the situation at hand. Here, too, the principle of "management" of the enemy, his "entanglement" (hence the "Siberian loach"), and not the work of "strength against strength" is put at the forefront.

ROSS system

The abbreviation stands for Russian Domestic Self-Defense System. It was patented in 1995 and has since been practiced by A. I. Retyunskikh from Nizhny Novgorod. ROSS is not just the art of hand-to-hand combat, but a spiritual and moral training system. It includes the features of sambo, judo (Retunsky master of sports of the USSR in these sports) and other martial arts. ROSS is suitable for candidates of all ages and health conditions.

Motor skills, methods and skills are developed on the basis of the experience that Russians give folk games, dancing, different kinds wrestling and hand-to-hand combat, the system teaches to fight, saving strength and energy. The principle of ROSS is to reveal the mechanics of motor skills inherent in each person and, with the help of internal innate reflexes, to respond to a specific combat situation.

There are also no template techniques in ROSS, everything is variable in each specific situation. As in most techniques of modern Russian hand-to-hand combat, in the Retunsky system, fundamental importance is given to knowledge of the psychophysical characteristics of a person.

In this series of articles, we will introduce you to a unique methodological approach, thanks to which you can quickly and easily master the basic motor skills that are the foundation of the Kadochnikov System. Even if you do not have an instructor or the opportunity to attend seminars and trainings, you will learn how you can start learning properly on your own, at home.

  • Part 2.
  • [Coming soon] Part 3. How to correctly dose the load when self-study Kadochnikov's system

Everything ingenious is simple, but not primitive - said Einstein. It was on this thin border between simplicity and genius that unique system hand-to-hand combat and effective self-defense, which has no analogues in the world and is available for mastering for a person of any age.

Because in order to master it, you need not neither sports training nor special knowledge. Rather the opposite. Having started acquaintance with the System, you yourself will want to learn more about the possibilities of your body and psyche.

Having quickly received what they came for - self-confidence and effective self-defense skills - many people continue to study the Kadochnikov System for self-development in order to better understand themselves and their destiny in the world.

Schematically, in teaching the System, three levels of practice can be distinguished.

The first level is combat skills.

The main task at this level is to teach your body to move in optimal mode and release the muscles from fear and tension. That is why training begins with working on fear with the help of special exercises that have the full range of necessary effects on the body and psyche: this is a special massage, and the skill of muscle relaxation, and the ability to bypass corners and obstacles.

The main task at this level is to teach your body to move in the optimal mode and release the muscles from fear and tension.

Performing these simple exercises will enable the mechanism of muscle memory to be activated.

After your body stopped accumulating fear and tension in the muscles, you can learn how to manage it as a single coherent mechanism. After all, energy goes where your attention is directed. A prepared body is capable of doing the subtle work that the brain controls. You no longer need rough and sharp mechanical movements that your body was doing like a robot.

Instead, you will learn to move smoothly, with your whole body, consistently distributing efforts. In this mode, you can work as much time as needed and you won't get tired. You won't even sweat.

Is it hard to believe? Yes, it sounds fantastic. But only at first glance. Because there is a scientific explanation for this.

The fact is that fatigue begins to accumulate in the cerebral cortex. And only after that the muscles begin to get tired. That is why when the brain is not ready for the situation, does not know how to solve the problem, a person starts to fuss and lose energy very quickly.

The same thing happens when a person relies on his physical abilities, learned techniques and patterns of behavior. The body takes all the energy, leaving the brain without necessary nutrition to assess the situation and make the necessary decisions in accordance with the situation.

A sharp surge of physical energy is followed by a decline, and the person becomes defenseless. At this moment, neither trained muscles nor the baggage of hundreds of learned techniques will help him.

A behavior pattern in which a person relies on their physical abilities is shown in the figure (in red). It is characterized by the maximum manifestation of physical strength, in which there is no energy left either to maintain the amount of attention to assess the situation, or the ability to control the situation and make the necessary adjustments to control your body and the enemy (opponents). And, of course, it is limited in time.

Physical capabilities of a person not limitless. Aleksey Alekseevich Kadochnikov compares this model of behavior with driving a car that rushes along the highway at breakneck speed.

On the high speed it is almost impossible to fit into a turn. Nevertheless, 99% of all existing systems, to a greater or lesser extent, are based on just such a model of behavior. Despite the fact that modern scientific research proven: for effective control situation, a person should not spend more than 20-25% on physical effort.

What is it connected with? First of all, with the amount of energy that the brain needs for vigorous activity. The point is that the brain the most energy-consuming organ of our body. Even when our body is in a calm relaxed state, the brain consumes 20% of the energy, and the same internal organs for example, two times less.

Scientists have proven that in order to work effectively in a dangerous situation, we must see and evaluate the environment around us in a range of at least 270 degrees, as well as use other analyzers (hearing, smell, touch). All this requires energy.

By teaching our body to spend no more than 25% of our strength on proper motor activity, we leave the necessary amount of energy so that our brain can correctly assess the situation, identify the problem and set a task to solve it, taking into account various options(depending on the time, forces and means that we have in this moment). Only in this mode can we work effectively in a potentially stressful situation without succumbing to fear or panic and solve problems of any complexity.

The second level - combat kinematics

At this level of practice, we help the body to free itself from stiffness and muscle tension during various movements, we learn to work in contact with the enemy and at the same time not strain either physically or mentally. Correctly choose contact zones and influence the enemy not by force, but by controlling his movements. We master the protection against any blows of the enemy by using not only linear, but also angular speed.

This allows us decompose any impact into components and always be faster than the opponent. We learn to create moments of vulnerability of the enemy after each of his actions.

At this level of practice, you aim to use no more than 25% of your strength, can see and evaluate your surroundings, and work effectively for as long as it takes. In this state, you take blows gently, because you use not only linear speed movement, but also angular, so you always win in time.

The softness, smoothness and seeming harmlessness of your movements to an outside observer deceptive. The spiraling movements performed by rotating your hands around their own axis create new trajectories that the inexperienced eye does not even see. Although this is described by the elementary formula for the circumference of a circle. As it shown on the picture.

At this level of practice, it is absolutely obvious to you that the angular velocity is always higher than the linear velocity. Lung rotary motion with a hand or forearm, performed in a split second, changes the direction of movement of any strike, making it safe for you and making the opponent at that moment become vulnerable.

This allows you in Right place and time to apply force, moment, momentum to neutralize any opponent(s).

After all, any physical body has a number of parameters: mass, length, width, center of gravity, geometric shape, state of aggregation. In dynamics (movement), the body acquires such parameters as vector (direction of movement), speed, acceleration, momentum.

When one body interacts with another, a contact zone is formed, which is measured by the contact area. The smaller the area of the contact zone, the stronger will be the deformation of the object when exposed to this zone (ceteris paribus).

When one body acts on another, fulcrums, centers of mass rotation are formed. To reduce the directional impact, a force decomposition point is created. To increase the directional impact, a fulcrum is created and a lever or moment of force is used.

Used in strikes pulse(the principle of supersonic speed), which allows you to achieve a crushing effect with minimal expenditure of your energy.

The main task of the first two levels of practice is to improve the quality of the implementation of movements by your body in various situations, including extreme ones. This is easier to understand if we draw an analogy of our body with some kind of mechanism.

Any working mechanism is kinetic-kinematic system, which is characterized by two parameters - kinetics and kinematics.

Kinetics is the source of power ( kinetic energy). For a car or aircraft, this is the engine. For humans, it's muscles. Each muscle fiber is a mini-motor.

Kinematics is the transfer of force from a source through the elements of a given mechanism in order to transform it into useful action. The more efficient the kinematic transmission, the less force must be applied to provide the same mechanical result.

Bone, articular and fascial structures provide kinematic connections and convert muscle work into support and motor functions. The more efficient the kinematic connections, the less work the muscles need to do. It is the kinematic characteristics that determine how efficiently our musculoskeletal system works as a musculoskeletal system.

Thus, the first two levels of practice allow us to do work by improving the kinematic characteristics of our body, and not by energetically costly exploitation of our muscles, the possibilities of which are very limited.

The third level is combat fencing.

At this level of practice, we transfer all acquired skills to work with edged weapons and improvised means. Special preparatory exercises will help us eliminate psychological blocks when working with edged weapons and avoid mistakes that 99% of trainees make. And, finally, we link all the knowledge gained into combat algorithms for effective self-defense in any conditions and situations.

Detailed training at all three levels of the Kadochnikov System is considered in one of the most effective video trainings for home education
