After the appearance of this story, the audience had a lot of questions. In order to answer some of them, we publish a detailed text version of our conversation. The editors have at their disposal an audio and video recording of these words.

Georgy Alexandrov: Please introduce yourself.

Vyacheslav Isaev: My surname is Isaev Vyacheslav Yurievich. I'm from the city Pinery, Leningrad region.

Georgy Alexandrov: We met about a year ago on the territory of Luhansk people's republic. Please tell us how you got there and what did you do there?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Like everyone else, at the desire of the heart to help the Russian people. Russian people are dying. So, he turned to a private military company.

Georgy Alexandrov: Did they reach out to you or did you contact them yourself?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Through friends.

Georgy Alexandrov: On what terms? Were you promised money?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Yes, they promised to pay me, they even put up the amounts: four and a half thousand dollars per month. I was supposed to go there as an instructor, teach militia military tactics, and, in general, help the Russian people. We gathered in St. Petersburg in the office. We were armed with equipment. The weapon was received in Rostov. We got armored vehicles there. And through the Severnoye checkpoint, not through the checkpoint itself, but through a piece of the border that was open for entry, we went from there.

Georgy Alexandrov: Did many people go there for money?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Everyone went for money, for the most part. Probably, someone was paid, someone was thrown

I didn't get paid at all.

Vyacheslav Isaev: We were engaged in the protection of the commander of this battalion. Surname Kostin, "Dad" - call sign. we met in Rostov at the training ground. In order for this division to be issued modern weapons We had to recruit people. It got to the point that we took people out of prisons.

They were all local. Nobody was forced to. People wanted to, well, maybe live anew, start over, fix their further fate. The guys are good, good guys. We transported them to the landfill. There, crews were selected for tanks, for saushki (self-propelled artillery mounts). Sometimes it got to the point that just a tractor driver could drive a tank. They let me shoot once. Some ran away from this training ground to Moscow, there, to the construction site. And we constantly had to complete everything. There were tacit agreements that the equipment that we took away from the Ukrainian side, we transferred it to Russia, and they gave us our own - “sixties”, “seventies” for a wrecked tank ... First, ammunition was brought in, and then equipment came in. It is enough that, I think, Kyiv could be taken even by these forces.

Georgy Aleksandrov: Is there a possibility that something heavier could come from the Russian side? I'm asking about Boeing.

Vyacheslav Isaev: I doubt that this was done on our part. I doubt that something like that was driven.

Vyacheslav Isaev: Well, you know, sad, deplorable. Here in this camp, where we met, there was a big attack, they took ammunition. According to rumors, then there was a recalculation of how much, what was given out. Three or four local divisions - “Betman”, “Gbrovsky”, what else ... They crushed everyone there and took away the entire BC, all the KAMAZ trucks. And they divided them among themselves.

Georgy Alexandrov: Traded in arms?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Of course. I think that everything went to Ukraine. More than half did not enter at all. This was really done by ours. Traitors, what else to call these people? skinners.

Georgy Alexandrov: How many people died then?

Vyacheslav Isaev: According to rumors, thirty people were put there anyway. They left for the river. They pulled out the sod with blood, the shells were collected. At that time, we were no longer there.

Georgy Alexandrov: I heard a lot of stories about how the militias squeezed out cars and apartments. Was it really all?

Vyacheslav Isaev: There was such a thing. On the this moment investigations are underway. I think that these people will also be in demand. As long as they are alive.

Georgy Alexandrov: And what can you say about the murders of the commanders of the militia units: "Batman", Mozgovoy?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Perhaps there are such professionals in Ukraine, but if they exist, they sit deep in a secret place and do not climb out. I think it's our Russians. Specially trained people.

Georgy Alexandrov: Was this done in order to unite everyone under one principle?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Yes, to make one leader. They butted each other so that it was crazy to go crazy. Cossacks who do not obey anyone there, some special units that did not even fight, but were engaged in exporting metal, that is, well, they enriched themselves. They stole people, can you imagine? They took money and property from them.

Georgy Alexandrov: Just banditry?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Yes, under the guise of militia there were gangs, against which criminal cases are still being conducted by the LPR Prosecutor General's Office.

Georgy Alexandrov: Was anyone killed?

Vyacheslav Isaev: I think so. I can’t say for sure - I was not present at the same time, but apparently, yes. And many will not be found for a long, long time.

Georgy Alexandrov: And how many dead Russians?

Vyacheslav Isaev: There will be enough tears for everyone. And that side and ours.

Georgy Alexandrov: They tell us a lot: the Nazis, Bandera are fighting on the Ukrainian side. Have you interacted with these people?

Vyacheslav Isaev: I talked with many from that side. Some, leaving Lugansk, crossed over to the other side. Changed beliefs, that is. I will return again to the special unit "August". I helped one there. He had two sons, here. Both died in the militia. One son, it seems to him, was 17 years old - a machine gunner. He was just shot in the back. Your own! How is a father to be? Tell me, what mode will he go for? Well, did these ammunition cost the lives of these people here? I understand: they would have buried the guy like a human being. And so they simply left them in the river, and then somewhere near Rostov we caught them in horror, where did so many people swim from here !?

Georgy Alexandrov: Were there big losses on our part? For example, they said that Debaltseve went pretty well for the militia. But I also heard other information that the tanks were burned in "August", there were many dead.

Vyacheslav Isaev: Almost the entire "August" unit was destroyed. The rest were disbanded into different divisions.

Georgy Alexandrov: How many people, in your opinion, died in this conflict? I mean both civilians and the military?

Vyacheslav Isaev: I will not be able to answer this question for the simple reason that for many years analysts will argue with each other how many and who died. But I think a lot of people died. Lugansk was shelled by Ukrainian troops, and the militias themselves made a lot of mistakes. Well, imagine shooting from the "hail" from the city center? That is, realizing that the “return line” will now come there. In this case, the unit immediately leaves. And then who's lucky.

Georgy Alexandrov: If Strelkov and his entire company had not come from Crimea from the very beginning, would the local population have tripled this revolution?

Vyacheslav Isaev: I think that if all these people had not come, the revolution would have been strangled in the bud, everything would have been fine and no one would have known anything.

Georgy Alexandrov: And the OSCE, do they control anything at all, do they imagine the real picture?

Vyacheslav Isaev: We are now living in the 21st century, right? The world of technology, space. There is a satellite control and communication system. Well, what kind of OSCE, just tell me, what is it for? It's easy to see everything from satellites. And someone sees it all, you know?

Georgy Aleksandrov: Now in the LPR they have begun to issue pensions and salaries. Rubles. Where do such huge sums come from?

Vyacheslav Isaev: From Russia. I think that all this is being transported legally, through Izvarino.

Georgy Alexandrov: Who needs this war and why?

Vyacheslav Isaev: I don't know who needs war at all. If you cleanly run in your own — well, understandable. Well, and so it’s clean to lay down one’s head for, as they say, these are brothers, well, it’s not worth it. Here is the famous poem "We will never be brothers." You know it's real. This girl, in fact, correctly wrote. We really are not brothers to them. We are still Muscovites for them, no matter how good or bad we are, anyway we are always potential Muscovites for them. Do you think that when the "Kamaz" of the corpses left, at least one of them even saluted? You'll see, still grief hapnem. And all this struggle will unfold against us. And they will agree among themselves, believe me. They negotiate all their lives. The unfit will simply be removed, and the pleasing ... will be placed. Russian and Ukrainian generals studied in the same academies! Half of the General Staff are Ukrainians. They have grandparents there, they used to go there every summer.

Georgy Alexandrov: The guys are returning from the war, many of them have blood on their hands. How will they behave here?

Vyacheslav Isaev: Most of those who have already come from there have either left the Kyiv side or are already in prison. permissiveness, you understand? And here you come back, and here it is unacceptable. And, as a rule, with whom do these skirmishes take place? With the cops. With someone else. That is, people are trying to prove that we are back, we are heroes. Well, if you figure it out, then what are we heroes for?

Georgy Alexandrov: Recently, a sniper from "August", call sign "Medved" was detained. Shot in the suburbs of the police.

Vyacheslav Isaev: This man stole weapons from his unit. And how many more are buried there and waiting in the wings. Because everyone thinks it will be a sequel Rostov region. Although I don't think it will be. I think that they will still agree that Ukraine will have them. And then they still unite, you'll see. And they will say that they were just a battlefield between Russia and America or the European Union. I am addressing Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Vladimir Vladimirovich, really, it's not worth it. Well here's to life Russian people not worth it at all. Let them figure it out among themselves. Well, for what? For this Donbass? Well, wait, we have Rostov nearby - everything is the same. I say if it comes here it will be so bad. I would not want this for my country. Let this be a great lesson for us.

PS: After the broadcast of the story, former brother-soldiers of Vyacheslav Isaev contacted me. According to them, “Isa” is a traitor who tried to defect to the Ukrainian side, a drug addict and, in general, a bad and dishonest person. Perhaps this is true. However, stories about the attack on the camp of the August battalion, about the numerous crimes of people acting under the guise of militias, and other terrible moments of the war in Donbass, I heard from many other sources. So this interview is only an extremely subjective opinion of one of the many witnesses to the drama unfolding on the territory of a neighboring and quite recently fraternal country.

The interrogation of the defendant Maxim Baklagin has been going on for the third day. Wednesday's meeting was devoted to the episode with the murder of taxi driver Sos Khachikyan. Baklagin confessed that he shot the taxi driver in the head, and his colleague Vyacheslav Isaev also participated in the murder. After that, the accused told about the unsuccessful attempt on the life of the district police officer Gagik Benyamin.

Today's meeting began with reading the protocols of verification of testimony on the spot. The first to read out is a document that describes how Baklagin on a mannequin demonstrated the murder of fighters Abdullaev and Nurichuev. The defendant himself does not deny it: reading is necessary, since verification of testimony on the spot is a separate piece of evidence, which means that the jury must familiarize themselves with it. After the episode with Abdullayev and Nurichuev, the protocol for the murder of taxi driver Khachikyan is announced.

Reading protocols completed. Defendant Mikhail Volkov, accused of murdering anti-fascists Filatov and Khalilov, asks Baklagin a question.

Did we have any kind of relationship?

No, I only saw you 3 times in 2005.

The prosecutor asks to show the jury a video recording of two protocols - the verification of testimony was recorded on camera. The parties oppose it, because it is not clear why they spend time on this, but the judge grants the petition. The video will be watched at the next meeting. The accused Baklagin, meanwhile, asks to announce the verdict to Yuri Tikhomirov, whom the Lublin Court of Moscow in 2012 found guilty of the murder of anti-fascist Ilya Dzhaparidze and sentenced to 10 years strict regime. Baklagin is interested in the passage from the verdict, which says that the crime was committed for revenge.

Then he asks to announce the inspection of the body of the anti-fascist Khutorsky: “He had brass knuckles and a knife there.” Probably, in this way the accused is trying to convince the jury that he committed the murders not for ideological reasons, but for revenge.

Tikhomirov objects to the announcement of the verdict. The prosecutor also opposes the granting of the petition: he reminds that the jury cannot be read characterizing data, especially those relating to a criminal record. He did not object to reading the protocol of examination of the body.

The issue of summoning witnesses is being resolved, on the need to interrogate them at the last meeting, Volkov's lawyer Denis Zatsepin. He asked Raisa Melnikova, a friend of the anti-fascist Fyodor Filatov, a certain A.I. Obrosov and N.I. the murder of an alleged member of the Black Hawks Rasul Khalilov, an eyewitness to the murder of Khalilov Oleg Nazarov, and the accused Ilya Goryachev, the case against whom was separated into a separate proceeding.

The representative of the prosecutor's office did not object to the summoning of Melnikova and Nazarov, however, he opposed the interrogation of the remaining witnesses stated by Zatsepin: the presence of the jury should only discuss the actual circumstances of the case, and they were not witnesses and did not contact the accused.

Judge Alexander Kozlov ruled to call Melnikov and Nazarov, eyewitnesses to the murder in the episode of Khalilov, as well as Ilya Goryachev in the episode about the existence of the BORN organization. The judge made this decision, because, according to the investigation, it was Goryachev who was the creator and inspirer of the organization.

At the same time, prosecutor Arkhipova objected to Goryachev's summons. She referred to the fact that if the judge did not allow the interrogation of Alexei Korshunov, who communicated with the defendants and took part in the murders with them, then there was no point in interrogating Goryachev at all: the case says that he personally did not communicate with any of the defendants and was not associated with them, and Tikhonov called himself the "illegal" wing of BORN.

The jurors re-entered the hall. The report of the inspection of objects found during a search of the house of the anti-fascist Khutorsky is read out. Among them: social card, various business cards, travel cards, certificate state center"Street Children" mobile phone, metal brass knuckles, penknife, lighters, cash receipts. The protocol refers to a table copied by hand on sheets of paper, found at Khutorsky's house. It is divided into five columns - "nickname", "name", "phone", "address", "additional information".

In the column "nickname" - "Shaven", "88", "Bumblebee", "Kirill" (in the column "additional information" - "drives with anti-antifa"), "Valentin Tumev (in the column "additional information" - "restless, regularly beats gasters"), "Hammer" (in the column "additional information" - "administrator of nswp, killed people"), "Zuhel" (in the column "additional information" - "restless, drives with anti-antifa, killed people"), " Combat "(in the column" additional information "-" Karlan "). Seven sheets were filled with similar information.

29-year-old native of Dmitrov, Vyacheslav Isaev, according to investigators, was one of the "Northern" - a group of neo-Nazis who were part of the BORN, who lived in the north of the Moscow region. "Northern" are Baklagin, Isaev and Tikhomirov.

Isaev is accused as a participant in the murders of anti-fascists Ilya Dzhaparidze and Ivan Khutorsky (followed the victims and drove the killers in his car), wrestler Muslim Abdullaev (shot him with a double-barreled shotgun), judge Eduard Chuvashov (followed him along with Baklagin), taxi driver Sos Khachikyan (helped the shooter Baklagin).

Isaev committed the attempt on the district police officer Gagik Benyaminyan himself - he shot him several times from a gas pistol converted into a combat one. The gun jammed, and the district policeman remained alive.

Since 2010, he has been hiding with Maxim Baklagin, they were detained in a rented apartment in the Vladimir region in the summer of 2012. Several forged passports, a sawn-off Mosin rifle, a Suomi submachine gun, several pistols, cartridges, a grenade and wigs were found in their apartment.

Vyacheslav Isaev was charged with murder (paragraphs a, f, h, l, part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code), attempted murder of an employee law enforcement(Article 317 of the Criminal Code), encroachment on the life of a person administering justice (Article 295 of the Criminal Code), illegal circulation of weapons (Part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code), participation in a gang (Part 2 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code) and an extremist community (Part 2 of Art. 2 article 282.1 of the Criminal Code).

His lawyer Marat Stepanov told the court that Isaev fully admits his guilt and repents of everything he has done.

The court proceeded to the interrogation of the accused Vyacheslav Isaev. “In 2005, I lived in Moscow, we rented an apartment in Medvedkovo together with Maxim Baklagin. In the district we met Alexei Korshunov, began to communicate often, attended concerts, went in for sports together. Korshunov once introduced us to Nikita Tikhonov, somewhere in the summer of 2005. Then we decided to return home - I'm in Dmitrov, Baklagin in Dubna, ”he began. According to Isaev, since then he rarely communicated with his former neighbors. However, everything changed in the fall of 2008 - Korshunov began to visit a friend in Dmitrov “under the pretext of friendly communication”: “We discussed the situation in the country, he said, look what is happening around! The influx of migrants, the state is simply moving away from this problem! Everything is going to the fact that the Russians will dissolve in the flow of visitors and cease to exist as an ethnic group!

The accused recalls how Korshunov asked him: “Do you want to live in such a country? Would you be able to fight for your ideals with a weapon in your hands? However, he did not propose any specific actions or plans. In November 2008, Isaev attended Korshunov's wedding. Then he "disappeared somewhere" until the winter of 2009.

According to Isaev, in December 2008, Baklagin came to him after a meeting with Nikita Tikhonov. At that moment, Isaev and Baklagin knew that Tikhonov was on the wanted list. Retelling the conversation with Tikhonov, Baklagin remembered that he first mentioned Ilya Dzhaparidze.

“And during the conversation, Tikhonov asked if he wanted to kill him. Baklagin agreed, and Nikita suggested that he take his friends as assistants. And Baklagin asked Korshunov for help, because he was a knowledgeable, experienced person, and could give valuable advice. Baklagin offered me to participate, and I agreed, ”recalls the accused. The third was Tikhomirov. Isaev and Baklagin offered him to participate in the murder during one of the meetings in Dubna in the winter of 2009.

In early March, Baklagin and Isaev met with Tikhonov near the Kolomenskaya metro station, where they finally agreed on the murder of Dzhaparidze. Tikhonov handed over two addresses of the anti-fascist and a disk with his photographs. Then another meeting took place, this time Korshunov joined them.

“Korshunov suggested that he would shoot Dzhaparidze from his Wasp, recommended shooting him in the head. Baklagin had to finish off with a knife. I was offered the role of a driver,” says Isaev. According to the agreement, he was supposed to stand at the entrance of the victim and give a signal when Japaridze left it.

After the meeting, the accomplices went together to the house of the anti-fascist to explore the area. Korshunov chose the paths of approach and departure.

According to the agreement, Korshunov was supposed to steal license plates for Isaev from someone else's car. He also advised all accomplices to buy tickets in the Maryino metro station directly on the day of the murder, as well as to purchase clothes for the crime, wigs and hats. After that, the accomplices began to spy on Japaridze. According to the accused, Baklagin was mainly involved in it. Isaev himself claims that he went out for this only once. Korshunov and Tikhomirov were not engaged in surveillance.

“Baklagin saw that Dzhaparidze was walking to the Bratislavskaya metro station. From April to the end of July, every Saturday we, Baklagin, Tikhomirov and Korshunov, went to the place to commit the murder. But Japaridze was never seen until June 27, 2009,” Isaev recalls.

Isaev moved on to reminiscing about the day of the murder. According to him, Korshunov did not go with them that time. Baklagin and Tikhomirov went to the place where they were supposed to wait for Japaridze. Isaev himself, according to him, drove up to the victim's house, but because of the many cars, he could only park in a place that was inconvenient for surveillance. After an hour or an hour and a half of waiting, Isaev heard Baklagin's voice in the radio: "Go away."

"I returned to former place, where I first parked, changed the numbers back to my own, and decided to check if something really happened, because I never saw Japaridze leaving the entrance. Parked the car and went to the site of the alleged attack. But I did not get there, I saw that there was an ambulance and police. I turned around and went back, ”says the accused. Then Isaev decided to go back to Dmitrov.

Baklagin and Tikhomirov were already there, waiting in the yard next to Isaev's house. “Maxim told me how it all happened: they stood at the planned place and saw Japaridze. Near some arch, Yura shot him four times in the head, but he didn’t even fall, shouted “For what!”, Baklagin stabbed him a number of times. Someone began to shout "Stop!". And they decided to run away. And they left by metro, ”recalls Isaev.

The meeting resumed, the interrogation of Isaev continues: he talks about a meeting in Dubna at the end of March 2009, which was attended by him, Baklagin, Tikhomirov, Igor Kozlov and Igor Maishev (neo-Nazis from Dubna who later refused to take part in the killings).

Baklagin recounted the content of the conversation with Tikhonov, during which he told him about the "BORN brand". “This brand was created by Tikhonov, it was signed by people who carried out murders in defense of the Russian people,” says Isaev.

After that, according to him, Baklagin asked the meeting participants if they were ready for murders under this brand. Isaev and Tikhomirov agreed. “After some time, Tikhonov arrived in Dubna, who brought us a sawn-off shotgun, rifles, and two sawn-off shotguns. Tikhonov gave Baklagin a weapon with the wording “so that it does not stale,” Isaev recalls.

Shortly after the murder of Dzhaparidze, Isaev and Baklagin met with Tikhonov and Korshunov to talk about the crime committed. According to the accused, after that the latter began to treat them “more trustfully”. Tikhonov gave Isaev a phone with a SIM card. “He was kept by me. It turns out that I was, as it were, connected, ”he says.

In mid-September 2009, Tikhonov called Isaev to arrange a meeting with him and Baklagin. The three of them met in the Altufyevo district in the north of Moscow. We talked in one of the yards. Tikhonov said that it was necessary to commit crimes under the BORN brand, because "if the public does not know about the murder, then it actually did not exist." In this regard, Tikhonov suggested that after each crime, they send statements on behalf of BORN about why this or that person was killed.

“Tikhonov gave us the example of the Social Revolutionaries of the early 20th century and said that we would become the militant wing of nationalism in Russia. Otherwise, it turns out that a migrant commits a crime, and representatives of the diaspora stand up for him, but not for the Russians, no one stands up for us, no one needs us. Thus, the killings took place because these persons committed crimes against the Russians, ”Isaev retells the conversation with Tikhonov.

Despite the fact that the secretary keeps the minutes, the judge independently writes down Isaev's testimony on paper by hand.

In early October, Tikhonov again asked for a meeting with Isaev and Baklagin. This time we met at the Baumanskaya metro station. Alexei Korshunov also arrived. The four neo-Nazis went to the Golyanovo district, to Khabarovskaya Street, where the anti-fascist Ivan Khutorskoy lived. “In the courtyard of one of the houses, they told us that Kostol (nickname Khutorsky - MZ) lives here. They told us what kind of person he was: the so-called anti-fascist, who with his gang attacks young nationalists with brass knuckles, knives and injuries,” Isaev recalls. Tikhonov and Korshunov proposed to kill Khutorsky, because he was repeatedly "attacked, warned that in the future he might be killed, but this did not bring any effect."

Isaev and Korshunov were the first to go to Khutorsky's house to look at the situation and decide on an attack plan, then Tikhonov and Baklagin did the same. Isaev stole other people's license plates and handed them over to Baklagin - he, along with Tikhonov, was supposed to follow Khutorsky.

At the same meeting in the courtyard of a house in Golyanovo, Tikhonov and Korshunov suggested that accomplices think about killing judges and law enforcement officers who were seen "in harsh sentences and torture of Russian nationalists," says the accused. The names of judges Vladimir Usov, Petr Shtunder and Natalia Olikhver were announced. However, they decided not to think about the murder of the latter: “She was a woman, and the murder of women, the elderly and children did not fall into our interests.”

After examining the area near Khutorsky's house, the neo-Nazis saw two paths. According to the plan, Isaev was supposed to stand on one of them, and Baklagin on the other: in this way they were supposed to control the approach of the anti-fascist to the entrance. Korshunov, according to the agreement, was supposed to cut off the Saiga carbine and shoot Khutorsky at the entrance. The fact that the victim enters the entrance, the accomplices had to inform him by radio. Having agreed on the crime, the neo-Nazis went home.

According to Isaev, a week later Tikhonov called him back and asked him to set up with Baklagin for further surveillance of Khutorsky. A week later, they found out what time the anti-fascist was returning home. In the last days of October 2009, Isaev and Baklagin met with Tikhonov, who handed them a 1985 revolver pistol with cartridges. “Tikhonov was alarmed. Apparently, he was afraid of arrest. He said, let us have at least some kind of weapon in case of anything, ”recalls Isaev. Tikhonov asked for 40,000 rubles for the pistol. Baklagin had only 12 thousand with him, which he handed over. Having paid, the neo-Nazis agreed to meet after the November 4 holiday.

The day after National Unity Day, Isaev was at work. Baklagin called him and said to urgently turn off the phone that Tikhonov handed over and destroy it. After work, Isaev and Baklagin met in Dmitrov. There, Baklagin showed his colleague a printout stating that Tikhonov and Yevgenia Khasis had been detained in Moscow on suspicion of murdering lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova. Isaev knew that Korshunov lives in the village of Solodchi Ryazan region. We decided to go there and discuss the arrest of Tikhonov together.

“Baklagin and I were confused and did not know what to do, and whether it was worth bringing the plan to kill Khutorsky to the end. Korshunov said that it was absolutely necessary, because if we embarked on the path of committing a murder as part of BORN, we must go to the end. He said that it is not easy for Nikita now, he is under serious pressure and we are obliged to support him. To retreat means to betray Tikhonov, ”recalls Isaev.

In the same place, in Korshunov's house in Solodchi, the neo-Nazis drew a plan for the murder of Khutorsky on a piece of paper. According to Isaev, Korshunov said that he could not kill him with his Saiga sawn-off shotgun: after he cut it off, the gun began to misfire. Therefore, Korshunov proposed to kill Khutorsky with a revolver, which Tikhonov handed over to Baklagin. Everyone agreed. The murder was scheduled for November 16, and then dispersed.

Isaev recalls the day of Khutorsky's murder. According to the accused, on November 16, he and Baklagin arrived in Moscow. Isaev took with him a revolver and three walkie-talkies. At the metro station Cherkizovskaya neo-Nazis met with Korshunov. Isaev gave him a wig, a walkie-talkie and a revolver with a full drum of cartridges. Then we went to Khutorsky's house, where we stood at the agreed places, the paths next to the entrance, and around 20:00 Korshunov went inside.

Around 21:00, according to Isaev, Baklagin radioed Korshunov that the anti-fascist was approaching the entrance. Isaev heard this because all three walkie-talkies were tuned to the same channel. After this signal, the neo-Nazis dispersed one by one. Isaev got on a minibus to Shchelkovskaya. Korshunov saw this and got into the same minibus. From the station "Okruzhnaya" on the train we went together to Iksha.

During the trip, Korshunov spoke about the murder. “He entered the entrance, stood on the floor above and after the signal began to descend towards Khutorsky. I saw that he approached mailboxes. He approached him from behind and shot him in the head. Then he made a control in the temple area, ”recalls Isaev.

Along the way, Korshunov told about the plan for another murder: "that he knows two gyms where only Caucasians work out, and very bold ones, and Russian guys are not allowed to go there." “According to him, the Russians were beaten there at the very first training session so that they did not appear again. I asked: “Have you been there yourself?” He replied that he was. I asked: "Did you personally have conflicts there?" He replied that there were, but he did not say which ones. He was the kind of person who would never admit defeat,” says the accused.

In Iksha, the neo-Nazis got into a car with Baklagin. Along the way, Korshunov told him about the gyms, and then offered to kill several athletes involved there. “One hall was in the Preobrazhenskaya metro area, the second on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya street. We agreed,” Isaev recalls.

A week later, Isaev, Baklagin and Korshunov went to the gym near the metro Preobrazhenskaya Square. It turned out that there is an OVD nearby. This option had to be excluded. Then the neo-Nazis agreed to go to the hall on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street. According to Isaev, Baklagin and Korshunov went there without him. According to the accused, after this meeting, Korshunov for a long time disappeared.

“In mid-December, we met with Baklagin and decided to commit the murder ourselves. We decided that I would shoot from a sawn-off 16-gauge hunting rifle, and Baklagin would be on the safety net next to me, ”recalls Isaev.

Isaev recalls the day of Abduallaev's murder, December 24, 2009. According to him, that day he took a revolver, walkie-talkies, sawn-off shotgun, cartridges and clothes, and together with Baklagin drove to Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, where the sports hall was located. According to the agreement, Isaev was supposed to stand a little away from him, and his accomplice - to come closer and choose "the objects we need, one or two." It happened somewhere between 20:00 to 21:00.

After some time, two young men came out of the hall, talking among themselves. Baklagin pointed to them as "objects". “We moved in their direction, I was a little ahead, the sawn-off shotgun was in my bag. They turned in our direction, I took out a sawn-off shotgun, aimed at the near tall one and shot him in the head. The second one began to run away, I aimed at him, but the shot did not happen - I realized that for the first time the gun fired with a doublet and there were no more cartridges in the gun, ”recalls Isaev.

The surviving man, Nurichuev, running away, took out a pistol and began to “shoot from under his shoulder.” One of the bullets hit Isaev in the leg. “I told Baklagin that I didn’t shoot, come on. Baklagin hesitated, then took out the Wasp and fired all four rounds at him. We did not pursue him, we began to leave the place, first through the park, then public transport", - Isaev recalls.

According to Isaev, a hematoma formed on his leg from the shot, but he decided not to go to the hospital. On the radio in the car, neo-Nazis heard that world champion in Thai boxing Muslim Abdullayev had been killed in Moscow. “We were even a little taken aback - we didn’t choose the target on purpose,” says the accused. After some time, Korshunov showed up and told his comrades-in-arms that they were great.

After some time, an article appeared on the Internet "Judge Chuvashov calls to kill Russians." “It was said that he tried young nationalists, and during the polemic with one of the defendants he said that some Russians who come abroad also sometimes need to be hanged and killed,” Isaev recounts. According to him, the article provoked a lot of comments with accusations of Russophobia against Chuvashov.

After reading the article, Isaev and Baklagin met to discuss it, but did not come to any specific plan. At the beginning of March 2010, the three of us met, already with Korshunov, again discussed the article about Chuvashov. “Korshunov said that this is an excellent reason for the murder of a judge as part of the activities of BORN. And he suggested that we kill the judge. Both Baklagin and I refused, saying that for this the shooter was immediately provided life imprisonment, and we are not ready for this,” says the accused. In response, Korshunov reassured them by saying. that he would shoot the judge on his own and asking Isaev and Baklagin to simply establish Chuvashov's place of residence. To this they agreed. Then Korshunova handed over to his accomplices a leaflet with the alleged address of the victim in Strelbischensky Lane.

Arriving there by trolleybus, Baklagin and Isaev set up surveillance. After some time, they saw the judge leaving the entrance, throwing out the garbage and getting into the car. All the details of the surveillance carried out by the neo-Nazis were told to Korshunov. “He thanked us and said that he himself had been there too, but had not seen the judge. He said that he had appointed the murder on April 1 - on this day Chuvashov pronounced a verdict on the gang of Ryno-Skachevsky. For the murder, he asked us for a revolver, cartridges for it and all the parts for cleaning weapons, I gave him an old jacket, a wig and gloves, ”says Isaev, folding his hands behind his back and nervously fingering.

Recalling April 1, 2010, Isaev says that he was at work that day, listening to the news, but nothing happened that day. The accused decided that the murder had failed. However, on April 12, on the radio news, he heard that federal judge Chuvashov had been killed in Moscow.

“The emotional state was very exciting. I took off from work. We met with Baklagin and discussed this. Previously agreed. that after the murder, Baklagin will send a statement of responsibility to the media on behalf of BORN,” says Isaev. According to him, immediately after the meeting, Baklagin went to Moscow, made a newsletter about the crime, but not a single media outlet published it. On May 9, Korshunov met with Baklagin and told the details of the murder, and he, in turn. I told them to Isaev.
