Diana Khodakovskaya: “Now I come home with joy, as if I am in spring. Diana Khodakovskaya: “The more influential a person is, the easier and more pleasant it is with him Diana Khodakovskaya and her men

Television career Diana Khodakovskaya started gaining momentum in 2011. By that time, the girl was a sought-after model and holder of the title "First Vice-Queen of the World." Her debut projects on TV were related to fashion, but recently the program "Cities and Mayors" appeared in Diana's life, which is radically different from what she did before.

Battle for standards

Ruslana Kuzina, AiF. Health": Diana, you for a long time worked as a model. There are many myths about this profession, in particular, that girls are constantly starving and dieting. This is true?

Diana Khodakovskaya: Unfortunately, yes. Since the 2000s, models have come into fashion, the so-called hangers, which have nothing left of the classic parameters 90-60-90. Wanted girls with narrow hips. “It’s good if your girth is 85-88,” they told me then. "And you won't be having dinner tonight." The required height also increased: instead of 175 cm, it was now in fashion from 178 cm and above. Nothing has changed even now. No matter how they fought anorexia, nevertheless, no one canceled the unspoken rule "skin and bones" in the modeling business. It is convenient for designers: any outfit hangs better on angular and tall girls, it hangs! It is much more difficult to tailor a dress so that it emphasizes the chest, feminine waist and rounded hips. It is technically more difficult, so fashion decided to take the easy way.

- Have you ever been on a strict diet?

Due to the narrow back and thin waist, it was easy for me to keep the top in shape, but I had to fight with the booty! To be honest, I still have a soft tape measure hanging on a hook in my bathroom - for measuring volumes ... There was a time when I sat for two weeks on celery soup. I still can't look at it! And my eternal companions were lunges and squats, these exercises helped me keep myself in the right shape.

And they also say that between model girls there is a very high competition which means there can be no friendship. How was it in your case?

The Serpentarium is a great thing, I tell you. And to be honest, I have a lot of model friends. But, of course, it could not do without intrigues and conspiracies. They sawed off my heels, broke glass finely and threw it into my shoes ... There was a case when they were simply “taken away”. The most difficult thing is to ask the girls for something. There is an opinion that you give away your victory or luck. I once couldn't find bright lipstick in my makeup bag and borrowed it from Miss Japan. The girl gave, but I remembered her look for the rest of my life, since then I never ask women for anything at all.

Between lectures

- You have two higher education. How did you manage to study?

So I managed, between lectures I went to auditions. Passed exams externally. I remember coming to my castle the German language department Taras Romanovich Kiyak before New Year. And he was very strict! And I say that I need to fly to America, I want to pass everything ahead of schedule. And I'm shaking like aspen leaf, they can deduct. And suddenly he says: “Okay, go! When, if not now, to see the world? I am still grateful to him for allowing me to graduate from the university. I studied everywhere: on planes, in taxis, in the dressing room…

You have been running a fashion program for a long time. Was it difficult to tune in to the new format in the Cities and Mayors program?

To be honest, it was more difficult for me to tune in to fashion. I came into the frame from modeling business just when I really wanted to say goodbye to fashion completely. But then it seemed to me that I couldn’t do anything qualitatively anymore. And reluctantly, I again talked about skirts, lace and bracelets, but I wanted something else! I wanted to live in a more realistic world. And then I was very drawn to the male vision of the picture own life. I wanted to talk about something serious, important. Now I understand that the position from which you speak is important. An experience. Personal opinion. When I started the Cities and Mayors project, it seemed to me that I was already fully equipped, but there was no limit to perfection.

- In your project, you meet very influential and busy people, is it difficult to find an approach to them?

Paradox: the more influential a person is, the easier and more pleasant it is with him. At least that's how it was in my life. Is always. The lower the rank, the more the person's sense of self-importance is infringed and clamped. Such people usually do everything possible to make you feel like the lowest being on the planet. But with the mayor of Vienna, for example, who has been on the “throne” for 20 years, you feel at home. Cozy and good. Such people know how to dispose, and if you, as an interviewer, ask the right and high-quality questions, they contribute in every possible way to the overall success.

Like at home

In one interview, you called Moscow a “training city”. What qualities did the capital help you develop in yourself?

The capital did not immediately take me into its arms. Very wary! I remember moving on January 15th. Snow, cold, grey. I don't know anyone. Scary. It seems to me that for about a year I quickly jumped into the car and closed from the inside. It seemed to me that everyone was an enemy. And only after a while, at one fine moment, I felt at home. I worked a lot on my society, contacts, settled down, made my coexistence with a huge metropolis comfortable. Moscow is not a SPA resort! You can't sleep here. This frantic rhythm, traffic jams, prices… it seems that everything is enough, I'm leaving! And as soon as I leave, my heart shrinks, I want to go home! It seems to me that Moscow loves me, I feel it. We became friends.

You were born in Ukraine. Often visit historical homeland? How do you perceive the events that are currently taking place there?

Sometimes it seems to me that we are involved in a quarrel, and perhaps, to my great regret, even in a divorce proceeding. And you know, there are no right and wrong in divorce, children suffer! And in this case, the people. We are all tied by blood, in every family there are Ukrainian or Russian roots in one way or another. And there's no getting away from it... I'm sincerely sorry. My parents live in Ukraine. And of course, I go there at the slightest opportunity. I pray that peace comes soon!

- Next year you will turn 30. Are you thinking about children or is your career a priority for you?

Of course, I really want children. I want four! And it would be necessary to start giving birth to them already. But apparently there is a time for everything. As my mother says: “You are late, and you kissed for the first time only at 17 years old. Such is fate. All the same, yours will not leave you! And I sincerely believe her.

An excerpt characterizing Khodakovskaya, Diana Aleksandrovna

– Hurrah! - the enthusiastic voices of the officers sounded.
And the old captain Kirsten shouted enthusiastically and no less sincerely than the twenty-year-old Rostov.
When the officers drank and broke their glasses, Kirsten poured others and, in only a shirt and breeches, with a glass in his hand, went up to the soldiers' fires and, in a majestic pose, waved his hand upwards, with his long gray mustache and white chest, visible from behind the open shirt, stopped in the firelight.
- Guys, for the health of the Sovereign Emperor, for the victory over enemies, hurrah! he shouted in his gallant, senile, hussar baritone.
The hussars crowded together and answered in unison with a loud cry.
Late at night, when everyone had dispersed, Denisov patted his favorite Rostov with his short hand on the shoulder.
“There is no one to fall in love with on a campaign, so he fell in love with tsa,” he said.
“Denisov, don’t joke about that,” Rostov shouted, “it’s such a high, such a wonderful feeling, such ...
- Ve "yu, ve" yu, d "uzhok, and" I share and approve "yayu ...
- No, you don't understand!
And Rostov got up and went to wander between the fires, dreaming about what happiness it would be to die without saving his life (he did not dare to dream about this), but simply to die in the eyes of the sovereign. He really was in love with the tsar, and with the glory of Russian weapons, and with the hope of a future triumph. And he was not the only one who experienced this feeling in those memorable days, preceding the battle of Austerlitz: nine-tenths of the people of the Russian army at that time were in love, although less enthusiastically, with their tsar and with the glory of Russian weapons.

The next day the sovereign stopped at Vishau. Life physician Villiers was called to him several times. In the main apartment and in the nearest troops, the news spread that the sovereign was unwell. He did not eat anything and slept badly that night, as the people close to him said. The reason for this ill health was the strong impression made on the sensitive soul of the sovereign by the sight of the wounded and killed.
At dawn on the 17th, a French officer was escorted from the outposts to Vishau, who arrived under a parliamentary flag, demanding a meeting with the Russian emperor. This officer was Savary. The emperor had just fallen asleep, and therefore Savary had to wait. At noon, he was admitted to the sovereign and an hour later went with Prince Dolgorukov to the outposts of the French army.
As was heard, the purpose of sending Savary was to offer a meeting between Emperor Alexander and Napoleon. A personal meeting, to the joy and pride of the whole army, was refused, and instead of the sovereign, Prince Dolgorukov, the winner at Vishau, was sent along with Savary to negotiate with Napoleon, if these negotiations, contrary to expectations, were aimed at a real desire for peace.
In the evening Dolgorukov returned, went straight to the sovereign and spent a long time alone with him.
On November 18 and 19, the troops passed two more marches forward, and the enemy outposts retreated after short skirmishes. In the higher spheres of the army, from noon on the 19th, a strong, troublesomely excited movement began, which continued until the morning of the next day, November 20th, on which the so memorable Battle of Austerlitz was given.
Until noon on the 19th, movement, lively conversations, running around, sending adjutants were limited to one main apartment of the emperors; in the afternoon of the same day, the movement was transferred to Kutuzov's main apartment and to the headquarters of the column commanders. In the evening, this movement spread through the adjutants to all ends and parts of the army, and on the night of 19 to 20, the 80,000-strong mass of the allied troops rose from their lodgings, buzzed with a voice and swayed, and set off with a huge nine-verst canvas.
The concentrated movement that began in the morning in the main apartment of the emperors and gave impetus to all further movement was like the first movement of the middle wheel of a large tower clock. One wheel slowly moved, another, a third turned, and the wheels, blocks, gears began to spin faster and faster, the chimes began to play, figures jumped out, and the arrows began to move measuredly, showing the result of the movement.
As in the mechanism of watches, so in the mechanism of military affairs, it is just as irresistibly up to last result once a given movement, and just as indifferently motionless, a moment before the transfer of movement, parts of the mechanism, which have not yet reached the point. The wheels whistle on the axles, clinging to the teeth, the rotating blocks hiss from the speed, and the neighboring wheel is just as calm and motionless, as if it is ready to stand this immobility for hundreds of years; but the moment came - he hooked the lever, and, obeying the movement, the wheel crackles, turning and merges into one action, the result and purpose of which are incomprehensible to him.

Nobody talks about proper nutrition better than Diana Khodakovskaya, the host of the culinary section of the Good Morning program on Channel One! In her column, Diana shares recipes with millions of people every day with unusual, but at the same time simple meals and also reveals the secrets of a good housewife.

Well, we talked about food, about how to eat and not get fat, and about what it's like to be a successful TV presenter on Channel One.

- Diana, Rtell me about your diet?

A balanced diet, in my opinion, is not only important for maintaining own health, vitality and activity, but is also the main condition for success in choosing the right methods of losing weight. I try to have time to eat 3 times a day and have a snack 2-3 more times, here it is important to saturate your body with vitamins, trace elements, fiber, healthy fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates. When choosing foods for a snack, I always take into account the density of the previous meal.

I force myself to enter into the schedule in a separate line - lunch or dinner ... so there is a high probability that I will not forget to eat. And when there is a place and time for food in the diary, you can plan a meeting with friends or colleagues at the same time in advance. It is very comfortable! Throughout the day, I try to drink enough liquid, drinking up to two liters of pure non-carbonated water.

How to keep yourself "in the framework" of proper nutrition? For many this is a big problem...

I try to keep my diet not only balanced, but also varied, while keeping myself within limits. In order not to overeat, and so that the feeling of hunger does not visit me, I include proteins, vitamins and trace elements in every meal. With proper nutrition, I allocate ¼ of my serving to protein foods, and in order to get enough vitamins and minerals, I always add vegetables and fruits to every meal. But at the same time, I also use the principle of intuitive eating: give the body exactly what it requires, listen to it, and it will be satisfied. For example, when I eat enough, my body immediately tells me I'm full. I try to catch and feel the moment of comfortable satiety - to remember what sensations I experience at the same time. I then rate satiety on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 for overeaten, 1 for terribly hungry) and always settle for 5-6, even if there is still food on my plate.

What are your favorite recipes?

Cooking is a great pleasure for me, so I try to find time. Of course, if we are talking about lunch in weekdays, then more often it’s some kind of “soboyki” or a lunch menu in a restaurant. I usually cook in the evenings and on weekends. I love everything related to baking, I like the process itself, I am almost always pleased with the result. Especially during the holidays, I like to pamper my loved ones with such dishes as, for example, baked duck in honey sauce. These dishes go well with grilled vegetables.

This is a great and easy to follow recipe - honey duck. A duck is baked in a sleeve with apples, tangerines.

For this you will need:

Young duck - 1.5 kg,

Garlic - 1.2 cloves,

Pepper and salt - to taste

Honey - 1st. a spoon

Green apple - 1 pc.

Tangerines with skin 1-2 pcs.

1. Grate the duck inside and out with salt, pepper, crushed garlic.

2. In half a glass of water, dilute a tablespoon of honey. Brush duck with syrup and let dry.

3. Stuff the duck with apple slices, tangerines (with skin), prunes. Grease the duck again with syrup, put it in the roasting sleeve.

4. Bake the duck in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour 30-40 minutes. In the process of baking (after an hour), carefully cut the sleeve and pour honey syrup over the duck from time to time.

To prepare borscht we need:

Beef brisket

Carrot

white mushrooms

Potatoes

Tomatoes

tomato paste

frying oil

Dill
Garlic
Black Borodino bread
Bow with feathers

Pour water into a large saucepan, 3/4. Put on fire. Soak the beans in advance, preferably in the evening. Prepare meat for cooking. If the mushrooms are dried, soak them too. Boiled water, throw meat, beans and mushrooms.

We clean the beets. You need to choose a bright burgundy color. I have my own secret of how to keep the rich crimson-burgundy color of borscht! To do this, cut large into 4-6 parts and lower into the boiled broth. We cook for 15 minutes. During this time, we prepare other ingredients. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Shinkuem white cabbage. Cut into small cubes onion, three carrots on a coarse grater, cut a tomato into small cubes.

15 minutes have passed (I usually set a timer on my phone) throwing potatoes. After 5-10 minutes cabbage. You can salt and pepper to taste. While everything is cooking, prepare the dressing: put the onion in a hot frying pan, fry until golden brown. We introduce carrots there, mix. Add a tomato. Then tomato paste, a small amount of. Sour cream, also a spoon. Salt, pepper, and I usually add sugar. Stir, simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.

During this time, potatoes and cabbage are ready. Scoop out the pieces of beets with a spoon. Cool down cold water. The pieces will seem faded and undercooked to you, this is normal.

Add dressing to broth. Stir, bring to a boil. We test for salt and the readiness of the dish. The color is now orange... Let's get to the secret part! Part of the beets should be grated on a fine grater. Some I cut into thin slices. You will see what a rich color and vitamins the beets have preserved inside. Turn off the fire! Dip the beets in the soup and place. Let it brew for 15 minutes while we serve the table. Don't boil the borscht after adding the beets!

Submission is important. Finely chop the dill. Let's get some garlic. We cut the Borodino bread, you can rub the edges a little with garlic. My green onion stalks. We put sour cream separately.

Pour borscht into a bowl. Add a pinch of dill and a spoonful of sour cream. Let's serve! Enjoy your meal.

I always try to cook simple but tasty. At the same time, simple food should be nutritious and always retain the most useful properties.

Is it possible to cook something using only Russian products?

For a long time, Russian products ceased to interest anyone, and first of all, the Russians themselves.

But if you dig well, then to typically Russian meat dishes include such delicacies as boiled pork, stew, lard and jelly. Sorrel, brown bread, crayfish, dill, nettle, pickles and Forest mushrooms. In addition to black and red caviar, you can now find caviar of whitefish, trout, pink salmon, halibut and coho salmon on sale. Not to mention muscular venison, wild sea buckthorn and cloudberries - a berry with a strong taste and aroma that can only be compared with passion fruit.

I think that the most underestimated in our country is domestic fish! You can dry yourself sabrefish, silver bream, roach, blue bream, perch, flounder, gobies, smelt. Salting - White Sea herring, Onega whitefish, sockeye salmon, brook trout, mackerel in spicy salting, but it is better to make Baikal omul lightly salted. We must also not forget that asp, sabrefish, catfish, pike perch, pike, crucian carp, bream, perch, ide, mackerel, sturgeon, vendace, whitefish, ripus, salmon, sockeye salmon, halibut, coho salmon, chinook salmon, burbot are ideal for smoking, herring. Delicious smoked fish has few bones, its flesh is fatty, juicy and soft.

How should you eat, in your opinion, so as not to gain weight?

Maintaining weight within normal limits, like losing weight, requires effort. First of all, it concerns the diet. With proper nutrition, you can not only regulate weight indicators, but also improve your health.
Review your diet and exclude fatty, smoked, canned, pickled, salty, sweet, flour, fast food, sausages, carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolate - the list of prohibited foods goes on. Eat cereals, fruits, vegetables and honey. Such foods are digested gradually and give a feeling of satiety.

Fats are also needed by the body, but in smaller quantities. Moreover, vegetable fat is more useful than animal fat. Fiber perfectly cleanses the body, while creating a feeling of satiety. It is found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and cereals. Be sure, along with nutrition, you also need physical exercises that strengthen your muscles and make your skin elastic. Eat a balanced diet, count calories and follow a healthy diet. Then excess weight will never be a problem.

Tell me, how do you feel about modern fashion, the styles of young people?

Fashion changes, as life changes, but style always remains. I like to watch stylish people who know how to dress well, having their own face, their own style in everything in their clothes, but most importantly, if it is in harmony with their inner world. Being in trend and following fashion is great. Modern fashion has simply taken a different tactic. Flared trousers used to be fashionable, and everyone without exception goes to them, regardless of whether they suit them or not. Now a person is free to choose what will suit him both in spirit and in appearance, while showing his personal style and self-expression.

Don't you think that girls have become less feminine?

In my opinion, over the past 10 years, the concept of feminine beauty has changed. Girls no longer dream of being like glossy models with such fanaticism, but are more eager to improve their data. Naturalness and naturalness are also considered attractive. Compared to previous years, they used to like bright makeup which caught the eye. Girls have become less rosy about perfumes, although fragrances are famous for giving the weaker sex their expressive features. Modern fashion has forced girls to wear tractor-soled shoes, sneakers, but it can also look cute, petite, minimalistic and feminine at the same time. I see only the good in modern trends and do my best to support them.
