  6. The new object enters the body through the spine and is distributed in the head and heart. Now you are a source of light and positive energy outgoing into the world around you.

After completing this exercise, the result is not long in coming.

Exercise number 3: "Luck for your family"

Tibetan thinking allows you to help loved ones in search of good jobs, friends and find happiness.
