According to the provisions of Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22.05.2003 "On the use of cash registers in cash settlements and (or) settlements using payment cards", organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in cash settlements and (or) settlements using payment cards are required to use cash register equipment included in the State Register.
