Training session on the topic:

"My Life Values"

The training is devoted to the problem of choosing moral values. This problem is extremely urgent at the present time. Sociologists argue that for today's youth, the values of the material and domestic plan are becoming increasingly important, personal life motives and economic goals prevail. In the structure of value orientations of today's youth, values-means do not dominate, but rather values. The scenario of the training allows you to organize the communication of children on the topic of true and imaginary values. The problem of life goals is also touched upon. The training does not require long preparation. It is mainly built in the form of a conversation.

Objectives: to give children an initial idea of moral values; to form the ability to distinguish between true and imaginary values; encourage self-improvement, self-development; promote a responsible attitude towards one's life.

Preparatory work: instruct 2 students to find in the dictionaries the interpretation of the words "happiness", "success", "goal" and establish a logical connection between these words (sample answer in the script text).

Equipment:

Paper figurine of Mr. X, scotch tape;

Album sheets of paper (according to the number of students) should be placed on each desk before the training.

Decor:

On the left side of the board, draw with chalk the mountain of life with the "Peak of Happiness", a ladder with three rungs (money, power and fame);

Gratitude, respect, compassion, tolerance;

Sensitivity, ability to empathize, mercy;

Love for neighbor, humility, faith, etc.

training session

I. Interactive conversation "What is happiness?"

Psychologist: Guys, raise your hands, who wants to be happy.

And what is happiness?Sample responses from children:

This is when everything works out.

When everyone is alive and well.

When everything is there, whatever you want.

When dreams come true.

When everyone respects you.

When you are famous, everyone admires you.

When you are doing what you love.

Psychologist. And how to become happy?

Sample responses from children:

Win the lottery.

Get the magic wand.

Have rich parents.

Find treasure.

Work hard to make your dream come true.

II. Problem situation "Help Mr. X"

Classroom teacher.

There is probably no person on Earth who would not dream of happiness. Sometimes a dream becomes a life goal, reaching which a person feels happy. Then there are new dreams and new goals.

Life is a ladder leading to the future.

Each step is our desires and dreams.

How to build your life ladder to feel happy?

This is what we are going to talk about in class today.

I called it Up the Ladder of Life.

But before we begin our conversation, I would like to introduce you to our guest, Mr. X. (Puts on the board the silhouette of a man in a top hat.) He has developed his design for the stairs to happiness and has come to hear your opinion on his project.

Mr. X imagines his life as a high, steep mountain, the top of which he called "Peak of Happiness". Whoever conquers this peak will be happy.

People climb steep slopes, clinging to the slightest ledges, but fall again and again, receiving bruises and bruises.

Some manage to quickly climb to the top, but no one manages to stay there for a long time, and they roll head over heels down, stuffing more and more cones.

Mister X approached the matter in a scientific way. He decided to build his life ladder and climb it gradually, from rung to rung. Each step is a small goal, reaching which he will also experience happiness. So, moving from step to step, he will reach the cherished"Peak of Happiness" which will illuminate his whole life.

He chose the most noble material for his stairs - his life values. And our hero has only three of them:

money , which can buy almost everything,

power giving what money can't buy

and glory - a symbol of social recognition, when you see the reflection of your success in life in the admiring eyes of people.

III. Discussion of the situation "Imaginary values"

Psychologist:

Do you guys think these steps will be strong?

Will it be possible to climb them to the "Peak of Happiness"?

Did Mr. X choose true or imaginary values for himself?

Let's take a look at each step individually.

Sample responses from children:

Money - this is a very fragile step, even the richest person can go broke and lose everything.

This is an imaginary value.

And power you can also lose: presidents are re-elected, kings are dethroned, cruel tyrants are killed.

Power is also an imaginary value.

Glory - this is also an imaginary value.

Glory can be easily lost.

Even more famous people in old age they feel forgotten and alone.

IV. Interactive conversation "True human values"

Psychologist:

And here is another ladder of life. Orthodox monk John of the Ladder described it in the book "The Ladder".

He also advises his brothers in faith to slowly climb the ladder of life.

At each step, a person must overcome some of his shortcomings:envy, pride, despondency, deceit, talkativeness, gluttony.

Each step is the acquisition of such values,

as faith, love for people, mercy, kindness, humility, modesty.

What do you think, if a person relies on such values, will he reach his peak of happiness?

Sample responses from children:

These are true values. They won't change a person.

- Faith gives a person strength for life, gives hope for help and protection from God.

- Love for people also gives a person strength, gives meaning to life.

Kindness, mercy do not go anywhere, they warm a person.

If he does good, people around him also become kinder.

Modesty always adorns a person.

If he deserves the fame, he'll get noticed anyway

and he will succeed in life.

Humility is such a value that only a believer understands.

He understands that all troubles, sorrows and troubles are sent to him from above for the exaltation and purification of the soul.

A humble person will never fall into depression, into despondency, until the end of his days he will work, believe and hope.

V. Project "Ladder to Happiness"

Psychologist:

So, we have seen that imaginary values create only the appearance of happiness and success.

Only true values can make a person happy.

Look at the blackboard. Here are the various values:

Values Everyday life: diligence, punctuality, diligence, thrift, responsibility, love of order;

Values of human relations: gratitude, respect, compassion, tolerance;

Values of the highest sphere of spiritual life: sensitivity, ability to empathize, mercy;

Christian values: love of neighbor, humility, faith, etc.

Which of them can we offer Mr. X for his "ladder to happiness"?

Maybe someone can draw their "ladder to happiness"?

(Children raise their hands, the teacher invites 3-4 students to the board, who depict their staircase designs.)

VI. vocabulary work

Psychologist:

The time has come to clarify the meaning of the words with which we operate with such ease. To understand the meanings of the words "happiness", "success", "goal" and to establish a logical connection between them will help us (names, surnames).

VII. Work in groups "Fill in the sentences"

Psychologist:

I suggest you draw conclusions from today's conversation. To do this, you need to work in groups and complete the unfinished sentences that are presented on the board.

VIII. Final word

Psychologist:

In conclusion of our conversation, I will tell you an ancient parable about stonemasons.

Three masons were hard at work in the quarry. The philosopher asked what they were doing.

Can't you see I'm crushing these damned stones! one grumbled angrily.

I earn my living,” another shrugged.

I'm building a temple! - proudly answered the third.

It seems to me that all these three stonemasons are also walking the stairs to happiness.

First will never be happy because he has no purpose.

The second one will be happyas long as he can earn his living.

Only the third can be called truly happy:

he sees a big, beautiful goal for which he works and lives.

I wish you in your daily work not just to crush stones or earn a living, but to build a temple, that is, set high goals for yourself and achieve them. Only then will you be truly happy people.

IX. Summing up (reflection)

Psychologist:

Did you enjoy our conversation today? What did you discover in those 40 minutes? Sample responses from children:

The conversation about values was very helpful.

It was helpful to know that dreams come true when they become life goals.

It was useful to think about life, about what values to build it on.

I realized that the most important thing is to have a purpose in life. Life success depends on the goal.

It is not enough to set a goal, you need to do everything to achieve it.

Student 1. We reviewed explanatory dictionaries two authors: S.I. Ozhegov and V.I. Dahl - and found such meanings of the indicated words.

Student 2. The goal is the subject of aspiration, what is necessary, it is desirable to implement.

Student 1. Success - good luck in achieving something, public recognition, good results in something.

Disciple 2. Happiness is a feeling and a state of complete higher satisfaction, success, good luck.

Pupil 1. We can establish such a semantic connection between these words: goal - success - happiness.

Pupil 2. In other words, in order to achieve success in any business, a person sets himself life goals. And, having achieved success, having realized these goals, feels happiness.

Can you guess the topic of our lesson? (Values)

Before proceeding to the next exercise, as well as the disclosure of the topic of the lesson, I would very much like to read you one poem, which, in my opinion, is also very suitable for the topic of our lesson:

Throwing aside the time of everyday life,

In the night healing wilderness

Description: The exercise is carried out in several stages.

1). At the first stage, the group members work individually. The game situation is set: Imagine that in a few hours, unknown forces will send you to a desert island, where you will spend the rest of your life. There is a sufficient amount of simple food and water (you will not die of hunger and thirst), a minimum of clothing and bedding (you will not freeze), necessary medicines. Unfortunately, there is no mobile connection there. You are allowed to take only seven objects with you, which can include both things and people. The condition is only those things or people that you can actually bring to the airport within a few hours (you will not be able to bring your apartment or your beloved dog)". The selected objects are written down on a sheet of paper.

2). The second stage of the exercise is as follows: “Everything flows, everything changes, and they decided to settle companions on your island. He also has seven objects. In total, together with yours, 14. But only seven can remain. Work is organized in pairs. Their task is to make one of their two lists, including seven items.

3). At the third stage, similar work is carried out in small groups of 5-6 people.

The groups then present their lists to the circle. The facilitator interprets what he heard from the standpoint of values: why is it needed(for example, a book is for personal development, a receiver is for obtaining information about the world and other people).

Issues discussed:

What feelings arose during the exercise?

How was the discussion in your group?

Behind the door stood two children, both in tattered coats, out of which they had long grown.
- Buy a newspaper, lady?
She was busy and was about to say no when she accidentally looked down and saw their sandals. Little sandals soaked in the rain.
- Come in, I'll make you some hot cocoa.
They both followed her without saying a word. Their wet sandals left footprints on the floor.
She made cocoa and toast with jam. Then she returned to the kitchen and took up the interrupted business - she sorted out the bills.
She was startled by the silence in the next room. She looked over there.
The girl held an empty cup in her hands and looked at it. The boy asked in embarrassment:
Lady, are you rich?
- Am I rich? No! She glanced down at her tattered rug.
The girl very carefully put the cup on the saucer and said:
- Your cups fit the saucers, - and there were notes of hunger in her voice, but not the one from which the stomach hurts, but some other.
Then they left.
Plain blue cups and saucers... But they fit together. She peeled the potatoes and made the mushroom sauce. Potatoes and mushroom sauce, a roof over her head, her reliable husband with a good job, children - all these things also went together.
She cleaned the living room, but the dirty prints of the little sandals remained in her heart. She wanted to leave them there, in case she ever forgot how rich she really was.

Issues discussed:

What is this parable about?

What kinds of values can be named based on what they heard? (material, spiritual)

Video chat:

What feelings does it evoke?

Value is importance, significance, usefulness of something.

Kinds values:

health,

material security,

well-being of loved ones

recognition (respect of others, popularity,

interesting job,

quality education,

entertainment, recreation, hobby,

creation

What would you trade your life?

3. Main body: A game "What to spend your life» .

Today we will play a game called “What to spend your life?” It will help everyone answer the question.

Before the start of the game, each of you will receive ten tokens, I will ask you to sign them. Each token represents a part of you - one tenth of your time, energy, funds, interests, personality. For the duration of the game, these 10 tokens will be are equivalent the sum of those qualities and capabilities that make up your personality. Don't lose them!

(Give out tokens to each student. Prepare enough name cards in advance. values.)

Rules of the game: Slide.

1. When we start the game, you will face choice: “spend” tokens or “save”.

2. Two items will be put up for sale at once. You have the right to choose any of them or none, but not both at once.

3. You can buy each item only at the moment when it is put up for sale.

4. The transition to the next pair means that the previous one is finally withdrawn from “trading”.

5. If you run out of tokens, you won't be able to buy anything.

So, I propose to make a choice, the first pair values:

a) Nice spacious apartment or house. (1 token)

b) A new sports car. (1 token)

Who wants to purchase one of the two proposed "goods"?

(Show the slides with the names of the first two “goods” to the class. The assistant exchanges tokens from those who want to make a purchase for the corresponding card with the name of the purchased values.)

a) Fully paid vacation for a month at any point the globe for you and your best friend. (2 tokens)

a) a clear conscience. (2 tokens)

b) The ability to succeed in everything you want. (2 tokens)

a) A miracle done for the person you love. (2 tokens)

b) The opportunity to relive (repeat) any 1 past event. (2 tokens)

a) Seven additional years life. (3 tokens)

b) A painless death when the time comes. (3 tokens)

No more purchases can be made. If you have not used up all the tokens, they disappear.

Game discussion

I invite you to discuss your purchases and answer the following questions:

1. Which purchase are you most satisfied with?

2. Have you ever regretted not purchasing something?

3. Would you like to change something in the rules of the game?”

(Most likely, you will hear from the guys the following offers: “Before you buy something, you need to find out what else will be sold”; “I would like to be able to exchange a previously purchased item for any other item announced later”; “We need to give us more tokens before the game starts.” Ask students if they think this would make the game more interesting. Help students see the relationship between shopping choices and certain personal qualities. For example, you gave a token for changing your appearance - it means that you attach great importance to what others think of you. If you prefer to be satisfied with yourself, it means that you value your opinion of yourself more.)

Most of your suggestions are really reasonable and correct. But the problem is that in life doesn't work like that. You can’t make the same choice twice, just as it’s impossible to “undo” the consequences earlier decision. You can not achieve everything at once or take advantage of all opportunities at once. We do not know in advance what we will have to choose from in the future. Time, effort, choice of opportunities, money, interest will always be limited. There is a price to pay for everything you choose to do, and in many cases the price will be higher than you thought.

Today it was just a game. But how we spend our time, energy and opportunities in real life life, allows us to fairly correctly judge our genuine values.

4. Final part classes

Guys, remember what " valuable things” you chose today from those offered during the game. Some of you can probably congratulate yourself and say: "I gave life is not without reason: I made the right choice and got what is really valuable”. Another, perhaps regretfully, realized that he had spent life is not like that at all. Someone will regret that he hastened to spend himself, or, on the contrary, he waited too long and missed something. And many for sure thought: “I wish we could repeat the game! Then I would have behaved much more prudently, smarter.”

And if you really regret anything right now, I can please: you have a great opportunity to make the right choice - and not in our game, but in real life! When the time comes to decide what to devote yourself to, I ask you to remember one: don't sell your life is cheap. It's probably worth a lot more than you think!

5. Summing up

1. What did you learn about your life values through play?

2. What do you think people value that is not of interest to you?

3. Which of your values, in your opinion, are not values for others?

4. Where is the influence most evident? values for human life?

(In the hierarchy values, i.e. in the order of their distribution in importance. For example, each of us values freedom to one degree or another. If, however, life in peace and harmony with others” is more important to you than freedom, you will agree to slavery (to the loss of freedom, if only to find peace and harmony. In other words, it is the priority of one or another values in relation to others most strongly affects our life and the lives of others.)

6. Reflection: Exercise "Wish": Pupils write any wish on sheets of paper and put them in the center of the room. When all participants write their wishes, they stand in a circle admiring the many wishes. Then everyone takes out one wish, and thus it turns out that all members of the group exchanged wishes.

on the topic: "My values"

Goals:

identification of value orientations andawareness of the significance of the loss of identity for a person.

    correlation of life values and the meaning of life;

    disclosure of one's "I", the formation of the desire for self-improvement;

development of an attentive attitude towards each other, a respectful attitude towards the uniqueness of the other.

Material: cards with a list of values (by the number of participants), scissors, sheets, pens, pencils, stone, pen.

Exercise 1. "A name with an adjective."

Target: introduction of the group members and the trainer

Carrying out procedure: All participants alternately say their name with an epithet in front of it. An adjective epithet must begin with the same letter as the given name. For example, Wise Marina, Valiant Denis. Adjectives should only be positive.

Analysis: This exercise allowed us not only to get to know each other, but also to learn some of the character traits of each of you.

Exercise 2. "General rhythm."

Target: increasing group cohesion, relieving tension and stiffness.

Carrying out procedure: participants stand in a circle. The leader claps his hands several times at a certain speed, setting the rhythm, which the group must maintain as follows: the participant standing to the right of the leader makes one clap, followed by the next, etc. There should be a feeling as if one person is clapping in a given rhythm, and not all members of the group in turn. At the end, it is possible to simultaneously beat the rhythm of the whole group

Exercise 3. "Who am I?"

Target: the formation of a more complete picture of yourself, your features.

Instruction: Please take a sheet of paper and write 20 answers to the question "Who am I?". Try to answer without thinking and write the first thing that comes to mind. And now you can see everything that you wrote (for example, boy, student, friend, son, etc.).

Discussion: Was it difficult to write about yourself? What features did you prioritize? From what position do you consider yourself in this self-description and why? (student, son, athlete, etc.). What difficulties did you encounter while completing this task?

Exercise 4. "My values"

Target: Formation of ideas about universal valuesand the feelings of a person who is forced to give up something important to him; awareness of the significance of the loss of identity for a person.

Tools: a set of cards (each value is written on a separate card of 16 pcs.).

Exercise progress: Ask each participant to refer to the list of valuables and cut them into cards (see Appendix 1)

Individual work participants.

Stage 1. Read value cards

Stage 2. After completing the first task, the participant needs to decompose the values according to their importance for themselves personally: from the most important to the least important.

Stage 3. Participants are asked to put aside the 10 bottom values (least important) and review the list again.

Stage 4. Next, they must imagine that someone very powerful has entered their lives and decided that he must lose something in his life. It is necessary to remove the value with which you are on this moment ready to part.

Stage 5 The participant must again exclude something else from the values, because. a powerful man came into their lives again. This time they have no choice and must put aside the item labeled "Friends".

Stage 6 With the help of the image of a “powerful person”, remove 1-2 more values.

Discussion.

1. “How did you feel when you had to part with any value? How do you feel now that you don't have many valuables left?

2. Emphasize that resistance to attacks on values, on identity, is a natural reaction of a normal person.

3. Emphasize that people differ in what is important to them. For example, some people don't have any religious beliefs and feel they have little to lose by giving them up. And for another person it would be a terrible loss.

4. Do you think there are situations where your values might change? What does it depend on? Is it good or bad?

5. Do our values influence our actions and deeds, the events of everyday life? How?

6. Do our values affect the lives of people around us? Why?

7. Tell the group that nothing has changed in their lives and all values are returning to them. You can take the pending cards, connect them with the remaining ones.

8. Ask if feelings have changed since the values returned. Pay attention to the physiological reaction to what is happening “What does your body feel now - arms, legs, head? Have your feelings changed? As a rule, all participants report relief.

Conclusion: values are inextricably linked with the meaning of life. The meaning of life is a deep sense of contentment own life associated with the satisfaction of basic human needs.

Exercise 5. "I am unique."

Target: the formation of an idea of \u200b\u200bone's own uniqueness.

Instruction: So we greeted each other, and now I propose to perform the following exercise, which is called "I am unique." As we all know, there is not a single person on the planet like us. Each person is unique. But sometimes we forget about it. Now I will give you two balls of different colors. I'll pass one to the left, the other to the right. The student on the left, having received the ball, continues the statement "I, like everyone else ...". The students who received the second ball continue the statement "I, not like everyone else ...". When two balls meet in the hands of one of the participants, he is given the right to choose which statement to continue.

Discussion : At the end of the exercise, the psychologist leads students to the conclusion that we all have some common qualities, but there are also unique, inimitable, inherent in only one person.

Exercise 6

Target: disclosure of one's "I", the formation of the desire for self-improvement.

Instruction: On sheets of paper with felt-tip pens, you will need to draw your personal coat of arms. You already have material for your coat of arms. Ideally, a person who sees your coat of arms would be able to understand who he is dealing with. Draw the outline of the coat of arms, in any shape, but at the same time follow one rule: the outline must be divided into several areas.

Discussion: great, and now let's try to analyze what you got. Was it easy or difficult to draw your coat of arms? How fully, in your opinion, did you manage to reflect your features? Do you think your relatives and friends could understand that this is your coat of arms? What difficulties arose in creating the coat of arms? What was the first thing you tried to reflect? Are there flaws in the coat of arms? Why?

Exercise 7. "Stone and feather."

Target: show that each participant has a number of advantages and difficulties.

Material: stone, feather

Preparation: participants stand in a circle. The leader has a stone in one hand and a feather in the other.

Instruction: “There are many difficult and unpleasant things in our life, but, of course, there are moments when our hearts are light and joyful.(Symbols are shown in the hands).

I suggest that you take these symbols in turn in your hands and tell me when it is difficult for you with your values, and when it is easy and pleasant.

All participants take turns doing the task. .

Exercise 8. "I am writing to you."

Target: the development of empathy, an attentive attitude towards each other.

Carrying out procedure: Each participant is given a piece of paper. The name is signed at the top. At the signal of the leader, the participants pass the sheets to their neighbor on the left. On the received sheets from below they write their wishes or thoughts regarding the person whose name is written on the sheet. At the second signal of the host, the participants tuck the bottom edge of the sheet to the width of the written message and pass it to the left. So eventually everyone gets a "group letter".

Analysis: time is given to read the received letters.

Kryvyi Rih secondary school of І-ІІІ degree №22, Krivoy Rog

Teacher - training KOSH №22

Goals . To form in students the concept of the value of life and human health, to show what place health occupies in the hierarchy of life values;

The ability to express one's thoughts, one's beliefs, one's own attitude to the actions and actions of others.

Education and formation of a respectful attitude towards oneself and others, the ability to induce civil and patriotic feelings, to mercy and love of the world around.

Introductions.

Good afternoon my dear students! I am glad to welcome you today within the walls of our office. I see your smiling faces, your good mood I hope that our meeting will be held in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

But before starting our meeting with you, I want to ask: “Do you like compliments and how often do you give them?”

So let's please each other by saying good, kind words to the person sitting next to you, because this is of no small importance in our future work with you.

(Children compliment each other).

Uch. AND, the last word Behind me. You are very beautiful in spring, benevolent and I hope that today you will be truly sincere in your reasoning on such a difficult, serious topic as “Life Values”.

Why do you think we are sitting in a circle today? (student answers).

Uch. Because there is no leading figure in the circle, everyone is equal. And I want you to feel at ease and at ease during today's training.

Going to a lesson today, a training lesson, each of you probably expects to receive some new information.

4 And, therefore, I suggest that you write your expectations and wishes on the cut out hearts.

At the end of the training, if your expectations come true, you will attach your young hearts to big heart, which is drawn on our board called: "Friend's Heart"

(Children read out their expectations).

Uch. Let's establish the rules of work that we will use for the next 45 minutes. (Children read the rules).

Sincerity

Activity

benevolence

prudence

Motivation of educational activity.

A long time ago, the ancient Greeks wrote “Know thyself” on the walls of one of their temples - and for good reason. After all, knowing oneself is an understanding of one's uniqueness, the uniqueness of one's soul, one's inner world. Knowing and understanding yourself means doing a lot in your life. Not everyone can achieve this. Often even experienced smart people they cannot adequately assess their feelings, needs, emotions, real motives for their actions. To know oneself is to comprehend oneself as a person, to know one's strengths and weak sides. Each of you probably knows your own strengths and weaknesses. I would really like you to continue this phrase now:

I'm proud of myself because... What are the qualities that you have and you think that this is the dignity and pride of your personality. (Children name their positive aspects).

Teaches. Young people usually do not think about the values of their lives. She is in a hurry to live, sometimes even harming her health and life. But you need to think about the fact that life only moves forward, it is impossible to go back. Ironically, real value is what you don't notice until you lose it.

Each person has his own value system, which determines his behavior, decision and how he perceives himself, the world and other people. I think that you also already have some priorities in life, you, for sure, have also identified values that are important to you. Today I chose the most significant values in life. You have these values - there are 10 of them. Your task, within one minute, is to choose from 10-5 that you consider the most important.

(Children choose, slow music sounds)

Now, read out what values you have chosen for yourself. (Read out)

Teaches. Next task

Open your textbook to page 108 and read what the term hierarchy means.

Hierarchy (Greek word- sacred) - the arrangement of parts or elements of the whole in a certain order from the highest to the lowest.

Your task is to put 5 important values according to the hierarchy method, that is, the most important ones in the first places, in descending order.

(given 1 minute)

Now read it, please. (Children read)

Tell me which task was easier to cope with - the first or the second, and why?

Uch. Almost every one of you has health in the first place, that is, in the line of the most important values. For different periods existence human society people and health had different values.

Let's make sure of this by reading the information in the textbook on page 109 (last paragraph).

Teaches. Guys, what does “health” mean to you, what is it associated with?

(look at the screen after the answers)

List the factors that prevent modern man to keep healthy.

(Bad habits, overeating, alcohol, drugs, long computer games)

Teaches. Now, let's move a little.

Do you love animals? What about plants?

I have pictures of animals and plants here. Everyone come up and choose what he wants to become for a few minutes, that is, we transform into living organisms that surround us.

Now, plants, raise your hands, animals, raise your hands.

We got 2 groups. Each group has 2 minutes to complete the task. I suggest you visit the role of a stylist.

Task 1 group - develop a lifestyle for your hero:

a) safe behavior;

c) favorable working conditions;

d) good nutrition;

g) motor activity;

h) normal living conditions.

Task of the 2nd group;

A healthy lifestyle is:

a) active, conscious attitude to one's health;

b) no bad habits;

d) accumulation of positive and neutralization of negative factors.

Uch. We all have times in our lives when we need to say “no”. Can a person always say “no”, say so that others understand that you really cannot be persuaded.

We will talk now, but by the way, listen carefully to the poem, paying attention to the first letter in each line.

H press the stop button

A absolutely converges at a point

R as the flight falls

TO the gauges will fall into lines

ABOUT the soul is grinning

M Ikrokosmos losing its

A i will die

H and fragments of pseudo paradise

AND now from the arms of heaven

I I beg you don't.

So what was it about? (About addiction)

All of you know very well about the dangers of drug addiction, we talked a lot about this in the lessons of biology, the basics of health. Let me just say that 91% of HIV-infected people are drug addicts, by the end of school 40% have tried drugs, 1 drug addict draws up to 4 people into a “vicious circle” per year. (View slides)

How to find willpower, to say "no"?

Let's play with one situation now. I need 2 participants - a boy and a girl.

Participants must use words of just the dialogue given, without adding anything.

Playing the situation several times using different approaches, changing the tone or timbre of the voice, gestures, facial expressions.

Boy: What are we afraid of, let's try.

Girl: No I do not want to.

Situation 1. Go to a party together.

2. Try drugs together.

Teaches. While the players are preparing, I suggest that you go through the “no” circle. Each of you should say your firm “no”.

Guys, today each of you put health on the 1st place in life values.

Tell me, are you doing everything to be healthy and stay healthy for many years?

The answers are uncertain, because we realize the value of health when there is a serious threat to health or it has already been lost, then we want to return it. A young mother walks with a small child and with a cigarette in her hand - she thinks about the harm she causes not only to herself, but also to her child, and ask her which of life values is more important for her - of course she will answer, what do you think, that... .health.

It turns out a paradox - why do people's desires do not coincide with reality?

So what are the principles behind healthy lifestyle life? (Student answers)

Now each group will complete their task.

signs physically healthy person

Positive Negative

A. healthy complexion pale face

b. shiny hair dull eyes

V. beautiful white teeth yellow teeth

d. slender posture violation of posture

e. smiling face wiping f. shiny eyes

So, guys, the figure of a healthy person and an unhealthy person has loomed.

What shape did you choose?

And now you have a glass jug and I asked you to bring 3 ingredients: stone, sand and peas. Now put one of the compositions in your jar, because we have already sorted out one value.

Guys, tell me, can our life become prosperous if there are no kind, sympathetic people around us? Kindness and mercy are 2 concepts that are inseparable.

Let us now remember with you Mother Teresa, whom we met back in the 5th grade. So who is Mother Teresa? (reading about M.T.)

And with the help of slides, let's see.

Mother Teresa's instructions.

As you can see, kindness works wonders.

Let's light a candle and imagine that it is magical and from now on everyone who takes it in their hands turns into a magician. Turn on your fantasy, imagine that each of you has become a kind wizard so that you can do good and good in this world.

Start with the words: "If I were a wizard..."

Teaches. Listening to you, I realized how kind you are and it’s not for nothing that they say that kindness lives in the soul of every person. And that is why the soul is immortal.

Guys! I have an apple in my hand. Let's imagine that this is not an apple, but our planet Earth. Look how beautiful and smooth, bright she is. But does she always look like this?

When does she look different? (When bad deeds are done)

What exactly? What words contradict the word "kindness"? (Hatred, rudeness, rudeness, greed, deceit).

(Teacher pricks toothpicks into an apple)

This is what she looks like with bad habits and rudeness.

Even if we remove these habits, what remains are traces that cannot be healed.

What conclusion can we draw? (Always be kind, patient and responsible for your actions)

Teaches. Therefore, on occasion, I have a poem about kindness. (listen to verse)

Teaches. Let's refill our vessel with another of the values of our life.

Teaches. Values form the character of a person, his personal qualities, morality and attitude to the world, namely, they determine his fate. And in order to make it clearer to you, I will read out one parable “The Values of Time”, which will serve as a sort of type of our values. (Discussion of the parable).

Teaches. Therefore, guys, believe, listening to your heart, whether all the things that surround you correspond to real values.

Let's now work out the rules of life together with you, the implementation of which will lead to mutual understanding.

Rules

  1. The ability to forgive.
  2. Be a loyal and reliable friend.
  3. Respect other people and yourself too.
  4. Accept people as they are.
  5. Learn to empathize with others.
  6. Manifestations of kindness.
  7. Be confident in yourself and in your abilities.
  8. Know how to control your actions.
  9. Confidently go to your goal, dream, defeating all obstacles.

Teaches. Tell me, thanks to what feeling of the human soul, we can achieve these rules in life? (Thanks to love)

Teaches. In our difficult time, when the universal spiritual and cultural world is getting lower and lower, when we are suffocating from spiritual thirst, it is the love of all of us that can save us from death, because “Love rules the world”.

Love stood and stands near the origins of life, does good, frees from anger. Do you agree with me?

Pupil. So you say that love has stood and stands near the origins of life. And if the lovers, having lived for many years, are tired of each other. Can the temporary weariness of love be mistaken for the death of love?

Student. I think that love does not get tired. A person in love is like a sculptor who creates from a piece of marble. beautiful flower, inspired by inner human beauty and talent. This man-made beauty is human love. Whoever does not understand this work of love, he appears to him as a primitive being dressed in an animal skin.

Pupil. And I want to remember the Belgian poet Emile Verhane. It is not enough to say that he sang in the joints of his beloved wife Martha. It's not surprising, everyone does it. loving poets. But he managed to preserve youthful holiness until his advanced years, feelings for his already elderly wife, and even wanted to carry this unquenchable flame to the grave.

Uch. But from love there is a lot of evil. How many accusations, how many curses of love since the light stands. Probably not in vain they say that from love to hate is one step.

Uch. No! I do not agree with you. Because love cannot be a source of evil, it does not bring evil deeds, but rather good deeds. There is not and cannot be immoral love, and it is not guilty of a human crime.

Uch. Let's turn to a reality closer to us. Is love to blame for the fact that the father leaves his children, and the mother renounces the newborn, even if they really love and want to arrange their personal lives. No! But rather selfishness and irresponsibility and spiritual immaturity.

Uch. Love is not the cause of crimes

It is not love that is immoral, but a person with his shortcomings, selfishness and greed, hatred and envy, malice and jealousy, and without spirituality.

Teaches. So, we came to the conclusion that love does not kill, but saves the people! (You can read the verse)

Teaches. The poetry that was spoken today is a small part of that huge amount pearls of intimate lyrics, which were made by poets in different times. And how much more will be done.

Every person's love is separate story. Make history, my young friends of your love. And I wish you to have it tender, faithful, eternal. So that your soul rises above all everyday life, because love is the soul's high take-off! And not only love close person and love for the world around you will make you kinder and happier.

Teaches. So, again we fill our vessel with another important value in our life. (Children fill)

Tell me why you filled it with this?

Parable

Once a young man came to a sage and asked: “What is the meaning of life and how to make life successful and happy?” And the wise man did what I now and you. The bank is our life.

stones- foundation, most important values values of life - family, work, health, love, children.

Peas- these are events, phenomena, things that are not so significant in life.

A sand- these are generally the little things in life, those obstacles that prevent us from living. If I first fell asleep in the sand, then stones and peas could not be placed in it.

What conclusion can be drawn?

Uch. Never let small things fill your life, turning a blind eye to more important events.

And I would really like you to continue the phrase now:

I'm starting to understand ... (what I want, what I don't want)

I begin to create ... (the world around me, based on my values of my mission)

Teaches. I hope that each of you will leave the walls of this office, think about how he lives, although your life is just beginning, but you only need to take everything good from it so that at sunset your conscience does not gnaw at you - you don’t finish your studies, don’t watched, missed.

And now, take the leaves - the house of my dreams and within 2 minutes fill it with your desires, which I hope you have. (Children fill in - music sounds, and read out a few of their wishes).

Uch. Guys! Today we have a magical lesson. Today, everything that you have thought of will surely come true, you just need to really want and strive for this.

Teaches. And now each of you has emoticons on the table, which depict the contours of a human face.

Please finish drawing the outline of the mouth that matches your mood after our training.

- Good mood

- Normal

- bad

Now show me those faces

I am very glad that you received an excellent charge of vivacity from today's lesson.

Teaches. Today we talked about life, about life values, let's all stand up together, hold hands and make a circle and together say:

Here I am, I will wake up wisdom, I will see the joy of life.
