The structure of the All-Russian military patriotic club Yunarmiya. Members of the Yunarmiya will have advantages when entering universities

Participants of the Yunarmiya movement will receive educational preferences: activities in the Yunarmiya will be credited to children when they enter universities.

More than 200 youth members entered the higher military educational establishments Ministry of Defense in current year, which is four times more than in the past. As Elena Slesarenko, head of the apparatus of the Yunarmiya General Staff, said, this moment The leadership of the movement is negotiating with the Ministry of Defense to ensure that the active work of Yunarmiya members is taken into account when entering higher educational institutions. For example, in the form of additional points to the unified state exam for civilian universities or a testimonial from the head of the regional department - for the military. “Participation in the youth movement is a kind of career guidance for children. Choice future profession such a student has a more meaningful one, ”Slesarenko notes.

Today, more than 267 thousand schoolchildren from all over the country have joined the All-Russian youth movement. Work with children is carried out in several directions, while it is aimed at spiritual, moral, social, physical and sports development. To achieve the set goals, a huge range of various cultural and sports events is organized: promotions, competitions, quizzes, festivals, rallies, sports days, and so on. Activity within the framework of the Youth Army projects unites children from all regions of Russia.

Any schoolchild between the ages of 8 and 17 can become a member of the movement; for this, youth detachments are created on the basis of schools and patriotic public organizations. However, participation in the movement is not for the lazy, it requires an active civic position, the desire for knowledge and achievements. The detachments are supervised by the regional headquarters of the organization, which are already open in all 85 regions Russian Federation. The best teachers and honored citizens of the country become the heads of departments and mentors for the children. So, the main headquarters of the Yunarmiya movement is headed by a pilot-cosmonaut, Hero of Russia and deputy State Duma Roman Romanenko.

Over the two years of the existence of the Yunarmiya, its prestige has grown significantly, many boys and girls want to join its ranks, and their parents are also interested in this. At the same time, as Elena Slesarenko noted, projects are being implemented at the expense of sponsors, donations and grants. The movement receives strong support from public organizations and local authorities, which allocate funds, for example, for the purchase of uniforms. The uniform of the Yunarmiya members is also carefully thought out and functional, like the military uniform, but stylish in a youthful way. Together with the badges and the flag of the movement, the guys receive it at the solemn ceremonies of joining the ranks of the Yunarmiya.

For many children, participation in the movement will be a defining moment. Already now the guys are thinking about the future military career. For them, successes and achievements in the Yunarmiya will be a significant plus when entering the country's universities. The leadership of the movement is going to take care of this next year.

AT last years In Russia, huge funds were allocated for various propaganda projects. It seems that the state has taken seriously the patriotic education of schoolchildren, and this project will be handled by the Russian military department. Since September 1, 2016, the military-patriotic movement "Yunarmiya" has been operating in the country's schools. The main initiator of the creation of this organization was Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, the idea was supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the Minister of Defense, the Yunarmiya is needed so that young men "are proud of the exploits of their fathers and grandfathers" and prepare for "future service to the Motherland." However, judging by the statements of other officials of the military department, Russia plans to create one of the most militarized children's organizations in the world. The military have already promised that the participants of the new patriotic movement they will get their hands on everything that the Russian army has at its disposal today - except perhaps for missiles.

The first all-Russian meeting of the Youth Army took place in May 2017, more than five hundred teenagers from different corners Russia. The event turned out to be very pompous: the first female cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova was present at the first ceremony of joining the Yunarmiya (it took place in Yaroslavl), a teleconference was held with several Russian cities. Within a few months, the new movement was replenished with a number of regional branches. This is not surprising - almost everywhere the Yunarmiya received support at the level of governors and commanders of large military units.

Currently, Yunarmiya has its headquarters in Moscow, as well as an impressive network of regional offices. Only in the first two months of the existence of the movement, it was replenished with 76 branches opened in different regions of Russia.

The creators of this project hope that Yunarmiya will become the most massive military-patriotic movement among Russian youth. Within a few years, it is planned to attract several hundred thousand teenagers. Shoigu said that the main goal of the Yunarmiya is to educate a new generation of patriots, smart, courageous, loving their homeland and ready to defend it at any moment. The plans of the new patriotic movement include increasing interest among younger generation to the history and geography of Russia, its peoples, outstanding scientists, heroes and generals.

Children will go in for military sports, study military affairs, take a course for a young fighter, engage in fire and drill training, and study the design of weapons. In addition, teenagers will learn the rules of first aid.

The Yunarmiya is not only dealt with by the Ministry of Defense. The youth army also takes care of the Central Sports Club of the Army (CSKA) and the Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy (DOSAAF of Russia). The military department has already developed the structure of the Yunarmiya departments, linking them to the location of military units, military registration and enlistment offices, military educational institutions and departments of DOSAAF and CSKA.

According to the plans of the organizers of the Yunarmiya, teenagers in their free time will be engaged in volunteer work, look after and protect military burial sites and monuments, and participate in sports and cultural events.

The Ministry of Defense believes that in recent years many military-patriotic organizations have appeared in the country that work with young people. According to officials, Yunarmiya should coordinate these movements, make their work systemic, give them general form, symbolism, charter.

Yunarmiya already has its own uniform - these are red berets, sand-colored trousers, blue and red polo shirts. Young patriots will put on sneakers or berets on their feet. In addition, the kit includes socks, a jacket, a sweatshirt, a backpack, a tablet and a first aid kit. The emblem of the organization has already been invented: it combines the Soviet five-pointed star with a predatory eagle profile. Also, uniform sets will be developed for the guys, corresponding to various branches of the armed forces: tankers, pilots, sailors.

It is not yet entirely clear at what age a child can join the Yunarmiya. The age is called fourteen, ten and even seven years.

Children will not be distracted from school curriculum, classes in the new military-patriotic movement will be held in their free time. The Youth Army will be provided with special rooms (headquarters) where the banner of each detachment will be located, a library, study guides and visual propaganda. Each squad will report to its own commander.

The organizers of the new movement do not get tired of repeating that no one will be forcibly driven into the Yunarmiya, membership in the organization is exclusively voluntary. The question has not yet been resolved whether members of the Yunarmiya will have any benefits when entering universities.

Does modern Russia need "Youth Army"?

Of course, work with the younger generation is necessary, but is it military education its optimal form? The moods that are in the air today Russian society, many call nothing more than "patriotic frenzy." Do I need to warm them up even more?

It should be noted that today Yunarmiya is not the only project related to the military-patriotic education of youth. Not so long ago, cadet classes began to open in schools, where they take children who study without triples. The classes in these classes also study military affairs, the history of Russia, drill, NVP, OBZH.

Another attempt to revive the old Soviet traditions is the practice of passing the TRP standards, which appeared in Russia several years ago. You can also call the "Race of Heroes" - a peculiar form of the Soviet "Zarnitsa" for adults. It is carried out at military training grounds, actively supported at the state level.

It should be noted that the creation of such projects can be a great way to "cut" the state budget by unscrupulous officials. Teenagers today have every opportunity to engage in shooting or parachuting, and whether it is necessary to revive the Soviet ideology - very controversial issue. Perhaps it is better to spend budgetary funds on improving the education system in order to make it more relevant to modern realities.

Children and Youth social movement dubbed "Youth Army" first began its work in 2016. His the main task is to unite all organizations that are engaged in pre-conscription training into one single one.

The program includes military training, sports areas that will help educate young people and instill in them an interest in the history and geography of their country, its people, as well as famous generals and scientists. It also aims to attract young people to start volunteering, take part in various sports and cultural events.

Number of participants this movement reached 70,000 last year. Over the past year, more than 85 headquarters of this movement have been opened in Russia. Any student can join the movement, as it is open to all comers.

Yunarmiya: the essence and tasks of the movement

This year, the participants of this movement will participate in the parade, which will be held on May 9 on Red Square. Yunarmiya will be able to revive the military-sports game called "lightning", which was very popular in Soviet time at the youth.

Members of the Yunarmiya not only play, but learn to shoot, as well as how to provide medical care how to navigate the map, as well as many other skills. AT free time from classes, they will volunteer and assist in the preservation of memorials.

Here the teachers are military reserve officers. The plans for the future are to create more than 100 centers that will be aimed at military-patriotic education, some of them will train pilots, paratroopers and tankers.

Tasks of the Yunarmiya

The tasks of the Yunarmiya include the following:
- take part in the development of state youth policy in order to educate patriots, increase authority in society and prestige military service among young people.
- Persons of any age can take part in the movement, the minimum age is 8 years.

After the youth has reached his majority, he has the opportunity to join the ranks of DOSAAF, then he will be considered a member of two organizations at once. But, he may not do this, and continue to remain an instructor.

Benefits of the Youth Movement Yunarmiya

For young members of the Yunarmiya, various vouchers are offered to various children's camps throughout Russia. It should also be said that all members of the Yunarmiya live in well-maintained barracks, which have all the necessary amenities. In addition, their food is top notch.

But, with all this, they have discipline. In the evening, lights out, getting up early in the morning, after which everyone goes to exercise and run, and after that, classes are held at the training ground.

Everyone, without exception, can get into the Yunarmia, even children from low-income families and orphanages. Material well-being The parents of the Yunarmite do not play any role here, it's all about the parents themselves. Here issued special shape, only chevrons are sewn by parents at their own expense.

Yunarmiya- All-Russian military-patriotic public movement, created on October 29, 2015.

The main stated goal of the movement is to arouse interest among the younger generation in geography, the history of Russia and its peoples, heroes, outstanding scientists and military leaders. Any student, military-patriotic organization, club or search party can join the movement. It is assumed that the members of the movement in their free time will be engaged in volunteer activities, take part in cultural and sports events, receive additional education, first aid skills.

The head of the General Staff of the All-Russian military-patriotic movement is Dmitry Trunenkov.

Regional headquarters are open in all 85 subjects of the Russian Federation.

Igor Vladimirovich, please tell us about the Yunarmiya movement?

The Yunarmiya is a public movement created on the initiative of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu, approved by the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin. Participation in our movement is voluntary, activity is regulated by a single charter. We have no state participation. The founders were 2 legal entities- The Union of Veterans of the Armed Forces and DOSAAF, and 4 individuals - Valentina Tereshkova, Artur Chilingarov, Valery Vostrotin and Svetlana Khorkina.

On May 28, 2016, the first meeting was held, at which a decision was made to establish the Yunarmiya movement, in the summer the organization was registered with the Ministry of Justice (Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation), and from September 1, 2016 officially began to work. Branches of the Movement have been created in all 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

What are the objectives of the Movement?

The main task of the Movement is the initial military pre-conscription training, which includes both the physical and intellectual development of young people, the formation of correct life views in the broad sense of the word. In addition, Yunarmiya is a good alternative to the street, computer games and Internet communication - our children are busy with work, participate in real life. Many guys like cars, tanks, pistols... Yunarmiya members have the opportunity to study weapons safely, military equipment, shooting at the range ... In addition, they gain the most important experience of interaction in a team. (link "Subject, goals and objectives" in the Appendix)

What is the structure of the Yunarmiya movement?

The leader of the Yunarmiya movement is Defense Minister Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu. All important decisions of the Movement are made at the All-Russian Youth Army Meeting. At the first Youth Army rally, on May 28, 2016, the General Staff and the Chief of the General Staff (located in Moscow) were elected. Next come regional gatherings in the constituent entities, at which, in turn, the regional Headquarters and the Head of the Regional Headquarters are selected - a regional office. The third link in the structure is the local departments at the municipalities, working directly with the primary organizations - detachments.

St. Petersburg is somewhat specific in terms of administrative division: we have 18 districts and 111 municipalities. Schools are subordinated to the city (committees, district administrations), and municipalities at the moment do not have the opportunity to provide financial assistance to the Yunarmiya - money for patriotism was confiscated from them. There is a law on patriotic education, but only events in which Yunarmiya members can take part can be funded.

There is also the Security Committee, which deals with conscription into the army. I am a member of the city draft board. Since we are preparing future defenders of the fatherland, we must be responsible for the result. We also cooperate with military registration and enlistment offices. The Ministry of Defense in each subject has created a department for patriotic work, the priority of which is the Yunarmiya - it is more convenient to work systematically.

Igor Vladimirovich, work in regional associations Is it the same, or is the specificity of each city, region taken into account?

All associations are guided by a single charter. If we talk about St. Petersburg, then our city is unique, giving great opportunities to study the history of Russia, the history of the fleet, the history of the army ...

What function does pedagogical worker from the school forming the detachment?

The teachers supervise the team. This is mainly a life safety teacher, or the head teacher for educational work. Sometimes even the director actively participates in the life of the Youth Army detachment, for example, the 210th school. Often, educators, before allowing children, first want to understand and feel the work of the movement themselves. This is very correct and responsible!

Who is the commander of the detachment, representatives of the military organizations in charge of the detachment?

The commander of the detachment is selected from the Yunarmiya, and this is not always a boy. Girls in some areas are more active and responsible. We have about half the boys and girls in the commanders of the detachments.

What is the strength of the Yunarmiya today?

At the moment there are already more than 100 thousand Yunarmiya members across the country, in St. Petersburg we are approaching 2 thousand.

Who and how can join the ranks of the Yunarmiya?

Any student - from 8 to 18 years old. In principle, there is no upper limit, but upon reaching the age of 18, a young man becomes an army soldier and you can join DOSAAF. DOSAAF, according to the charter, accepts from the age of 18. They provide training in military specialties: driving, parachute training, shooting, radio operators, etc. Who has what opportunities - DOSAAF is not available in all regions now ...

Peter was lucky, we have both CSKA and DOSAAF and all the others ... In some regions there is nothing, not even military units, the emphasis is on the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs ... In principle, you can find a job option in any region.

Igor Vladimirovich, is it possible to join the Yunarmiya as a sole member?

There is such a problem. Since we are acting according to the plan, the detachments are formed in pilot schools. At the moment we are not ready to accept singles. Until now, we do not have our own base where we could invite them, and besides, it is wrong for children to travel across the city. We plan to expand with the assistance of the Youth Policy Committee and the Education Committee. They have their own youth centers, youth houses, creative houses, etc. We are also starting to work with the Palace of Student Youth on Malaya Konyushennaya. And on their basis it is planned to create local branches, they are tied to the municipal districts. At the site where the youth class is being organized, detachments will be formed and work will be carried out already at the level of municipalities. Local branches with their own curator and with their own Headquarters will be created when there are more than 5 detachments in the area.

Over the summer (ed.: 2017) we systematize the information received, the programs approved by the Ministry of Education will already be suitable, and then we will have the opportunity to work with “loners”.

Will Yunarmiya members have priorities when entering universities, or in other life situations?

Yes, this issue was raised back in September 2016, an order of the Minister of Defense (directive) should have been issued. A portfolio (personal file) is created for each Yunarmiya member, in which it is recorded what courses he took, what results he achieved, in what events he participated ... Based on the results, benefits will be provided for admission to the universities of the Ministry of Defense. And in the line of the military registration and enlistment offices that supervise us - the choice of the place of service and the type of troops.

Is the Yunarmiya movement connected with the All-Russian children's and youth organization "Russian Movement of Schoolchildren" (RDSH), created by decree of V.V. Putin July 29, 2016?

Legally, we are two independent organizations. In organizational terms, we are considered part of the Russian movement schoolchildren." "RDSH" has a civil-patriotic upbringing, and they are somewhat similar to the pioneers, while "Yunarmia" has a military-patriotic one. These are two different areas, but we complement each other and work closely together.

How is the work structured, what do the Yunarmiya members study?

The Yunarmiya training program will be designed for three age categories. Every day, hourly, classes will be held in various disciplines, including theoretical and practical parts. Theory is history, military disciplines (military registration specialties), initial military training, pre-conscription training, study of documents. The practice includes the study of technology, weapons, parachuting, scuba diving, rock climbing, combat training ... All together - this is extracurricular extracurricular education.

In addition, now "Rosmolodezh" (ed.: federal agency on Youth Affairs) deals with the all-Russian topic - three games will be held among the youth, according to age groups - "Zarnitsa", "Zarnichka" and "Eaglet", and the game "Victory" (14-16 years old). Three levels - district, city and federal. Top Teams will take part in the all-Russian games. In St. Petersburg, "Zarnitsa" did not stop its existence - "Baltic Coast" (ed.: City Center for Civil and Patriotic Education) holds it annually. The new Zarnitsa will be larger, the games are planned to be held at the Artek and Orlyonok children's centers. In the Patriot park of the Ministry of Defense near Moscow, there is a corresponding training ground ... The strikeball players have joined in, they plan to hold tactical games in the regions.

How was the work carried out in the past academic year, what is planned for the future?

On that academic year(ed.: 2016/2017), together with the RDS, a program of "pilot schools" was adopted. We started working with RDSH almost at the same time. I am also a member of the RDSh coordinating council, and in order to roll back the technology of interaction and work, we decided to choose one school in each district. 18 districts - 18 "pilot schools". The Education Committee sent out a “questionnaire” to schools with a proposal to join the Yunarmiya. A certain pool was organized from pilot schools, and we formed detachments at these schools. It is convenient for both children and teachers. But 18 schools were not a limitation, but a reference point. There are now more than 30 schools on the move.

It is more convenient for both us and the Yunarmpeians to work with schools: the children are already there, there is no need to go anywhere, besides, there is a place for theoretical studies and practice - sports grounds, a parade ground where you can march. Many detachments participate in "Zarnitsy", reviews of combatant group competitions, banner group, take up post No. 1 - "Eternal Flame" ... In St. Petersburg there are many small associations, clubs, classes in schools (cadet classes, classes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, naval cadet classes and others) with elements of military-patriotic work. Our task is to unite them and common standards conduct pre-conscription training and patriotic education.

Is there any state assistance to the Movement?

We social organization- We do not receive financial assistance from the state. The main organizer and inspirer of the work of the Yunarmiya is the Ministry of Defense, which helps us with all its resources: museums, higher military educational institutions, Suvorov and cadet schools - institutions that are part of the structure of the Ministry of Defense. The Minister of Defense personally oversees all work on the Yunarmiya, this is one of his priorities.

The commanders of the military districts directly help us, and everyone who is connected with this in the structure of the Ministry of Defense: providing training grounds for rallies, equipment, assistance in organizing military training camps, supervising our units at training camps by servicemen who are directly involved with the guys ... Thus, there is close interaction and building relationships. We are also assisted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Igor Vladimirovich, are parents required to make additional financial investments, for example, to purchase a Yunarmiya uniform?

Parents don't spend a dime. They buy us a uniform. This issue is resolved in different ways: the Ministry of Defense allocates funds, CSKA, DOSAAF, somewhere schools are looking for sponsors, somewhere municipalities help, deputies of the Legislative Assembly, deputies of the State Duma are involved ...

The form will be further developed. What we are wearing now is a dress option. It is not suitable for training. We will need a camouflage uniform in which we can sit in a trench and climb in a tank.

Ideally, we are going to have several hundred ceremonial sets and give them out to events - children grow up, and it is not advisable to purchase a personal set for each child ...

What do you think is the best way to build patriotic work so that the participants in the movement become conscious patriots, and not fanatical associates?

Children, first of all, should be interested, and then the "sown seeds" will fall on "fertile soil." It is important that children actively participate in activities where they can express themselves. The children should expand their horizons, master additional skills, develop moral qualities, acquire what is useful to them in life and choose what they could enthusiastically do in the future.

We, for example, have a military-historical reconstruction - this is, so to speak, the study of history "live"; there is search work, when at the battlefields (Nevsky Piglet, Sinyavino) Yunarmiya members are looking for fallen soldiers, trying to establish their identities in the archive, and if possible contact their relatives. Children are happy to participate in these events and search expeditions, not only getting a lot of impressions, but also choosing the most interesting direction for themselves. The knowledge about the history of our country obtained in this way is perceived in a completely different way, including the Great Patriotic War- you understand at what cost our grandfathers got the Victory!

Everything in the complex, I think, and will give positive result work of our movement.
