1.1. 2. Main tasks of the Department

2.10. Head of Department:

- Manages all activities of the Department.

- Participates in the long-term and current planning of the Department's activities, as well as the preparation of orders, orders and other documents related to the tasks and functions assigned to the Department;

- Participates in the selection and placement of personnel of the Department;

2.11. During the absence of the head of the Department, his duties are performed by his deputy (if any) or, upon written submission of the head of the Department, another employee appointed by order of the Director of the Station.

2.12. The head of the Department or a person acting as his/her officer has the right to sign documents sent on behalf of the Department on issues within his/her competence.

2.13. Present Regulations, Structure and staffing Departments are approved by the Director of the Station.

3. Main functions of the Department

3.1. The department develops, accepts, and implements educational programs in accordance with the principles public policy in the field of education.

3.2. The department independently develops a program of its activities, taking into account the needs of students, the needs of the family, educational institutions, children's and youth public associations and organizations, characteristics of socially - economic development region and national and cultural traditions.

3.3. Training and education at the Station is conducted in Russian.

3.6. The department carries out its activities according to the approved schedule from Monday to Saturday; specialists: from 09.00 until 18.00 Monday, Tuesday-Friday from 09.00. until 17.00, teachers 36 hours, of which 18 hours a week, according to the approved schedule of classes and 18 for self-education and preparation for classes and educational activities.

3.7. The department organizes educational process in two shifts. The mode of classes is annually approved by the order of the Director of the Station and is regulated by the schedule of classes, the Rules of Conduct for Students and the Rules of Internal Labor Regulations.

3.8. The duration of the study week of the Department is 6 days. The duration of the lessons school days, as a rule, should not exceed 1.5 hours, on weekends and holidays 3 hours. The duration of breaks between lessons is at least 10 minutes.

3.9. The employees of the Department organize and conduct public events urban scale in accordance with the work plan of the Department of Education of the city of Yugorsk, the Department of Municipal Property of the city of Yugorsk and institutions.

3.11. 3.16. The head of the department is responsible for:

4. Rights of the Department

4.1. The department has the right:

- Conduct correspondence on issues within the competence of the Department, as well as on other issues that do not require agreement with the Director of the Station;

4.2. Rights of the Head of the Department:

- Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the Director of the Station, concerning the activities of the Department;

- Submit for consideration by the Director of the Station proposals for improving the activities of the Station and improving the methods of work of the team, comments on the activities of other Departments;

- Sign and endorse documents in accordance with the list specified in the Regulations of the Department.

6. Interaction with other departments of the Station (service communications)

6.1. Interactions with other Departments of the Station (service communications) are expressed in:

- Performing coordinated actions when a draft document is developed by one Department and transferred to other Departments for approval;

7. Responsibility of the Department

7.1. The Head of the Department bears disciplinary, administrative, criminal liability for:

- compliance with the legislation of the instructions, regulations and other legal acts issued by the Department;

- organization in the Department of operational and quality record keeping in accordance with the current rules and instructions, as well as the use by employees of the information of the Department strictly for official purposes;

- timeliness and quality of execution of documents and instructions of the Director of the Station;

7.2. Department employees are responsible for:

8.3. Monitoring of teaching and educational activities.

    1. Department of remote educational technologies(hereinafter DOT department) is an independent structural subdivision of Samara State University.

      The DOT department is created and liquidated by the order of the rector of the university.

    development of methodology and procedure for the use of distance technologies in the educational process in all forms of education;

    preparation and support of databases of legal documents necessary for the organization of the educational process using distance learning technology;

    training students and teachers to work with information educational technologies;

    provision of advisory, methodological and technical assistance in the creation of computer teaching aids, teaching aids, educational and methodological complexes used in distance learning.

      Preparation and support of databases of information and educational resources necessary for the formation and development of the SamSU DL system.

      Organization and holding of training seminars for tutors and teachers to work in the distance learning system.

    MANAGEMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DISTANCE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

      Employees of the university, faculties, departments, branches and other subdivisions of SamSU, as well as employees who are not employees of the university, on a contractual basis, can be involved in the work of the DOT department in the prescribed manner.

      The DOT department includes the following sectors:

      1. Sector of administrative and technical support of the DO process, whose tasks are:

Administration of the software required for remote provision;

Organization of work with groups of users of the system, methodological support of the DO process;

Training of tutors and teachers working on distance learning technologies

        Sector computer facilities training, the tasks of which are:

Technical support in the development of software systems, presentations, interactive textbooks focused on distance learning;

Providing advisory and methodological assistance to teachers in creating electronic courses, teaching aids and programs, integrating multimedia components into them.

      To perform individual tasks, stages and sections of topics, temporary creative teams can be formed within the framework of the DOT department.

I. General provisions

1.1. The educational department is the main structural unit of the university, through which management is carried out educational process.

1.2. The main areas of work of the educational department are:

Organization of interaction between university departments in the development on the basis of state educational standards the main educational documentation of the university: educational professional programs, curricula, working curricula and schedules of the educational process;

Analysis, generalization of information and preparation of decisions of the administration on the management of the educational process;

Continuous improvement of the normative and methodological documentation regulating the educational process;

1.4. The educational department coordinates the activities of all structural divisions of the university in the interests of the optimal organization of the educational process.

1.5. The work of the educational department is managed by its head, who is directly subordinate to the vice-rector for academic work.

III. Organization of the work of the educational department

3.1. In order to complete and timely fulfill the tasks assigned to the department, its work can be organized in functional groups created at the suggestion of the head of the department by the decision of the rector or vice-rector for academic affairs, involving both full-time employees of the department and other departments and services of the university, as well as non-structural divisions, temporary creative teams subordinate to the department for the time of solving the tasks assigned to them.

3.2. As part of the educational department, there is a dispatch service, which is directly supervised by the deputy head of the educational department, as well as a student registration sector, which is directly supervised by a senior methodologist.

3.3. The scheme of distribution of official duties between employees of the department and functional groups subordinate to the department, as well as personal job descriptions approved by the vice-rector for academic affairs on the proposal of the head of the department.

3.4. The head of the educational department reports to the administration.

IV. The rights of the head of the educational department

4. The head of the educational department has the right to:

4.1. Represent to the rector to encourage the university staff for high results in the organization and provision of the educational process.

4.3. Conduct official correspondence within the limits of the rights determined by the regulation on office work.
