Pedagogical and methodological analysis of the academic discipline. 4. Intermediate results of approbation. In order to achieve educational outcomes in the discipline, various teaching aids, tasks of a different nature were used. Thus, the teaching methodology was applied according to the system of cases, which meets the tasks of implementing the activity approach in teaching. This form of students' work has shown its effectiveness as tasks for practical classes. Another form of student discipline control was the defense of an essay as a work, which, on the one hand, reflects the significant results of mastering knowledge, and on the other hand, students have the opportunity to demonstrate the process of forming core competencies. Among the variety of forms of work during training, individual and group forms of work organization were used. Out of 14 students enrolled in the field of "speech therapy", according to the results of midterm control, 5 students showed high level mastering the discipline ("excellent"), 5 students were rated "good", 4 students - "satisfactory". Conclusions. 5.1. The Fund of tasks for midterm and final control, formed to date, provides for diverse criteria for assessing students' mastery of the discipline. However, in their present form, they make it possible to evaluate the knowledge component of learning outcomes to a greater extent, rather than the level of students' formed competencies and their readiness to apply them through appropriate labor actions. It is necessary to continue work on the formation of a bank of control tasks for midterm and final control in order to increase efficiency in assessing the achievement by students of the expected learning outcomes. 5.2.
